        도쿄메트로의 정보안내체계 특성에 관한 연구

        정보안내체계의 접근에서 지하철은 길찾기와 인지문제 등 다양한 논점을 가지고 있다. 대다수의 정보안내체계 연구는 시각기호와 서체, 언어표기 등의 문제에만 집중하거나 가독성 등 특정한 부분에 집중하는 경향이 있다. 그러나 지하철 역사의 정보안내체계는 궁극적으로 역사를 이용하는 이용객의 이동에 기초한다. 최근 수립된 서울 지하철 역사 정보안내체계 가이드라인도 기본원칙과 그래픽 규정, 배치와 설치를 각기 분리하여 접근함으로써 정보안내체계에 있어 시스템적 중요성을 보여주었다. 도쿄메트로의 정보안내체계 개념은 오래 전 에이단 지하철 시기부터 유래한 것으로 오늘날 지하철 역사 정보안내체계가 가져야 할 필수조건들을 잘 보여주고 있다. 특히 기능언어를 배제하고 색상, 공간과의 연계를 통한 사인간 연결체계 등은 매우 치밀하고 전략적으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구는 도쿄메트로의 정보안내체계 변천의 흐름을 정리하면서 그 특성을 파악하여 지하철 정보안내체계가 가져야 할 바람직한 요소를 찾고 정립하여, 한국의 지하철 정보안내체계에 부족한 체계성 및 일관성 확보에 대한 접근의 중요성을 이해시키고 그 전략을 참고하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 도쿄메트로의 정보안내체계 관련 논문과 도쿄메트로 디자인을 담당했던 REI사의 발표자료, 도쿄메트로의 정책변화 안내자료 및 웹 자료 등 여러 기술 자료를 활용하여, 시대적 변천사를 정리하고 전략적 측면에서의 관계성을 분석했다. 연구의 결과 도쿄메트로 정보안내체계에서는 시대가 변해도 지속되는 배치의 일관성이 발견되었고 기호체계의 일관성도 발견되었다. 또한 경로 결정지점에서의 대응방식의 중요성과 유니버설디자인 관점에서 읽기 쉬운 기호체계 접근을 기존 체계에서 확장성으로 해결한 부분들도 연구의 결과로 분석되었다. 아울러 도쿄메트로 정보안내체계에서 공간별로 정보안내에 대응하는 개념적 방식과 필요한 정보의 종류, 접근 방식의 특성과 같은 부분들도 세부적 정보로 제공되었다. 이를 통해 향후 지하철 역사의 정보안내체계에 관한 연구, 가이드라인 작성 등에서 참조가 되도록 하였다. In accessing the information guidance system, the subway has various issues such as route finding and cognitive problem. Most information system researches tend to concentrate on problems such as visual symbols, fonts, and language markings, or focus on specific areas such as readability. However, the information guidance system of subway station is ultimately based on the movement of visitors who use stations. Recently, the Seoul Subway Station Information Guideline have shown systematic importance in the information guidance system by separately accessing basic principles, graphic regulations, layout and installation. The concept of the information guidance system of the Tokyo Metro is derived from the Aidan subway system a long time ago and shows the essential conditions of the subway information guidance system. Especially, it excludes the functional language and has a very detailed and strategically structured system of connecting people through color and space. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the information guidance system of the Tokyo Metro and to identify the desirable characteristics of the subway information guidance system and to establish a systematic and consistent approach to the subway information guidance system in Korea. It is aimed to understand the importance and refer to the strategy. For this purpose, this study uses various technical data such as the thesis of Tokyo Metro"s information guidance system, the presentation of design company REI responsible for Tokyo Metro, the policy change data of Tokyo Metro, and web materials, and the relationship between the two. As a result of the study, the consistency of disposition was found in the Tokyo Metro information guidance system even if the age changed, and the consistency of the symbol system for lines was found. Also, the significance of the correspondence method at the path decision point and the simplicity of the easy - to - read symbol system approach from the universal design point of view are analyzed as a result of the study. In addition, the Tokyo Metro information guidance system provided detailed information on the conceptual way of responding to information guidance by space, the kind of information needed, and the characteristics of the approach. Through this research, it became a reference source in the study of the information guidance system of subway station and preparation of guidelines.

