        전문(어)텍스트언어학의 경향과 과제 -1980년대의 전문(어)텍스트 연구의 경향을 중심으로-

        This article describes the research tendency of the professional languages(LSP) or LSP-Texts in the german countries. The professional communication research in the 1980s has paid attention this object of study. The paper describes especially: two models for the analysis of professional texts(stylistic analysis of professional texts of R. Glaser and macrostructure analysis of professional texts based on the investigation of inclusion signals of K.D. Baumann) are presented. The goal of the stylistic analysis of texts of R. Glaser is the capture o f the specific stylistic features of professional texts. The Analysis model of K.D. Baumann aims to fold professional texts as social and communicative-functionally determined, semantically structured and linear-sequentially and hierarchically organized units. These models make use of elements of different professional-text linguistic approaches and aims to enable the analys is of full text and some texts and of content-functional units under the text level. The article concludes with an outlook on possible combinations of such methods in an integrated professional textlinguistic approach.       • 일반병동과 특수병동 간호사의 전문직 자율성과 전문직 자아개념 비교

        Purpose: to compare of professional autonomy and the professional self concept between general nursing unit nurses and special nursing units nurses(from now on, the two groups nurses). Method: Data were collected from 117 nurses working in general nursing units and 99 in special nursing units at 3 university hospitals in B metropolitan city from July 20 to August 3, 2011. The instruments used for this study were made by Arthur(1990) and Schutzenhofer(1983). The data were analyzed for χ2-test, t-test, ANOVA & Scheffe s test and Pearson s correlation coefficient, using SPSS PC+ Program. Results: First, there was no significant difference in the professional autonomy between the two groups nurses(>.05). Second, there was no significant difference in the professional self concept and all sub domains between two groups nurses(p>.05). Third, the professional autonomy of general nursing units nurses was no significant differences according to any variables. Professional autonomy of special nursing units nurses was had differences significantly according to the age, education. Fourth, the professional self concept of general nursing unit nurses had differences significantly differences according to age, education, number of children, duration of total career, duration of present unit career, position and satisfaction on nursing profession. The professional self concept of special nursing units nurses had differences significantly differences according to age, education, marital status, number of children, duration of total career, duration of present unit career, position and satisfaction on nursing profession. Fifth, the statistical relationship between profession autonomy and self concept in general nursing units nurses was found as positive correlation(r=0.559, p<.001). And in special nursing units nurses was r=.564, p<.001). Conclusion: There were no significant differences in the professional self autonomy and self concept between the two groups nurses. And Professional autonomy and self-concept of general and special nursing units nurses showed significantly positive relationship. Therefore, it is needed to develop programs which can improve professional autonomy in order to improve the professional self concept of special nursing unit nurses.

