        In this study, Mechanical property, thermal property, watervapor, and oxygen permeability of biodegradable Soy protein/Pectin-montmorillonite nanocomposite, prepared with Na^(+)-MMT, have been studied. X-ray diffraction and TEM experiments an polymer/silicate composite samples demonstrated that the intercalation of polymer chains leads to increase in the spacing between silicate layers. In addition, it were found that the intercalated Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite were prepared. It was found that the addition of only a small of clay was enough to improve the thermal stability and mechanical property of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite. watervapor of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin. oxygen permeability of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin.

        Korean analysis systems require a large-scale data dictionary and the built dictionary is very frequently searched during the morphological analysis. For the more efficient system, we must construct the dictionary that has fast size- independent search time and makes efficient use of storage which preserves the basic characteristics of Trie. As regards both side of search time and memory space, we know that search time of double Trie structure using double array is suitable for construction of Korean data dictionary, and the type which we separate each mode by phoneme-unit is more useful to Korean processing.

      • 자가 면역성 간염에서 자가항체의 발현 양상과 스테로이드 치료의 효과

        목적 : 최근 8년간 본원에서 경험한 자기면역성 간염의 혈액학적 특징과 스테로이드의 치료효과를 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법 : 1996년 이후부터 2002년까지 충남대학교 병원에서 1999년 International Autoimmune Hepatitis Group(LAHG)에서 제시한 수정 진단 기준안에 의거하여 총 진단점수가 probable 이상에 해당하는 환자들을 대상으로 임상적 특징, 검사실 및 조직 소견과 스테로이드와 azathioprine의 치료 효과를 후향적으로 조사하였다. 결과 : 9예의 환자들은 여성이 78%, 40대가 많았고, 급성 발병이 33.3%, 피로감, 식욕부진 및 황달 등이 나타났으며, 항핵항체가 55.6%에서 그리고 항평활근 항체가 77.8%에서 양성이었고, 동반 질환은 류마치스 관절염이 2예, 특발성 혈소판 감소증 1예, Henoch-Sch nlein 자반증 및 그레브스병이 각각 1예 씩이었다. 7예에 대해서 스테로이드와 azathioprine으로 치료하여 생화학적 임상적 완해가 이루어져서 유효한 치료 결과를 얻었다. 결론 : 자가면역성 간염은 우리 나라에서 원인을 찾을 수 없는 만성 간질환의 경우, 특히 중년여성에서 다른 자가면역성 질환이 동반되었을 때 자가면역성 간염을 의심하여 자가항체 선별검사를 시행해 보아야 할 것으로 생각된다. 향후 다기관 연구를 통하여 좀 더 많은 증례를 모으고 전향적인 연구를 시행하여야 할 필요가 있다. Although autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) is common in western contries, some studties have been reported in Korea. The aim of the study was to analyze the clinical and histological features and expression pattern of the autoantibody and to examine clinical course of AIH in Korea. For 9 patients diagnosed as having AIH in our hospital since 1996, we reviewed medical records and analyzed clinical and laboratory findings retrospectively. They had a probable or definite AIH according to the revised criteria of International AIH group. The mean age was 42.7(21∼68)years and 7(77.8%) were female. Three of them(33.3%) showed acute hepatitis and five of them showed cirrhosis. Fatigue and anorexia were the most frequently complained symptoms(55.6%). Four patients(44.4%) were accompanied with other autoimmune diseases. Antinuclear antibody was detected in 5(55.6%) and anti-smooth muscle antibody was detected in 7(77.8%). Three patients showed focal picemeal necrosis and four showed periportal fibrosis. Among 7 patients who received immunosuppressive therapy, six patients(85.7%) showed initial response. and biochemical and serologic remission were achived in 5(71.4%) and 3(42.8%) patients, AIH seems to be partly responsible for chronic liver disease of unknown etiology in Korea. AIH should be suspected in female patients with unknown chronic liver disease of unknown etiolgy, especially accompanied with other autoimmune disease. The clinical characteristics of AIH may not be quite different from those of Western countries.

