Brand character plays the role of an important brand identity that brings out the promotion of the particular brand or product. Thus, the purpose of this research was to determine to what extent the visual information of the brand characters delivers the brand image to the customers and what kind of effective promotion conditions are used so that the customers are able to acknowledge such visual information. The research was conducted by focusing on “Ttoro” of Kumho Tire, a domestic tire brand character and “Monsieur Bibendum” of Michelin, a foreign tire brand character. In addition, for a morphological information analysis, an analysis methodology of using morphological recognition theory was utilized to research the visual information of brand characters and the cognitive morphology. Also, to verify the usefulness, a survey based on morphology information was executed to analyze the usefulness of the brand characters. This proves that the visual information shown in the morphology analysis of the overall brand character is changing in line with the changes of the era and that the changes of consumer awareness and common ground too are followed by the image that influences the brand and the product. In this research, the positive effects of the consumer`s brand image are expected to be verified through morphological recognition and the importance of the brand characters would be highlighted.
애니메이션 캐릭터의 역할에 따른 DISC 성향 연구 - 미니언즈, 슈렉1, 센과 치히로의 행방불명 애니메이션을 중심으로 -

In animations, characters interact with other characters in the story through a personality characteristic. The character is a key element of the animation story because it attracts the interest of the audience and strengthens the emotion of the character. In this study, we selected three genres of comedy, action/thriller, and romance with high rankings, and then selected the top three movies, one for each genre, which succeeded in box office. Eleven characters were selected from the three animations, and the character types were classified based on the prophetic morphology of Prop. DISC evaluation was performed for each character, and the common tendency by animation genre and character role was derived and presented. 3D 애니메이션 캐릭터의 형태학적 조건은 캐릭터의 외형과 표정 그리고 동작에 큰 영향을 미친다. 캐릭터의 성격과 성향 그리고 스토리상의 캐릭터의 역할에 대하여 심미적인 표현을 동작에서 형태적인 시각표현을 하기 때문이다. 3D 애니메이션은 형태의 표현 한계가 없으며 또한 동작의 표현 한계가 없고 형태로 인해 수용자의 감정을 조정하고 설득하며 변화시킨다. 영상 컨텐츠 산업의 중요한 부분 중 하나로 성장한 3D 애니메이션 시장에서 3D 애니메이션은 캐릭터의 동작을 자연스럽게 표현하고자 과학적이든 예술적이든지 끊임없는 변화와 노력을 지속하고 있다. 본 논문은 인크레더블의 각각의 캐릭터의 형태학적 분석과 동작의 유형을 성격, 성향에 대신하는 표현적인 동작에 대하여 비교 분석하여 형태학적 시각표현에 대하여 고찰 하였다. 3D 애니메이션은 캐릭터의 동작을 자연스럽게 표현하고자 과학적이든 예술적이든지 끊임없는 변화와 노력을 지속하고 있고 형태상 움직임이 없을 것 같은 개체에도 동작이라는 생명력을 불어 넣을 수 있고 움직임이라는 형태의 변화로 캐릭터의 의무와 의미를 관람자에게 어필하고 있다는 것을 본 논문을 통해 알 수 있었다. 3D 애니메이션에 있어서 형태와 동작의 유형과 작품사례를 통해서 3D 애니메이션에 적용되는 동작과 형태에 창의적인 표현으로 개선방안을 접근해야 할 것이다. 3D animated character in the character of the morphological appearance and expression conditions influences behavior. Improved Character-Based Neural Network for POS Tagging on Morphologically Rich Languages

Since the widespread adoption of deep-learning and related distributed representation, there have beensubstantial advancements in part-of-speech (POS) tagging for many languages. When training wordrepresentations, morphology and shape are typically ignored, as these representations rely primarily oncollecting syntactic and semantic aspects of words. However, for tasks like POS tagging, notably inmorphologically rich and resource-limited language environments, the intra-word information is essential. Inthis study, we introduce a deep neural network (DNN) for POS tagging that learns character-level wordrepresentations and combines them with general word representations. Using the proposed approach andomitting hand-crafted features, we achieve 90.47%, 80.16%, and 79.32% accuracy on our own dataset for threemorphologically rich languages: Uyghur, Uzbek, and Kyrgyz. The experimental results reveal that thepresented character-based strategy greatly improves POS tagging performance for several morphologically richlanguages (MRL) where character information is significant. Furthermore, when compared to the previouslyreported state-of-the-art POS tagging results for Turkish on the METU Turkish Treebank dataset, the proposedapproach improved on the prior work slightly. As a result, the experimental results indicate that character-basedrepresentations outperform word-level representations for MRL performance. Our technique is also robusttowards the-out-of-vocabulary issues and performs better on manually edited text.