        전문가들의 사회적 정체성과 친사회적 행동

        전통적으로 전문직에 관한 연구는 전문직은 동질적 집단이라는 가정 아래, 전문직과 비전문직을 비교하는 것에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 그러나 최근 다양한 직업들이 새로운 전문직으로 부상하면서 전문직 간의 이질적 특성에 대한 연구가 필요하다는 주장이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 전문직 간의 이질적 특성, 특히 똑같이 전문직으로 불리더라도 사회적 정당성 측면에서 제도화된 정도가 서로 다른 직업들에 종사하는 사람들이 보이는 태도와 행동의 차이를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 제도화 정도가 현격하게 다른 두 직업집단을 선정하여 이들의 사회적 정체성과 친사회적 행동을 비교 연구하였는데, 제도화 정도가 높은 집단으로는 변호사를, 제도화 정도가 낮은 집단으로는 경영컨설턴트를 선정하였다. 그리고 사회정체성 이론과 인지부조화 이론을 활용하여 연구모형을 설정하고 가설을 도출하였다. 연구모형의 핵심은 전문직 종사자들의 전문가주의(professionalism), 조직 동일시(organizational identification), 직업동일시(professional identification), 조직시민행동 (OCB), 그리고 전문가들의 친사회적 행동(professional pro-social behavior) 사이의 관계가 제도화 정도의 차이에 의해 어떻게 조절(moderate) 되는가를 따져 보는 것이었다. 그래서 1) 전문가주의가 조직 및 직업동일시에 미치는 영향과 2) 조직동일시가 조직시민행동에, 그리고 직업동일시가 전문가의 친사회적(pro-social) 행동에 미치는 영향의 정도는 모두 변호사보다 경영컨설턴트에서 더 강하게 나타날 것이라는 가설이 설정되었다. 총 296명(변호사 : 130명, 경영컨설턴트 : 166명)의 표본에서 얻어진 자료를 활용하여 가설을 검증한 결과, 두 직업집단 간의 차이는 유의미한 것으로 나타났고 대부분의 가설은 지지되었다. 다만 조직동일시와 조직시민행동 간의 관계는 가설에서 제시한 것과는 달리 변호사 집단에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 전체적으로 보았을 때, 본 연구가 보여주는 결과는 전문가로서 기능하는 제도적 기반이 상대적으로 미약한 경영컨설턴트에게 있어서 조직은 이들이 전문가 정체성을 유지하는 중요한 기반이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 경영컨설턴트들은 상대적으로 낮은 제도적 정당성을 더 강한 직업동일시와 전문가의 친사회적 행동으로 정당화하고 있음을 보여준다. 일반적으로 직업사회학은 여러 직업들의 전문직화 과정에 초점을 두어 왔다. 반면, 미시 조직연구에서는 전통적으로 전문가들의 미시적 태도와 행동을 연구의 대상으로 해왔다. 본 연구는 서로 다른 전문직화 과정에 있는 두 직업집단에 속한 사람들의 태도와 행동을 비교 연구함으로써 이러한 두 흐름을 통합적으로 살펴보고, 최근 조직 연구에서 주목받고 있는 전문가 조직에 대한 이해를 넓히고자 했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. Behavioral research regarding professionals has mostly focused on the comparison between professionals and non-professionals, based on the assumption that the characteristics of professionals are homogeneous. As a variety of occupations have been newly recognized as professional jobs, however, several scholars have recently argued for the need for research into this basic assumption, positing instead that the behaviors exhibited by professionals in various fields are likely heterogeneous. It is this heterogeneity that is the primary concern of this study, which may be determined by the degree of institutionalization of a profession. This degree of institutionalization is caused by the level of professional qualifications acquired through formal training systems, official licenses, professional associations, and so on, which may have an impact on professionals’ attitudes and behaviors. In particular, it affects how a professional in an organization develops his social identity and the extent to which his self-concept is based on his organizational and/or professional membership. As the professional’s self-concept develops, his organization and profession may each have a different degree of importance, leading to dissimilarities in his pro-social behavior toward them. To understand the differences between professionals’ social identification, we investigated two professional groups that demonstrate a significant difference in professional institutionalization: the legal profession and management consultancies. The legal field can be characterized as having a significantly stronger degree of institutionalization than that of management consultancies. For instance, lawyers must acquire recognized credentials through formal education, licensing, and admission to professional associations. We hypothesized that the two groups will exhibit different patterns in the relationships between a) professionalism and social identity and b) social identity and pro-social behavior toward their organizations or professions. Specifically, we tested the following hypotheses. Hypothesis 1: The degree of institutionalization of a profession will have a significant moderating effect on the positive relationship between professionalism and organizational identification. In other words, management consultants will demonstrate a stronger relationship between professionalism and organizational identification compared to lawyers. Hypothesis 2: The degree of institutionalization of a profession will have a significant moderating effect on the positive relationship between professionalism and professional identification. In other words, management consultants will demonstrate a stronger relationship between professionalism and professional identification compared to lawyers. Hypothesis 3: The degree of institutionalization of a profession will have a significant moderating effect on the positive relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. In other words, management consultants will demonstrate a stronger relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behaviors compared to lawyers. Hypothesis 4: The degree of institutionalization of a profession will have a significant moderating effect on the positive relationship between professional identification and professional pro-social behavior. In other words, management consultants will demonstrate a stronger relationship between professional identification and professional pro-social behavior compared to lawyers. The authors analyzed survey data collected from 130 lawyers and 166 management consultants. The results supported hypotheses 1, 2, and 4, but did not support hypothesis 3. Consequently, the organization carried a higher significance for management consultants, because it can play a crucial role in establishing them as professionals.         R&D Workers’ Professional Identity and Job Satisfaction: The Moderating Role of Task Specialization and Met-Expectation