        행정지도의 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 일본의 행정지도와 국내의 행정지도를 중심으로 -

        Administrative guidance, which is used as one of the types of administrative acts, is widely used because of its usefulness and convenience. However, as can be seen from the direct employment case of ‘Paris Baguette’ in 2017, administrative guidance has several problems, such as difficulties in remedying problems if they occur as “Non Powerful Factual Act”, and the fact that they are in fact forced. Although the advantages of administrative guidance can not be ignored, it is necessary to improve the administrative guidance in view of the reality that administrative guidance is an absolute standard for rural and small enterprises. On the other hand, in Japan, which is also known as the birthplace of administrative guidance, although the concept of administrative guidance is similar to that of ours, there is a difference in that the concept includes omission and arbitrary cooperation in the law. Recently, in order to control administrative guidance, application for suspension of administrative guidance and application for administrative guidance have been made to make up for the problems caused by administrative guidance. Therefore, this paper proposes to strengthen the experimental function of administrative guidance. This is one of the advantages of administrative guidance, which means that the system is experimented based on the cooperation of the parties through the form of administrative guidance before the specific system is implemented, and then institutionalized afterwards. It is expected that this will have the advantage of being able to go through the verification period of the system sufficiently through administrative guidance. Second, this paper proposes to introduce the administrative guidance system. This means establishing big data for the current administrative guidance. Although it may take a lot of time for the work, the administrative guidance will enjoy the advantages brought by establishing big data. In addition, the administrative guidance will become more transparent. Third, this paper proposes to provide the administrative guidance request system currently in operation in Japan. Through this, it will be possible to prevent disadvantages due to lack of administrative guidance. Finally, this paper argues that the administrative guidance suspension system of Japan should be introduced to Korea. This will have the advantage of securing prudence on the part of the administrative authority before making administrative guidance and securing enough time for the other party to respond to administrative guidance. All of these systems mentioned above are pre-control systems, which are anticipated to offset the shortcomings of the current system since at the moment, it is difficult to receive relief through administrative guidance.

        전문가시스템 기반의 대규모 전력계통 복구지원시스템 개발

        최근 많은 국가에서 예상치 못한 전력계통 정전이 빈번하게 발생하여 막대한 사회경제적 손실을 초래하고 있다. 대규모 전력계통에서 정전이 발생했을 때 전력계통의 연쇄정전을 방지하면서 빠르고 안정적인 복구 운전을 제공하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 복구 과정 중 과전압이나 과부하로 인한 차단기의 재트립이 발생하면 복구 시간이 크게 지연될 수 있으므로 분석적 검증이 필요한 경우가 많다. 따라서 장기적으로 복구 과정에서 계통 운영자의 판단을 지지할 수 있는 복구 안내 시스템이 필요하다. 일부 국가에서는 이미 복구지원시스템을 개발하여 송전 시스템 또는 변전소-배전 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 국내에서는 지금까지 배전계통 및 154kV 변전소에 대한 기초연구가 이루어졌으나 아직까지 송전계통 차원의 기초연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 최근 우리나라 전력계통에 여러 차례의 정전사고가 발생하여 전력계통 복구유도체계의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 기반의 정전복구 지원시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 크게 정전구간을 확인할 수 있는 토폴로지 프로세서, 개발된 규칙에 따라 복구경로를 제시하는 전문가 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 복잡한 환상구조를 갖는 대규모 전력계통에 적용하기 위하여 사례연구에 환상구조를 갖는 모의 계통을 사용하였다. 사례 연구 결과 제안된 시스템은 복구과정 중에 과전압, 과부하를 발생하지 않는 복구경로를 제시하였다. In recent years, unexpected blackouts frequently occur in many countries, causing enormous socio-economic losses. When a blackout occurs in a large-scale power system, it is very important to provide fast and stable restoration operation while preventing chain blackouts in the power system. If a circuit breaker re-trips due to overvoltage or overload during the restoration process, restoration time can be significantly delayed, so analytical verification is often required. Therefore, there is a need for a restoration guidance system that can support the judgment of the system operator in the long-term restoration process. Some countries have already developed restoration guidance systems and applied them to transmission systems or substation-distribution systems. In Korea, basic research on the distribution system and 154kV substation has been done so far, but basic research on the transmission system has not been done yet. Recently, several blackout accidents have occurred in the power system in Korea, raising the need for a power system restoration guidance system. In this paper, an expert system-based restoration guidance system is proposed. The proposed system is composed of a topology processing system that can check the blackout section, and an expert system that suggests a restoration path according to the developed rules. In order to apply to a large-scale power system with a complex structure, a test bed system with an loop structure was used in the case study. As a result of the case study, the proposed system suggested a restoration path that does not cause overvoltage or overload during the restoration process.

