        인라인스케이트 참여자들의 참여만족도 분석

        In accordance with the various desires and skill levels of an increasing number of inline skating participants, this research aims to investigate the actual experience of inline skaters and to examine their satisfaction with the sport in order to provide fundamental data which might encourage inline skating. The statistical information on the subject population for this research is as follows: adult men and women 20 years old or older living in Gyeongju, who have participated in inline skating at least more than once. By means of random sampling, the questionnaires were given to inline skating groups in Gyeongju and then collected. In the case of inline skating groups whose members have jobs, the representative of each group was fully informed in advance of how to answer the questionnaire. In addition, those participating in inline skating at Hwangseong Park were asked to answer the questionnaire on the spot. As a result, among the 400 people who answered the questionnaire, the total subject group of 367 (91.8%) consisted of 243 men and 124 women. This group was used as the valid sample. According to the individual characteristics of inline skating participants, their satisfaction with their participation showed significant differences statistically. Let`s consider social, physical, and psychological satisfaction, which are referred to as the lower variation factors of satisfaction. Men showed a higher social satisfaction than women, and married people showed a higher satisfaction than unmarried people.The more related to higher level exercise, the more significant satisfaction they showed. Regarding group activities, people who were engaged in group activities showed higher statistical satisfaction than those who were not, and in terms of age, academic background, and monthly income, they did not differ significantly. In the aspect of physical and psychological satisfaction, men showed a higher satisfaction than women. People with higher level exercising ability showed more satisfaction, and as people who were engaged in group activities, they showed higher statistical satisfaction than those who were not. Regarding age, academic background, and monthly income, they did not differ significantly. Considering above results, high quality services should be provided to encourage participation, of women in particular. To continually improve exercising ability, professional instructors need to be trained so that people can obtain guidance easily. addition, it is important to promote group activities through active support of the administrative office as well as the local community, rather than individual promotion.

        인라인 스케이트 국가대표 유니폼 디자인 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 인라인 스피드 스케이트 국가대표 선수들을 위한 경기 유니폼 디자인을 기획하고 향후 인라인 스케이트 유니폼 디자인을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 과거 우리나라 인라인 스케이트 국가대표 유니폼 디자인을 분석한 결과, 색상은 태극기의 색상인 레드, 블루, 화이트, 블랙을 거의 벗어나지 않았고 무늬는 태극무늬의 활용이 가장 많았으며, 이 외에 용과 봉황, 수묵화 붓터치 무늬가 사용 되었다. 우리나라 국가대표 선수들이 우수하다고 선정한 해외 유니폼과 연구자가 우수하다고 판단한 해외 유니폼을 종합하여 콜롬비아, 미국, 스페인, 프랑스, 이탈리아, 독일 팀의 유니폼을 분석한 결과, 해외 인라인 스케이트 국가대표 유니폼에서는 국기의 색상과 무늬가 주로 사용되었으며, 몇 해 동안 동일한 디자인을 유지하는 경향이 나타났다. 2012년 우리나라 국가대표 선수 13명을 인터뷰한 결과, 선호하는 색상은 블루, 레드, 화이트, 블랙이었고, 태극무늬 사용에 대해 모두 긍정적이었으며, 태극무늬 이외의 전통무늬 사용에 대해서는 호불호가 나뉘었다. 선행조사와 2012년 국가대표 유니폼 디자인 작업을 바탕으로 2013년 유니폼 디자인을 최종 결과물로 제안하였다. 첫 번째 디자인 테마는 인라인 스케이트의 바퀴 자국에서 영감을 받았으며, 자유로운 곡선을 이용하여 바퀴 자국을 형상화하였다. 두 번째 테마는 도깨비무늬와 구름 무늬를 사용하여 한국적인 이미지를 부각시켰고 승리에 대한 기원을 표현하였다. 두 테마 모두 태극기의 화이트, 블랙, 레드, 블루 색상 위주로 전개했으며, 레드와 블루를 포인트 색상으로 사용하였다. The purpose of this research is to develop new uniform designs for the national inline speed skating team and provide fundamental data for inline skating uniform design. Analysis of the Korean inline skating uniform showed that Korean uniforms mainly consisted of red, blue, white and black, which are the colors of the Korean flag. For patterns, the Taegeuk motif was used most frequently, and the dragon, phoenix and oriental painting brush motifs were also used. Based on an interview with Korean national inline skating athletes and the researcher`s opinion, Colombia, United States, Spain, France, Italy and Germany were selected as examples of aesthetically appealing uniform design. Their uniforms made the most use of colors and motifs of their national flags, and they tended to maintain the same design for years. According to the interview with Korean national inline skating athletes, they preferred the colors of the Korean flag: red, blue, white and black. They all had a positive attitude toward the Taegeuk motif, but had different opinions on other traditional motifs. As a final result of this research, new uniform designs were suggested for the 2013 international games. The first design theme is inspired by wheel tracks of inline skates. The free curves of the front and back express the wheel tracks. The second theme maximizes national symbolism and shows hope for victory using traditional dokkaebi and cloud motifs. Both themes are based on white, black, red and blue, which are the colors of the Korean flag, and use red and blue as accent colors.

