        건축계획의 관점에서 바라본 지식산업센터에 관한 연구

        The Knowledge Industrial Center is a new type of industrial facility created by modern institutions and regulations. According to the Building law, the Knowledge Industrial Center is classified as the following: factories, business facilities, neighborhood facilities, dormitories, and cultural facilities. The purpose of the Knowledge Industrial Center is to encourage convergence between industries and people. The space does not only have a great advantage in sufficient work areas but also in sale for its numerous different tax benefits such as low property tax and acquisition tax, compared to other work facilities. One of the greatest benefits of the Center is that it creates synergies through collaboration between tenants and multi-dimensional industries. Therefore, Knowledge Industrial Center is to provide a complex space in one facility so that the communication between knowledge industries and service industries can work together in the Fourth Industrial Era.

        수냉 효과를 고려한 선상가열에 의한 판 변형의 시뮬레이션

        실험적인 방법과 수치적인 방법의 장점을 취한 고유변형도법은 선상가열에 의한 판의 변형을 예측하는데 매 우 유용하다. 고유변형도법을 이용한 선상가열에 의한 판 변형의 예측을 위해서는 고유변형도의 크기와 영역을 적절 하게 결정하는 것이 중요한데, 선상가열 후의 실제 냉각속도에 따라 강의 상변태 특성이 달라지므로 이 또한 고유변 형도 결정에 있어서 고려되어야 한다. 조선 현장에서 많이 사용되는 수냉과정을 모사하기 위해 충돌제트, 막비등, 복 사 효과를 포함하는 열전달 해석법을 제안하였으며, 이를 통해 고유변형도 영역의 실제 냉각속도와 상변태 분율을 구 할 수 있다. 상변태 분율에 따른 재료의 물성치를 반영함으로써 선상가열에 의한 판의 변형을 보다 정도 있게 예측하 는 것이 가능하다. Inherent strain method, a hybrid method of experimental and numerical, is known to be very efficient in predicting the plate deformation due to line heating. For the simulation of deformation using inherent strain method, it is important to determine the magnitude and the region of inherent strain properly. Because the phase of steel transforms differently depending on the actual speed of cooling following line heating, it should be also considered in determining the inherent strain. A heat transfer analysis method including the effects of impinging water jet, film boiling, and radiation is proposed to simulate the water cooling process widely used in shipyards. From the above simulation it is possible to obtain the actual speed of cooling and volume percentage of each phase in the inherent strain region of a line heated steel plate. Based on the material properties calculated from the volume percentage of each phase, it should be possible to predict the plate deformations due to line heating with better precision.

        8m급 고속 활주선형 레저보트의 구조강도 평가

        최근 국내에서는 해양레저 산업의 활성화와 세계 해양레저 시장 진출을 위해 고부가가치 레저선박에 대한 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 레저선박의 소재로는 물성이 우수하고 경량선체의 제작이 가능한 FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) 복합재료가 널리 사용되고 있으며, FRP 복합재료로 제작되는 레저선박의 구조안전성 확보를 위한 설계기술 개발이 중요한 연구개발 목표중의 하나가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 RTM(Resin Transfer Molding) 공법으로 제작되는 FRP 복합재료 소재의 샌드위치 판넬을 주 구조부재로 하는 8m급 고속 활주선형 레저보트의 설계안에 대하여 구조강도를 평가하였다. 한국선급의 고속 경구조선 규칙 및 적용지침에 의거하여 선체 구조 안전성 검증을 위한 선저 슬래밍 충격하중 분포를 구하고, 샌드위치 구조의 복합재료 판을 등가의 굽힘 강성을 갖는 단일 재료의 등방성 판으로 치환하여 구조 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과를 실 제작 부재 시험편에 대한 강도 시험 결과와 비교한 결과 모든 내부 구조부재가 요구 강도를 충분히 만족함을 확인하였다. Recently, research and development of high-value leisure vessels has been carried out in Korea to revitalize the marine leisure industry and tap into the global maritime leisure market. FRP composite materials, which have excellent physical properties and are available for the manufacture of light hulls, are used widely. One of the most important design technologies is to secure structural safety of leisure vessels made from FRP composite materials. In this study, the structural strength was assessed for the design of an 8-meter high-speed planing leisure boat made from FRP composite materials. The design loads to verify the structural safety were calculated according to the rules for the classification of high speed light craft (KR, 2015), and structural analysis was conducted using a finite element model composed of an isotropic shell element, which has equivalent bending rigidity with the FRP sandwich panel. The analysis results were compared with the results of the strength test for fabricated specimens, and all internal structural components are sufficiently satisfied with the structural strength.

        정유운반선 파형격벽의 경량화 프로그램 개발

        For a Product Oil Carrier, longitudinal bulkhead as well as transverse one is corrugated shape in general and intersection part of bulkheads is utilized for a pipe trunk. Since lower and upper stools are to be connected with all of longitudinal and transverse bulkheads, they have a uniform height respectively. The purpose of this study is the development of design system for the minimization of total weight of longitudinal and transverse bulkheads at the initial design stage. In this study, the beam element models for longitudinal and transverse corrugated bulkheads are established and they are applied to the structural analysis. For the practical design, the selection and the position of an additional pipe trunk are considered in this study. In addition the required minimum distance between the bracket installed along the web of corrugation at lower stool and the diaphragm is taken into consideration during optimization process. Evolution strategy (ES) is adopted as an optimization technique.