Morphological differences were studied using the analysis of covariance between various partial length and mantle length of the common Todarodes pacificus by cohorts in the Korean waters. Analysis of seven morphological characters proved that each cohort has no sexual differences, except significant sexual differences only in the Summer cohort in term of relative growth between mantle length and body weight. The three cohorts represent significant differences in morphological characters.

As one of the eldest characters in the world, Chinese character plays an important role in the development of Chinese society and Chinese language itself. On the other hand, as a unique kind of character, it also belongs to the important field on which we should concentrate while teaching Chinese language as a foreign language. Chinese character is an ideographical writing system, to express the meaning through ideography has its reasons, and there are morphological connections between characters. The analysis of the strokes, components and combinations of the characters, summing up the systematic features and arrangement, and to illustrate at the proper teaching stage would be helpful to accomplish the teaching task. This article will focus on teaching techniques of Chinese character as a foreign language.

In order to find useful taxonomic morphological characters, 17 taxa from East-Asia Astragalus and Oxytropis anertii were investigated. In this study, seed coat structure, fruit surface, and fruit anatomical structures were selected to classify the species in Astragalus. As a results, useful morphological and anatomical characters in East-Asia Astragalus were life cycle, leaflet shape, raceme, petal color, seed color, pod shape, absent or present of hairs in pod surface, bent degree of dorsal suture, and thickness of endocarp. Using medicinal sources in China, A. floridus, A. membranaceus, A. membranaceus var. mongholicus and A. tongolensis were formed same group. However, these were not completely consensus in the morphological characters. The other hand, A. koraiensis and A. sikokianus, which have controversial taxonomic issue, have clearly no differences morphological characters each other. Therefore, A. koraiensis, A. sikokianus, and A. bhotanensis should be conducted a comparative study on the DNA sequences and molecular cytology in order to clarify the taxonomic treatments in the near future. 동아시아산 황기속의 외부형태학적 특징과 과피, 종피의 해부구조 및 표면 형태를 조사하여 분류학적으로 유용한 형질을 찾고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 황기속의 외부형태, 과피, 종피의 형태 및 해부학적 특징 중 생활사, 소엽의 형태, 꽃차례, 꽃잎의 색, 종자의 색, 과피의 형태, 과피 표면에서 털의 존재유무, 봉선의 구조, 그리고 내과피 층의 두께가 종을 나누는 식별형질로 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 중국에서 황기라는 약재로 사용되어지고 있는 4종의 형태 및 해부학적인 특성을 비교한 결과, 서로 같은 군으로 유집되었다. 한편, 분류학적으로 논쟁이 되고 있는 정선황기와 갯황기에서는 두 분류군간에 형태적 차이점을 발견 할 수 없었다. 따라서 금후 정선황기, 갯황기, A. bhotanensis의 종간 분류학적 처리를 명확히 규명하기 위하여 염기서열 및 분자세포학 수준에서의 연구가 필요하다.
15세기 한글편지에 쓰인 한자어 양상 - <나신걸 한글편지>를 중심으로

