現代語の感動詞「さあ」には、様々な用法が認められが、そのうち本稿で は応答詞としての「さあ」を取り上げ、先行する発話と続く後続発話形式との関連性から「さあ」の用法と意味․機能について検討した。その結果、応答詞としての「さあ」は発話時の不確かさのマーカーとして働くうえに、さらに先行発話のタイプにより暗示的な否定の応答として使われることが明らかになった。また、文脈状況により、「非意図的応答表現」「意図的応答表現」「曖昧な否定」など様々な派生的意味を醸し出すことがわかった。このことから、相手の感情を損ねることなく円滑なコミュニケーションを行うために、不確かさの意味合いを有するとともに暗示的な否定の応答として使用される「さあ」が、様々な応答の場面において有効な言語的手段として使われることが明らかになった。
병재배 새송이버섯 균주별 자실체의 항산화 효과 및 아질산염 소거능 비교분석

큰느타리라고도 불리는 새송이버섯은 1990년대 병재배 자동화 시스템이 도입되어 재배되기 시작하였다. 고기집에서 삼겹살과 잘 어울리는 버섯으로 인기가 좋아 꾸준히 소비되는 버섯이기 도 하다. 본 실험에서는 새송이버섯의 균주별 자실체의 항산화 효과 및 아질산염 소거능을 비교분석 하 였다. 새송이 5균주의 자실체를 열수, 주정, 메탄올의 용매를 이용하여 추출하였고, 용매별로 추 출된 새송이 버섯의 항산화 능력을 측정하기 위한 전자공여능 측정 결과, 열수와 주정 추출물에 서는 ASI 2394가 13.8 %, 9.4 %로, 메탄올 추출물에서는 ASI 2887이 5.5%로 높았지만 양성대조 구인 Ascorbic acid 보다는 현저히 낮았다. 아질산염 소거능(nitrite-scavenging effect)은 Gray등의 방법으로 520nm에서 흡광도를 측정하여 잔존하는 아질산염량을 구했으며, 그 결과 열수 추출물에서는 ASI 2820 균주가 25%, 주정 추출 물에서는 ASI 2839이 29%, 메탄올 추출물에서는 ASI 2820이 36%로 가장 높았다. 각종 추출물은 양성대조구인 Ascorbic acid보다 낮은 값을 보였으나, 열수, 주정, 메탄올 추출물 중에서는 도 다 른 양성대조구인 BHA와 비슷한 소거능을 보이는 것도 있었다.

This study aims to develop a self-directed learning model to enhance learners' self-directed learning ability in English education, apply it to a college General English course and examine its effectiveness. On the basis of the teaching-learning principles of constructivism, the basic process of the self-directed learning model developed in this study is understanding learners, developing learning materials, setting the learning goals, organizing learning groups, providing various learning materials using multimedia and writing up learning contracts, performing learning, and accomplishment evaluation. It is also considered to create learning environment by motivating and empowering learners, teaching learning skills, etc. Since learners vary in their learning attitude and experiences toward self-directed learning, proficiency levels, etc., a staged self-directed learning model is suggested according to the degree of how they are self-directed: low, mid and high. Through the voices of 25 participants having experienced the self-directed learning in a General English course during the summer session of 2012, the positive effectiveness of self-directed learning comes out in 10 different aspects: active learning attitude, confidence and self-esteem as an efficient learner, communicative language ability, learning motivation and achievement, enthusiasm for their learning, learning habit and the will to learn, interest, responsibility for the learning, the relationship between learner and instructor, the expectation for the future learning.
전침과 경근 저주파의 경직 완화 효과에 대한 경근전도 분석

Objectives : To analyse the effect of Electroacupuncture(EA) and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation(TENS) in hemiplegic patients with spasticity after Stroke through Meridian-Electromyograph(MEMG). Methods : EA applied to 24 patients who had been treated by general rehabilitation therapy after stroke and the other 25 hemiplegic patients had applied TENS during 15 minutes. Outcomes were assessed at just before and after stimulation, and 30 minutes, 60 minutes by MEMG, Modified Ashworth scale(MAS), Visual Analog Scale(VAS). Results : EA and TENS groups were found to produce a statistically significant decrease of spasticity. The effects assessed by MEMG and MAS were lasted up to 30minutes in EA group and 60minutes in TENS group, while the analgesic effects of EA assessed by VAS was lasted just after stimulation but TENS was lasted up to 30 minutes. Conclusions : EA is an efficacious method to decrease severe spasticity quickly but TENS is better in analgesic effect and persistency of antispastic effect.