        실물실험을 통한 스마트폰 대피안내시스템 효율성 분석

        Recently, with the development of wireless communication technology, changes in the standards of fire fighting facilities have come. As development of firefighting facilities using wireless communication technology becomes possible, researches related to the development of evacuation guidance system using smartphones are being actively conducted. However, previous studies focus on the systemic perspective of evacuation guidance system, and research on the effectiveness of evacuation guidance system through experiments is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, the experiment was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the smartphone evacuation guidance system. Evacuation experiment was conducted on 20 adults, and the evacuation time, the frequency of entry into the danger zone, and the decision time at the intersection were analyzed. As a result, the use of the evacuation guidance system reduced the evacuation time, the frequency of entry into the danger zone, and the decision time at the intersection. This study has significance in verifying the effectiveness of the developed smartphone evacuation guidance system through real experiments, and can be used as a basis for the development of evacuation guidance system using smartphone in the future.

        레이저 유도 시스템을 이용한 AGV의 경로추적

        This paper presents to study the path tracking method of AGV(autonomous guided vehicle) which has a laser guidance system. An existing automatic guided vehicles(AGVs) which were able to drive on wired line only had a automatic guidance system. However, the automatic guidance systems that those used had the high cost of installation and maintenance, and the difficulty of system change according to variation of working environment. To solve such problems, we make the laser guidance system which is consisted of a laser navigation and gyro, encoder. That is robust against noise, and flexible according to working environment through sensor fusion. The laser guidance system can do a perfect autonomous driving. However, the commercialization of perfect autonomous driving system is difficult, because the perfect autonomous driving system must recognize the whole environment of working space. Hence, this paper studied the path tracking of AGV using laser guidance system without wired line. The path tracking method is consisted of virtual path generation method and driving control method. To experiment, we use the fork-type AGV which is made by ourselves, and do a path tracking experiments repeatedly on same experimental environment. In result, we verified that proposed system is efficient and stable for actual fork-type AGV.

      • 철도시스템분야 실무적용을 위한 RAM Guidance 개발에 관한 연구

        철도시스템 기술 고도화 및 복잡성의 증대와 더불어 발주기관으로부터 시스템의 성능보증과 안전성 확보가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 국내 철도안전법 강화로 인하여 시스템 보증활동의 중요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제철도관련 규격을 바탕으로 철도시스템의 RAM 업무에 대한 절차를 정의하고, 해당 철도 프로젝트에서 RAM 업무를 원활히 수행할 수 있도록 관련된 국제 규격 및 유사시스템 적용 사례에 기반하여 철도시스템 개발 특성을 고려한 RAM 업무 수행 지침(Guidance)을 개발하였다. Performance and safety assurances for the railway system are required by the client because of the high degree of technology and increased complexity. In addition, as a result of reinforced domestic railway safety laws, the importance of system assurance activity has been growing steadily. This paper defines the task of the RAM process based on international railway industry standards for RAMS engineers to work efficiently and develops the RAM guidance considering the railway system characteristics based on domestic standards and application cases of railway systems.

