에너지 소비 감축 및 온실가스 배출 저감을 위하여 전 세계적으로 구체적인 목표를 세우고 있으며, 이를 실행하기 위하여 노력중이다. 최신 통계자료에 의하면 우리나라는 총 에너지 소비 307 Mtoe로 세계 6위를 기록하고 있는 반면 에너지 생산의 경우 61 Mtoe로 에너지 소비량의 약 20% 수준에 그치고 있으며 국내 에너지의 대부분을 해외에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 국내 전체 에너지 소비량 중 구조물에서 사용되는 에너지는, 약 33%로 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 에너지 소비의 감축 방안으로 구조물의 단열성능을 향상시켜 에너지 손실을 줄여야 할 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시멘트에 비해 열전도율이 낮은 플라이애시, 고로슬래그를 사용한 지오폴리머에 경량골재를 적용하여 단열재로 활용하기 위한 가능성을 확인하고자 알칼리 활성화제의 몰 농도 및 첨가량, 경량골재의 혼입율에 따른 열전도율 및 길이변화율, 부착강도, 물리적 성질 등을 검토하였다. 단열특성 시험결과, 경량골재를 90% 혼입한 배합에서 3종 단열모르타르(0.149W/m·K)의 기준에 만족하여 단열재로의 사용 가능성을 확인하였으며, 모든 배합에서 한국표준규격 단열모르타르(KS F 4040)에서 규정하는 부착강도(0.1N/mm2) 및 길이변화율(±0.5%) 성능기준에 적합한 결과를 나타냈다. 또한 알칼리 활성화제의 몰 농도 및 첨가량이 증가할수록 유동성은 감소하고, 압축강도는 증가하는 결과를 나타냈으며, 경량골재의 혼입율이 증가할수록 유동성 및 압축강도는 감소하였다. 따라서 KS F 4040(단열모르타르)에 규정된 단열재로 사용이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 추후 압축강도 개선 시 단열재로서의 적용 가능 범위가 넓어질 것이라 판단된다. The worldwide specific goals that reduce the energy consumption and emissions of greenhouse gas have been set and those are still working on. According to the latest data in Korea, the total energy consumption of 307 Mtoe which is sixth in the world, while 61 Mtoe of energy production which is only about 20% of the energy consumption, and the most of domestic energy is imported. In particular, the energy for construction of structures in Korea is about 33% of the total energy consumption that is quite high. Therefore, the reduction of energy loss is necessary by improving the insulation of structures. In this study, the geopolymer containing fly ash and blast furnace slag which have lower thermal conductivity than cement with lightweight aggregate have been investigated to use for insulation materials. The parameters used in this experimental analysis are thermal conductivity according to molarity and its dosages of alkali activator, proportions of light aggregate, length changes, bond strengths and physical properties. As a result of heat insulation test, it was confirmed that it can be used as a heat insulator by satisfying the standard of 3 types of heat insulation mortar (0.149W/m·K) in the mixture containing 90% of light weight aggregates. KS F 4040(The heat insulation mortar) showed that the performance criteria of adhesion strength (0.1N/mm2) and length change rate (±0.5%) were satisfied. In addition, as the molar concentration and the amount of the alkali activator were increased, the fluidity decreased and the compressive strength increased. As the mixing ratio of the light weight aggregate increased, the fluidity and the compressive strength decreased. Therefore, it can be used as a heat insulating materials specified in KS F 4040, and the ranges of application as a heat insulating materials will be widened when the compressive strength is improved.

국내 쇼핑몰의 발전도는 미국과 일본에 비해 뒤쳐져 있는 것은 사실이지만 다행이도 그에 비해 발전 속도는 미국과 일본이 발전해 온 속도 보다 훨씬 빨리 발전 하고 있다. 최근 U.E.C(Urban Entertainment Center)가 국내에 속속들이 생겨나고 있으며, 그에 비해 다수의 상업시설들은 침체 되거나 새로운 모습으로 탈바꿈하고 있다. 명동의 밀리오레는 오랜 침체기 끝에 호텔로의 리모델링이 시작 된 상태이며, 동대문의 패션 TV는 롯데자산개발의 인수로 새 단장을 하고 있는 중이다. 정말 안타까운 것은 어떠한 인수의 움직임이나 계약도 없이 그저 텅 빈 공간으로 남아 있는 의류 상가들이 있다. 실제로 신촌의 밀리오레의 의류판매층은 모두 텅빈 공간으로 남아 있으며, 진한 안타까움을 느낀다. 한때, 1999~2000년 초반까지 국내 패션 쇼핑몰의 새바람을 불어왔으며, 의류시장의 개혁을 일으켰던 소비시장이 하루아침에 무너진다는 것은 개발자나 유지자에게 큰 책임이 따르는 것이다. 이는 하나의 문화가 없어진다고 보는 것과 같은 것이기 때문이다. 요즘시대의 쇼핑이란 단어는 단지 구매만을 뜻하는 단어가 아니다. 쇼핑은 하나의 문화가 됐으며, 사람들의 라이프스타일이라 할 수도 있을 만큼 쇼핑을 통해 자신의 모든 것을 즐기는 사람들이 많아졌다. 한 개념 예술가는 이런 작품을 남겼다. ‘I shop therefore I am.'(나는 쇼핑 한다. 고로 존재한다.) 한때 사회적 이데올로기와 대기업의 일방적 횡포로 인해 소비자 자신의 취향마저 잃어버리며 길들여짐을 비판하는 문구로 그 당시의 상황을 대변해 주고 있다. 하지만 지금 현재 소비자들의 성향을 비슷한 문구로 표현하자면, ’I am therefore I shop.'(나는 존재한다. 고로 쇼핑한다.)로 말할 수 있겠다. 그만큼 자신의 취향과 라이프스타일을 존중하며 살아가는 사람들에게 어떠한 쇼핑몰이 필요 할까를 생각 해 볼 필요성이 있으며, 더해 침체기에 놓여 있는 수직형 의류상가에 대한 새로운 방안을 모색해 보는 것이 이 논문의 주요 논지 이다.

In this paper, a CMOS memory(ROM, SRAM) layout generator is presented. The generator automatically produce the layout of ROM/SRAM using 3um CMOS design rules from user input parameters : bits per word, number of words, address input number of decoder, I/O type, output buffer size, and so on. The basic concept of automatic layout is based on the pitch matching method that matches the cell layout pitch of the adjacent functional blocks which can minimize the routing in total layout step. A new algorithm for automatic layout of decoder block was developed and implemented using C-language at SUN-workstation. The generator can produce a memory layout as CIF(caltech intermediate form) within a few seconds after accepting user input parameters. This layout generator was developed for on-chip ROM/SRAM and it used 3um CMOS design rules. So, the layout generator is hard to use for a ROM of which capacity is more than 64-Kbit because the silicon area is larger than 4mm x 4mm in that case. Therefore, the maximum capacities of the ROM and SRAM generated by this generators were limited to 64-Kbit and 16-Kbit respectively. The CMOS ROM and RAM generators can be not only used as module generators for ASIC design but also utilized in constructing silicon compilers.
