        공동주택 인공지반 대형교목 식재 개선방안

        Large trees in the apartment complex are playing an important role to decide the quality of external environment. They are planted with the object of utilizing themselves as a landmark of the complex and enhancing space symbolism. Since planting large trees would require high maintenance costs and generate defect, it would cause decline in quality of external environment. This study researches on large trees in artificial ground of the apartment complex. This study analyzes actual condition of planting and tries to provide improvement direction of planting. In order to conduct this research, three target areas (over R30) and 265 trees are selected. Based on the drawings and specifications this study researches on the plan of landscape design, changes of field design, actual condition of completion, present condition of planting, minimum soil depth of growth and development and types of extra action for soil depth. The result shows that 85% of drawings and specifications for large trees in the apartment complex are deep-rooted tree species. On average large trees with R 35 are planted in artificial ground and there is lack of on average 65cm minimum soil depth of growth and development. Reviewing changes of field design is conducted in such limited size as mainly R30 and R40 and there is no extra plan for lack of soil depth. The plan for securing additional soil depth is done by 85% of mounding. However, since there is only 10% of satisfaction, the inappropriateness in securing additional soil is pointed out. This research also points out that the size of large trees, root characteristics and location-allocation for planting are pivotal factors for securing minimum soil depth of growth and development. This research also provides improvement direction in case of planning planting.

        대규모 지하통합주차장을 갖는 공동주택 인공식재지반 토양품질 개선방안

        Most landscape areas in apartment complex have been changing. Increasing the area of underground parking lots have an effect on apartment's circumstance. Natural ground was decreased so that the most space in apartment complex were converted into an artificial ground. To suggest the soil quality management, this study examined the actual situation about the soil quality of planting ground such as the quality standard as artificial soil, the difference of natural ground, and the difference of soil quality according to the work classification. As a result, the soil quality of the apartment complex with a large underground parking lot had low quality of soil. Soil physical properties were relatively fine but soil chemical properties needed the quality control. The soil quality of natural ground and artificial ground was not statistically significant and the soil quality by the work classification also had no statistical significance. Therefore, we established improvements about standards of the chemical properties for quality management, the soil quality in the natural ground and applying the equivalent standard according to the work classification.

        개발사업지구의 공원,녹지 유형별 탄소효과 원단위 산정에 관한 기초연구

        This study is aimed to provide basic data for the estimation of carbon effects in development project areas such as Happy Housing Project which includes redevelopment and reconstruction projects by inducing the basic unit of carbon effects and strategic planning and management to enhance carbon effects. According to the analysis, in urban parks, carbon uptake and carbon storage by the unit area of living area parks were 7.614kg/m2 and 18.5203kg/m2 respectively while carbon uptake and carbon storage by the unit area of theme parks were 1.2261kg/m2 and 2.831kg/m2 each. In facility greens, carbon uptake and carbon storage were 0.5683kg/m2 and 0.6636kg/m2 respectively while they were 10.77kg/m2 and 13.69kg/m2individually in other urban planning facilities. In other greens, on the contrary, carbon uptake and carbon storage were 0.45kg/m2 and 1.02kg/m2 respectively. In site landscape, carbon uptake and carbon storage by the unit area of apartment landscape were 3.7394kg/m2 and 9.2292kg/m2 each.

        공동주택단지 인공지반 식재환경 개선방안

        Most planting grounds have converted to the artificial ground of the upper part of underground parking lot in apartment complex recently by increasing utilization of underground parking area. This study has examined the composition of each ground and planting status. The study presents problems of planting plans in artificial ground landscaping in apartment complex. This study has conducted reference and field research. It has researched green space planning, planting characteristics and measures condition of soil depth in 3 regions surveyed. The results are listed below. First, hybrid ground has the highest percentage and natural soils has the lowest percentage in the composition of green space in apartment complex. Artificial green space is composed of a number of small-scale grounds. Second, The study has found that planting characteristics don``t reflect soil properties. On the other hand, planting deep rooting big arbors has a high proportion in artificial Ground. Third, the study has figured out 98% of fit in minimum soil depth for growth. Fourth, planters and landscaping stones are constructed in case of small green space. On the other hand, mounding is constructed in case of large green space. However in case of mounding types it has low fit, so it needs to improve this problem.

        해외 직구의 법적 쟁점

        Buying products directly from overseas online shopping sites is getting increased recently. It is time to discuss in earnest with having system to minimize side effects of buying products directly from overseas through the internet and invigorating buying products directly from overseas. Recently, Korea revises some laws and acts related to buying products from overseas to deal with this tendency. In revised Food Sanitation Act, it requires that agency of execute pm-chase for customers should declare health functional food if customers buy health functional food from overseas In revised Radio Waves Act, it abolished its recent revised provision required that agencies should get certification of waves on mobile phones even customers buy those phones through agencies while it did not require that agencies must get certitlcations of waves on phones if customers buy them on their names. In revised Custom Law, it expands products which can be customs refunded. In addition, it eliminates the lowest limit of tine for illegal import, it requires credit card company to notice to Custom Agency if customers spend over a certain amount of money on their credit cards, and etc. 111ere are two sides to these kinds of revision on laws and acts. Positive side is to cope with market expansion of buying products directly from overseas; however, negative side is inconsistency of laws and acts or lack of unity on policies since each law or act is revised separately. Furthermore, since buying products directly from overseas connotes important issues related to international exhaustion on Intellectual Property Rights such as patent rights and etc, it is necessary that studies on these issues should be done. Based on the discuss, studies on a comprehensive policy direction and general regulations of buying products directly from overseas should be done through having ties with other related areas such as Intellectual Property Rights.

        With the maturity of department stores and discount stores, many Korean retail companies have an interest in developing outlet shopping centers such as Yeoju Premium Outlet To develop a successful outlet shopping center, developers should understand general characteristics of trade area for outlet shopping center. Trade area is the geographic area from which a retail property consistently draws most of its customers. The boundaries of the trade areas are determined by a number of factors including the type and size of the shopping center, automobile and transit access, physical barriers, location of competing retail scheme, and population concentration. This study tries to analyze the general characteristics of trade area for outlet shopping center from the perspective of time, because shoppers tend to choose shopping center based on the time they have to travel to shopping center, This study analyzes trade area for outlet shopping center by using time sensitivity measurement (TIM). With empirical research, this study finds out the expected travel time for outlet shopping center is 52.2 minutes and the average time considered to be toe long is 129.98 minutes. The indifference point (percentage of respondents who thought it was short was equal to the percentage who thought it was long) is 66.7 minutes. The optimal point (percentage of respondents who thought it was too short was equal to the percentage of respondents who thought it was too long) is 67.3 minutes. Furthermore, this study explores whether various characteristics of respondents have an impact on time preferences.

        온라인 커뮤니티를 통한 거래수행의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Online communities are occupying an increasingly prominent place in B3C electronic commerce. As most companies are building up and using online community on their homepage or specific online site, most researches on online community focus on the communicative and economic effect of the Internet from the strategic point of view. However, there are scanty studies on how to operate online communities and promote economic transactions from the practical viewpoint. The purpose of this study is to explore factors influencing the transaction fulfillment intention. Analysing data collected from a survey, we show that consciousness of kind, rituals·traditions·norms, consciousness of responsibility are important factors as in traditional community and that online community sentiment and off-site communication are also positively related to the intention of making transaction through community.
