        중소기업의 디자인 경영을 위한 토털 임팩트 디자인의 제안

        디자인 경영이 미흡한 중소기업의 경우, 형식적으로는 디자인의 분야별 도입은 이루어지고 있으나 이것을 전략적인 차원의 디자인 도입이라고 말하기 어려운 것이 사실이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 마케팅을 기반으로 브랜딩과 애드버타이징을 함께 통합하여 다루는 새로운 디자인 모형을 제안하고 그 이름을 ‘토털 임팩트 디자인’이라 하였다. 이러한 디자인 모형을 실제로 존재하는 기업의 산학 프로젝트로 실행하였는데, 업종이 서로 다른 3개의 중소기업에 각각 적용하여 연구를 진행함으로써 그 실용화의 가능성을 확인하고 아울러 각각의 특성을 살펴보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 토털 임팩트 디자인 모형에 의한 3개의 중소기업의 디자인 도입은 전개의 구체적 여건과 내용에서 차이점을 보이고 있으나 전체적으로 실용화의 가능성이 긍정적으로 확인되었다. 서비스 업종과 생산재업종, 소비재 업종에서 드러난 특성은 다음과 같다. 서비스 업종의 토털 임팩트 디자인의 특성은 CI에 광고를 융합했다는 분석이 가능하였고 생산재를 생산하는 기업은 일반적으로 디자인 의존도가 낮기 때문에 토털 임팩트 디자인의 도입은 마케팅 커뮤니케이션에서 전략적으로 어필할 수 있는 차별적 요소가 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 소비재 업종은 서비스 업종과 생산재 업종에 비하여 디자인 탄력성이 매우 높아 토털 임팩트 디자인의 활용성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. In the case of small & medium-sized enterprises that are inadequate for design management, although formally they adopt design in each sector, it is actually hardly regarded as a strategic level of design adoption. In order to improve this problem, a new design model was suggested, that was named ‘total impact design’: a design model that integrates branding and advertising based on marketing to address this integration. In this study, such design models were implemented under an industry-academic cooperation project of existing enterprises. The purpose of this research is to prove the possibility of commercialization through applying the total impact design to three small & medium-sized enterprises with a different type of business and to investigate the characteristics of each case. According to the research results, the design adoption of the three small & medium-sized enterprises by the total impact design model shows differences in detailed conditions and contents on the proceedings but the possibility of its commercialization generally appeared to be positive. The characteristics of the business of service type, production goods type, and consumer goods type are found as follows. As a result of research analyses, the total impact design in the service type business characterized that CI was blended with advertising. Typically, the enterprise producing production goods shows a low dependence on design, and thus it was found the adoption of total impact design can be a differentiating factor that can strategically appeal in a marketing communication. The consumer goods type has such a high design flexibility compared to the service type and production goods type. In other words, the consumer goods type appeared to have the highest possibility of commercialization for total impact design among the three types of businesses.

          The purpose of this study is going to course for nail design in fashion coordination. <BR>  Nail design is influenced on total fashion, and paid attention to fashion coordination from the past to the present age. And a modern people is influenced important to total coordination, is included nail design. For the study of nail design 15 kinds of fashion collections samples has been followed hair, costume, makeup, coordination, nail design. Nail design is influenced a moderns all the more so to fashion collections.<BR>  Nail design followed in collections<BR>  First, Both effect by hair design by makeup and costume and color pattern , material is influenced nail design.<BR>  Secondly, Not nail design by hand-painting , nail design by acrylic is express individuality, the simple expansion.<BR>  Thirdly, Nail design by air brush give expression to gradation image.<BR>  When this study considers the result, nail design followed in collections is going to total coordination.

