        발레 글리샤드 쥬떼 동작 시 숙련도에 따른 운동역학적 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 숙련도에 따른 글리샤드 쥬떼 동작 수행 시 동작의 신체 안정성에 미치는 변인을 신체중심의 변위, 하지관절의 각변위, 신체중심 및 압력중심의 변이계수를 비교 분석하는 것이다. 여성 프로 발레무용수 13명(연 령: 28.0±3.8 yrs, 신장: 162.0±2.8 cm, 체중: 45.9±2.8 kg, 무용경력: 16.6±5.8 yrs)과 대학교 무용학과 발레전 공 학생 10명(연령: 24.0±1.4 yrs, 신장: 164.8±2.6 cm, 체중: 48.6±3.0 kg, 무용경력: 11.0±1.4 yrs)이 본 실험 에 참여하였다. 3D 동작분석을 위하여 6대의 카메라를 이용하였으며, 지면반력 분석을 위하여 한 대의 지면반력기를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다: 신체중심의 변위 결과, Z축의 event 3에서 숙련자가 비숙련자보다 신체중 심의 수직변위가 낮게 나타났다. 오른쪽 고관절의 각변위는 event 1에서만 비숙련자가 숙련자보다 신전이 크게 나타났 고, 왼쪽 고관절의 각변위는 event 2와 3에서 숙련자가 비숙련자보다 굴곡이 크게 나타났다. 왼쪽 발목관절 각변위는 event 2와 3은 숙련자가 비숙련자보다 저측굴곡이 크게 나타났다. 몸통기울기는 event 1에서만 비숙련자가 숙련자보 다 전방굴곡이 크게 나타났다. 신체중심 변위의 변이계수 결과, X축과 Z축에서 숙련자가 비숙련자에 비해 변이계수가 낮게 나타났고, 압력중심의 변이계수는 X축과 Y축 모든 event에서 숙련도에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 글리샤드 쥬떼 동작은 착지 시 하지관절의 적절한 굴곡을 통하여 신체중심을 낮게하여 안정성을 증가시켜 신체동요를 최소화하 는데 중점을 두는 훈련이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze displacement of body center of mass(CM), angular displacement of lower limb, coefficient of variation(CV) of body center of mass and center of pressure(COP) on the stability of the motion in the glissade jetѐ according to the proficiency level. 13 female professional ballet dancers(expert-age: 28.0±3.8 yrs, height: 162.0 ± 2.8 cm, weight: 45.9 ± 2.8 kg, dance career: 16.6 ± 5.8 yrs) and 10 university ballet major students(nonexpert-age: 24.0± 1.4 yrs, height: 164.8 ± 2.6 cm, body weight: 48.6 ± 3.0 kg, dance career: 11.0 ± 1.4 yrs) participated in this study. Six cameras were used for 3D motion analysis and one force plates were used for ground reaction force. The results were as follows: In displacement of CM, in event 3 of the Z axis of the vertical displacement of CM was lower than that of the nonexpert. In angular displacement of the right hip, expert in event 1 were more extended than nonexpert, and angular displacement of left hip, expert in event 2 and 3 was more flexed than nonexpert. In left ankle joint angular displacement, expert in events 2 and 3 were more plantar flexed than nonexpert. In trunk tilt, nonexpert in events 1 were more forward flexed than expert, In CV of displacement of CM, CV of the X and Z axis was lower than that of the nonexpert, and CV of COP showed no difference according to the proficiency in all the events of X and Y axis.

        암의 분자적 기전 연구를 위한 3차원적 세포 배양 시스템 도입의 유용성: 방사선 치료 연구를 중심으로

        Recently, one in four Koreans dies of cancer. Cancer is one of the most serious diseases faced not only by Koreans but also by the whole world. Elucidation of molecular and cellular mechanism of cancer is required for minimization of carcinogenesis and maximization of remedial values. In tumor, multiple factors exist simultaneously, which together may significantly influence on radiation-induced apoptosis. Therefore, in order to develop new model it would be needed to consider the effects of combined factors to assess tumor response more realistically. Hypoxia has been known to be a limiting factor in tumor therapy for a long time, but effective solutions haven’t been yet developed though a huge attention has been given to this problem. In addition, other barriers including glucose depletion and acidosis have been raised; it may be needed to be solved to maximize curative values. Nowadays, 3-dimensional (3D) cell culture system has an invaluable role in tumor biology providing the significant insight into radiotherapy. They provide a well defined environment for experimental design similar to an in vivo model. Here, we discussed on the potentiality of 3-dimensional cell culture system in a field of cancer research including radiotherapy.

