        To object of this study was to analyze the effects of air pollution of industrial park to the environmental-ecology characterization in the Sa-Sang Park and the vicinity of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung. 6 transects(each size 400m2 were set up and surveyed each park. The relationships of the distribution of dominant groups for forest vegetation structure and the environmental condition between the Sa-Sang Park and the vicinity of South Gate San-Sung Amusement Park were analyzed by similarity index, frequencies of tree species, importance value, soil pH, SO2ㆍCOㆍNO2 and PM10 density of air and tree vitality. The results obtained were as follows, 1. For analysis of vegetation structure in the Sa-Sang Park, upperstory of forests was mostly consisted of Pinus thunbergii Parl and partly of Alnus japonica Steudel. In midstory, major components were Alnus japonica Steudel and partly of Pinus thunbergii Parl. In lower story Rhus sylvestris S. et Z, which was known to be resistant to air pollution, was found in large number. While the vicinity of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung has various species and stable forest vegetation, upperstory of forests was mostly consisted of Pinus rigida Mill and partly of Pinus densiflora S. et Z. Quercus serrata Thunb. Quercus mogolicα Fischer. Alnus hirsuta Rupr. In midstory, major components were Pinus rigida Mill and Alnus hirsuta Rupr. In lower story Rhododendron yedoense Maximowicz var. poukhanense(Le'v.) Nakai. and Rubus crataegifolius Bunge, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. Similarity index in the Sa-Sang Park and the vicinity of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung was 42.31%. 2. Frequencies class of tree species were analyzed A(23.53%), B(17.65%),C(11.76%), D(5.88%), E(41.18%) in the Sa-Sang Park and A(29.41%), B(29.41%). C(23.53%), DC5.88%), E(11.77%) the vicinity of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung 3. Soil pH decreased to below pH 0.7 in the Sa~Sang Park as compared to pH 4.9in the vicinity of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung. In addition Water content decreased to below 7.7% in Sa~Sang Park as compared to 9.3% the vicilli앙 of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung. While SO2ㆍCO2 density of air and tree vitality were higher than those in the vicinity of South Gate in Mt. Geumjung. It is concluded that the Sa~Sang Park is only afraided to survive stronge tree species which resist to air pollution and decrease a function of city park in a few years that tree vitality of the Sa~Sang Park is higher than those in the vicinity of the South Gate in Mt. Geumjung. as a result environmental factorsCfor example SO2ㆍCOㆍNO2 and PM10 density of air, Water content, Soil pH and so on).

        This is to investigate the posibility of home manufacturing of heavy chemical industry machines, such as rotary kiln, crusher, blower, cooler, electrostatic precipitator and weighing feeder of cement plant. It is concluded that even though we can not make all of them (some of them are made now and some others are going to be made in the near future, some of them are made whole and some others are made partially), we can build or export the cement plant by importing the important machines which we can not make now and by substituting them with ours gradually.

        The arguments on the social problem can be depending on whether value judgements. And the social problems posed in the depending on the theoretical perspectives to the society. Traditionally, knowledge as a social institution has its major function in solving on the social problems. knowledge does not consist of fragmentary propositions, but rather a coherent system of ideas, beliefs, and judgements. Knowledge as a system is what human beings, i. e., rational beings have achieved through our history of persistent efforts to understand the world rationally. Not only the knowledge is desired normatively because it must be inquired freely without internal control and constraints, but also its rational nature provides education with the factual ground. Education develops rationality by teaching such knowledge and the development of rationality builds, in its turn, the basis of the social problem solving. We have to get rightly through over the liberalism and the communitarianism in knowledge as well as for the kinds of justification appropriate to the social problem solving.

