        치유적 모빌리티로서 서울 한양도성길 걷기

        인간의 삶에서 치유는 떼어낼 수 없는 관계에 있다. 최근 치유의 요구가 증가하면서 이를 위한 공간, 장소, 나아가 이동에 대한 지리적 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 서울 한양도성길 낙산구간 걷기를 사례로 걷기의 과정에서 어떠한 치유요소가 작용하며 그 지리적 함의가 무엇인지를 밝히는 데 목적을 두었다. ‘치유적 모빌리티’ 개념과 틀을 바탕으로 181건의 블로그 텍스트를 연구 자료로 활용하였고 치유요소들을 분류한 결과, ‘기상·기후’, ‘걷기·산책’, 그리고 ‘야경’이 주요 요소로 분석되었다. 또한, 치유의 걷기 과정을 주요 요소들을 다룬 블로그 내러티브 분석으로 살펴본 결과, 치유의 장소만들기, 제한요인으로서 시간, 야경 속 사회적 신체라는 지리학적 함의를 찾을 수 있었다. Human life has been inextricably linked with healing. Recently, as the demands of healing are higher, it is more necessary to study spaces, places and mobilities related to healing in geographical studies. This paper draws on a case study of urban peoples walks along Seoul City Wall to explore what healing factors affect the people walking along historical landscapes in urban center and understand geographical implications of the healing process. Based on the concept and analytical lens of ‘therapeutic mobilities’ introduced by Gatrell, this research analyzes texts written on 181 blogs. The results show the main factors that affect their healing are ‘weather·climate’, ‘walk·stroll’, and ‘nightscape’. Futhermore, the blogs’ narratives focusing on these main factors imply healing place-making, time as limiting factor, and the social body within nightscape in the healing process.

        자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 사회적 의사소통 기술 향상을 위한 모바일 앱 분석

        This study included 37 mobile apps based on the selection procedure and inclusion criteria to analyze the characteristics of mobile-based learning and training apps developed to enhance the social communication skills of children with autism spectrum disorder. These apps were categorized by their learning types, objectives, characteristics, and learner support strategies. The results revealed that the majority of these apps focused on improving social skills. Additionally, the evaluation-type was the largest category of learning types. Notably, apps featuring user-customization, i.e., allowing direct data attachment or editing, were most prevalent. Furthermore, the facilitation of sharing or saving learning outcomes was determined to be the primary learner support strategy. Discussions were held based on these results.

        치유적 모빌리티와 네트워크의 얽힘 - 서울시민 힐링 프로젝트 속마음버스를 사례로 -

        건강지리학은 치유의 경관을 시작으로 치유의 공간, 장소, 모빌리티, 네트워크, 아상블라주 등 다양한 용어 들을 토대로 발전하였다. 그러나 건강지리학 내 이루어진 연구의 다수는 단일한 치유의 개념틀을 활용하여 치유 의 지리 현상을 분석하는 경향이 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 개념들이 따로 분리되어 존재하는 것이 아니라 서로 교차하며 공존할 수 있음을 서울시민 힐링 프로젝트 속마음버스를 사례로 주장하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 속마음 버 스는 치유적 모빌리티와 치유적 네트워크라는 두 가지 개념이 서로 얽혀 치유의 시너지 효과를 내는 사례였음이 드러났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 치유의 지리 현상을 단일한 관점에서 바라보기보다는, 다양한 시각에서 분석할 필 요성을 강조하며 서로 다른 개념이 교차하는 치유의 지리 환경을 개발해야 한다는 시사점을 준다 Health geography has been developed through various concepts, ranging from therapeutic landscapes to therapeutic spaces, places, mobilities, networks, and assemblages. However, much of the research within health geography has predominantly analyzed therapeutic geographical phenomena using a single conceptual framework. This study argues that these concepts do not exist separately but rather intersect and coexist, as demonstrated through a case study of the Seoul Healing Bus. The research findings reveal that the Seoul Healing Bus exemplifies a case where therapeutic mobilities and therapeutic networks intertwine to create a synergistic therapeutic effect. These findings underscore the need to analyze therapeutic geographical phenomena from multiple perspectives rather than from a singular viewpoint, suggesting the importance of designing therapeutic geographical environments where different concepts intersect.