        In current business environment characterized by rapid change and innovation. the need to maximize R&D performance and efficiency is paramount. In particular, science and engineering is one of the key areas that drive the development of current Korean economy. However, the quality of science and engineering outputs of Korea indicated by science citation indices is much less than that of more developed countries, despite recent large investment in R&D activities. This suggests that there may be another important success factors in R&D productivity in addition to the R&D investment, and it is critical to discover the factors. This study aims at exploring the factors that can improve R&D performance and effective ways to manage R&D professionals. One of the key social factors is known to enhance R&D performance is R&D workers’ professional identity. Despite enduring interest in the relationship between R&D workers’ professional identity and job satisfaction, little has been discovered in terms of under what conditions this relationship is strengthened or weakened, This study suggests R&D workers’ task design as a key boundary condition, and analyzes the dynamics between task specialization and professional identity, and their combined effects on job satisfaction in the context of R&D professionals in public research organizations in Korea. For empirical test, data was collected from 695 Korean R&D professionals in 26 public research organizations in Korea. First, this study examined the impact of Korean R&D workers’ professional identity on the level of job satisfaction. Professional identity is defined as the extent to which a worker perceives his or her work as a professional one, and the value the worker attaches to the work. Past research shows that knowledge workers exhibit higher performance when they possess professional identity or professionalism. Strong professional identity enhances job satisfaction which leads to higher performance. This research revealed that R&D professional’s strong identity increased job satisfaction. Second, this study explored the effect of task specialization as a structural variable that can enhance R&D professionals’ job satisfaction. Knowledge workers such as R&D professionals tend to be career- oriented, rather than organization-oriented, so task specialization can be an important motivator for them. However, Korean R&D professionals tend to invest majority of their time on the activities other than research-oriented activities including research project development, market research, and administrative work. This study showed that R&D workers’ professional identity increased their job satisfaction, and that this relationship was stronger for those who invested most of his or time in research-oriented activities. Finally, this study found the influence of met-expectation (i.e., to the extent that the R&D professionals’ expectations on task specialization has been met) on the R&D professionals’ degree of job satisfaction and the strength of professional identity. More specifically, the R&D professionals whose initial expectation on task specialization was met experienced stronger professional identity and a higher level of job satisfaction. This study sheds light on the importance of task specialization for R&D professionals. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed as well.

        프로배구구단의 유튜브 품질에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of professional volleyball team’s YouTube quality using the IPA method. To this end, a questionnaire was used as a research tool, and a survey was conducted targeting viewers who watched YouTube videos of professional volleyball teams. A total of 283 valid samples excluding 17 questionnaires out of 300 were used for the final analysis. The data was examined through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis paired t-test and IPA using SPSS 24.0. The results were as follows. First, I Quadrant provides sufficient communication opportunities with professional volleyball teams, provides information about professional volleyball teams quickly, communicates smoothly with professional volleyball teams, and the information of professional volleyball teams was included. Secondly For quadrant Ⅱ information about professional volleyball teams is valuable to me. Provides up-to-date information about professional volleyball teams, and provides opportunities to build relationships with other users. Thirdly Quadrant Ⅲ includes reliable professional volleyball club information, error-free professional volleyball team information, and mutual exchange of information. Lastly In the case of quadrant IV, professional volleyball team information is useful to me, professional volleyball team information is useful when choosing professional volleyball, YouTube is more useful than other media, professional volleyball team information is new, professional.

        기술공학시대에서 전문직의 정체성과 윤리의 문제

        이 글의 목적은 전문직의 정체성, 이른바 프로페셔널리즘(전문직업주의, professionalism)을 심도 있게 규명함으로써 통합적 관점에서의 전문직윤리의 중요성을 살피는 것이다. 구체적으로는 프로페셔널리즘에서 전문직윤리로 이행하는 과정에서 규범적 필요성을 강조함으로써 우리 사회에 적실한 전문직윤리의 가능성을 살펴볼 것이다. 해당 전문직종사자 간의 피할 수 없는 생존경쟁이 격화되고 있는 현실에서, 이른바 전문직의 희소가치가 감소 추세에 있는 오늘의 상황에서 프로페셔널리즘과 전문직윤리는 어떤 의미를 지니는가? 직업적 영향력과 경제적 보상이 전문직의 권력(professional power)을 구성하는 가장 큰 요소라고 할 때, 그 권력이 뚜렷하게 약화되고 있는 지금의 상황은 과연 통상적인 윤리(ordinary Morality)의 수준을 넘어서는 전문직윤리의 가능성을 확보할 수 있는가? 이 글은 전문직윤리를 통합적으로 다루면서 이러한 질문에 대한 답변의 실마리를 찾아볼 것이다. Professional ethics has received relatively little attention from scholarship in comparison with its practical needs. Professional ethics as an independent study of ethics is still underdeveloped in the sense that there is no theoretical unity. The purpose of this article is to lead to the fundamental importance of the professional ethics. More specifically, this article aims at clarifying the unified view of professional ethics through the detailed analysis of professionalism. Therefore, The main themes of this article are professionalism, conflicts between duties of professional roles and those of ordinary morality, the boundary of professional authority, the foundations of professional values and obligations, and the character of professional responsibility. The conclusion which is drawn from this study can be briefly stated as follows. Professionalism is an important social category, and professional should not isolate themselves from the public sphere. Thus, professional ethics that contains positive ethical standards should be built upon the basis of ``shared responsibility`` which stimulate professional`s moral commitment and institutional improvement.

