      • 1인승 운송체계로서의 스쿠터 디자인에 관한 연구

        오늘날 지구촌을 도심어디로 가더라도 날로 증가하는 차량으로 인해 극심한 교통전쟁을 치르고, 베기가스에 의한 환경오염은 심각한 수위에 와있다. 도시 생화자들에게 차량이용의 주목적이 출퇴근용이라는 것을 감안한다면 나 홀로 차량이 시내 운행의 대부분을 차지한다고 해도 과언이 아닐것이다. 나라마다 나름의 해결책으로 차량의 시내 진입을 억제하기 위해 대중교통의 활성화 또는 시내 진입 시 활증료의 부과 등 정책적인 방법으로 도시 운전자들에게 가하는 압박은 수위를 높여가고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 시내를 중행하는 대부분의 차량이 1명만 탑승한다는 점과 항상 주차가 고민이라는 점을 해결하기 위한 새로운 방향을 모색하였다. 이에 최근 다시금 주목 받고 있는 스쿠터의 효율성을 인식하고 향후 1인승 운송기기로서의 새로운 가능성을 토대로 본 연구를 지행하였다. 스쿠터는 많은 모터사이클과 달리 경제적인 가격대와 실용성(수납박스, 쉬운 조작성, 저연비) 등 다른 모터사이클에서 느낄 수 없는 장점이 있다. 최근 이러한 실용성을 극대화한 BMW C1과 같은 새로운 형태의 스쿠터들이 많이 연구되고 있다. 이와 같은 스쿠터들은 기존의 실용성뿐만 아니라 운전자의 안전성을 극대화해주며, 또한 자동차와 같은 운전환경을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 실용성뿐만 아니라 운전자의 안전과 새로운 라이프 스타일에 부합하며 새로운 교통문화를 창출할 수 있는 스쿠터 디자인을 사례를 통해 제안하였다. Today, our world suffers severe traffic war since car is increasing day by day in every corner of the world and environmental pollution due to waste gas threatens to be aggravated. In view of present situation that main reason for using vehicles for citizen is going for work, it is not too much to say that most of running vehicles in city area should be driver only vehicles. Therefore, each countries intensify their pressure on drivers in city through employment of policies such as recommendation to use public transportation and imposition of premium charge for entering city area to restraint vehicles' entering to city. In this study, we had searched new direction to solve the problems that lack of parking lots and most of vehicles driving in city are single occupant's vehicles. Moreover, we could recognized that the effectiveness of Scooter that noticed again recently and had been studying based on new possibility of Scooter as a future single riding transportation tool. Scooter has many merits like economical price and practicalities such as container box, convenient control and high efficiency of gasoline that couldn't be felt from other motorcycles. Recently, new types of Scooter such as "BMW C1" that maximized practicality has been studied. These kind of Scooters not only maximize existing practicality but also safety of drivers, moreover, can provide driving circumstances as vehicles. This study proposed new design of Scooter that not only corresponds practicality and safety as well as new life style but also can create new traffic culture.

      • 태양에너지를 이용한 교통표시기기 디자인에 관한 연구

        The International Competitiveness of our country ranks to 26th. Due to failure of international competitiveness, our position requires so much efforts in many fields among the world nations. A nation's international competitiveness lays in many important factors, but the traffic problem may be the most important one. In the advanced Western countries, the road networks including the most of the existing important traffic centers have been designed from very long age to be effective for long futures. However, our situation is faced with so many traffic problems by so-called severe traffic messes. So many roads are tangled each other like cobwebs forcing us to endeavor many traffic accidents from morning to night, causing to waste labors and material resources. The exisiting traffic circumstances in our country have many factors to cause negative influnces to the drivers nowadays. These negative influances make the drivers to make unnecessary operations while driving, and consequently the drivers lose the opportunties of acquiring necessary informations which they could have got in normal driving conditions. So many traffic signs are installed so closely to each other near public squares and in every short distances, and drivers are very much confused to notice all of them, and the accident rate goes up in the evening hours. The old aged drivers in the senior citizen's society cannot be overlooked. At these circumstances, I would like to seize the problem of visual recognition rates of traffic signs which is very important for traffic accidents, and propose the designs of proper traffic signs.

