        다양한 관절 구성을 위한 모듈라 매니퓰레이터의 관절 및 링크 모듈 형상 도출

        A modular manipulator in serial-chain structure usually consists of a series of modularized revolute joint and link modules. The geometric shapes of these modules affect the number of possible configurations of modular manipulator after assembly. Therefore, it is important to design the geometry of the joint and link modules that allow various configurations of the manipulators with minimal set of modules. In this paper, a new 1-DoF(degree of freedom) joint module and simple link modules are designed based on a methodology of joint configurations using a series of Rotational(type-R) and Twist(type-T) joints. Two of the joint modules can be directly connected so that two types of 2-DoFs joints could be assembled without a link module between them. The proposed geometries of joint and link modules expand the possible configurations of assembled modular manipulators compared to existing ones. Modular manipulator system of this research can be a cornerstone of user-centered markets with various solution but low-cost, compared to conventional manipulators of fixed-configurations determined by the provider.

        새로운 모듈성 지수를 활용한 최적 모듈 구성에 관한 연구

        This study deals with the optimal module configuration method to produce various products desired by customers with minimum complexity. We propose a new modularity index that maximizes the level of density within the module and minimizes the level of isolation between modules. We also develop a genetic algorithm to design an optimal product module configuration using the proposed modularity index. Through the case study, we confirmed the usefulness of the proposed modularity index and genetic algorithm.

        This paper describes a design program to generate feasible structural configurations of modular reconfigurable machine tool from some modules. This program includes module library which defines module posture vector for each module and mutual connectivity coefficient matrix for adjacent two modules. Our design method use cryptographic mapping. By using cryptographic mapping, all the structure modules can be encoded into binary codes and then stored the graphics and digital codes in the module library. We carried out cryptographic operating to create possible combined configurations from any two or several modules by using vector quadratic form expansion of the encoded binary codes. Consequently, we can obtain the resulting structural configurations by decoding the operated binary codes using the module library.

        차세대소형위성은 우주기술검증 및 우주과학연구를 위하여 소형화, 표준화, 저전력화 및 모듈화 설계를 바탕으로 탑재체 수용의 극대화를 위한 형상 설계가 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 무게 및 체적에 대한 시스템의 요구조건, 발사체, 탑재체 및 본체의 요구조건을 모두 만족하도록 예비 형상 설계가 수행되었다. 본 논문에서는 첨단화된 차세대소형위성 초기 형상 설계 결과를 고찰하고자 한다. The configuration of NEXTSat-1 should be designed for the maximization of payload accommodation based on miniaturization, standardization, lower-power consumption, modularity for the verification of space technology and the research of space science. Based on this requirements, the initial configuration design to meet all the requirements of mass and volume of satellite system, launch vehicle, payload, and bus system is performed. This paper will be discussed the results of the preliminary configuration design of advanced NEXTSat-1.

        파라메트릭 알고리즘과 모듈 기반의 3D 텍스타일 디자인 유형 분석

        3D textile design based on parametric algorithm and modular configuration is a manufacturing process that can fill space without scale limitations by applying geometric vectors as parameters to each patterning operation. The purpose of the study is to identify the methodologies based on the classification of the case studies to establish a typology for comparing algorithmic differences, and to gain detailed insights from these representative studies. The first half of this paper adopts a literature review as a research method to explore the principles of parametric structures, as well as the concepts and characteristics of modules, configuration and parameter, which are key components in the algorithmic module combination process. In the second half of the paper, 13 exemplary cases presented since 2000 are categorized into strip morphology using linear components, cell aggregate geometry using molecular ones, and origami and kirigami tessellations using planar ones to examine contemporary trends, and the pattern formation principles are analyzed for each subcategory. The subsets of linear structure are horizontal parallelism of vertical lines, using joint assemblies and intersecting segmented lines. The subcategories cell aggregate geometry includes local changes in the distribution of holes, variations in the pattern derived from multiple slots, and three-dimensionalisation by adjusting the number of modules. While the first two rely on interfaces between independent modules, metamaterials using origami and kirigami tessellations leap into 3D form by dividing their surfaces with folds or cracks so that the modules cannot be dismantled. Parametric design is a paradigm about design rules- a harmonious relationship between the part and the whole through spatial intuition. It is an effective design strategy for creating a bespoke space because it allows the surface to grow and the 3D form to change freely through a series of algorithmic systems. This paper could serve as a basis for research into design methods based on the abstract revelations of geometry in the parametric tessellation algorithm.