      • 자외선 조사에 의한 인체 각질형성세포 세포고사 방어인자에 관한 연구

        Back ground: Human skin is continuously exposed to UV irradiation. Ultraviolet irradiation of human skin cause sunburn cell which is relevant to the apoptosis of keratinocytes. In the epidermis, apoptosis inducing factors and anti-apoptotic factors probably exist to maintain the integrity of keratinocytes. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the exsistence of apoptosis inducing factors and anti-apoptotic defence factors by evaluation of UV induced apoptosis in cultured human keratinocyte and other keratinocyte cell lines(A-431 cells, KB cells) and its susceptibility of UV induced apoptosis in various conditions. Method: In this study, the percentages of apoptosis, necrosis and cell viability of irradiated human keratinocytes and othe keratinocyte cell lines by MMT assay and AO/EO stain. The percentages of those were measured before UVB irradiation and 8, 24, 48 hours after UVB irradiation. Also, the same evaluations were performed with irradiated human keratinocytes cultured without growth factor and with enough growth factors, both results were compared with each other. And the effect of cycloheximide, a protein synthesis inhibitor was evaluated. Also that of aurintricarboxylic acid(ATA), an inhibitor of endonucleases which play an important role in inducing apoptosis of human keratinocytes was evaluated. Result: Human keratinocytes and other keratinocyte cell lines(A-431 cells, KB cells) were cultured in vitro developed maximal apoptosis 48 hours after irradiation, keratinocytes were more resistant to UV induced apoptosis than the others. The withdrawal of growth factors from keratinocyte and addition of cycloheximide decreased the cell survival rate following UV irradiation and increased the induction of apoptosis. And ATA inhibited UV induced apoptosis. Conclusion: These results indicate that human keratinocytes have both anti-apoptotic factors and apoptosis inducing factors to maintain the homeostasis. And survival signals mediated through growth factors or cellular proteins are responsible for the resistance to apoptosis observed in keratinocytes in vitro.

      • 정상 인체 멜라닌세포에서 endothelin-1 receptor antagonist가 melanin생성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In the normal skin, melanocytes maintain their constant population and their melanogenic activity in steady state, but respond to several stimulus such as UV radiation and chemical irritation, to accentuate proliferation and differentiation, leading to hyperpigmentation of the skin. Human Keratinocytes produce and secrete endothelin-1, which can be strong mitogens for human melanocytes. The paracrine linkage of endothelin-1 between keratinocytes and melanocytes suggested that endothelin-1 is intrinsic mediators for human melanocytes in UVB-induced pigmentation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the new whitening agent, which improve the hyperpigmentation by inhibiting the ET-1. So, we add ET-1 and five kinds of ETRA into the cultured normal human melanocyte and then three days later, each ETRA on ET-1 was measured melanocyte number and inhibitory effect of melanin synthesis, respectively. In this study, ETRA has a inhibitory effect on ET-1 induced melanocyte proliferation and melanogenesis. ETRA I has a strong inhibitory effect on melanocyte proliferation and ETRA Ⅱ has a strong inhibitory effect melanogenesis. western blotting results shows negative. It may be due to the processing error of protein denaturing or low antigen -antibody affinity. But, we also confirm that ETRA Ⅱ has a inhibitory effect of tyrosinae synthesis by RT-PCR

      • 전통적 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 복합재료 구조물의 최적 설계

        유전자 알고리즘에 의해서 복합재료 구조물을 최적화 시켜 보았다. 유전자 알고리즘은 이산 변수를 고려할 수 있기 때문에, 설계 변수가 적층수와 적층각도 같은 이산 변수인 경우에서는 전통적 최적화 방법보다 정확한 최적값을 구할 수 있다. 유전자 알고리즘의 이러한 특성을 연구해 보기 위해서, 전통적 최적화 기법의 일환인 modified method of feasible directions (MFD)에 의해 복합재료 구조물을 최적화 시켜 보고 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 최적값과 비교, 분석해 보았다. 본 연구의 해석결과 유전자 알고리즘이 MFD보다 목적 함수에서 우수한 값을 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, a composite structure is optimized by using Genetic Algorithm (GA). Discrete variable scan be considered in GA. The GA is able to find better optimum than the classical optimization methods in considering design variable such as ply number and ply angle(orientation). To study the characteristics of the GA, a composite structure is optimized by the modified method of feasible directions (MFD) and GA. The results are compared and discussed. This result show that the GA provides better optimal results than MFD in the objective function value.

