사용자 편의성을 위한 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠 디자인의 방향성 연구

빠르게 발전하는 현대 스마트 사회에서 스마트폰을 쓰지 않는 사람은 찾아볼 수 없을 만큼 스마트폰 사용률이 증가하였다. 때문에 수많은 종류의 모바일 콘텐츠들이 출시되었으며, 사람들의 건강 관심도가 증가함에 따라 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠가 각광받고 있다. 하지만, 스마트폰으로 개인 건강을 실시간 관리하는 트렌드가 확산되면서 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠가 다양한 연령층이 다루기 쉽지 않다는 접근성의 문제점이 드러났고 이에 본 연구는 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 사용자 편의성을 위한 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠 디자인의 방향성을 제안하고자 하였다. 먼저 모바일 콘텐츠와 모바일 헬스 케어, 사용자 편의성에 대한 이론적 배경을 고찰하고, 모바일 헬스 케어와 관련된 선행 연구를 통해 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠 유형을 정보제공형, 신체측정형, 유지관리형 3가지로 분류하였으며, 사용자 편의성에 요구되는 디자인 요소를 도출하였다. 도출된 요소는 레이아웃, 내비게이션, 타이포그래피, 색채, 그래픽, 아이콘 6가지로 분석모형을 설정하여 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠 사례를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 각 콘텐츠 유형에 따라 콘텐츠 디자인 요소의 만족도 차이가 나타났으며, 정보제공형은 내비게이션과 그래픽 외 4가지, 신체측정형은 전반적으로 개선의 필요성을 보였다. 특히 타이포그래피 요소는 모든 콘텐츠에 확대/축소 기능이 제공되지 않아 사용자로 하여금 불편함을 초래할 수 있어 가장 고려해야할 요소로 나타났다. 본 연구는 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠 유형별 개선되어야 할 디자인 요소를 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 기반으로 기존 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠의 접근성 문제 해결방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이에 근거하여 사용자 편의성을 위한 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠 개발은 활발히 이루어져야 하며, 향후 모바일 헬스 케어 콘텐츠의 활성화 연구는 지속되어야 할 것이다. The usage of smart phones has been increased to the extent that you can hardly find anyone who does not use a smart phone in the rapidly evolving modern smart society. That's why a lot of different types of mobile content have been released, and mobile healthcare content is naturally becoming more popular as people's interest in health grows. However, as trends in managing personal health in real-time with smart phones have spread, the mobile healthcare content has turn out to have a problem of accessibility that is difficult for a variety of ages to use it. Therefore, this study tried to propose the direction of mobile healthcare content design for user convenience so that it can be easily used by anyone. First of all, this study considered the theoretical background of mobile content, mobile healthcare, and user convenience, classified mobile healthcare content types into three types: informative type, body measurement type, and maintenance type through previous studies related to mobile healthcare, and then derived the design elements required for user convenience. The derived elements were layout, navigation, typography, color, graphic, and icon, and it analyzed the cases of mobile healthcare content by setting up an analysis model. As a result, there were differences in satisfaction about content design elements according to each type of content, and there were needs to improve the informative type in four parts besides navigation and graphic, and the body measurement type in general. In particular, the typography element appeared as the most important factor to consider because not all content has zoom in/out function which may cause inconvenience to users. In this study, it was able to identify design elements that should be improved by mobile healthcare content type, and based on this, it aimed at proposing a solution for the accessibility problem of existing mobile healthcare content. Based on this, the development of mobile healthcare content for user convenience should be actively implemented, and researches on the activation of mobile healthcare content should be continued in the future.

고령운전자의 면허증 반납제도에 관한 교통딜레마 : 편리성과 이동성을 중심으로

본 연구는 최근 고령화가 사회적 문제점으로 대두되면서 고령운전자의 교통사고 증가로 운전면허 반납제도에 관한 교통딜레마에 있어 편리성과 이동성을 중심으로 살펴보고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 운전면허증 반납과 관련된 지원제도는 편리성과 사회성 그리고 복지비 상승을 가져오는 반면, 운전면허증을 반납치 않으면 교통사고 위험성과 이동성을 증가하는 딜레마에 놓일 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 고령운전자 면허반납에 따른 고령운전자의 사각지대 실태를 살펴보고 교통안전을 위한 정책적 개선방안으로 첫째. 고령운전자 면허반납은 연령에 따른 차별이 가지 않도록 생계형 고령운전자와 자발적 운전면허 반납자 대한 신중한 대처가 필요하다. 둘째, 자발적 운전면허 반납제도를 교통여건이 나은 대도시(광역단위)부터 고령운전자 면허증 반납제도 정책의 적정성에 따라, 농촌도시로 확대해야 하며, 셋째, 생계형 고령운전자에 대한 자격유지검사 의무화와 고령운전자의 교육과 관련하여 인지기능 저하 우려가 없다고 판정되거나 75세 미만이면 해당 교육시간을 단축하고, 넷째, 고령운전자에 대한 사회적 관심과 운전자의 행태가 바뀌어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to focus on convenience and mobility in the traffic dilemma regarding the driver s license return and return system due to the increase in traffic accidents among older drivers as the aging population has recently emerged as a social problem. The support system related to the return of a driver s license brings convenience, sociality, and welfare costs, while failing to return the driver s license can lead to a dilemma that increases the risk of traffic accidents and increases mobility. Therefore, as a policy improvement plan for traffic safety by examining the actual condition of the blind spots of elderly drivers following the return of their driver s licenses. The return of senior driver s license requires careful handling of subsistence-type elderly drivers and voluntary driver s license returners so that there is no discrimination based on age. Second, the voluntary driver s license return system should be expanded from large cities (wide-area units) with better traffic conditions to rural cities according to the appropriateness of the policy for returning elderly drivers licenses. In relation to education, if it is determined that there is no risk of cognitive decline or is under the age of 75, the relevant training time should be shortened. Fourth, social interest in elderly drivers and driver behavior should be changed.