        운동치료와 관절가동술이 하지길이 차이에 미치는 영향

        Object: to evaluate the effects of two different treatments-joint mobilization and therapeutic exercise on difference for length of lower limbs. Method: The subjects were participated twenty six who has difference for length of lower limbs more 10mm. All subjects randomly assigned to Joint mobilization group(n=13) and therapeutic exercise group. Joint mobilization group received joint mobilization for 2 minutes, Therapeutic exercise group received for 15 minutes per day and 3 times a week during 4 week period. Tape measure method was used to measure the difference for length of lower limbs. Biodex was used to measure the muscle power of lower limbs(Knee flexion, extension). Finger to floor test was used to measure the mobility of spinal column. All measurement of each subjects were measured at pre-experiment, after 2weeks and post-experiment. Result: The result of this study were summarized as follows : 1. Both treatment decreased difference for length of lower limbs while joint mobilization more decreased difference for length of lower limbs than therapeutic exercise. 2. Both treatment increased mobility of spinal column while joint mobilization more increased mobility of spinal column than therapeutic exercise. 3. Joint mobilization increased muscle power while therapeutic exercise decreased muscle power. Conclusion: in a group-wise comparison joint mobilization is more effective than therapeutic exercise.

        High-density lipoprotein-mimicking nanodiscs carrying peptide for enhanced therapeutic angiogenesis in diabetic hindlimb ischemia

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Therapeutic strategies using endogenous stem cell mobilizer can provide effective cell-free therapy for addressing various ischemic diseases. In particular, substance P (SP) exhibited therapeutic regeneration by facilitating mobilization of endogenous stem cells from bone marrow to the injured sites. However, its therapeutic effect has been limited due to short half-life and rapid degradation of administered SP peptides <I>in vivo</I>. Here we sought to develop high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-mimicking nanodiscs conjugated with SP (HDL-SP) in order to increase the <I>in vivo</I> half-life, bone marrow targeting, and therapeutic efficacy of SP for the treatment of diabetic peripheral ischemia. Conjugation of SP onto HDL nanodisc led to remarkable ∼3215- and ∼1060-fold increase in the <I>ex vivo</I> and <I>in vivo</I> half-lives of SP, respectively. Accordingly, HDL-SP nanodiscs improved retention of SP in bone marrow after systemic administration, leading to efficient mobilization of stem cells from bone marrow into blood circulation and reduction of systemic inflammation. Consequently, nanodisc based SP peptide delivery promoted blood vessel formation, blood perfusion recovery and markedly improved limb salvage in diabetic hindlimb ischemia model relative to administration of free SP without nanodisc modification. Therefore, HDL-SP nanodisc can provide a novel strategy for the treatment of diabetic ischemia and HDL nanodisc modification could be potentially useful for the extension of plasma circulation of other labile peptides.</P>

        치료적 운동을 병행한 발목 관절가동술이 만성 발목 불안정성을 가진 노인의 발목 관절가동범위와 균형에 미치는 영향

        Background: This study analyzed the effects of balance and ankle joint range of motion in elderly people suffering from chronic ankle instability; when therapeutic exercise was applied alongside ankle joint mobilization, as a method to reduce the risk of falls and improve the ability to balance. Design: A Single Subject experience design. Method: This study was conducted on 10 elderly people aged 65 years or older with chronic ankle instability. Therapeutic exercise and four types of ankle joint mobilization were used during the study. The therapeutic exercise was applied for 10 minutes, and after a 5-minute rest period, four joint mobilization techniques were applied for 5 minutes each time, for a total of 20 minutes. The procedures were performed by a skilled person with more than 10 years of physical therapy clinical experience and conducted three days a week for a four-week period. An evaluation was conducted before and after the experiment, for four weeks. The evaluation items were the joint range of motion and static and dynamic balance. Result:: The study results show that, as a result of applying therapeutic exercise and ankle joint mobilization for four weeks, static and dynamic balance improved significantly after the intervention compared to before the intervention (p<.05), and instep and plantar flexion joint angles in the range of motion of the ankle joint were also significantly improved (p<.05). Conclusions: Ankle joint mobilization combined with therapeutic exercise for the elderly with chronic ankle instability can be proposed as an effective treatment intervention method to improve joint range of motion and balance, and the study suggests that it can be more actively used in clinical practice.

        모바일 물리치료 진단 어플리케이션 개발 및 사용성 평가

        Purpose: The physical therapy diagnosis process requires high-level background knowledge, the ability to obtain added information from patients, accurate examination skills, and a framework for transforming thoughts into a diagnostic decision. Thus, the physical therapy diagnostic process is highly complicated and difficult work. To function as autonomous professionals, physical therapists must develop effective clinical diagnosis skills. As such, mobile application aids can help with accurate and scientific diagnoses. Therefore, this study aims to develop and evaluate the usability of a mobile application for physical therapy diagnoses. Methods: In this study, a diagnostic application was developed using App Inventor, the development environment was the Chrome web browser for Windows 10, and the mobile application was run on a Google Pixel 5. The developed application was evaluated for usability by 20 physical therapists with more than 5 years of clinical experience in the musculoskeletal physical therapy field, and a usability evaluation was conducted using a 5-point Likert scale for accuracy, convenience, satisfaction, and usability. The collected Likert scores were converted into percentages and analyzed as descriptive statistics. Results: The graphical user interface consisted of an initial screen with program guidance, 18 screens presenting the algorithm, and 12 screens presenting the estimated diagnosis based on the algorithm. As such, the usability evaluation of the developed application was as follows: accuracy 100%, convenience 90%, satisfaction 91%, and usability 88%. Conclusion: The newly developed mobile application for physical therapeutic diagnoses has a high accuracy, and it will aid in building an easy and reliable physical therapy diagnosis system.

