Since the 21st century, Chinese fine brushwork painting has presented a new look to the public. The new era has given a new language to traditional Chinese painting. Under the influence of the impact of Western art forms, people's aesthetic way of traditional Chinese painting has also changed. In the process of cultural exchange, collision, and integration between China and the West, traditional Chinese painting inherits the tradition and keeps pace with the times, and forms the style of new fine brushwork with the features of the times under the new cultural background. A group of painters are constantly trying to break through the shackles of tradition, seeking the path of new fine brushwork, and exploring the unique expression of new fine brushwork. Their new attempt expands the boundaries of traditional fine brushwork painting, makes the development of traditional fine brushwork painting full of vitality in the contemporary era, and presents the possibility of the future development of traditional fine brushwork painting. In the mid-1990s, Xu Lei began to innovate himself constantly. Based on traditional fine brushwork paintings of flowers and birds, he integrated Western art concepts and art forms into the creation of Chinese painting. The traditional fine brushwork painting was painted with exquisite brushwork, with dyeing layer by layer. After many overlaying dyeing, the color is thick and deep, while the picture is exquisite and neat. Xu's paintings, however, break through the boundaries of traditional fine brushwork painting and play a role in guiding the exploration and innovation of contemporary new fine brushwork painting. This article takes Xu's painting works as the research objects. Based on the study of painting creation techniques, an analysis is carried out on the paintings' color techniques and forms of expression. In the meantime, a comparative analysis is made on the line of traditional fine brushwork painting and the new one, summarizing characteristics of expression language of the new fine brushwork paintings and providing more clues for the development of contemporary new fine brushwork.

Background: The morphological characteristics of hepatocytes transplanted into the spleen have been studied. However few attempts has been made to determine the expression of genes in intrasplenically transplanted hepatocytes. The aim of this study was to explore whether the pattern of expression of albumin gene in intrasplenically transplanted hepatocytes is similar to that in adult liver, resulting in the long-term expression of this hepatocyte-specific gene. Methods: Hepatocytes isolated from liver of syngeneic Fischer 344 rats and transplanted into the spleen of rats from the same strain survived for 12 months in the absence of immunosuppressive drugs. Microscopic examination of intrasplenic hepatocytes and Northern blotting for albumin gene expression of RNA extracted from liver and spleen was performed. Results: Microscopy demonstrated that hepatocytes attached themselves only in the red pulp of the spleen and isolated hepatocytes preserved the fine structures characteristic of normal hepatic parenchymal cells. Throughout the 12 months period, intrasplenically transplanted hepatocytes expressed albumin mRNA. Conclusions: Intrasplenically transplanted hepatocytes represent a unique in vivo system of extrahepatic maintenance of hepatocytes. This novel transplantation system could be used to investigate hepatocyte engraft, proliferation and gene expression.

The human face contains the mind, emotion, soul, spirit, personality, existence, and narrative. Like this, the face contains many inner expressions. This study hopes that the aesthetic discussion on the face will proceed more actively, and pay attention to the inner expression through the face of the actor in the movie. Focusing on the film theory of Bella Ballaz, it is suggested that the fine expression of facial expressions mentioned by him should be extended to the acting discourse, and pay attention to the close-up of the face in the Korean video content <Squid Game>, which has recently received worldwide attention. As the camera closes up the actor's face and begins to dramatically capture the changes and expressions implied therein, the actor's face begins to illuminate anew. The close-up of the face is the limitless potential of the film, and the outstanding concreteness of the actors' performances. I have come to the conclusion that this is the obvious reason why Bella Ballaz's subtle expression of expression should be applied to acting art. Through research, we focus on the complementary organic relationship between cinematic images and close-ups, facial aesthetics and acting, and focus more on the inner meaning expressed in them. It was intended to prove that the face in the movie, which induces self-identification and self-reflection from the audience and allows them to enjoy deep immersion, exists with the work and creates the image of the work. It is significant that the aesthetic discourse on the face was extended to the acting art, referring to the importance that the expression of the actor's face and minute expressions is directly related to the acting.
비전 트랜스포머 모델 기반 한국인 얼굴 감정 분류 연구