        Design of Public Transportation Route Guidance System for Wheelchair Users Utilizing Public Data of Seoul City

        The purpose of this study is to design and test a new way of public transportation route guidance system for persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users. The guidance system is smartphone app-based, using, routes that involve disabled-friendly facilities in the vicinity can be searched. A database that contains publicly available data on low-floor bus services, location and extent of disabled-friendly facilities, and suitable subways and stations, was developed for this purpose. The app uses the database to access and query the required information. A pilot study was conducted to test the effectiveness of the guidance system. It was found that the system was able to convey information about the disabled-friendly routes and related guidance information even inside subway stations, effectively. The performance of the system was compared with route guidance services that do not explicitly use data on disabled-friendly services. A notable difference was observed in the travel time estimated by this program and other guidance services. The difference was around 4 to 15 minutes. This is significant savings for persons with disabilities if they use the app and service. The study thus shows that exclusive use of disabled-friendly data in route guidance will bring more benefits for persons with disabilities.

        저전력 주차 안내 시스템 설계

        주차안내 시스템은 주차장에서 주차정보를 제공하여 운전자에게 주차 편리성을 제공한다. 동시에 다수의 센서, 디스플레이와 제어모듈을 이용하여 아주 소량의 전기 에너지 만을 소모한다. 녹색 빌딩 설계의 요구가 점차 증가함에 따라 주차관리 시스템의 운용 전력 감축 문제가 이수화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주차 관리 시스템의 감지기와 디스플레이 장치의 설계와 소비전력 감축의 결과를 제시한다. 이 시스템은 무선 Park Tile 과 Park Disk를 사용하여 전력소비를 감축 시키고, 여러 개의 주차공간 감지기와 자동차 카운터, 정보 디스플레이 장치, 안내 터미널과 제어장치로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 시스템 구조설계와 통신망 설계, 주차정보 서비스 시나리오 설계, .배터리 수명 제어, 운영 전력 평가 등이 수행되었다. 주차장당 운영전력은 0.4W로 평가 되었으며, 이는 기존 시스템의 17%정도 이고 매년 유지비는 기존 시스템에 비해 43%에 해당된다. The parking guidance system can increase driver’s convenience with detailed parking information service in the parking lot. At the same time, parking guidance system consumes non-negligible electrical energy with large amount of sensors, displays and control modules. With the increase in the demand for green and sustainable building design all over the world, it becomes a meaningful issue for parking guidance system to reduce operating power. This paper presents the preliminary design and estimated results of a parking guidance system which is optimized to reduce the power consumption mainly on detectors and displays. The system design is based on pre-developed wireless parking detectors, Park Tile and Park Disk. The system has a number of parking space detectors, vehicle count detectors, information displays, guidance terminals and other control units. We have performed system architecture design, communication network design, parking information service scenario planning, battery life regulation and at last operating power estimation. The estimated operating power was 0.4 watt per parking-slot, which is 17% of traditional systems. The estimated annual maintain cost was 43% of traditional systems.

        상벌점제 운영을 통해 살펴본 학생생활지도의 방향성 탐색

        This study explored the direction for improvement of the reward and penalty point system, which is still used in times of difficulties. To this end, the perception of teachers, students, and parents about the operation of the reward and penalty point system were examined for schools in Seoul. As a result, the system currently being operated first, contributes to the correction of students' problem behaviors(M=3.22) and formation of desirable life attitude(M=3.09) at a normal level. Second, the system is necessary as a minimum means of student guidance(M=3.24). Third, ‘inconsistency and unfairness in the reward and penalty cycle’ were the biggest problems with the system. Fourth, the “democratic operation through the Student Council and the Committee,” appeared requiring as the most urgent improvement plan for the system. Based on this, the directions for improving the operation of the system are as follows. First, the system should be operated with the basic purpose of forming a desirable life attitude. Second, the regulations should resolve the inconsistency and ambiguity of operation by minimizing parts and scope of application. Third, the system should be democratically operated through the composition of the committee, the provision of the system which students choose to reduce penalty points, improvement of the method of providing information on the system, and continuous communication channels between the educational members. If policy suggestions are made based on the research results, it is necessary to revitalize teacher competency training for student life guidance, and discover and distribute excellent examples of student life guidance in both metropolitan and provincial offices of education.