        프로페셔널리즘과 전문직 윤리 교육

        사회 각 부문에서 고도의 성취를 이루기 위해서는 반드시 윤리의식이 필요하다는 사회적 공감 대가 형성되고 있다. 특히 윤리적 성찰과 사회적 책임(social responsibility)에 대한 필요성은 전문직에게도 예외는 아니다. 이와 같이 전문직에 대한 새로운 위상과 역할 정립이 필요한 이 때 본 논문은 전문직 윤리가 소극적 의미에서의 예방윤리(preventive Ethics)의 차원을 넘어서야 함을 강조할 것이다. 변화하는 사회환경에서 전문직의 도덕적 정체성을 확보하고자 하는 개념적 장치가 바로 프로페셔널리즘(Professionalism)이며, 이러한 정체성을 교육현장에서 효과적으로 전달하는 것이 전문직 윤리 교육(Professional Ethics Education)의 핵심이다. 물론 전문직 윤리는 일차적으로 전문직에서의 윤리적 의사결정과 문제해결능력을 기르는 데 목 적이 있지만, 이것을 넘어서서 ``인간의 이해와 윤리적 삶의 요청``이라는 보다 광범위한 철학적 컨텍스트 안에서 전문직으로서의 직업적 정체성을 묻는 작업이 우선시되어야 한다. 다시 말해 지금까지의 전문직 윤리가 각 영역별로 실무 현장에서 필요한 단편적 논의에 집중되었다면, 이제 전문직 윤리 교육은 장기적 교육과정 속에서 전문직으로서의 직업적 소명의식과 책임감을 길러내는 방향으로 이루어져야 한다. Professional Ethics means practical Ethics in the profession, and particularly aims to develop moral awareness and ethical competence of professionals and students preparing for major professions(lawyers, health care professionals, educators, business people, public servant, etc.). Professional Ethics encourages teaching and research on ethical issues and dilemmas in professional life. In addition, it reflects the need for active collaborative research as related to law, medicine, engineering, business administration, pedagogy, life science, etc. The basic themes of professional Ethics are professionalism, conflicts between duties of professional roles and those of general morality, the duty of professional authority, and the social responsibility of professionals. Universities in the United States have a long history of active management of courses and programs in Professional Ethics, and they have acquired diverse academic results with their own institutes for professional Ethics. However, Korean universities have yet to develop systematic and uniform Professional Ethics education programs. What is more, there still is not a single institute for professional Ethics in the higher education system. And it proves that there is little understanding of the importance of professional Ethics in Korea. The Korean educational system is now implementing a new program for a number of professional schools, such as Law School and Medical School. And at this point it is required to have more interest and to conduct in- depth related research.