        초등학생들의 인라인 스케이트와 수영운동의 골밀도와 체격 및 체력비교

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of inline-skate exercise on bone mineral density (BMD), physical features and physical strength among elementary school students. The subjects of this study, consist of three groups (inline-skate athletes, and non-exercises, students) on fifth or sixth grade male students of the elementary students. The BMD, physical features and physical strength were measured for this study. The inline-skate athletes group had a higher score significantly that the non-exercises students group in BMD, whereas the inline-skate athletes group had lower %fat significantly that the non-exercises students group. In the factors of physical fitness, the inline-skate athletes the swimming athletes had higher scores significantly that the non-exercises students in muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance. Inline-skate exercise, therefore, is more suggestible exercise than the swimming exercise because it enables children to promote their balanced growth or development.

        인라인스케이트 참여정도와 여가만족도 및 생활만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between participation degree of inline skate, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. The subjects of this study are men and women who live in Gwang-ju and take part in inline skating. 209 questionnaires were used for final research data. Three areas were chosen for cluster sampling and convenience sampling method was used. As the method of data processing, it used factor analysis, covariance analysis, post-hoc test. The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, Participation frequency and participation period of inline skate influence on leisure satisfaction. namely, the more and longer participation frequency and period of inline skate, gets a higher level of leisure satisfaction. Second, Participation frequency of inline skate influence on life satisfaction. namely, the longer participation frequency of inline skate, gets a higher level of life satisfaction.

      • 인라인 스케이트활동 참여가 사회관계에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 인라인 스케이트 참여가 사회관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2005년 현재 인천광역시에 거주하면서 인라인 스케이트 동호회 활동에 참여하고 있는 성인남녀 284명이다. 자료 분석을 위하여 사용한 통계분석기법은 t-검증(t-test), 일원변량분석(One way ANOVA). 중다회귀분석(stepwise multiple regression) 등이다. 이와 같은 자료수집 및 분석과정을 통하여 얻어진 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인라인 스케이트활동 참여유무에 따라 사회관계는 유의한 차이가 있다. 즉 참여자가 비참여자에 비해 친구, 이웃, 직장동료와의 친밀도가 높으며, 친척, 친구, 이웃, 직장동료와의 사회적지지가 높다. 둘째, 인라인 스케이트활동 참여정도는 사회관계에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 즉 참여정도가 높을수록 친밀도, 사회적지지 모두 높아진다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the inline skating activity and social relationship. Data were collected from a sample of 284 male/female amateur players. The questionnaire method was used to collect the data. The statistical methods used for the analysis of this study were t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study was as follows: first, there was significant differences according to the participation of inline skating. second, inline skating participation was effective variable on the social relationship of the participants.

