관광개발사업 프로젝트 파이낸싱의 위험요인 및 위험중요도 분석: 금융기관의 관점을 중심으로

The objective of this paper is to identify project financing risk factors in tourism development and to assess relative importance of individual risk factors. Based on literature review, 59 risk factors pool of project financing are identified by comparing SOC and real estate project risk factors with project financing general risk factors. After specialists panel meetings, 45 underlying risk factors are adopted for tourism development project financing. A survey was conducted by financial specialists to assess relative importance of individual risks of tourism development, SOC development and real estate development. As a result, tourism development project financing 37 risks are identified as extreme risk, indicating a very negative perspective from financial institutions in investing for tourism development. Importance of preparation risks and operation risks is especially high in tourism development. And compared to SOC development and real estate development, the importance of six risk factors are relatively higher. The result of this study implies that major steps must be taken to manage risks in tourism investment and can be used as a guideline to develop the risk management system. 본 연구의 목적은 관광개발사업 프로젝트 파이낸싱의 위험요인을 도출하고, 개별 위험요인의 중요도를 측정하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 관광개발사업과 유사성이 높은 SOC개발사업과 부동산개발사업의 위험요인, 프로젝트 파이낸싱의 일반적인 위험요인, 관광개발사업과 파이낸싱 특성에 관한 선행연구 분석을 통하여 59개의 프로젝트 파이낸싱 위험요인 풀을 도출하였다. 이후 전문가 패널회의를 거쳐 총 45개의 관광개발사업 프로젝트 파이낸싱 세부위험요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 위험요인을 바탕으로 금융기관 전문가조사를 수행하였으며, Likelihood and Impact Method를 활용하여 관광개발사업 프로젝트 파이낸싱의 개별 위험요인 중요도를 평가하였다. 위험요인 중요도 평가결과, 위험요인 45개 중 37개 위험요인이 극단적 위험에 속하는 것으로 나타났는데, 관광개발사업에 대한 투자가능성이 매우 낮음을 시사하고 있다. 관광개발사업, 부동산개발사업 및 SOC개발사업 간 위험요인의 상대적 중요도를 비교한 결과 추진단계별 및 Ongoing 위험요인 모두 관광개발사업의 위험중요도가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 조사되어 관광개발사업에 철저한 위험관리대책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 관광개발사업 프로젝트 파이낸싱 활성화를 위하여 타당성분석의 신뢰성 및 출자자의 신용도 제고와 함께 공익성이 큰 거점 관광개발사업에서 위험분담을 위한 공공부문의 역할 강화의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 향후 프로젝트 파이낸싱 활성화를 위하여 중요도가 높게 나타난 위험요인의 통제 및 관리방안에 대한 세부적 연구가 요구된다.
우분퇴비와 화학비료 시용이 간척지 논에서 사일리지용 옥수수의 생산성 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to examine the effect of cattle manure and chemical fertilizer application on productivity and nutritive value of silage corn in the reclaimed paddy field of Sukmoon at Dangjin Province in Korea. The cultivars of silage corn used in this experiment were Kwangpyungok and Pioneer (P32B33). The fertilizer was applied according to recommended dose of application. The reclaimed paddy field of Sukmoon was created for farming in 1985 and approximately 5 to 10 years ago rice was cultivated in full-scale. Recently, reclaimed paddy field of Sukmoon has a limitation to cultivate the crops, due to increased salinity caused by drought and poor drainage system. The total area of reclaimed paddy field of Sukmoon was 305 ha, and silage corn was sown on 149 ha of the reclaimed paddy field in nine regions, such as Songsan 28 A and B, Songsan 27 A and B, Songsan 42 A, B and C, and Songsan 43 A and B. The productivity and nutritive value of corn were evaluated collected from each of nine experimental regions. Dry matter (DM) yields of P32B33 in Songsan 28 A and B, and Songsan 27 A were 13 to 15 ton/ha and it was increased 3 to 5 ton/ha as compared to those of Songsan 27 B. DM yields of Kwangpyungok in Songsan 42 A, and Songsan 43 A and B were 23 to 27 ton/ha and it was increased 15 to 16 ton/ha as compared to Songsan 42 A and B. The nutritive value of corn was not significantly different between Kwangpyungok and P32B33, but the yield of Kwangpyungok corn silage was higher compared to P32B33. Therefore, this study suggests that good drainage system is important to maintain normal growth and productivity of corn in the reclaimed paddy field. 본 시험은 충남 당진 석문간척지 논에 첨가적인 우분퇴비의 시용을 통하여 벼 대체 여름 사료작물인 옥수수 생산성 및 사료가치를 조사하여 논을 이용한 옥수수의 이용성 증대를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 석문 송산 간척농지는 1985년에 조성되어 본격적인 벼농사가 이루어진지는 약 5~10년 정도 되었다. 현재도 가뭄에 의한 염해 현상이 나타나고 배수상태가 좋지 않기 때문에 사료작물 재배지로써는 한계가 많은 간척농지이다. 본 연구에서는 간척농지 305 ha 중 일부인 149 ha에 옥수수를 파종한 송산 28단지 A와 B 지역, 송산 27단지 A와 B 지역, 송산 42단지 A, B 그리고 C 지역 및 지역송산 43단지 A와 B 지역에서 무작위로 시료를 채취하여 조사하였다. 송산 28단지 A와 B 및 송산 27단지 A에서 재배된 P32B33의 건물수량은 ha당 13~15톤으로 송산 27단지 B 보다 약 3~5톤 정도 높은 수량을 보였으며, 송산 42단지 A 및 송산 43단지 A와 B에서 재배된 광평옥의 건물수량은 23~27톤으로 송산 42단지 B와 C 보다 약 15~16톤 정도 높은 수량을 보였다. 석문 간척농지의 논에서는 도입 품종인 P32B33보다 국내보급 품종인 광평옥이 현저하게 높은 생산성을 유지하였다. 그리고 지역간 옥수수의 사료가치는 약간의 차이를 보였으나 품종간에 차이는 보이지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 종합해 보면 간척농지인 논에서 사일리지용 옥수수를 재배하기 위해서는 비료원의 공급보다는 배수가 양호상태를 유지하는 것이 최선의 방법임을 보여주고 있다.