본 연구는 15세기 신창 맹씨 묘에서 출토된 한글편지에 쓰인 한자어의 사용 양상과 의미적 특징에 대해 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 나신걸 한글편지는 가장 이른 시기의 한글편지로서 연구할 가치가 충분함에도 불구하고 현재까지 이에 대한 연구는 미미한 편이다. 특히 이 편지에 쓰인 한자어에 대한 연구는 거의 전무하다. 본 연구는 나신걸 한글편지를 대상으로 이 자료에서 나타나는 실질적 의미를 지닌 어휘들을 고유어와 한자어, 기타 세 부분으로 분류하여 고유어 및 한자어의 비중과 이 편지에서 한자어가 사용된 양상, 조어법적 특징을 고찰한 것이다. 나신걸 한글편지에 나타난 어종별 비중을 검토한 결과, 이 편지에서 한자어가 상당히 많은 부분을 차지하는 것을 알 수 있다. 이어 나신걸 한글편지에 나타난 한자어의 구성을 유형별로 분류하여 체언형 한자어, 용언형 한자어, 부사형 한자어, 한자어+고유어로 살펴본 결과 나신걸 한글편지에 나타난 한자어는 형태적으로는 대부분 체언형 한자어이며 이 밖에 ‘한자어+고유어로 구성된 어휘를 많이 확인할 수 있다. 아울러 여기에 해당되는 한자어는 한자를 차용한 어휘임을 확인할 수 있지만, 중국식 한자와 사용 방법이 다른 경우도 많이 확인할 수 있었다. 의미적으로는 체언형 한자어의 의미는 한자어의 형태가 변화함에 따라 의미가 분화하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. ‘한자어+-ᄒᆞ다’형 한자어의 의미는 현대 국어와 다를 뿐만 아니라 중국 한자어와도 많은 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 동일한 한자어일지라도 사용에 따른 의미의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to discuss the usage patterns and semantic characteristics of Chinese characters used in Korean letters excavated from the 15th century Shinchang Maeng's tomb. Although the Korean letters of Na Shin-gul are worth researching as Korean letters of the most theoretical period, research on them so far is insignificant. In particular, there is almost no research on the Chinese characters used in this letter. This study classifies the vocabulary that appears in this data into three parts: native language, Chinese character, and other parts, and examines the weight of native language and Chinese characteristics, the pattern of Chinese characters used in this letter, and the coined characteristics. As a result of examining the proportion of fish species in the Korean letter, it can be seen that Chinese characters account for a significant portion of this letter. Next, we categorized the composition of Chinese characters in the Korean letters by type and examined them in dialect-type Chinese characters, idiomatic Chinese characters, adverb Chinese characters, and Chinese characters+native languages. Most of the Chinese characters in the Korean letters are morphologically dialect-type Chinese characters, and many other words consisting of Chinese characters+native can be found. In addition, it can be confirmed that the Chinese characters that correspond to this are vocabulary borrowed from Chinese characters, but many cases were also confirmed in which the method of use was different from that of Chinese characters. In terms of meaning, it was confirmed that the meaning of the dialect-type Chinese characters differentiated as the form of the Chinese characters changed. It can be seen that the meaning of Chinese characters in the 'Chinese character +-hoda' type is not only different from that of modern Korean, but also very different from that of Chinese characters. In addition, even with the same Chinese character, it was possible to confirm the difference in meaning according to use.
팬픽션에 나타나는 인물 분석과 재구성에 관한 연구 -한국의 <엑스파일> 팬픽션을 중심으로

Fanfiction is the majority action in fandom. Fanfiction writers work with their favorite characters. Character analysis of fan is different with the one of common people. Fan works have different standards, so that makes misunderstanding comparing with common literature. This study subscribes about the standards and the analysis ability of fans. This study is based on Korean The X-Files fanfictions, which has database from 1990s to 2000s. The category of fanfiction is close to ``tag``. Tag is the guideline of fanfiction writers and readers. For example: Shipper. Relationship is important to fanfiction and it gives a lot of categories: shipper, fence sitter, slash, and etc. And in fictional fanworks, timeline is important to determine character`s mind. The modern literature characters isn`t flat: their mind is original, but actions are various. So fans describe a character in many ways, but they know the character should do something based on canon. Vladimir Propp talks about functions of characters in Morphology of the Folk Tale. The X-Files characters are set in Propp`s Morphology: villian-smoking man, helper-The Lone Gunmen, Princess` Father-Skinner, hero-Mulder and Scully, false hero-Krycek, etc. Absentation-kidnapping of Samantha, interdiction-the classify of case, violation of interdiction-Mulder`s investigation, etc. This makes alternative universe fanfiction: the characters are same but the background(place, time) is different. In even canon, 6X03 Triangle showed alternative universe in world war II, and 7ABX18 Hollywood A.D. showed it with ``feature film`` as a fiction in a fiction. Fans also know the functions of characters, and apply to their works. But, fans choose the one side of peculiarities in canon. Each of fan wants to see what he or she likes(or should be): someone chooses Mulder`s braveness, but another chooses his ditching to Scully, and another choose his laziness to write on their story. Fan are curious about the characters, and further they imagine what the character would do. The fanfictions are fan`s analysis of characters. Fanfiction is a kind of guideline. A canon which has a lot of fanfictions means that the accepters(reader/viewer/audience) of this work are active, and the canon has a value of poaching.