        이교원 조경의 특성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to investigate the characteristics of Lee Kyo-Won's landscape architecture and add to the literature in this field. Also, the current status of and issues in landscape design will be dealt with through the lens of the individual landscape architect's worts. By adopting a critical analysis, this study will look closely into the background of his career and ideas regarding landscape design. The inherent nature of his coherent style in landscape design will be listed as follows: total design, design-build systems, experimentation with new kinds of plants and materials, and the pursuit of minimalism. His design domain covers various elements such as paving, street lamps, and clock towers, among others. He was often involved in managing outdoor sculpture and he also provided the total packaging of the design-build systems for most of his landscape projects. These are the main reasons why his landscape works can maintain their high end quality; through his craftsmanship, a fine quality of detail was achieved in his landscape design. This tell us the possible options that can be adopted such as landscape architectural design management or landscape architectural turn-key systems, which differ from the prevailing dual system between design and construction. However, his own particular system can not be replicated in ordinary situations because contemporary practices require us to coordinate the various stakeholders concerned in the decision-making process of the design. In general, it is fair to say that we can give him the credit for enhancing the status of landscape design as an independent, specialized field.

        브랜드이미지에 의한 텍스타일 디자인의 감성적 동화에 대한 연구

        The most important thing in textile design would be satisfaction of customer`s emotion. This could be crucial trend and culture-code. In the center of brand image, life style, which is influenced by global brand, could be one of crucial part for stimulating customer`s emotion. Though personal experience and recognition about brand, people identified themselves symbolizing with brand image and its design in today`s culture. Being luxury and classified, which is the customer`s ultimate ideal image, could be identified by brand image. It could become moment for revitalization of brand image design. It demand to designer what is efficient methode and how to express characteristic brand image on the textile design which can satisfy customer`s emotion at the same time. I have analysis some global brand image, and its design direction, process, effect in terms of total design for example like a Chanel, Louisvuitton, Burberry etc. And, also, I analysis what is the element for emotional touch as an technical part with theses examples. I emphasized and focused on brand image design, specially its direction and details, which give an influence customers emotion as an cultural trend. I made sum up for emotional design`s satisfies which is identified with brand image and emotion considering customer`s demands. For the first, I`d like to point out `consistency` for concept of brand managing. It should be consist of form of total design, which has concept of design work flow unification. From planning, design, making product, marketing, sales to service, It has to have relationship with consistency, which could motivated customer about brand image and emotion. The second, the notion of customer`s emotional satisfaction could be important in textile design in terms of brand image. This is not only indication functional and esthetics satisfaction, but also emotional satisfaction, which identified with brand image their demand. It is instinctive area for reptile`s brain. It means un-logical emotional satisfaction, because it is consuming`s main power by emotional satisfaction, and it is also symbolic element in physical, ecstatics point of view, which contained motive, pattern, color, source. If one, among of two instance, treated without attention, then the `Love Mark`, more ideal type form than brand can`t be hardly created. In concept of total design, which contain strategy, producing, translation of image through contact point between producing, and consuming As an result of fact, for the emotional potential, design element should be understood properly, and should be reflected with environmental element, and cultural trend.