      • 아동 · 청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 지원방안 연구 III

        본 연구의 목적은 2012년「아동·청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 지원방안 연구Ⅱ」의 정신건강연구 실태조사를 바탕으로 아동 및 청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 효과적 개입프로그램을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시된 개인정신건강요인 중 긍정요인과 부정요인을 중심으로 선행연구를 고찰하였으며, 현행 국내·외의 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 하는 정신건강 증진 관련 프로그램을 살펴보고, 학교현장의 아동 및 청소년대상 상담전문가의 인터뷰를 통해 상담현장 및 프로그램의 운영 실태를 파악하여 효율적 운영대안을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 학교현장에서 아동·청소년의 위기 수준 및 개별특성을 고려하여 정신건강 증진 및 개입을 할 수 있도록 모듈식 프로그램을 제시하였고 그 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 개인정신건강요인에서 각 요인의 선행연구 고찰을 통해 자아존중감 증진 및 스트레스 감소를 중심으로 한 프로그램과 우울, 불안, 자살, 인터넷 중독 중심의 개입프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 아동 및 청소년 대상 정신건강 증진 프로그램을 개발현장전문가대상으로 면접조사를 실시하여 현장전문가가 인식하는 청소년 정신건강 실태를 파악하고 개입방안을 마련하고자 학교장면에서 청소년의 주요 정신건강 문제, 정신건강 문제에 대한 개입방식 및 서비스 수준, 정신건강 증진 및 개입프로그램의 필수 요소, 학교현장적용 프로그램의 고려사항을 알아보았다. 셋째, 국내·외 학교에서 운영 중인 프로그램들의 고찰을 통해 프로그램 내용, 대상과 목적, 학교현장에서의 활용성 그리고 운영상의 문제에 비추어 시사점을 도출하였다. 넷째, 이를 바탕으로 총 3단계의 증진 및 개입프로그램을 개발하였다. 1단계는 각 개인정신건강요인별로 정의, 발생원인, 특징 및 증상, 학교장면에서의 영향력, 개입방법에 대한 정보를 제공하여 학교교사나 프로그램 운영자들이 이해하고 필요에 따라 학생들에게 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 2단계는 각 정신건강 요소별로 자신의 문제수준에 대한 간이검사를 실시할 수 있도록 검사 도구를 제시하여 개입여부를 결정토록 하였다. 3단계는 이를 바탕으로 개입이 필요하다고 판단될 때는 총 3회기의 개입프로그램을 운영하도록 하여 참여자의 위기수준이나 특성에 따라 각 단계별 선택적 활용을 할 수 있는 모듈식 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이상 제시한 연구내용들을 중심으로 본 연구를 수행하였으며, 이를 근거로 향후 아동 및 청소년 정신건강 증진의 효과적인 지원을 위한 주요 정책방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient intervention program for children and adolescents mental health promotion based on the investigation on mental health study s actual state of「A study on support measures for children and adolescents mental health promotionⅡ」in 2012. To this end, we investigated previous studies focusing on positive and negative factors among individual mental health factors proposed from「A study on support measures for children and adolescents mental health promotionⅡ」in 2012, and examined mental health promotion-related programs targeting the current domestic, international children and adolescents and then presented efficient management alternatives to understand counseling field and the actual state of program operation through interviews with counselors for children and adolescents in school. Also, based on this, modular program was proposed for mental health promotion and intervention considering individual characteristics and the crisis level of children and adolescents in school, the study results are as follows. First, implications for the development of programs focusing on self-esteem promotion and stress reduction and an intervention program focusing on depression, anxiety, suicide, internet addition were drawn through examining each factors previous studies in individual mental health factors. Second, considerations youth major mental health problems and intervention methods and services level for mental health, mental health promotion and an intervention program essential elements, school field application programs in school were investigated, to prepare intervention measures by figuring out the actual state of adolescents mental health recognized by field experts by conducting interviews targeting field experts to develop mental health promotion programs for children and adolescents Third, implications were derived from reflecting program contents, targets and objectives, utilization of school site and operational problems through examining programs operated in domestic and international schools. At last, based this, all three phases promotion and intervention program was developed. The first phase provided definitions, causes, characteristics and symptoms in each individual mental health factors and information for influence, intervention ways, and made school teachers and program operators understand the program and gave students information as necessary. The second phase made school teachers and program operators decide whether they intervened students by presenting a screening tool to conduct a simple inspection for students own problem level in each mental health factor. Based this, the third phase made school teachers and program operators run a total of three sessions-intervention program when intervention was needed and develop modular programs to be used selectively in each stage according to participants crisis level or characteristics. We carried out this study focusing on the above study contents, and suggested the main policy measures for effective support for the future children and adolescents mental health promotion.