        교사의 미디어 리터러시에 관한 조사 연구

        본 연구는 교사들의 미디어교육에 대한 재인식과 더불어 학생들에게 미디어를 통한 최적한 학습조건과 환경을 제공하기 위하여 교사의 미디어 시설 환경과 교사들의 일상생활에서 미디어에 대한 활용도 및 학교생활에서 활용도를 조사 분석하였다. 조사한 연구결과와 조사결과에 의한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등, 중등, 고등학교 모든 학교, 학급에서 인터넷이 사용 가능하며, 컴퓨터를 활용하게된 이유는 수업 및 공무처리에 활용하기 위해서 활용하며, 컴퓨터 조작이나 프로그램 조작이 어려울 때 주로 동료에게 묻는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교수업에서 교재로서 활용하는 신문기사는 사회면이 많으며, 교재로서 활용하는 TV프로그램은 EBS교육방송프로그램으로 나타났다. 그러나 EBS교육방송프로그램의 수업 활용 여부에 대한 대답에서 활용한 적이 없다라는 대답이 많이 나타났다. 셋째, 일상생활과 하교생활에서 컴퓨터 활용 여부는 문서작성 및 전자메일 등의 통신을 위해서가 대부분이다. 그러나 앞으로 교사들이 요구하는 미디어교육은 비디오 편집과 교재 작성 및 학습자원의 공유에 관심을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 연구결과에 의하여 시사점을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들간의 미디어교육에 대한 정보를 서로 공유할 필요가 있으며, 교사들에게 수업에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 미디어 교육의 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 신문활용수업(NIE)에 대한 활용안내 및 연수가 필요하며, EBS교육방송국에서는 수업에 활용할 수 있는 그리고 교사들의 요구에 맞는 교육방송프로그램을 제작하여야 할 것이며, 교육방송프로그램 활용수업에 대한 안내 및 연수를 하여 교육현장에 교육방송프로그램의 활용을 극대화활 필요가 있다. 셋째, 일상생활과 학교생활에서 여러 가지 미디어를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 미디어교육을 실시하여야 할 것이며, 특히 비디오 편집, 그림이나 사진의 가공, 홈페이지 작성 등에 대한 미디어교육이 필요하다. This paper is aimed to study the media literacy of teachers. The results of this study are as following : 1. All teachers in an elmtary, secxlndary and high school are allowed to get an excess to internet. 2. 82% of than say that the reason of using computers is for class and official matters. 3. 84% of them say that they ask help from their c~IIeagues when they have difficulty using compukrs. 4. 580/0 of them say that they feel a pain of eyes when they use corqmters. 5. 43%f them say that they use society sections of daily newspapers. 6. 45% of them say that they watch EBS TV programs. But 76% of them say that they don t use EBS TV programs in class. 7. 97% of them say that they use coxnp~~ters for E-mail and communications with others in orchnary life. And 38% of them say that they need video editing and TV programs. 8. 56% of them say that they use computers for E-mail and communications with others in school life. And 74% of them say that they want to use computers as teaching-learning materials.