        디자인경영의 의미적 모호성과 그 의미구조 : 디자인의 의미를 중심으로

        디자인경영의 의미가 명확하지 않다는 사실은 많은 연구자들이 동의하는 매우 특이하며 주목할 만한 현상으로 디자인경영의 실행과 연구를 위해 디자인경영의 의미구조를 명확히 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그런데 디자인의 의미는 디자인경영과 매우 유사한 의미적 모호성을 내재하고 있으므로 디자인경영의 의미를 명확히 이해하기 위해서는 디자인의 의미적 모호성을 반드시 먼저 이해해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 디자인의 의미가 어떤 특성을 가지고 있으며 그 속에 내재된 의미적 모호성이 무엇으로부터 원인하는지 설명하여 이로부터 디자인경영의 의미를 명확히 규명하고자 한다. 결론적으로 디자인 의미의 모호성은 디자인이라는 하나의 단어가 구조적으로 감성과 논리라는 상반된 의미를 동시에 표현할 수 있기 때문에 발생한 것이라 할 수 있는데 이러한 의미구조로 부터 발생한 모호성을 극복하기 위해서는 감성적 측면을 표현하기위해 사용된 디자인의 의미와 논리적 측면을 표현하기 사용된 디자인의 의미를 구분하여 이해하는 절차가 반드시 필요하다. 그러므로 디자인경영의 의미적 혼란을 극복하고 최선의 디자인경영 전략을 수립하기 위해서는 첫째 디자인이라는 용어에 포함된 두 가지 의미 중 감성적 측면이 디자인 분야와 타 분야를 구분하는 핵심적인 요소가 될 수 있다는 점을 이해하는 것과 둘째 디자인의 의미는 제품개발 프로세스의 여러 단계를 거치면서 감성과 논리라는 상반된 특성이 어떻게 강조되느냐에 따라 디자인경영의 의미도 확연히 달라질 수 있다는 점을 명확히 이해하는 것이 매우 중요하다. The fact that the meaning of design management is not clear is a very unique and unusual feature that a lot of researchers have agreed on. However in order to study and implement design management in the future it is very important to understand the structure of meaning. Since the meaning of'design' has very similar semantic ambiguity with design management to clearly understand design management first we have to understand the semantic ambiguity of design. Therefore this research clarifies what characteristics the meaning of design has. Starting with the explanation of the causes of semantic ambiguity the ambiguity of design is caused when two different natures - emotion and logic - act together. And we need to dissociate two directly-oppsed natures to solve this ambiquity of design and this research also emphasizes that we need strategies to interpret the meaning of design focusing on emotion then logic to solve this problem. The research also mentions the meaning of design has close relations with the process of product development. Therefore to clearly understand the meaning of design we should consider it varies between classification of design as a limited design process and design as whole process of product development. Lastly the research emphasizes if we clearly understand design's general structure of meaning then design management's semantic ambiguity can be easily understood.

      • “A” Parametric Approach Combined with Operations Research Model for Estimating “A” Cost of Space Systems at Conceptual Design Phase

        Throughout the earlier era of space exploration, the main space systems design driver was the concept of maximizing space mission performance under weak time and cost constraints but with conservative technology risk constraints: i.e., "design-to-performance". Design-to-performance attempted to satisfy a set of predefined performance requirements at minimum risk and cost: performance first and cost second. However, after the end of the Cold War, as the non-military, commercial aspects of space missions appeared more important than before, cost became a more dominant factor. In this new environment, space systems design became a difficult problem to model. Now, the objective of space systems design is to maximize mission goals under firm cost and schedule constraints but with prudent technology risk acceptance, or, equivalently maximizing space mission performance per estimated unit cost. Therefore, space missions should be designed and scoped to emphasize overall mission success within cost and schedule constraints by incorporating sufficient margins, reserves, and subsystem resiliency and by readily adopting innovative ideas. The real question in the space systems design domain under this approach is no longer. "Can we build the same space system for less money?" Rather, it is "Can we achieve or exceed the overall space mission objectives for agreed upon or less money and time constraints by readily adopting more innovative new technology?" Currently, space systems designers, therefore, tend to pursue a proven space systems design architecture or modify an existing idea rather than incorporating totally new system design alternatives. This tendency can be described by the "design-to-cost" philosophy that necessarily introduced the concept of "faster, better, cheaper" (low-cost, small-sat). In this paper, spurred by this new, more challenging environment, we are to show possible approaches to answer "a solution" of a space systems design at conceptual phase for a specific mission. Here. "a solution" is defined as the most favorable alternative design for the system on the basis of the decision-making design criteria.