        자란만사량도 해역의 굴(Crassostrea gigas) 및 육상오염원에서 분리한 대장균(Escherichia coli)의 항생제 내성

        This study evaluated the abundance and antimicrobial resistance of Escherichia coli in oysters Crassostrea gigas and major inland pollution sources sampled in 2014-2015 from Jaranman-Saryangdo on the southern coast of Korea. The ranges of the geometric mean of E. coli concentrations in oysters and major inland pollution sources were <20-29.8 MPN/100 g and 7.5-137.2 MPN/100 g, respectively. We isolated 247 strains of E. coli (28 from oysters and 247 from major inland pollution sources) and examined the antimicrobial resistance patterns of all isolates. Isolates from both sources were highly resistant to rifampin (99.5-100%) and cephalothin (70.8-78.6%). The resistance rate was higher in E. coli isolated from oysters those from inland pollution sources. Multiple resistance against at least four antimicrobials was observed in 85.7% and 21.0% of the oyster and major inland pollution sources isolates, respectively.

        운동형태가 초등학생의 뇌유래신경성장인자와 성장관련호르몬에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 초등학교에 재학중인 5학년 남학생을 대상으로 12주 동안 유산소운동과 복합운동 프로그램이 뇌유 래신경성장인자(BDNF)와 성장관련호르몬인 IGF-1, 성장호르몬(GH)에 어떠한 변화가 나타나는지를 규명하고자 하 였다. 이를 위하여 Y시에 소재한 초등학교 방과후 체육활동에 참여하고 있는 아동 12명을 대상으로 유산소운동군 6명, 복합운동군 6명으로 나누어 12주 동안 주당 2회, 1일 80분으로 구성된 유산소운동 및 복합운동 프로그램을 시행하였고 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주 동안 규칙적인 유산소운동과 복합운동 프로그램은 BDNF, IGF-1, GH 수준 모두를 운동 시작 전보다 통계적으로 유의하게 증가시켰다. 세 가지 모든 변인에서 시간과 집단에 따른 상호작용효과와 두 집단 간 차이는 나타나지 않았다(p≤.05). 위의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 12주 동안의 유산소운동과 복합운동 프로그램은 초등 남학생의 BDNF, IGF-1, GH를 유의하게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 연구에서는 보다 세분화된 연령과 운동 강도에 따른 연구, 복합운동의 경우 성장관련인자의 효율적인 개선을 위한 유산소와 무산소운동의 비율에 대한 연구, 적정심박수 유지가 용이한 다양한 형태의 유산소운동프로그램 개발과 관련된 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. This research, which targets fifth-grade elementary school male students for 12 weeks ,tries to establish certain changes in BDNF, IGF-1, and GH that aerobic exercise and multiple exercise program affect. For this, aerobic exercise and multiple exercise program, which targets 12 children who participate in after school physical activity of elementary school in Y city, were operated . 6 children participated in aerobic exercise program and other 6 children participated in multiple exercise program. The programs operated twice a week and 80 minutes a day for 12 weeks. As a result, we got the following conclusions. Regular aerobic exercise and multiple exercise program for 12 weeks increase all levels of BDNF, IGF-1 and GH before they started to exercise. These change are meaningful statistically. In all three parameters, there are no differences that are caused by effects of interaction and time between two groups(p≤.05). Given all above results, aerobic exercise and multiple exercise program for 12 weeks increase all levels of BDNF, IGF-1 and GH of elementary school male students meaningfully. In further research, we seem to need more segmentalized age of subjects, studies about intensity of exercise, studies, in the case of multiple exercise, about proportion of aerobic and anaerobic exercise for effective improvement of factors related to growth, and studies about development of various types of aerobic exercise programs that help to keep appropriate hear rate.