        유치원 교사의 교수몰입도와 전문성과의 관계에서 전문적 학습환경의 매개효과

        본 연구는 유치원 교사의 교수몰입도, 전문성, 전문적 학습환경 간의 관계를 살펴보고 교수몰입도와 전문성의 관계에서 전문적 학습환경의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 K시의 유치원에 근무하고 있는 교사 354명이며 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램으로 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 사용하였으며 통계 검증을 위하여 Sobel test를 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유치원 교사의 교수몰입도, 전문성, 전문적 학습환경 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 교수몰입도와 전문적 학습환경의 관계에서 전문성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 전문적 학습환경은 교수몰입도가 전문성에 미치는 영향에 대해 완전매개변인으로 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 유치원 교사의 교수몰입도와 전문성 간의 관계에서 전문적 학습환경의 매개효과를 밝히고 교사의 교수몰입도가 전문성에 영향을 미치는데 있어 전문적 학습환경이 중요한 변인으로 예측하는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 나아가 유치원 교사의 교수몰입도, 교사전문성, 전문적 학습환경을 증진시킬 수 있는 지원 방안을 모색해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of professional learning environment on relations between teaching flow and professional of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 354 teachers working in K kindergarten. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Sobel test was used for statistical analysis. First, there was a significant positive correlation between teaching flow, professional, and professional learning environment of early childhood teachers. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of professional on the relationship between the teaching flow of the early childhood teacher and the professional learning environment, the professional learning environment played a role as a partial mediator on the influence of the teaching flow on professional. In conclusion, this study reveals the mediating effect of the professional learning environment on the relationship between the teaching flow and professional of the early childhood teachers, and it is meaningful that the professional learning environment is an important variable in influencing the professionalism of the teacher ’s involvement in teaching. Furthermore, it suggests that various kinds of support methods should be sought to increase the kindergarten teacher’s commitment to teaching, teacher professionalism, and professional learning environment.

        성년후견인 활동경험 및 역할인식에 관한 연구 -재산관리 전문가 후견인을 중심으로-

        Since the implementation of the adult guardianship system in July 2013, the role of the guardian has been valued gradually and especially the role and necessity of the professional guardian have been highlighted. The purpose of this study is to examine the difficulties of professional guardianship experienced by lawyers acting as professional guardians and to discuss policy suggestions on professional guardianship. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with 6 legal experts who are currently acting as guardians, and Braun & Clarke method that is one of the thematic analysis methods was used as an analysis tool. The results of this study are as follows: First, the activities of professional guardians were started from the necessity to develop new areas in an aging society and the demand for public beneficial activities of professionals. Second, the main task of the professional guardians was mostly to handle property management affairs of severe family conflicts or disputes. Third, professional guardians suffered from difficulties in wasting time and inefficiency of their works due to a lack of awareness from related institutions or banks toward them. Fourth, professional guardians were experiencing difficulties other than their own works, such as conflicts or litigations with the interested parties of their wards. They were shown to have a skeptical view of the professional guardianship which has little remuneration for guardianship tasks. In conclusion, in order that professional guardians perform their roles to serve the purpose, professional guardians should take charge of property management cases, and they are required to cooperate, such as conducting joint guardianship with the social workers, etc., in area of personal welfare for promoting the welfare of the wards. In addition, a support system should be established with social awareness and proper treatment toward professional guardians for the invigoration of professional guardian activities. 2013년 7월 성년후견제도가 시행된 이후부터 후견인 역할은 점차 중요시되고 있으며, 특히 전문가 후견인의 역할과 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 전문가후견인으로 활동하고 있는 법률가들이 후견활동에서 겪는 어려움과 전문가 후견인 제도의 문제점에 대해서 살펴보고, 전문가 후견인 제도에 대한 정책적 제안점을 논의하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 후견인으로 활동하고 있는 법률분야 전문가 6명에게 심층면접을 실시하였으며, 분석방법은 Braun과 Clarke의 주제 분석 6단계 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문가 후견인 활동은 고령화 사회에서 새로운 영역을 개발하기 위한 필요성, 그리고 전문가로서 공익적 활동에 대한 요구에서 시작된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문가 후견인의 주요 업무는 가족 간 갈등이나 분쟁이 심한 사례로 재산관리 사무가 대부분인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문가후견인은 관련 기관이나 은행 등의 전문가 후견인에 대한 인식부족으로 사무과정에서 시간낭비 및 비효율성 등의 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전문가 후견인은 피후견인의 이해관계인과의 갈등이나 소송 등 업무 외의 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 후견사무의 적은 보수로 인해 전문가 후견인 제도에 회의적인 시각을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 전문가 후견인이 제도의 목적에 맞게 역할을 하기 위해서는 전문가 후견인은 재산관리 사례를 담당하고, 피후견인의 복리 증진을 위한 신상보호의 영역은 사회복지사와 함께 공동 후견활동을 하는 등의 협업이 요구된다. 아울러 전문가 후견활동의 활성화를 위해서는 전문가 후견인에 대한 사회적 인식 및 적절한 대우와 함께 지원체계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.