      • 방송활용수업 분석

        본 연구에서는 TV방송매체를 학교현장에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 방송활용수업의 기본개념을 규명하고, 또한 직접 TV방송매체를 수업에 활용하는 교사들을 혼란하게 만들고 있는 자료형 방송활용수업(한국교육개발원의 방송활용수업 모형)과 모델형 방송활용수업(일본의 방송에 의한 수업 모형)의 활용목적, 활용절차 및 활용방법에서 각각의 장단점을 비교.검토함으로써 TV방송매체를 수업에 직접 활용하는 교사들에게 방송활용수업에 대한 이해는 물론 방송교재를 수업에 활용하는 기준을 제공하고자 한다. The main research tasks of the present study was to analyze the instructional instructional model, and methodological features in teaching-learning process of the two types of the instruction using ITV program, i.e. the materials type of the instruction using ITV program and the modeling type of the instruction using ITV program. The main purposes of the present study through these analyses were as follows: (1) To establish the purpose and methodology of using ITV program in classroom. (2) To provide the practical evidences that is useful to solve the selective problems, that is,which type of the instruction using ITV program should be used? The obtained conclusions of the present study were as follows: (1) The type of the instruction using ITV program that could optimize the characteristics and functions of ITV program is the modeling type of the instruction using ITV program. (2) The research movement of the instructional system and design is transformed to cognition paradigm and structural paradigm. Therefore, the proper type of the instruction using ITV program that come up with these trends is the modeling type of the instruction using ITV program. (3) The instruction using ITV program of the foregin countries is transformed to the pararell curriculum of the instruction using ITV program that could foster the ability of monitoring ITV program. Therefore, the instruction using ITV program that could satisfy the pararell curriculum is the modeling type of the instruction using ITV program. (4) The instruction using ITV program is the modeling type of the instruction using ITV program, that could optimize the information processing ability and problem solving ability needed in modern inforamtion society. (5) The instruction using ITV program is the materials type of the instruction using ITV program, that could make learners to acquire knowledge systematically. (6) Researchers of the present study have explored the instruction using ITV program that could be applied to this country. And the new type of the instruction using ITV program explored by the researcher is a comprehensive type of the instruction using ITV program. A comprehensive type of the instruction using ITV program was explored by considering the mothodological weak points and strong points of the materials type of the instruction using ITV program and the modeling type of the instruction using ITV program. A comprehensive type of the instruction using ITV program could foster not only systematic learning of knowledge but also information processing ability and problem solving ability. And a comprehensive type of the instruction using ITV program makes teachers understand students, and make students cognize teachers as the comraders of learning. As though a comprehensive type of the instruction using ITV program explored by researcher dose not use advanced component such as computer and compact disk, it is a type of media-mixture technique, and therefore it can be accomdated freely. In conclusion, Teachers should understand various types of the instruction using ITV program, and should find the most suitable type of the instruction using ITV program that is useful to various instructional purposes. And to be the most effective teacher, they shoule used to every type of the instruction using ITV program.

