Clacaneal fractures involving subtalar joint can be associated with prolonged and severe disability, Many different methods have been tried for the treatment in order to search for better results. From October 1987 to October 1989, five cases of calcaneal fractures involving subtalar joint were treated by open reduction and internal fixation, and the results were as follows: 1. The causes of fractures of the calcaneus were fall from a height in all five cases. 2. The medial approach was used usually and, when the anatomical reduction was impossible by medial approach only, the lateral approach was combined. 3. The average Bohler's angle was 4.6' before reduction and 24.6 after open reduction. The Bohler's angle was increased to average 20' 4, Satisfactory results were obtained in all but one, who was not followed up for over 1 year. 5. The open reduction and internal fixation through the medial approach was valuable treatment method of the intraarticular calcaneal fracture.

We have performed CFD simulation and analyzed flow and concentration fields for the basic data of the ventilation system for removing pollutants which were produced in a lecture room. The flow patterns indicated differently according to the arrangement of openings and the concentration distribution of pollutants were showed higher and lower because of the effect of that flow patterns. In the case of arranging the openings to the upper and lower side, the stagnation appearance of flow formed in the interested space. In the case of arranging the openings to the right and left side, the stagnation of high concentration pollutants appeared in the middle area of the interested space. On the increasing exhaust velocity, the distribution of pollutants appeared similar to the normal case, but the concentration of pollutants were lower.
사이버전의 역량평가 개선과 역량 강화 방안에 관한 연구

Recently, as the development of cyber weapons, the threat of cyber warfare has been increasing. Nations, which experienced cyber warfare already, have been damaged not only in the cyber space as well as in real war field. Therefore, each nation is constantly making efforts to prepare for cyber warfare. First of all, to prepare for cyber warfare, each nation's capability of cyber warfare should be understood. A plan of reaction of cyber warfare should be searched by comparison and analysis of capability of cyber warfare. This paper compares and analyzes established methodology of capability assessment about cyber warfare, and this paper finds a better point to suggest the improvement of capability assessment about cyber warfare. This paper applies capability assessment of cyber warfare to nations, which can influence on Korea with improved capability assessment of cyber warfare. Comparing and analyzing the result of assessment, this paper deducts complementary point of Korean cyber warfare to suggest the plan to enhancing capability of cyber warfare. 최근 사이버 무기의 발전으로 사이버전의 위협이 점점 더 증가되고 있다. 이미 사이버전을 경험한 국가들은 피해가 사이버상에서만 국한 되는 것이 아니라 물리적인 피해까지 영향을 받게 되어 피해가 상당하다. 이렇기 때문에 각국은 사이버전에 대비하기 위해 끊임없이 노력을 하고 있다. 먼저, 사이버전을 대비하기 위해서는 각국의 사이버전 역량이 파악되어야 하며, 비교 / 분석을 통해 사이버전 대응방안을 모색해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 사이버전의 역량평가 방법에 대해서 비교 / 분석해보고, 향상점을 도출하여 사이버전 역량 평가 개선안을 연구하였다. 개선된 사이버전 역량 평가를 통해서 한국에 영향을 줄 수 있는 국가들을 대상으로 사이버전 역량 평가를 실시하였으며, 평가 결과를 비교 / 분석함으로 한국의 사이버전 역량의 보완점을 도출하여 사이버전 역량 강화 방안을 제시하였다.

This paper tries to compare plastic design with elastic design for bending member to see how much material amounts can be saved under same conditions. Saving amounts are very difference in accordance with load conditions, support conditions and section shapes. But, it is very importance that plastic design is more economical than elastic design and saving amounts are about 45%. It is, of course, less percentage in praetice because the comparison method in this paper is done at ideal conditions. It is true that plastic design is more economical in material amounts and rational in theories than elastic design. I wish to introduce plastic theory in Building Code Requirements of our country that has very lack amounts of steel or structural materials.