        현대선교에 있어서 전문인선교의 당위성과 필연성

        성경은 모든 인류를 위한 하나님의 사랑과 열심이 만든, 멈춤 없는 하나님 선교행 전이다. 그것은 예루살렘으로부터 땅 끝까지 이르러 하나님의 청지기인 모든 그리스 도인들에 대한 구원에 대한 이야기이며, 하나님의 복음전파를 위해 들어 쓰시는 사역 자들이 매우 다양하며 생업에서 소유한 전문성을 지닌 자들이라는 것을 보여준다. 또 한 그들은 예수 그리스도와 같이 복음을 위하여 전문인으로서 자기의 모든 기능을 활 용했다는 공통점을 지니고 있다. 이는 전문인 목수로서 30년간의 삶을 살아오시며 공 생애를 준비해 오신 예수 그리스도 안에서 누구라도 자기의 생업인 전문 직업을 가지 고 하나님의 선교에 전문인 선교사로서 사용 받을 수 있음을 의미한다. 이런 관점을 볼 때, 성경은 현대에 있어서 전문인 선교의 당위성과 필연성의 근거 가 되는 수많은 인물들을 통해 전문인 선교의 역사와 온 세대의 교회 앞에 선교적 전 략을 제공해 준다. 한때 기독교 선교는 복음전파가 오직 목회자들에게만 부여된 특권 처럼 여겼던 때가 있었다. 이러한 생각은 전문인 사역을 통해 효율적인 선교를 이루 시고자 했던 하나님의 뜻을 오래 동안 오해시켰으며 멈춤 없는 복음의 행진에 제동을 걸었다. 불행이도 이런 경향은 오늘날 한국교회에까지도 이어져 왔다. 세계복음화의대 명령 앞에 성직자나 평신도의 구분이 있을 수 없다. 하나님의 집의 청지기인 모든 그리스도인은 전문인선교로의 이 거룩한 소명에서 벗어 날 수 없으며 교회에게 위임 된 거룩한 사명에 충성을 다해야하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 모든 성도가 전문인 선교사라는 정체성을 갖고 신 사도행전을 써 나갈 수 있도록 선교적 패러다임의 전환에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 성경시대 로부터 시작하여 각 시대의 교회사들 속에 하나님께서 들어 쓰신 전문인들을 통해 세 계복음화를 이뤄 가시는 하나님의 선교역사를 살펴볼 것이다. 이를 통하여 전문인 선 교의 근거와 성경에 등장하는 신구약의 인물들은 물론, 각 교회사 속에 살았던 믿음 의 선진들도 복음을 위하여 남녀 혹은 직업적 전문성에 있어서 그 어떤 제한도 없이 사용되었음을 밝힐 것이다, 또한 그들이 그랬던 것처럼, 오늘날의 기독교선교가 다시 본래의 선교적 모범인 전문인선교로 회귀해야 한다는 당위성을 살펴볼 것이다. 나아 가 효율적 선교가 더욱 절실한 현대 선교에 있어서 전문인 선교의 필연성과 당위성을 제시할 것이다. Bible is the book that reveals the past, present, and the future of an unceasing God's mission which is created by the passion of God's love for all mankind. It deals with the salvation of all the believers, its scope is global, and its workers used for missions are diverse and very professional. A common thing that is found among them is found within Jesus Christ. They have in common that they have utilized all their functions as professionals for the gospel of Christ. The fact that Jesus lived as a professional carpenter and prepared a public career means that anyone can be used as a professional missionary in God's redemption mission with one's professional career. Therefore, when we look at the Bible in this perspective, we can find many professional missionaries in it. Nevertheless, there was a time in Christian mission history when preaching the gospel was regarded only as an exclusive possession of the priesthood. These thoughts have long misunderstood God's will to make effective missions through professional ministry. In addition, this tendency, unfortunately, has led up to Korean churches today. We cannot be congested any longer. We must return to the original mission model that God has intended. There can be no distinction of priesthood or laity before the Great Commission of World Evangelization. There can be no reason or excuse for Christians to turn away from the mission and the calling of professional ministry. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the transformation of the mission paradigm so that all believers can write the 'New' Acts with a professional missionary identity. For this purpose, starting from biblical times, we will look at the history of professional ministry in each era. Through this, we will reveal the basis of professional ministry and that the characters of the New and Old Testament in the Bible, and the advanced believers who lived in each church history, was used without distinction of gender or profession for the Gospel. Also, as they did, we will look at the inevitability of today's Christian mission to return to the original missionary model: professional mission. In addition, we will suggest the appropriateness and inevitability of professional mission in modern mission strategy which is in need of more effective missions.
