골프지도자의 교육적 사명감한 연구

This study was to explore the formation process on sense of mission of golf instructors, by using a grounded theory approach, and to develop the substantive theory on the process. The participants of study were chose by the theoretical sampling, which is the fairly common way to process this study. From this method, 12 people were participated in the study, who were strongly involved in golf instruction and showed interesting view on the study. They were surveyed through in-depth interview and participatory observation about their life as a golf instructor. The conclusion was drawn as following.First, in the process of formatting golf instructor's sense of mission, recognizing the profession as an instructor leads to build up the view. Then it goes into more detail which relates to each instructor's background, their recognition of popularity in golf, and change in recognition on golf that affects their occupational view. Majority of instructors provide great devotions and efforts to develop their skills and collect more knowledge toward their job, which will give them a strong belief and responsibility on their sense of mission as instructors.Second, the data analysis on formation process on the sense of mission turned out that resonable theoretical paradigms were introduced with 59 concept terms, 15 sub-criteria and 8 sur-criteria.The formation of sense of mission as time lapse is demonstrated as four steps ; instruction, recognize the role of golf, recognize controversial point on golf education, recognize a duty of golf instructor. 본 연구는 골프 지도자의 골프지도 경험이라는 현상이 의식의 변화를 거쳐 교육적 사명감이 형성되는 과정을 개념화 하고, 그 개념들을 범주화 하여, 범주들 간의 인과모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 질적 연구 방법인 ‘근거 이론’이 본 연구 방법의 방법론적 틀로 사용되었으며 연구 참여자 선택 방법은 근거이론 접근에서 널리 사용되는 이론적 표본추출방법(theoretical sampling)에 의거하여 진행되었으며, 적극적인 자기표현으로 긍정적으로 연구자와의 대화가 가능한 12명의 연구 참여자를 선정하였다. 이와 같은 연구 과정을 위하여 과정연구에 적합한 근거 이론적 접근을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 골프지도자의 사명감 형성과정을 근거이론적 방법을 통해 범주화를 거친 결과 분석한 결과 총 59개의 개념, 하위범주 15개, 상위범주 8개로 추상화 되는 근거이론적 패러다임을 구성하게 되었으며 이를 통해 다음과 같은 과정을 도출하게 되었다. 첫째, 골프 지도자의 사명감을 형성하는 과정에는 골프에 대한 필요성 인식이라는 인과적 조건을 통해 골프지도자로의 전업, 직업적 의식을 형성하는 중심현상으로 연결되며, 이 과정에서 각자의 입문과정, 골프대중화에 대한 고민, 골프에 대한 인식의 변화는 맥락적 조건으로서의 기능으로 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 상황에서 골프 지도자는 자신의 신념과 처한 상황에 따라 자기 개발 노력과 전문지식 습득 등의 자가 노력을 통해 보다 완성된 골프 지도자가 되고자 하며, 이 과정을 통해 확고한 사명감을 확립하게 된다.

골프지도자의 자격유형에 따른 골프회원 만족도

The purpose of this study was to figure out satisfaction of golf trainees by qualification types of golf instructors and by suggesting ideal qualification and satisfaction. Satisfaction of trainees (skill improvement, field rounding satisfaction, specialty of instructors, personality of instructors, psychological satisfaction of trainees, leisure satisfaction of trainees and instruction satisfaction) was analyzed according to general and golf related characteristics of trainees and qualification of golf instructors. Viewed comprehensively, instructor satisfaction of trainees in golf had higher for KPGA instructors than others in all area. Such specialized instructors enabled to popularize golf by maximizing physical effect and by revitalizing sports Participation. Therefore, qualification, as objective resource to guarantee specialty should be strictly controlled.