      • 6차 교육과정 변화에 따른 방송활용수업의 방향 탐색

        본 연구에서는 우리 나라의 교육과정과 방송활용수업의 변화과정 및 연구동향을 고찰하여 교육과정 변화에 따른 방송활용수업의 방향을 첫째는 방송교재를 활용하는 목적 및 목표, 둘째로 방송교재의 내용, 셋째로 방송교재의 활용방법을 탐색하고자 한다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 방송교재를 활용하는 목적 및 목표 6차 교육과정의 목적에 부합하는 세부적인 방송교재를 활용하는 목적을 다음과 같이 두어야 할 것이다. 첫째, 방송활용수업을 통하여 건강한 신체, 강인한 의지력, 건전한 생활태도, 풍부한 정서를 목표로 하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 주체적 자아의식, 개성과 다양성의 추구, 자율성의 행사를 목표로 하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 창의적 사고력, 탐구적인 능력, 변화에 대처하는 대응력을 목표로 하여야 할 것이다. 넷째, 서로 존중하며 협력하는 자세, 민주적인 참여, 공동체 의식을 목표로 하여야 할 것이다. 2. 방송교재의 내용 6차 교육과정의 교육목적을 달성할 수 있는 세부적인 방송교재의 내용은 다음과 같이 제작. 방영되어야 할 것이다. 첫째, 민주주의 공동체의식에 역점을 두는 교육내용, 둘째, 변화에 대한 창조적 대응력을 배양하는 교육내용, 셋째, 통일에 대비하는 교육내용, 넷째, 학습자의 경험세계가 중시되는 교육내용으로 하여야 할 것이다. 3. 방송교재의 활용방법 이상과 같은 6차 교육과정의 목적과 교육내용에 따라 세부적인 방송교재의 활용방법을 다음과 같이되어야 할 것이다. 첫째, 학습자의 부담을 경감시키는 방법뿐만 아니라 교사의 부담을 줄일 수 있는 방법, 둘째, 교과조직의 적합성과 분류체계의 합리적 조정을 기하는 방법, 셋째, 교육과정 지침의 효용성 강화를 통하여 현장에서의 교과교육의 질 관리를 체계화하는 방법, 넷째, 방송교재의 속보성, 누적성, 광범성, 계획성, 간편성 및 영상적 특성을 효과적으로 살릴 수 있는 방법, 다섯째, 교사주도형의 방송활용수업에서 학습자의 자주적인 학습이 가능한 학습자 주도형 및 매체혼합형 방송활용수업 방법이 되어야 할 것이다. 이렇게 하기 위해서는 방송교재를 수업에 활용하는 목적 및 활용방법에 대한 방향이 정립되어야 할 것이다. 특히 교사연수를 통하여 방송교재를 활용하는 현장교사들의 방송교육관에 대한 방향을 정립시켜야 할 것이다. 그리고 학교현장에서의 교사들은 선택가능한 여러 가지 방송활용수업의 목적과 방법을 이해하여, 모든 목적에 두루 유용하거나 어떤 주어진 목표에 대해 선택 가능한 모형을 찾아야 한다. 그리고 효율적인 방송활용수업이 되기 위해서는 방송교재를 직접 수업에 활용하는 교사들이 모든 방송활용수업의 목적과 활용방법에 익숙해야 하며, 새로운 교수-학습 방법을 배우고 이전의 교수-학습 방법을 갈고 다듬는 일을 끊임없이 계속해야 할 것이다. The main research tasks of the present study was to search the purpose of the instruction using ITV program, the contents of ITV program and the methodology of the instruction using ITV program with the change of the sixth curriculum. The main findings of the present studt could be summarized as follows : 1. The purpose of the instruction using ITV program with the change of the sixth curriculum should be aimed 1) a sound body, a strong will, a life worth living and an abundant emotion, 2) a subjective self-consciousness, a pursuit of individuality and variety and the exercise of self-control, 3) a creative thinking power, a spirit of inquiry and a the confrontation with change, 4) an attitude of mutual cooperation, a democratic participation and a community life. 2. The contents of ITV program with the change of the sixth curriculum should maked and telecasted the programm 1) to emphasis the consciousness of democratic community, 2) to cultivate of the creative confrontation with change, 3) to provide of the unified a nation, 4) to take serious view of learn's experience. 3. The methodology of the instruction using ITV program with the change of the sixth curriculum should be the method 1) to reduce a heavy burden on learner and teacher, 2) to raise the suitness and rational regulation of classification of a course of study, 3) to systematize the qualitative management of a course of study through the effectness of the direction of curriculum in the school, 4) to effect the charcteristic of a quickness, accumulationness, wideness, planingness, conveniency and imageness of ITV program, 5)) to change the type of instruction using ITV program for leadship of learner or media mix with the type of instruction using ITV program for leadship of teacher. In conclusion, Teachers should understand various types of the instruction using ITV program, and should find the most suitable type of the instruction using ITV program that is useful to various instructional purposes. And to be the most effective teacher, they shoule used to every type of the instruction using ITV program.

        DC Servo Motor를 이용한 초정밀 위치결정기구의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 및 제어성능 평가

        Recently, High accuracy and precision arc required in various industrial field especially, semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, Ulna precision positioning apparatus, Information field and so on. Positioning technology is a very important one among them. As such technology has been rapidly developed, this field needs the positioning accuracy as high as submicron. It is expected that the accuracy of 10nm and 1nm is required in precision work and ultra precision work field, respectively by the beginning of 2000s. High speed and low vibration arc also needed. This work deals with the design method and control system of Ultra precision positioning apparatus. Control perfor-mance and stability analysis were performed in advance by modeling and designing the controller with Simulink.