      • B -NSF계 & 빈졸계 고분자로 변성된 인조석의 물성에 관한 기초 연구

        In the recent years, artificial stone has been used as exterior finishing materials of bullding. Artificial stone is manufactured with mixture of cement, stone powder and light-weight aggregate. In this research, we tried to find a way of inceasing the properties needed for better quality artificial stone. So, we used β-NSF modifier and vinsol modifier to improve the physical properties of artifical stone. Through this research, we found that the optimum dosage of the β-NSF & the vinsol polymer is 0.1 wt% and 0.05wt% of cement.

      • 알칼리용액으로 처리된 폐피혁 분이 석고-피혁 복합체의 물성에 미치는 영향

        Gypsum material has strong compressive strength and excellent resistance against fire. But, these material has some demerits ; weak water-resistance, heavy specific gravity and low physical properties in flexural and tensile strengths. While, leather shaving dust(LSD) which is much produced from leather manufacturing company in waste has strong tear and tensile strengths, the properties of the high hygroscopic and the superior thermal insulation. In this research, gypsum-leather composites were made with gypsum and LSD. And the physical properties of those were tested. The optimum dosage of LSD for gypsum-leather composite was decided to 1~5%(w/w) of the gypsum. In that case, the composit which has compressive strength: 147~272 kg_(f)/cm^(2), flexural strength: 66~87kg_(f)/cm^(2), specific gravity: 1.11~1.29 is made.

      • Poly-(acrylic acid-co-methylacrylate)합성조건에 따른 시멘트계 재료의 물성

        The water soluble polymers based on polycarboxlates are come into the spot-light in the detergent fields of CaCO_3, Al(OH)_3 and leather industries. In this research, we synthesized molecular weights(Mn) by changing the concentrations of monomer(acrylic acid-methylacrylate mixture), chain transfer agent(butanethiol) and initiator(ammoniumpersulfate). We investigated the influences on the fluidities(the flow & the mini slump) and the setting times of cement material admixtured with the copolymers by the statistical method. The optimum synthesis formulation of the poly-(AA-co-MA) for cement materials is at the concentrations of monomer 50 M%, chain transfer agent 6.0 M% and initiator 2.0 M%. The number-average molecular weight of that was decided on 7,600 by the viscosity method.