골프 지도자들의 감정노동이 직무소진과 직업몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional labor on job burnout, occupational commitment and job satisfaction in golf instructors. The data collected from the 255 golf instructors was analyzed. With the collected data, stepwise regression analysis were performed by SPSSWIN Ver 12.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional dissonance and variety impacts positive(+) influence on emotional exhaustion of golf instructors. Second, the duration impacts negative(-) influence, but intensity and emotional dissonance impacts positive(+) influence on depersonalization of golf instructors. Third, the variety, duration, intensity, and emotional dissonance impacts negative(-) influence on low accomplishment of golf instructors. Fourth, the duration, intensity, variety, and emotional dissonance impacts positive(+) influence on occupational commitment of golf instructors. Fifth, the variety, duration, emotional dissonance, and intensity impacts positive(+) influence on job satisfaction of golf instructors. Sixth, the low accomplishment impacts negative(-) influence, but depersonalization impacts positive(+) influence on occupational commitment of golf instructors. Seventh, the low accomplishment impacts negative(-) influence on job satisfaction in golf instructors. These results were discussed based on the emotional labor, job burnout, occupational commitment, and job satisfaction.

골프지도자의 서비스 이미지가 골프연습장 재구매에 미치는 영향

This study was intending to analyze what influence of a golf instructor’s service image for effective business of a golf driving range has on business of golf driving range, and deduced the results as follows through SPSS 20.0 for Windows around the research questionnaire. This study confirmed the establishment of a positive influence relationship on repurchase in the order of the quality, guidance method, and professional consciousness among the service images of a golf driving range instructor. The results and discussions from this research are arranged as follows: Looking into the positive business plan for a golf driving range with focus on a golf instructor, the quality of a golf instructor is the most important, and an instructor is required to be positive. Also, a golf instructor is required to be equipped with professionalism, a reliable guidance method and professional consciousness. As discussed previously, there are customers who perceive golf instructors as a part of services provided by a golf driving range, so this study thinks that it’s necessary to get them to have the perception that they are the main entity providing services and also a manager representing a driving range, together with provision of a necessary environment for them rather than getting them to have the professional consciousness.

골프지도자의 지도가치관과 강습지식 및 지도역량의 관계

[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 골프지도자의 지도가치관과 강습지식 및 지도역량과의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. [방법] 연 구목적을 달성하기 위해 골프장 및 연습장에서 근무하고 있는 골프지도자 261명을 집락무선표집법을 이용하여 최종 선정 하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 박경석(2009)이 사용한 척도와 김현식(2011)이 개발한 척도를 수정·보완하여 사용했 다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용해 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 일원변량분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 그 결과는 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프지도자의 배경변인에 따른 지도가치관과 강 습지식 및 지도역량은 부분으로 차이가 있다. 둘째, 골프지도자의 지도가치관은 강업지식에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤 다. 셋째, 골프지도자의 지도가치관은 지도역량에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 골프지도자의 강습지식은 지도역 량에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the relationship among instructor guidance values, PCK(pedagogical content knowledge) and practical competency of golf instructor. [Method] To achieve the purpose of this study, 261 golf instructor working in golf club and driving range were selected by using stratified cluster random sampling. The scale used by Park (2009) and Kim (2011) was modified and supplemented to collect data. The collected data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. [Result] The result is as follows. First, the instructor guidance values of golf instructor was found to have a positive effect on PCK. Second, the practical competency of golf instructor was found to have a positive effect on PCK. Third, the PCK of golf instructor was found to have a positive effect on practical competency.