      • 중첩 방전을 이용한 CO₂레이저의 동작 특성 : 다중펄스 중첩을 이용한 long 펄스형 CO₂레이저의 펄스 형상 제어 Pulse shape control of pulse CO₂laser using multiple-pulse superposition

        본 연구에서는 PIC 원 칩 마이크로 프로세서 기술을 접목시켜, 저전압 측에서 2단 또는 3단의 회로를 능동적으로 중첩시킴으로써, 다양한 펄스폭을 가지는 고전압의 펄스형상을 만들었다. 이렇게 만들어진 다양한 중첩펄스를 현재 산업용 및 의료용으로 많이 사용되고 있는 CO2 레이저에 적용하여 각 단의 스위치의 트리거 지연시간에 따른 레이저 빔의 출력 특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 다양한 펄스폭을 가지는 레이저 빔을 얻을수가 있었고 특히, 3단 중첩회로에서 스위칭 지연 시간을 변화시킴에 따라 얻어진 레이저 펄스폭은 최소 약 4ms였고 최대 약 10ms였다. In this study, a variable pulse length, high duty cycle Pulse Forming Network(PFN) is constructed by time sequence. The power supply for this experiment consists of three switching circuits. Each switching circuit uses 2 mesh PFN, a charging circuit, a HV leakage transformer, and bridge rectifier on each transformer secondary. The PFN elements operate at low voltage and drive the primary of HV leakage transformer. The secondary of the transformer has a full-wave rectifier, which passes the pulse energy to the load in a continuous sequence. We investigated laser pulse width of pulsed CO2 laser as various delay time among three switching circuits. As a result, we can obtain various laser pulse width from about 4 to 10ms.

      • 기초 표현기법에서 효율적인 스케치 방법에 관한 연구

        An idea as a general concept expressed as an ideology or emotions has to be not only arranged in head, but graded orderly to become a higher level. In design, developing abstract ideas specificly into several levels require an appropriate idea communication tool. By developing early uncertain ideas gradually and fixing the general concept visually it goes through these processing levels of the designing stage. In this process, an idea sketch is on objective indicator to a designer which arranges ideas and makes plans to create new forms. This is an efficient way to express the exact individual images of the object. The stages including the ways of expressing are, drafts for producing many kinds of symbols, which is to indicate the rendering that considers on a perfection of the out come of the product and more techniques of communication. Among these techniques, idea sketch is the first step which reflects visibility of designer and helps to exactly indicate his imaginations and concretes if the idea. Proficient sketch skill makes accurate modeling interpretation to the other possibility. Also, this is the best way to make one's idea to be realistic for the saving of time and money which offers more objective ideas to the different point of others. Therefore, this main research certificates the importances of ability to command sketches of the idea steps and also this main research studies various expression methods which is needed at the design education and designing field.

      • 자동차 Styling에 있어서 Retro Design에 관한 연구

        A concept of Retro design represents extremely a magnificent luxury car in Europe and USA before the 1930's, and it recalls economic recovering and development of post war to oil shock during 1950's through 60's. These two streams must be the most splendid period of 110 years history of the car industry. Now car design is facing serious problems such as protecting environment, saving fuel, safety, traffic congestion and recycling matter, etc. therefore it needs to find futuristic design concept in prosperous days of the past to rebuild fascination of car to consumers. Besides these conditions appeared in recent time, and Japan leads to try definite action on that. If so, is it possible to apply modeling elements of other companies reputed cars in the past to our company's model? As mentioned above, we need to focus on the fact that Japanese car is taking these conditions(accommodating Retro)actively. Japanese car has been excluded in the car industry because of their short period of history even though they have high technology of making cars. Therefore the complex strongly pushes Japan uses retro to get on the same level as others. Probably the reason Europe and USA carmakers are trying to deny retro that even they are using partly is to restrain Japan in the car industry. However, these conditions are just showing present market situation, and that makes us predict what direction retro pursues and how retro effects design. Retro dreams about returning to the golden age of car in the past by using itself, but the whole future design does not totally depend on retro. Retro should be defined as an effect for creativeness or own character. No one will deny that car is the most influential product changing life quality in the human history. Moreover recently cars, which approve of retro don't hesitate to use elements of retro from not only their own identity but also all the splendid models from the golden age of the past. Finally, retro cars say that existence of personal transportation device shouldn't be limited by dimension among enterprises or countries. It has to be shared as a common subject of the entire car industry.

      • 한국 자동차 디자인 발전과정 연구

        When we look back at the 20-year-old history of the Korea automotive design, narrow product line to limitation of the domestic market and negligence of storing their own technology caused by the joint-venture can be considered as the factors that hindered the development of car design in Korea. However their own design development was not postponed too long, for once started, they were able to present their own models in short time owing to continuous effort. Therefore it should be recognized that the actual beginning of the Korea automotive industry has just started and that we should try to create design with Korea character. To design cars with Korea philosophy, it should be based on the needs of the time and cultural background. The standard of valuation should depend on whether a car has a genuine Korean character which can be traced through history. Therefore, by recognizing the historical facts they can pursue the direction which the Korean car should take, and then they will be able to design car in genuine Korea style. The Korea automotive industry is really starting now, and it has new possibilities for the 21st century with up-to-date technology.