        Evalution of the Bacteriological Quality of a Shellfish-growing Area in Kamak Bay, Korea

        The sanitary quality of a shellfish-growing area in Kamak Bay, Korea, was assessed through a bacteriological examination of seawater and oysters from January 2004 to December 2006. From seawater samples collected at 28 stations, the range of geometric mean (GM) and the estimated 90th percentile for most-probable-number (MPN) values of fecal coliforms were <1.8-2.4 MPN/100 mL and 1.8-6.0 MPN/100 mL, respectively. The observed fecal coliform GM and the estimated 90th percentile did not exceed the fecal coliform water quality standards of 14 MPN/100 mL and 43 MPN/100 mL. Therefore, the bacteriological quality of seawater at this shellfish-growing area met the Korean Shellfish Sanitation Program (KSSP) criteria for a growing area used for export. The range of the fecal coliform GM and the estimated 90th percentile MPN values of oyster samples were 19.2-160 MPN/100 g and 20.2-166.9 MPN/100 g, respectively, and the range of the viable cell count was 30-1900 CFU/g. Thus, the fecal coliform value for the oysters and the viable cell count were less than the current shellfish quality standards of 230 MPN/100 g and 50,000 CFU/g, respectively. The bacteriological quality of the oysters complied with the criteria for domestic use and export of shellfish.

        Differential gene expression following ionizing radiation in multicellular spheroid depending on p53 status: identification of potential targets and prediction of responsive signaling pathways

        Ionizing radiation (IR) therapy is a potential treatment option of several solid tumors; however, the molecular responses of carcinoma cells to IR are not yet clarified. A multicellular spheroid (MCS)-in vivo mimic model was established in which allow us to in situ study of cellular response to IR in human carcinoma cells with different intrinsic p53 status. Here, relative cell survival rate was determined in p53-wild and-null type cells of MCS in comparison to that of monolayer culture in response to 10 Gy IR by trypan blue exclusion assay. It obviously showed that under MCS culture system radioresistance phenotype was dependent on p53 status since p53-null type MCS exhibited significantly higher cell survival rate, in contrast to p53-wild type MCS. In order to screen molecular targets in p53-proficient cancer cells upon IR exposure, we conducted microarray under 10 Gy IR to observe gene expression pattern change in MCS compared to monolayer cells, with and without p53. In addition, potential molecular network was analyzed using Pathway Studio software to define responsive signaling and interactions. Total 478 genes were notably altered at transcript level toward the IR treatment. Discovered genes were participated in several cellular major processes, including apoptosis (both caspase-dependent and-independent pathways), cell migration and proliferation. Among them ANXA11, C2, KCNE2, KIF3C, MSH5, and OSCAR were differentially expressed in p53-proficient MCS but constant in p53-deficient MCS. These genes might be considered as target molecules for evaluation of IR efficiency in p53-proficient MCS as a typical 3D-in vivo mimic model. Our findings demonstrate complex responses of p53-carcinoma cells following IR exposure including putative signaling pathways, leading to emphasis on the importance of in vivo mimic MCS model rather than conventional monolayer culture system.

      • 동결건조에 의한 히아루론산과 락트산의 가교반응

        고분자의 응용분야가 다양화되면서 분해특성을 활용하는 분야로까지 그 범위가 확대되고 있다. 최근 조직의 대용품을 만들어 이식함으로써 생체 기능의 유지, 향상, 복원을 위한 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 여기서 사용되는 생체분해성 고분자는 콜라겐, 키토산, 젤라틴, 히아루론산과 같은 천연고분자와 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리카프로락톤 및 이들의 공중합체인 합성고분자가 사용된다. 천연물은 생체적합성이 우수한 반면 기계적 강도 및 분해속도의 조절이 어렵지만 합성고분자는 비교적 물성의 조절이 용이하다. 본 연구에서는 이런 천연고분자와 합성고분자의 장□단점의 상호보완 할 물질로서 생체적합성물질인 히아루론산과 락트산을 사용하여 실험하였다. 기계적인 강도와 분해속도를 조절할 수 있는 고분자를 제조하기위해 히아루론산과 락트산의 농도를 여러 가지 배합하여 적절한 농도를 찾기 위한 실험을 하였다. 히아루론산과 락트산을 배합하여 동결건조를 한 후 가교제 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC)를 사용하여 가교 반응을 시킨 후 물성을 측정하였다. 여기서 제조된 물질의 가교반응이 진행된 정도를 알아보기 위해 IR과 NMR을 측정하였고 물성은 함수율, 팽윤정도, 약물방출 실험을 통해 알아보았다.