골프지도자의 엘리트 골프선수 인성함양 코칭경험: 논어의 교육관으로 바라보기

본 연구는 엘리트 골프선수들을 지도하는 골프지도자의 코칭 활동을 살펴봄으로서 인성함양 골프교육은 어떻게 이루어질 수 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인성함양을 강조하는 골프지도자 4인을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 논어의 교육관에 관한 문헌연구를 하였으며, 수집된 자료를 통해 귀납적 범주분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 범주분석된 자료와 문헌연구에서 나타난 결과를 병합하는 과정을 거쳤다. 이를 통해 도출된 결과는 첫째, 골프선수로서 가져야 하는 자질 부분은 인(仁)의 관점에서 자기 자신을 이기는 수기(修己)와 극기복례(克己復禮)로서의 자질과 타인을 사랑하는 애인(愛人) 정신을 강조하였다. 둘째, 골프선수로서의 지킴은 의(義)의 관점으로 자신과의 약속을 지킴으로서 당당해지는 것이 중요하다는 것을 드러내고 있다. 셋째, 골프에서의 배려에 대한 중요성을 강조하는 코칭경험은 예(禮)의 관점으로 나났으며, 이러한 배려는 우승전략과는 구분이 되지만 선수 상호간의 배려의 중요성을 강조하였다. 넷째, 골프선수에게 있어서의 배움에 대한 강조는 지(智)의 측면에서 골프선수에게 정상적인 학교생활의 중요성과 배우면서 즐기는 배움의 의미를 강조하는 골프지도 경험을 하였다. 엘리트 골프지도자들의 코칭 경험에 관한 연구를 통하여 골프 기술 이외의 다양한 교육적 요소들에 대한 교육의 실천 가능성을 탐색하였고, 엘리트 골프선수들에게 있어 인성이 강조된 코칭의 중요성을 재확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the golf instructors" personality cultivation coaching experience for elite golf players from educational view of the Analects of Confucius. The data was collected 12 months time period during March 2016 to March 2017 with in-depth interviews and observation. The collected data analyzed using the inductive method to conduct classification analysis. and combined researched literature. This study results was as follows: first, "Qualification" as a golf player were able to be interpreted from the perspective of "Benevolence(仁)", second, "Keeping" as a golf player be dignified by keeping a promise with himself in terms of "Righteousness(義)", third, "Consideration" which is sportsmanship of golf “from Propriety(禮)", and fourth, "Learning" of elite golf players from Wisdom(智) respectively. This study explored the possibility of education on various educational factors besides golf skill through the study on the coaching experience of elite golf instructor. This study reaffirmed the importance of coaching emphasizing personality in elite golf players.

골프지도자의 임파워먼트가 의사소통 및 직무만족도에 미치는영향

본 연구는 골프지도자의 임파워먼트가 의사소통 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 골프지도자의 질적향상을 도모할 수 있는 자료 제공이 목적이었다. 이를 위해 실내⋅외 골프연습장 골프지도자 220명을 대상으로 임파워먼트, 의사소통, 직무만족도 조사도구를 이용하여 자료를 수집한 후, 연구목적에 맞게 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS18.0 통계프로그램으로 자료처리를 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 골프지도자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 임파워먼트, 의사소통, 직무만족도의 하위요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 골프지도자의임파워먼트가 의사소통에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 골프지도자의 임파워먼트가 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 골프지도자의 의사소통이 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 골프지도자의 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향에서 의사소통이 매개변인으로 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to establish the influence that the empowerment of golf instructors exerts on communicationand job satisfaction, and to provide eventual data that can explore the qualitative improvement ofgolf instructors. The following results were obtained. First, there were statistically significant differences in thesubordinate factors of empowerment, communication, and job satisfaction according to the demographic characteristicsof golf instructors. Second, the empowerment of golf instructors exerted positive influences oncommunication. Third, the empowerment of golf instructors exerted positive influences on job satisfaction. Fourth,the communication of golf instructors exerted positive influences on job satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that communicationhad effects as a mediator variable in the positive effects of empowerment on job satisfaction.