        국가대표 인라인스케이트선수 500m 출발동작의 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 국가대표 인라인 스케이트 선수들의 500 m 종목의 출발자세와 출발구간의 동작에 대해 운동학적 특성을 규명하고, 보다 나은 출발기술을 모색하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 3차원 영상분석을 하였으며, 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 출발신호 후 반응시간과 첫 왼발의 착지까지의 소요시간을 줄이기 위해서는 정지 상태에서 운동 상태로 빠르게 전환하는 근력 훈련이 필요하다고 판단되고 하지 근력 강화를 통해 푸시오프 하는 킥의 능력을 향상시켜 스트로크 율을 높여야 할 것으로 판단된다. 신체중심은 좌우 방향과 수직 방향으로 균형을 잡으며 이동하면서 전후방향으로의 운동이 이어지도록 해야 하며, 코너에 진입하면서 원심력을 이용하여 빠르게 인코스로 이동시키는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 또한 신체중심의 속도에서는 빠르게 하기 위해서는 좌우측 근력의 균형을 맞추기 위한 근력 프로그램을 적용하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. 각도요인에서 슬관절의 굴신 폭을 크게 하면서 발목 각도는 120 ° 정도를 유지하여 착지 시 지면과의 마찰을 최소화 하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. 상체의 전경각도는 출발 시 자세에서 상체를 완전히 구부린 자세를 취하기보다는 40~50 ° 정도로 유지했다가 첫 발이 진행되면서, 이지할 때는 세웠다가 다시 착지할 때는 구부린 자세로 글라이딩 하는 것이 유리한 것으로 나타났다. Among This study is intended to figure out the kinematic characteristics of the starting position and the motions at the starting section in the male event of 500m inline skating and grope for better starting techniques. To achieve this goal, this study performed three-dimensional image analysis and thereby gained the following results. In order to reduce the reaction time and the time consumed at the first left-foot landing after the starting signal, it is considered to be necessary to carry out strength training so that the static state can be changed to the dynamic state rapidly. It is also thought that the stroke rate should be increased by improving the kicking skill for push-off through strengthening the muscles in the lower limbs. Moreover, while the center of mass moves as it balances horizontal as well as vertical directions, the movement should continue in the anteroposterior direction. It is also important to save ground using centrifugal force to shorten the time when entering the corner. Furthermore, it is necessary to apply strength programs to balance the muscular strength between the left and the right side so as to speed up the rate at the center of mass. In regard of angular factors, as maintaining the ankle angle as about 120 degrees while widening the width of flection and extension at the knee angle, one should minimize the friction with the surface of ice at landing. At the start, the trunk slope angle of the upper body should remain at the angle of 40 to 50 degrees rather than having a complete bending posture. Next, when the first step is taken, one should erect during the take-off and then do the gliding with the bending posture again at landing; this was found to be more advantageous.

        여러타입의 신발에 대한 족저압력과 임펄스의 비교분석

        We analyzed the pressure, impulse on 24 sensors location under the foot using the Parotec system. Total 7 kinds of shoes, i.e. sport shoe, high heel shoes (5㎝ heel, 8㎝ heel, 13㎝ heel), platform shoe, inline skate, and heelys were evaluated for 20 normal subjects. Compared with those of sport shoe, greater pressure and impulse were shown on the 1st phalange and the 1st metatarsal head and greater impulse on the medial tarsal bone in high-heel shoes. Greater pressure and impulse were shown on medial metatarsal bone and the lateral tarsal bone in platform shoe. Greater impulse was shown on the medial tarsal bone in inline-skate. Heelys shoe showed smaller impulse on the central area of foot. The result of this study is expected to provide useful information about the relationship between the shoe type and the foot pathologies.

        We analyzed the impulse on 24 sensors location under the foot using the Parotec system for the investigation of the relationship between the shoe type and the foot pathologies. Total 7 kinds of shoes, i.e. sport shoe, high heel shoes (5cm heel, 8cm heel, 13cm heel), platform shoe, inline skate, and heelys were evaluated for 20 normal subjects. Compared with the impulse distribution of the sport shoe, greater impulses were shown at the 1st phalange and the 1st metatarsal-phalangeal head in high-heel shoes, lateral tarsal bone and medial metatarsal bone in platform shoe, medial tarsal bone in inline-skate, and medial tarsal bone and 1st phalange in heelys shoe. The result of this study is expected to provide useful information about the relationship between the shoe type and the foot pathologies.