      • 토탈 인테리어 브랜드의 쇼룸에 적용된 경험디자인 특성

        This study is to classify and analysis the space organization and the space characteristics of the experience design, look for the application method of the experience design to each space and suggest the activation plan of the show rooms of the total interior brands. The show rooms have got to deliver the brand identities of these companies, effectively. For the more effective communication, the experience design to meet the customer needs and emotions is definitely needed. In this connection, this study defines the characteristics of the show rooms and the experience design through the literature research. And it prepares a check-list on a basis of 5 main factors of the experience design; sentience, association, non-dailiness, dynamics and interactivity, that are drawn from the preceding research. Through the surveys that were conducted to the users of the show rooms, it evaluates the characteristics of the experience design in the space organization and based on the comprehensive views obtained from the surveys, it looks for the application method of the experience design and suggests the measures to activate the show rooms of the total-interior brands. In conclusion, the research proves the more characteristics of the experience design, the higher user satisfaction. Thus, the show rooms need to focus on the more various factors of the experience design to let the customers to have the more chances of the balanced experience. Also, it needs to differentiate by providing the inter-active and speical experience of the stereotactic experience design to stimulate the customer emotions. Based on this, the follow-up study needs to carry out the preference survey and should be followed by other various studies, ahead.

        통합디자인경영을 통한 도시이미지 창출에 관한 연구

        Korea grew rapidly with development-centered policy. However, interest in city image has been risen in the wave of globalization, many cities make more effort than ever to build city brand. Recently, public design comes into spotlight as a method to build better urban environment and improve city image. Almost all the cities' image is not existing therefore, creating city image is needed. Induction and management of total design are required to build integrated urban environment though there may be difficulties for lack of experience. Urban design is undertaken by public institution and local government and should be useful and comfortable for people without distinction of age or sex. However they don't have any experience on design-centered works therefore, well organized system needs to be set and utilized. Consequently as an integrated management system for creating city image, total design management should be introduced and applied positively. This study aims to contribute to short and long range urban design plan which reflects macro and micro point of view about city through indicating direction to create city image by total design management. 우리나라는 그동안 개발중심적 정책을 기반으로 급속도로 성장해왔다. 도시맥락과 문화, 관계에 기초한 개발이 아닌, 개발자 중심의 도시계획과 개발을 해오면서 삶의 질과 행복에 대한 배려가 없는 환경을 구축해왔다. 그러나 세계화의 물결 속에서 도시이미지에 대한 관심이 높아졌고, 각 도시들은 도시브랜드 구축에 과거 어느 때보다 힘을 쏟고 있다. 최근에는 보다 나은 도시환경을 구축하고 도시이미지를 개선의 수단으로 공공디자인이 주목받고 있다. 우리나라 대부분의 도시들은 도시이미지가 부재하고 있어 도시매력도를 저해하고 있으며, 나아가 확고한 국가브랜드 구축에도 장애요소로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 기존의 부정적이거나 부재했던 도시이미지를 탈피하고 새로운 도시이미지 창출이 필요하다. 아울러 통합된 도시환경 구축을 위해서는 통합 디자인에 대한 도입과 관리가 필요하나 이에 대한 경험이 부족하여 어려움이 있다고 판단된다. 도시디자인은 지자체 및 공공기관이 사업주체가 되어 이루어진다. 도시디자인은 공공성이라는 개념을 기본으로 하며, 남녀노소를 불문하고 모든 사람들이 사용하고 생활하기에 편리해야한다. 그러나 도시디자인의 주체인 지자체 및 공공기관은 디자인이 중심이 된 사업추진 경험이 많지 않다보니 통합적인 도시환경을 만드는데 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 사실이다. 그러므로 보다 체계적인 도시디자인 관리시스템을 구축해 활용할 필요가 있다. 따라서 통합적 디자인관리 체계로서 통합디자인경영을 도입하여 적극적인 활용을 도모하여야 하겠다. 본 연구는 통합디자인경영을 통하여 도시이미지를 창출하기 위한 방향을 제시함으로써 도시에 대한 거시적, 미시적 관점을 반영한 장·단기적인 도시디자인 계획수립에 기여하고자 한다.