        Enhancing the Cybersecurity Checklist for Mobile Applications in DTx based on MITRE ATT&CK for Ensuring Privacy

        Digital therapeutics (DTx) are utilized to replace or supplement drug therapy to treat patients. DTx are developed as a mobile application for portability and convenience. The government requires security verification to be performed on digital medical devices that manage sensitive information during the transmission and storage of patient data. Although safety verification is included in the approval process for DTx, the cybersecurity checklist used as a reference does not reflect the characteristics of mobile applications. This poses the risk of potentially overlooking vulnerabilities during security verification. This study aims to address this issue by comparing and analyzing existing items based on the mobile tactics, techniques, and procedures of MITRE ATT&CK, which manages globally known and occurring vulnerabilities through regular updates. We identify 16 items that require improvement and expand the checklist to 29 items to propose improvement measures. The findings of this study may contribute to the safe development and advancement of DTx for managing sensitive patient information.

        공황장애 케어를 위한 디지털 치료제 어플리케이션 개발

        본 연구는 공황장애 케어를 위한 모바일 어플리케이션을 개발하여 공황 발작 예방 및 증상 관리를 돕는 것을 목적으로 한다. 공황장애란 지속적인두려움과 불안, 공황발작 등의 증상을 가지는 심리적 장애로 적절한 치료 및 관리를 필요로 하는 정신질환 중 하나이다. 이에 시공간적 제약 없이사용할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자가 케어를 받을 수 있는 디지털 치료제의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 추세이다. 연구를 통해 개발된 어플리케이션은 공황장애에 대한 기본적인 정보를 제공하고 자가진단을 통해 상태를 점검할 수 있으며, 다양한 치료법을 제공하여 공황장애 케어를 효과적으로 돕는다. 또한, 사용자 실시간 위치를 기반으로 하여 공황을 일으킨 경험이 있는 장소에 도달할 시 알림을 제공함으로써 개인맞춤형 지원을제공한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 디지털 치료제를 통해 전통적 치료법에서 벗어난 새로운 도구와 치료법을 제시하고자 한다. 더 나아가 공황장애뿐만 아니라 정신건강 전 분야에서 디지털 치료제 활용을 도모하며, 사용자들의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to develop a mobile application for the care of panic disorder, assisting in the prevention of panic attacks and themanagement of symptoms. Panic disorder is a psychological condition characterized by persistent fear, anxiety, and panic attacks, whichrequires appropriate treatment and management. The increasing need for digital therapeutics that users can access without time andspace constraints is evident. The application developed through this research provides basic knowledge about panic disorder, enablesself-diagnosis to monitor one's condition, and offers various therapeutic methods to effectively aid in the care of panic disorder. Additionally, it provides notifications based on real-time user location when they reach places where they have previously experiencedpanic attacks, and offers personalized support. This digital therapeutic aims to introduce new tools and treatment methods beyondtraditional therapies. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute positively by promoting the use of digital therapeutics not only for panicdisorder but also across the entire field of mental health, thereby improving users' quality of life.

        The effect of prepositioned upper cervical traction mobilization and therapeutic exercise on cervicogenic headache: A case study

        The International Headache Society (IHS) has validated cervicogenic headache (CGH) as a secondary headache type that is hypothesized to originate due to nociception in the cervical area. CGH is a common form of headache and accounts for 15% to 20% of all chronic and recurrent headaches. CGH is commonly treated with manual and exercise therapy. To date, no studies have isolated only one manual intervention in an attempt to determine its effectiveness. In this case study we present a 28-year-old patient with right upper cervical (UC) and occipital pain who responded well to a single manual intervention technique. This technique was applied in isolation for the first three visits and two therapeutic exercises prescribed on the fourth and fifth visit. In total, manual and exercise intervention occurred over 8 visits at which point in time the patient was discharged with no UC motion impairments, an NPRS rating of 0, a NDI and HDI demonstrating a 100% improvement and a 37% improvement in FOTO score. The traction based manual intervention and two therapeutic exercises prescribed for this patient were successful in relieving UC pain and CGH. At six months follow up, the patient was still symptom free.