      • 환자, 가축 및 하천에서 분리한 Escherichia coli에 대한 약제내성과 전달성 R-Plasmid에 관한 연구

        These studies were made to assess the present stage of resistance to antibiotics, incidence and transferability of R- factors against E. colL From March to July 1987, 59 strains of E. coli were isolated from specimens of patients collected at university hospitals in Seoul, 64 Strains from stools of domestic animals and 66 strains from drainages in Seoul. These specimens were tested for resistance to 12 kinds of antimicrobial agents by means of the agar dilution method. Using Miiller- Hinton agar for the assay of drug resistance and tryptic soy broth as propagating medium for conjugation. E. coli were found to be resistant to one or more antibiotics, and were considered to be potential donor of R- plasmid. 1. Drug resistant strains of E. coli isolated from patients, domestic animals and drainages were amounted to 55(93.2%), 33(51.6%) and 31(47.0%), respectively. 2. Resistance to APTc, and Cb was the highest in those isolated from patients and drainages, and resistance to Tc, Cm and Sm was the highest in those isolated from domestic animals. 3. In the transfer test of drug resistance by conjugation method, 17 strains(47.2%) isolated from patients, 15 ones(53.6%) isolated from domestic animals and 15 ones(55.6%) isolated from drainages showed positive results, transperable resistant plasmid molecules with variable in each strain.

      • 태권도 품새 수련이 아동의 심박수, 심근산소소비량, 에너지 대사에 미치는 영향

        The Taegeuk Poomse 1 through 8 of Taekwondo are based upon eight major branches of philosophical theories. The propose of this study was to investigate the nfluence of Taekwondo poomse trainning on heart rate, MVO2, energy metabolism in primary school students. Subjects for this study were eight male the fifth∼sixth grades students who participated in exercise program consist of Taekwondo poomse trainning in dojang which is located in Shinlim-2dong, Kwanak-Gu, Seoul(12.7± 0.5years, 150.8 ±4.6cm, 45.1 ± 9.4kg, 24.9 ± 9trainning length). The results of thet this study are as follows: 1) The average of heart rate was Taegeuk Poomse 1 through 8 of Taekwondo 90.57± 4.gbeats/min in rest and 139.7 ± 17.5beats/min in exercise. The minimum heart rate was 89.0±2.8, peak heart rate was 167.1 ±6.4 in exercise. It was ranged from 42% to 80% 2) of the max heart rate and ranged 42 to 65%HRmax. Taegeuk 1 Jang was differenced with others Jangs significantly(p<0.05), 2) The time of the Taegeuk 1 through 8 Jang of Taekwondo was 5minutes 12seconds. Heart rate was ranged from 90.6 ± 7.85beats/min to 171.8 ±8.Ibeats/min and increased linearly. 3) The average of the MVO2 was 11.1 ±0.78mmHg · bpm-3 in rest and 19.1 ± 1.2mmHg ㆍbpm-3 in exercise. MVO2 was ranged from 10.5mmHg · bpm-3 to 20.3mmHg · bpm-3. There were not difference between Taegeuk Poomses(p<0.05). 4) The energy metabolism was as follows: Mean VO2 Respiratory exchange ratio, energy consumption were 0.51(V02L/min),0.71(RQ),2.32Ckca1/min) in rest respectively. but In exercise Mean VO2 Respiratory exchange ratio, energy consumption were 0.89 ± 0.18( V 02L/min), 0.79±0.08(RQ), 4.26±0.51(kcal/min) respectively . The difference was only between Taegeuk 1 Jang and Taegeuk 3 Jang(p<0.05). This study showed that the Taekwondo Poomse trainning was proper exercise for fitness, body composition and weight control in normal, abnormal(obese) children because the Taekwondo trainning are dynamic and exciting sport.

      • Active Carbon에 의한 Ethylene Glycol 의 液相吸着

        In adsorption processes, equilibrium and the rate of approach to equilibrium are important design and operation variables. The concentration of ethylene glycol, which was greatly decreased by adsorption on active carbon, was measured in a stirred tank adsorption vessel at 30, 40, and 50℃. The data of adsorption equilibrium in various concentrations have been plotted on the basis of Henry, Langmuir, and Freundlich adsorption relations, and it has been found that the data are well fitted by the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms. At the early stage of adsorption, the adsorption rate on the external surface is so rapid compared with other mass transfer process that the inital adsorption rate is governed by boundary film mass transfer process between the bulk liquid and the external surface of active carbon. The coefficent of boundary film mass transfer is also proportional to the revolution speed of impeller. The values of intraparticle diffusion coefficent, which has been determined by the Dryden and Kay method at 30, 40, and 50℃, increases with increasing temperature.
