        환경NGO 활동에 참여하는 주민의 만족도와 그 관련변인 연구

        The objectives of this study were: a) to measure the satisfaction of who volunteered in the activity, b) to identify the variables associated with their satisfaction from the activities, and c) to provide policy implications to improve their satisfaction. This study was based on a literature review and empirical analyses. The empirical analyses have been completed through individual interviews with community residents who volunteer the NGO activities in the Korean Federation for Environmental Movement. The major findings from empirical analysis were as follows: As a result of correlation analysis, nine variables affecting the degree of their satisfaction were "activity time," "sex," "support of family and friends," " understanding of environmental NGO activities and fields of environmental NGO activities," " contact points for the activities, " "income and vocation." As a result of multiple regression analysis, the five variables affecting the degree of their satisfaction were "understanding of the NGO activities", "income", "support of family", "marital status", "activity period" and these five variables explained 49.1% of the degree of their satisfaction.

        환경 NGO의 사회 환경 교육 프로그램에 참여하는 성인의 동기에 관한 이론 고찰

        The objectives of this study were: a) to determine the motive type of adults' participation in environmental education program, and b) to identify factors related to their motive from the activities, and c) to provide strategies implications to satisfy their motive. For the purpose, literatures related to adults' participation motive type are reviewed. Based on the theoretical finding, the following suggestions could be offered for the environmental education program. 1) Environmental NGOs should offer motive-friendly programs which may help the adults participate in the NGO environmental education and activities. 2) Environmental NGOs should provide diverse education programs to facilitate participation and to formulate eligible management system for the activities. 3) To satisfy the motive of participation, environmental education programs should be organized and conducted through a careful consideration of the motive type of the participation, the characteristics of adults, and so on.

        환경NGO 활동 프로그램에 참여하는 주민의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

        The objectives of this study were: a) to measure the satisfaction of the residents who volunteered in the activity, and b) to identify factors related to their satisfaction from the activities, and c) to provide policy implications to improve their satisfaction. This study was based on a literature review and empirical analyses. The empirical analyses have been completed through individual interviews with community residents who volunteer the NGO activities in the Korean Federation for Environmental Movement. The dependent variable in the empirical analysis is a five-point Likert type scale of satisfaction from participating in the environmental NGO activity, which has been used by previous studies (e.g., Francise, 1983; Moore, 1985; Lee, 2(01). The explanatory variables can be categorized into four groups: "Understanding of NGO activities" and "Fields of NGO activities," "Supports from others," "Participation variables," and "Socio-demographic factors. " For the analysis, a total of two hundred eleven volunteers were asked the questions related to their satisfaction from the activity and the five groups of factors. The SPSSWIN 11.0 version was used to products statistical such as correlation test and multi-regression. The five percent significance level was adopted throughout the study. To provide better contact points, environmental NGOs should cooperate with religious organizations in communities, social groups, media and so on. 이 연구는 환경 NGO 활동 프로그램에 참여하는 주민의 만족도를 측정하고, 참여만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여, 환경 NGO 활동 참여만족도 수준을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적 이 있다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회주민의 환경 NGO 활동 참여만족도 수준에 활동시간, 성별은 통계적으로 5% 수준에 서 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈고, 가족지지, 친구지지, 활동내용인식, 활동영역, 가입경로, 소득, 직업은 통계적으로 1% 수준에서 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 사용된 독립변인들의 종속변인에 대한 영향력을 알아보기 위혜 회귀분석을 한 결과 결정계수 R² 값이 0.491(F 값: 21,246r p=.000) 로 나타났으며, 그 중에서 활동인식이 β값 0.488로 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 소득(β=0.222), 가족지지 ( β =0.215), 결혼유무 (β=0.173), 참여기간 ( β =0.116) 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 환경 NGO 활동 프로그램 참여자의 만족도를 높이기 위해서 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 환경 Ng 〕는 활동 참여자가 자신의 능력과 적성에 맞는 활동영역을 선택할 수 있도록 하고, 활동내용의 올바른 인식을 위한 홍보와 다양한 프로그램을 제공하여, 참여자들 이 지속적으로 참여활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 체계적인 관리와 둘째, 환경 NGO는 참여자들이 활동하는데 참여자들뿐만 아니라 참여자들의 가족, 친구 및 동료들이 같이 참여할 수 있도록 참여방법을 다양화하며, 셋째, 환경 NGO 는 활동 참여자들이 단기간 활동이 아니라 지속적으로 참여할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 활동에 있어서 참여자들의 상황을 고려하여 활동시간을 적절히 배정하고, 이들의 참여활동경로도 종교, 사회단체 TV 등 언론매체 등을 활발히 이용하여 지역사회주면들의 자발적인 참여를 촉진해야 할 것이다.

        여성농업인의 역할유형별 영농의사결정 참여 실태

        The objectives of this study were: a) to classify according to the women‘s roles in agricultural activity, and b) to find out the needs of policy related to their roles about in the participation to decision making of farming activities, and c) to put forward the programs in agricultural system for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis, opinions from a panel of experts and professionals including rural women in Korea. Based on the empirical findings, the following suggestions could be offered for the rural women according to the types of their roles. 1) Government should enhance the policy and social system for rural women. That should be organized and conducted through a careful consideration on the status of women farmer according as their role types. 2) They should make better family culture reform, reducing the housework burden, providing more opportunities for closer contact to the community actions and educational programs and so on. 3) Rural women's participation in various community action, educational programs and decision making in farming activities should be encouraged by providing diverse incentives, appropriate information and educational supports designed to support women farmers.

        환경농업에 대한 인식과 태도 : 수도권 9개 생활협동조합의 사례 Focused on 9 Consumer and Life Cooperatives in the Metropolitan Area

        With emphasis on environmentally safe and sustainable and economically sound and oriented to consumer, this study intends to assess the consumer's cognition and attitudes for safe food distribution, to investigate the supplying system of the organic farm products, to survey the consumer and life cooperatives dealing with organic farm products, and to draw some implications toward environment and consumer-oriented agriculture. Related literatures and available documents were reviewed to conceptualize the environmental-and consumer-oriented agriculture and consumer and life cooperatives, to grasp the nationwide status of such alternative agriculture and consumer cooperatives, and investigate the consumers' cognition and attitude. In order to investigate the consumers' needs for organic farm products and to grasp the active consumer and life cooperatives dealing with organic farm products, questionnaire method and non-structured interview were applied. The environment-and consumer-oriented agriculture refers hero to the farming system in which any farm food and other living products giving no harm to human and livestock health and catering the consumers' need. The consumer and life cooperatives is consumer's group buying and selling organic farm products organized in the cooperative system with which any consumer can be affiliated to buy organic farm p개ducts safely and reasonably.