        유구치 I급 와동에서 와동벽 위치와 중합광원에 따른 Microtensile Bond Strength 비교 연구

        이번 실험에서는 중합수축 응력이 가장 크게 나타나는 유구치 I급 와동에서 와동벽의 위치와 중합광원의 변화에 의해 다르게 나타나는 응력의 차이를 microtensile bond strength (MTBS)를 이용하여 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 교합면 법랑질을 제거한 하악 제 2유구치 30개를 준비하여 I급 와동을 형성하였다. 제조사의 지시에 따라 상아질 접착제를 도포 후 3가지 중합광원: 할로겐 램프, 플라즈마, 발광다이오드를 이용하여 10개씩 광중합하였다. 복합레진을 한꺼번에 충전 후 각각의 중합기로 광중합하였다. 동일 치아에서 각각 치수벽과 축벽의 MTBS 측정용 시편을 제작하고 각 군을 중합광원과 와동벽 위치에 따라 할로겐 램프-축군, 할로겐 램프-치수벽군, 플라즈마-축벽군, 플라즈마-치수벽군, 발광다이오드-축벽군, 발광다이오드-치수벽군의 6개 군으로 분류하였다. 만능시험기에서 MTBS를 측정하고 파절편과 와동의 단면을 SEM을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 동일 중합광원에서 와동벽 간 비교는 T-test, 동일 와동벽에서 중합광원 간 비교는 One-way ANOVA와 Tukey's post hoc test를 이용하였고 Weibull 분포분석을 하였다. 동일 중합광원 군간 비교에서 모두 치수벽 시편의 접착강도가 축벽 시편에 비해 유의하게 높았으며 동일 와동벽 군간 비교에서 모두 중합광원에 따른 접착강도가 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 축벽 시편이 치수벽 시편보다 낮은 Weibull 변수(m)를 나타내었고 SEM 관찰 결과 축벽 시편에서 보다 더 불균일한 접착이 이루어진 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of present study was to determine whether different kinds of curing lights can alter microtensile bond strength(MTBS) of class I cavity pulpal and axial wall specimens in primary molar. Thirty clean mandibular 2nd primary molar's occlusal enamel were removed and class I cavity, size of 2×4×2 mm was prepared. Dentin bonding agent was applied according to manufacturer' s manual. Each group was cured with Halogen Curing Unit, Plasma Curing Unit and LED Curing Unit. Composite resin was bulk filled and photo cured with same curing unit. MTBS specimens which size is 0.7×0.7×4 mm were prepared with low speed saw. Specimens were coded by their curing lights and wall positions (Halogen - Axial wall group, Halogen - Pulpal wall group, Plasma - Axial wall group, Plasma - Pulpal wall group, LED - Axial wall group, LED - Pulpal wall group). MTBS were tested at 1 mm/min cross Head speed by Universal Testing Machine. Fractured surface and bonding surface was observed with SEM. T-test between axial and pulpal specimens in each curing lights, one-way ANOVA among different curing light specimens in each wall positions were done. Weibull distribution analysis was done. The results were as follows: Mean MTBS of pulpal wall specimens were significantly greater than that of axial wall specimens at each curing units(p<.05). There was no significant difference in the MTBS among three curing units at axial wall and pulpal wall. In Weibull distribution, pulpal wall specimens were more homogeneous than axial wall specimens.

      • β-NSF계와 빈졸계 계면활성제로 변성된 인조석의 물성

        건축용 외장재로 사용되는 인조석은 혼합수, 시멘트, 석분, 경량골재를 사용하여 만들어지는데 본 연구에서는 제조단가를 낮추고 물성을 향상시키기 위하여 β-NSF제 계면활성제와 빈졸계 계면활성제를 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 β-NSF제와 빈졸계 계면활성제의 최적 배합비가 1.0wt%와 0.1wt%됨을 도출하였고, 새로 개발된 인조석은 기존의 인조석에 비하여 물성이 약 20% 증가하고, 동결융해 저항성이 300% 증가하였다. 그러나, 제조가격은 기존의 제품에 비해 30% 이상 감소된다. Extrior finishing matcrials of artificial stones are manufactured with minture of water, cement, stone powder and light-weight aggregate. In this rescarch, we tried to find a way of increasing the physicl properties and decreasing the manufacturing cost of artificial stone. So we used β-NSF base surfactant and vinsol base surfactant to the artifical stone mixture instcad of light weight aggregatc. The optimum dosage of the β-NSF and the vinsol surfactants for artificial stone are found to be 1.0 wt % and 0.1 wt % of cement, respectively. The physical properties increased ca 20% and the durability for freezing &thawing of the new frtificial stone increased ca 300% while the manufacturing cost of the new artificial stone decreased as much as 30%.

      • 피혁 분으로 변성된 석고계 재료의 물성

        Gypsum materials have strong mechanical strengths and great resistance to fire. Also these one are very cheap because of the gypsum is a byproduct from chemical plants. But, these materials have some demerits ; weak water-resistance, heavy specific gravity and low physical properties in bending and tensile strengths. While, leather shaving dust(LSD) is very much produced from leather manufacturing process. The LSD is composed of collagen fibers which is a kind of protein. This one has strong tear and tensile strengths because of the collagen fibers are cross linked during the tanning process of leather. Also the dust has the properties of the high hygroscopic and the superior thermal insulation, but is not degraded any more in neutral condition such as gypsum slurry. In this paper, we have reinforced the physical properties of gypsum with LSD as a filler. From this research, it is decided that the optimum dosage of LSD to gypsum is below 5%(w/w) of the gypsum, and the specific gravity of LSD-gypsum mixture is reduced to 30% relative to gypsum alone.