        경관과 디자인을 반영한 도로경관디자인 시스템의 구현방안 연구

        우리나라의 도로건설 및 투자는 그동안 경제성장 위주의 정책에 따라 도로의 양적 확장에 치중하여 도로환경 측면에서 열악한 수준에 머물고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 최근 저탄소 녹색성장의 세계적인 기조와 쾌적한 자연환경에 대한 욕구 증가에 따른 도로경관에 대한 인식이 확대되면서 가치있는 경관자원을 보전하기 위한 필요성이 점차 확산되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 안전성과 주행성은 물론, 쾌적한 주행환경을 제공하는 도로를 건설하기 위하여, 「도로경관디자인 시스템」을 활용함으로써 경관과 디자인을 고려한 아름답고 새로운 도로를 구현하고자 한다. 이러한 관점에서 도로경관설계 및 도로시설물디자인 기법을 개발하여 기본설계 단계에서는 「도로경관설계 시스템」을, 상세설계단계에서는 「도로시설물디자인 시스템」을 적용하도록 하였으며, VR과 평가지표를 활용한 「도로경관디자인 VR평가시스템」을 이용하여 도로설계 절차에 따라 경관디자인 평가를 시행함으로써 도로설계 실무에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The condition of road construction and investment of Korea is poor in an aspect of road environment, which is more focused on the quantitative expansion of roads due to the mean while economic growth oriented policy. However, the needs of preservation of valuable environmental resources are increasing as the understanding on road landscapes is expanded due to the recent Low Carbon Green Growth and the desire of comfortable natural environment. For this reason, this study will picture the beautiful new roads, which the 「Road Landscape Architecture Design」 based landscape and design are considered to build better roads that provide comfortable driving environment and safety to the users. In this regard, this study will provide the ways of carrying out the "Road Landscape Design System" and "Road Facility Design System" which are developed and gradually applied at basic and detailed design phases and the "VR evaluation system for the Road Land-scape Architecture Design" which is operated by road design procedures to apply the evaluated designs to the practical works.

        디자인적 사고특성이 창의적 종합설계 학습성과에 미치는 영향연구: 부산지역 대학생 중심으로

        The purpose of this research is, to think outside the box, solve problems and produce an inventive output, it is essential to have the ability to correlate and integrate the knowledge of various disciplines, as expertise from one field is not enough to do so. Empathy, integrative thinking, optimism, experimentalism, and cooperation were defined as variables to verify the effect of the characteristics of design thinking on the learning outcomes of Capstone Design. Innovativeness was expended as an intermediary cause of Capstone Design learning outcome and empirical analysis was conducted from precedent researches and deduction from analysis subject to university students of Busan district. Among the characteristics of design thinking, integrative thinking, experimentalism, and cooperation appeared to be important factors for innovativeness. Integrative thinking has been proved to have a significant influence on innovativeness and innovativeness has been determined to be a crucial aspect in the achievement of Capstone Design learning outcome. It is concluded that university students of Busan district will make rapid changes and opportunities via empathy, experimentation and cooperation and also have a positive influence on the pursuit of new design thinking through Capstone Design study, and hence contribute to innovativeness, and achieving better results than precedent systems or technologies. 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 상식, 통념을 깨고 창의적인 산출물을 산출하기 위해서는 어느 한 분야의 전문 지식과 기술만으로는 부족하기에 다양한 여러 학문을 복합적으로 연결하고 통합시켜 사고하며 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력이 필요함을 보여주는 것이다. 디자인적 사고 특성이 창의적 종합설계 학습 성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 검증하기 위해 공감, 통합적 사고, 낙관주의, 실험주의, 협업을 그 범주로 정의하였다. 혁신 지향성을 창의적 종합설계 학습 성과의 매개 요인으로 확장하였으며, 선행연구 고찰과 분석 요인을 도출하여 부산지역 대학생을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 디자인적 사고 특성 중 통합적 사고와 실험주의 그리고 협업은 혁신지향성에 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 통합적 사고는 혁신지향성에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었으며, 혁신 지향성은 창의적 종합설계 학습 성과에 매우 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 부산지역 대학생들이 공감과 실험, 그리고 협업으로 급속한 변화를 기회로 만들고 창의적 종합 설계 학습을 통해 새로운 디자인적 사고특성 추구에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이며 기존의 체계나 기술보다 더 좋은 결과를 찾는 성향으로 혁신 지향성에 이바지할 것으로 판단된다.