농협의 모바일 뱅킹 서비스 사례

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Especially from current year when Carriers in domestic plans to provide the services using 2.5G networks the service providers choose wireless e-commerce as the main parts of wireless internet strategy and will provide a various of services. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.

The Impact of How Often Students Use Mobile Devices on Their Perceptions of the Usefulness and Convenience of the Devices

This paper explores the impact of mobile device usage frequency in the classroom on students’ perceptions of their use. To assess this, we created a survey that measured students’ perceived frequency, usefulness, and convenience of using mobile devices, using a reversed Technology Acceptance Model. Through the analysis of responses from 781 Korean students, utilizing confirmatory item factor analyses and a structural equation mixture model, we found that the effect of frequent mobile device use on students’ positive perceptions is non-linear. As the frequency reaches to a certain level, the effect sizes of the frequency in the positive perceptions diminishes. Additionally, students who used mobile devices less frequently in class reported higher levels of difficulties in using the devices. This study introduces a tool for evaluating multiple aspects of students’ perceptions regarding mobile device use and offers a framework for understanding the relationship between usage frequency, usefulness, and convenience.

Purposes: The aim of this study is to evaluate whether the contents of hospital reservation and reception applications(apps) are qualitatively useful in meeting the needs of medical consumers and improving hospital accessibility and convenience. Methodology: (1) identify consumer needs through social data web mining, (2) describe the status of key contents of mobile apps to improve accessibility and convenience of care, and (3) verify the quality of apps through validated tools Finding: The contents of ‘mobile reservation function’ and ‘waiting time information provision’ that can contribute to reduction of delay time of care and efficiency of desk work were supported, but the level of utilization was insufficient. The quality level of the app, including the level of consumers' needs, has shown a wide gap between the apps. Implications: The recent development of mobile apps for hospital accessibility and consumer needs has shown a wide gap in the quality of apps, including information and aesthetic. Therefore, it is necessary to develop apps based on user interface(UI), user experience(UX) based designs that can promote the usefulness and convenience of apps while monitoring needs of consumers continuously

유권자의 투표편의성과 일본·미국의 사전투표소

이 논문은 미국과 일본의 사전투표 제도운영과 관련하여 사전투표소가 유권자들의 투표참여비용을 줄이는 사례에 주목하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 미국과 일본에서 유권자의 편의성 제고를 위한 다양한 시도들이 끊임없이 이루어지고 있었다. 미국의 사전투표소는 유권자가 투표참여를 위해 감수해야 하는 물리적 거리비용과 시간비용을 줄여주는 드라이브 스루(Drive-Through)투표소, 유권자의 생활패턴에 맞춘 슈퍼마켓, 쇼핑센터와 카지노 등에 설치 된 사전투표소, 유권자의 노동시간 다양화에 따른 투표기일과 시간의 다양화 등을 유권자에게 제공하고 있다. 일본의 사례에서도 유권자의 편의를 고려하여 다양한 장소에 사전투표소가 설치되었고, 유권자를 찾아 가는 투표환경 조성이 시도되고 있다. 미국과 일본에서 사전투표에 참여하는 유권자들이 비율은 증가추세임을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후, 한국의 제도개혁을 위한 방안으로 투표소까지 소요되는 시간과 거리를 줄이고, 투표소의 이동성(mobility)을 늘려 투표소가 유권자를 찾아가는 패러다임으로의 전환 방안, 유권자의 생활패턴과 다양한 근무형태를 고려하여 사전투표일과 시간을 탄력적으로 운영하는 방안이 요구되고 있다. In this paper we investigate the early voting system in Japan and the Unities states focused on voting convenience for voters. We find that Japan and the Unities states have made various and continuing efforts to promote for voting convenience. Early voting system in the United states offers many different options to suit for voters who have different needs and situations. Firstly the drive-through voting reduces the cost of physical distance and time to vote. Secondly, easy accessible voting sites installed in supermarkets, shopping centers and casinos suits the voters`s lifestyle. Thirdly, the diversify of voting dates and time according to voter`s working hours considers voter`s convenience. In Japan, early voting sites have been installed in various places with convenience for voters and the voting environment is becoming more easy accessible to vote. We can clearly see that the early vote participating rate of voters in the United States and Japan is increasing. This article suggests the shift of voting paradigms for future electoral reform in Korea.