인간의 표정은 기본적인 감정을 전달하는 표현 요소로써 인간과 컴퓨터 간의 상호작용에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 컴퓨터 비전 및 머신러닝 분야에서는 최근 딥러닝을 기반으로 얼굴 표정을 기본 감정으로 분류하며, 그 중 합성곱 신경망(CNN: Convolution Neural Network) 기반의 모델이 주로 쓰이고 있다. 모델을 학습하는데 주로 쓰이는 데이터셋들은 다양한 인종이 섞여 있으며, 서양인의 얼굴 중심으로 이뤄져있다. 본 연구에서는 사전 학습된 비전 트랜스포머(ViT: Vision Transformer) 모델을 한국인의 얼굴 표정에 7가지 감정으로 라벨링되어 있는 데이터셋을 기반으로 파인튜닝한다. 모델에 입력하기 위해 데이터셋에서 제공되는 메타데이터에서 제공하는 얼굴의 좌표값을 활용하여 얼굴 부분을 크롭하고 총 70,000장의 이미지를 8:1:1의 비율로 분할하여 데이터셋을 재구성하였다. 학습된 한국인 얼굴 감정 분류 비전 트랜스포머는 전체 테스트 데이터셋에 대한 정확도 85.54 %를 기록하며 동일한 데이터셋을 사용한 합성곱 신경망 기반 모델에 비해 1.17 %의 성능 향상을 보였다. 다른 클래스들에 비해 낮은 성능을 보였던 불안, 슬픔을 나타내는클래스에 대해서도 성능을 개선하였다. Facial expressions play an important role in human-computer interaction because they convey basic human emotions. In the field of computer vision and machine learning, deep learning has recently been used to classify facial expressions into basic emotions, with models based on convolutional neural networks being the most popular. Datasets that are mainly used to train the models are a mixture of various races, but mainly consist of Western faces. In this study, we fine-tune a pretrained vision transformer model based on a dataset of Korean facial expressions labeled with seven emotions. For input into the model, the dataset was reconstructed by cropping the faces using coordinates provided by the metadata in the dataset, splitting the 70,000 images at a ratio of 8:1:1. The trained Korean facial emotion classification vision transformer achieved 85.54% accuracy on the entire test dataset, showing a 1.17% performance improvement over a convolutional neural network model using the same dataset. We improved performance for classes representing anxiety and sadness, which had performed poorly compared to other classes.

These changes led directly to the painters in the creation of ongoing efforts to explore new artistic expression language to meet the aesthetic needs of contemporary people. Therefore, the texture of the manifestations of contemporary fine brushwork bird house and the audience to accept and appreciate, even highly regarded is no accident. Contemporary fine brushwork bird traditional rich folk art foundation, and actively absorb the essence of the use of other disciplines of painting on the texture techniques contemporary fine brushwork bird strive to make the show a new face of the very different concept of traditional painting. In this paper, a comparison of the use of traditional fine brushwork bird and contemporary fine brushwork bird texture techniques, combined with the background texture techniques prevalent in the contemporary fine brushwork bird reasons, the existence of diversity and the problems arising from consolidated into four parts to this techniqueartistic expression in contemporary fine brushwork bird discussed in detail: The first part of the texture in the screen in a scientific and detailed interpretation. Secondly, it describes the historical origins of the texture techniques in the production of fine brushwork bird. 지적장애 아동의 자기표현과 소근육 향상을 위한 발달적 미술치료 사례연구