골프 지도자의 코칭행동 유형과 지도효율성 및 참여만족의 구조적 관계 검증

본 연구는 골프 지도자의 코칭행동 유형과 지도효율성 및 참여만족의 구조적 관계를 규명하기 위하여 서울 및 경기지역에 위치한 실외 골프연습장 회원으로 등록된 287명의 아마추어 골퍼를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 회귀분석과 공변량구조분석을 활용하여 결과를 도출하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 골프 지도자의 코칭행동 유형은 지도효율성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 코칭행동 유형은 참여만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 골프 지도자의 지도효율성은 참여만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 넷째, 골프 지도자의 코칭행동 유형이 지도효율성 및 참여만족에 구조적 관계가 있어 구조모형이 적합한 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 골프 지도자들은 지도유형별 자신의 지도 절차와 방법을 중요시 여겨 수행한다면, 아마추어 골퍼들이 전반적인 참여만족에 긍정적인 효과를 보일 수 있다. The purpose of this research is to establish the structural relationship between the golf instructor’s coaching behavior types and the coaching effectiveness and the participation satisfaction. In the pursuit of this purpose, survey was conducted on 287 amateur golfers and the data collected from them were analyzed using regression analysis and covariance structure analysis and the results were derived. The conclusion obtained from these results is as follows. First, the golf instructor’s coaching behavior types have significant effects on the coaching effectiveness. Second, the golf instructor’s coaching behavior types have significant effects on the participation satisfaction. Third, the golf instructor’ coaching effectiveness have significant effects on the participation satisfaction. Fourth, the golf instructor’s coaching behavior types have the structural relationship with the coaching effectiveness and the participation satisfaction, so the structural model proved to be appropriate. This led to the conclusion that the golf instructor’s coaching behavior types have direct effects on the participation satisfaction and, at the same time, not only have individual effects on the participation satisfaction by coaching behavior type but also have relatively great indirect effects by mediating the coaching effectiveness, so the overall conclusion that the effectiveness on the participation satisfaction that amateur golfers perceive is relatively great if the golf instructors attach great importance to the procedures and methods of instruction no matter what they choose among the coaching types was obtained.

골프지도자의 핵심역량 탐색

The objective of this study is to examine the core competencies of golf instructors from the perspective of holistic teaching-learning of present-day society which pursues competencies and thus improve the effectiveness of teaching-learning of golf and golf learner’s achievement. For this, the author analyzed such literature materials as ‘OECD DeSeCo Project’, ‘OECD Education 2030’ and ‘Revised Curriculum in 2015’ and then substituted Shulman’s seven types of teacher knowledge’, thus working out the core competencies required in golf instructor's teaching-learning process, in addition, by means of the Delphi of professors and teachers with doctorate and with more than 10 years of teaching experience, of pro golfers or tour pros of the Korea Professional Golfers' Association, and of life/professional sport instructors of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, this study presented core competencies of which validity and reliability were confirmed. Based on the core competencies, study findings are as follows: First, golf instructor’s core competencies could be worked out after defining their meanings. Second, study findings can contribute to the improvement of golf learner’s achievement, and present the directivity of golf instruction via the analysis of present-day instruction paradigms.

골프 지도자의 코칭역량과 강습장의 서비스품질 및 고객만족의 관계

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among the golf instructor’s coaching competency, service quality of driving range and customer satisfaction. [Method] 253 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method, which population is adults who were taken lessons from instructors at a driving range installed golf simulators in Seoul. Among them, 229 samples were applicable to analyze but 24 samples were excluded as unreliable data. [Result] First of all, golf instructor’s coaching competency had an influence on the service quality of driving range. Secondly, golf instructor’s coaching competency had an influence on the customer satisfaction. Finally, service quality of driving range had an influence on the customer satisfaction. [Conclusion] Strengthening the coaching competency of golf instructor can help leisure activities by increasing the service quality and satisfaction of customers visiting the driving range. [목적] 본 연구는 골프 지도자의 코칭역량과 강습장의 서비스품질 및 고객만족의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 서울특별시에 위치하고 골프 시뮬레이터가 설치된 강습장에 소속되어 있는 지도자에게 지도 받는 성인을 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 253부의 표본을 수집하였다. 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 24부의 자료를 제외한 총 229부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프 지도자의 코칭역량이 강습장의 서비스품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 지도자의 코칭역량이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 강습장의 서비스품질이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프 지도자의 코칭역량 강화가 강습장을 찾는 고객들의 서비스품질과 만족감을 높여 여가활동에 도움을 줄 수 있다고 판단된다.