한국 노인의 체형별 인체 형상 및 입체 패턴을 기반으로 한 고관절 보호대의 착용 특성 평가

목적: 한국 노인의 인체 형상과 입체 패턴 설계 방법을 기반으로 개발된 고관절 보호대에 대한 착용 특성을 평가하여 착용 편의성 및 동작 용이성을 검증하였다. 대상 및 방법: 착용 특성 평가는 여성 노인 101명(60-85세)을 대상으로 설문지와 인터뷰를 병행하여 진행하였으며, 한국노인이 선호하는 벨트형과 속옷형의 기존, 개발 고관절 보호대를 사용하여 선호도, 착용 편의성 등을 조사하였다. 결과: 피험자들은 개발 고관절 보호대의 벨트형(65.0%), 속옷형(30.1%), 기존 고관절 보호대 벨트형(3.9%), 속옷형(1.0%) 순으로 선호하였다. 착용 편의성은 개발 고관절 보호대가 맞음새, 여유량, 동작성, 패드 위치, 패드 두께, 패드 사이즈, 소재, 디자인, 착탈의 용이 등 9개 항목에서 5점 만점에 4점 이상(1점 전혀 그렇지 않다, 5점 매우 그렇다)으로 나타났으며, 동작 용이성은 개발 고관절 보호대가 5개 항목에서 불편함이 개선된 것으로 나타났으며, 특히, ‘앉아있을 때 불편’항목에서 벨트형은 31.1%, 속옷형은 26.1% 개선된 것으로 파악되었다. 결론: 본 연구에서 개발한 고관절 보호대는 한국 노인 체형에 적합한 맞음새를 제공하고 낙상으로 인한 고관절 골절을 예방할 것으로 기대된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the new hip protector design with respect to the com-fort and mobility. The new hip protector was developed based on a pattern of draping and body shape of Korean elderly individuals. Materials and Methods: An wearing characteristics evaluation was conducted on 101 elderly women wearing hip protector using a questionnaire of preference and ease of wearing. Hip protectors, with existing and newly developed belt and underwear types, which were previously preferred by the Ko-rean elderly, were evaluated. Results: The newly developed belt type (65.0%) and newly developed underwear type (30.1%) hip protectors were preferred to the existing type (3.9%) and existing underwear type (1.0%) ones. The convenience of the newly developed belt type was greater than 4 out of 5 points (1 for strongly dis-agree and 5 for strongly agree) for all nine measures, including fit, allowance, mobility, pad placement, pad thickness, pad size, material, design, ease of dressing, and ease of undressing. The newly devel-oped hip protectors showed less discomfort than the existing ones. In particular, the newly developed belt type and developed underwear type improved sitting convenience by 31.1% and 26.1%, respect-ttively, compared with the existing ones. Conclusion: The hip protectors developed in the present study is expected to provide better fit for the body shape of Korean elderly individuals and prevent hip fracture due to fall.

This main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between perceived service convenience and customer value, switching cost, relationship commitment, reuse intention observed by Chinese local customers who had used telemedicine through a medical mobile app in China. Relationships among the study concepts are predicted based on existing literature and all research hypotheses were verified through the survey from 300 users living in the Beijing area. The results obtained by actual analysis are as follows. First, among five sub factors of service convenience, decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience and benefit convenience have a significant positive effect on customer value. Secondly, customer value has a significant positive effect on both switching cost and relationship commitment. Thirdly, switching cost has a significant positive effect on relationship commitment and relationship commitment has a significant positive effect on reuse intention. Finally, among five sub factors of service convenience, decision convenience, access convenience and benefit convenience have a significant positive effect on reuse intention.

Purpose In order to find out the influential factors to accept the mobile convenient payment service like Apple pay or Samsung Pay based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology according to the type of High and Low value payments. Design/methodology/approach This research model is designed on the factors of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and simultaneously analysed, or performed the empirical analysis of the PLS-SEM(Partial Least Squares structural equation model) in order to forage for the association among mobile convenient payment service’s features. Findings According to the empirical analysis consequence, this research confirmed that the adoption of mobile convenient payment services is influence by features on the basis of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, mobility, and trust. Also, this paper figure out that the behavior of an user acceptance of mobile convenient payment services according to the type of high and low value payments.