        LNG 운반선 비계 모듈의 8단 탑재 방안 연구

        멤브레인(membrane) LNG 운반선 화물창(cargo containment)의 공사 작업대인 비계 시스템(scaffolding system)은 다양한 형상의 부재들로 구성된 대형 트러스 구조물이다. 비계 시스템의 설치 기간 및 공정을 단축하기 위해서는 모듈의 탑재 단위를 기존의 2단에서 8단으로 대형화하는 것이 매우 효과적이다. 모듈이 대형화하여 탑재 하중이 증가하면 메인 수직 파이프를 연결해주는 핀(pin)과 홀(hole) 주위의 국부 응력 증가가 예상되므로 구조안전성을 확보하기 위한 사전 평가가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 인장강도 시험을 통해 파손 취약 부위를 확인하고 이에 대한 구조 안전성을 정량적으로 검토하기 위해 접촉 응력 해석을 수행하였다. 인장강도 시험을 통해 최상부의 수직 방향 파이프에 발생하는 평균 하중 부근에서 홀의 변형이 육안으로 관찰되었으며, 홀 주위의 응력 크기는 접촉 응력 계산을 통해 확인하였다. 접촉 문제를 Herzian 접촉 응력 관점에서 접근하였고, 핀과 홀을 포함하는 부분의 재료 항복강도와 접촉 응력의 비교를 통해 8단 탑재의 가능성을 검토하였다. 결과로서, 기존 재료의 비계를 이용한 8단 탑재 방안은 부적합함을 확인하였으며, 파손 취약 부위에 대한 정량적 구조평가 결과를 바탕으로 8단 탑재 시의 구조안전성 확보를 위한 방안들을 제시하였다. The scaffolding system, which is a construction workbench of the cargo containment for a membrane LNG carrier, is a large truss structure composed of various members. To shorten the installation period and process of the scaffolding system, it is effective to enlarge the mounting unit from the existing two stages to eight stages. Owing to the increase in lifting load according to the large size of the module, the stresses around the pin and hole will be increased significantly. In this study, a tensile strength test and contact stress analysis were performed to confirm the structural safety. The relatively large hole deformation was observed visually near the average load generated in the vertical pipe at the top through tensile strength tests. A contact stress calculation confirmed the stress distribution around the hole. The contact problem was dealt with in terms of the Herzian contact stress. The possibility of 8-stage loading was examined by comparing the yield strength and contact stresses of failure critical locations. As a result, the 8-stage loading method of the existing scaffolding material was inadequate, and a new loading method with proper safety is proposed.

        EH36 TMCP강의 50mm 1 패스 일렉트로가스 용접부의 조직 및 충격특성

        Microstructures and mechanical properties of weldments were studied for EH36 TMCP higher-strength hull steel with electrogas welding jprocess. In case of a newly designed EH36 TMCP steel for large heat input welding process, the Microstructures of HAZ shows more narrow width of grain coarsed region than that of conventional EH36 TMCP weldments, the amount of acicular ferrite, which is beneficial to impact toughness, increased while the amount of grain-boundary ferrite decreased. Charpy V-notched impact tests show that a newly designed EH36 TMCP steel weldment satisfies all the requirement of specifications, especially at the fusion line +2mm where the conventional EH36 TMCP steel fails to exceed the requirement.

        정반의 지지조건이 용접 면외변형에 미치는 영향

        In thin plate welding, welding deformation is deformation is produced in special form like buckling distortion, which is different from one in thick plate welding, large quantitatively, and has complicated form. Therefore, a particular countermeasure to prevent the welding deformation in manufacturing process is requested. Otherwise it takes more time to straighten the welding deformation than to fabricated a steel structure newly and in case of failing to straighten the welding deformation in beginning of the flame straightening process, even if the flame straitening is completed, the appearances is not good and sometimes eve refabrication is needed. To minimize these problems. In this present paper, the effects of the condition of support pin on out-of plane deformation produced by thin plate Butt welding in investigated through experiment and the countermeasure to prevent the welding deformation in suggested.

        A study on forces generated on spherical type LNG tank with central cylindrical part under various static loading

        The number of fabrication shop for spherical type LNG tank is proportional to that of the tank radius to be constructed. Due to limitation of facility investment including building sites, it is practically difficult to fabricate various size tanks with perfectly spherical shape in the yards. The efficient method to be capable of increasing cargo tank volume is to extend vertically the conventional spherical type LNG tank by inserting a cylindrical shell structure. The main purpose of this study is to derive related equations on forces generated on spherical type LNG tank with central cylindrical part under various static loadings in order to establish the simplified analysis method for the initial estimate. In this study, equations on circumferential and meridional force have been derived and verified by relations with the reaction forces per unit length of equator.