Unlike the past, when functions and rationality were mainly achieved, the development of technology and existingideas were destroyed, so individuals freely expressed their individuality and recognized buildings as various perceptions andinterpretations through psychological, experience and knowledge. The purpose of this study was to present the possibility ofanalyzing emotional elements accepted by individuals through their original senses in buildings with shapes that are provocativeand difficult to recognize based on the perception system of psychoanalytic objects. Based on psychoanalytic Sigmund Freud'sUncanny theory, emotional psychology such as fear and anxiety is defined as a concept that operates as a cognitive systemfor objects. Common phenomena were examined by comparing intellectual uncertainty, unfamiliarity, and trauma, which are theconditions of occurrence of uncanny, with the expression characteristics of contemporary architecture. By removing the existingmeaning and functional system from architecture, intellectually uncertain buildings showed physical properties, constructivity,epidermis, and strange expression characteristics of daily life and the movement of buildings to death impulses, wecommunicated a fixed way of thinking. Due to the development of new expression and structural freedom, it became difficult toanalyze the outer skin of the building and the existence of the structure with our personal experience and knowledge, and thephenomena that cannot be interpreted structurally and systematically made it possible to communicate new meanings. Theexistence of contemporary architecture as aesthetics approaches us in a disordered, aesthetic, and intense form, in which ourentrenched thinking is dismantled through the concept of psychoanalytic uncanny and made it work as a principle of order,making it visible to the expression and invisible of architecture. Architectures that have always existed in us and appeared inthe world have been interpreted as unconscious and unfamiliar due to freedom of expression as ideological theories, so thatthey can be accepted as their own experience and knowledge, not as a result of subjective buildings.
Poly(acrylonitrile)-Based Porous Membrane for Solid Polymer Electrolyte

Lithium-Ion Battery (LIB) has a safety issues on using conventional liquid electrolytes despite having a high energy storage system. To substitute for such organic liquid electrolytes, solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) are investigated because of their rigid, non-volatile properties. However, SPEs have a low ionic conductivity at a room temperature. Here, in order to improve the conductivity for LIB, solvating lithium salts are combined with a porous polymer membrane. In this study, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as a membrane, allowing for the construction of a bicontinuous structure via a thermally induced phase separation method, has a high surface area that produces ion channels. After blending with a mixture of a plastic crystal succinonitrile (SN) and a weak-binding lithium salt (LiTFSI), PAN-based SPEs can be prepared. The effect of SN/LiTFSI contents on ionic conductivity, morphology, and specific surface area is investigated by an impedance spectroscopy, FE-SEM and BET, respectively.