본 연구는 발달적 미술치료가 지적장애 아동의 자기표현과 소근육 향상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이있다. 연구대상은 지적장애 아동으로 2021년 7월 20일부터 2021년 11월 30일까지 주 3회 50분씩 사전 및사후검사를 포함하여 총 52회기에 걸쳐 미술치료를 진행하였다. 연구결과를 검증하기 위해 자기표현은 자기표현 척도와 동적 집-나무-사람(K-HTP), 소근육검사는 KISE 발달척도의 소근육 운동기능 발달검사, 기초조형활동과 소근육운동 평가를 사용하였다. 또한 연구대상자의 자기표현과 소근육 향상의 변화과정을 각 회기별 관찰지를 이용하여 질적 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달적 미술치료가 지적장애 아동의 자기표현에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. K-HTP 그림검사의 사전검사에서 그림 그리는 것을 어려워하고상황에 맞지 않는 대답을 하였지만, 사후검사에서 아버지를 마중 나가는 모습은 가족과 함께하는 모습의 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 발달적 미술치료가 지적장애 아동의 소근육 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기초조형활동과 소근육운동 평가에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 발달적 미술치료가 지적장애 아동의 자기표현과 소근육 향상에 미치는 영향을 회기별로 살펴본 결과, 자기표현에서 긍정적 감정표현과 아쉬운감정표현을 표현하였고, 매체를 지속적으로 사용하여 소근육 향상에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 이를 종합하면, 발달적 미술치료가 지적장애 아동의 자기표현과 소근육 향상에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of developmental art therapy on the self-expression and fine motor improvement of children with intellectual disabilities. The subjects of this study were children with intellectual disabilities, and from July 20 to November 30, 2021, art therapy was conducted for a total of 52 sessions, including pre- and post-tests, three times a week for 50 minutes. To verify the results of the study, self-expression scale and dynamic house-tree-person (K-HTP) were performed for self-expression. For muscle strength tests, developmental assessment of fine motor skills, basic postural activities and evaluation of fine motor exercises from the KISE Developmental Scale were used. In addition, the change process of self-expression and fine muscle improvement of the study subjects was qualitatively analyzed for each session and stage using observation papers for each session. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, it was found that developmental art therapy had a positive effect on the self-expression of children with intellectual disabilities. In the pre-test of the K-HTP drawing test, the individual struggled with drawing and provided inappropriate responses. However, in the post-test, there were observable changes in the depiction of the coming to meet father and engaging with family. Secondly, developmental art therapy appeared to have a positive impact on the fine motor improvement of intellectually disabled children. Additionally, positive changes were observed in basic postural activities and fine motor exercise assessments. Thirdly, as a result of examining the effects of developmental art therapy on the self-expression and fine motor improvement of children with intellectual disabilities in sessions and stages, it was possible to express positive emotions from self-expression to expressions of disappointing emotions. positive changes were observed. In summary, it was found that developmental art therapy has a positive impact on the self-expression and fine motor improvement of intellectually disabled children.
한국 유·초·중등 미술표현발달 표준개발을 위한 연구 결과 분석

본 논문은 미술교육을 위한 핵심 기초 자료 마련을 위하여 실시된 한국 유?초?중등 미술 표현발달 표준개발을 위한 연구 중 결과에 대한 분석 부분이다. 연구 개발된 미술표현발달 검사 도구를 적용하여 전국 각 지역의 3세부터 14세 까지의 아동 6,036명에 대하여 실시한 검사 결과를 연령에 따른 항목별 분석과 학교 급별 발달 특성으로 나누어 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기존 발달연구와 비교하여 오늘날의 아동들의 표현 발달이 다소 발라진 것으로 확인되었다. 지금까지 미술교육은 자유, 창의, 개성을 중시하는 미술만의 독특한 교과적 특성에 기인하여 체계적인 교육에 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 본 미술표현발달 연구는 미술교육의 기초 자료로서 앞으로 교육과정 구성에 있어 연령별, 학교급별 교육내용의 계열성과 연속성을 확보하는데 도움이 될 뿐 아니라 수업의 구체적인 실천 장면에서도 학습자의 표현발달을 지원하는데 도움이 될 것이라고 판단된다. This thesis is of the analysis of the result of a research for setting a standard of development of expression in fine arts at early childhood, elementary and secondary educational institutes which was conducted to provide foundational data for fine arts education 6,036 children nationwide from 3 to 14 of age were surveyed and the collected data were broken down by age group, by item and by level of education. From the result of the research, it was understood that development of expression of today's children is somewhat faster than that of children in the past Existing method of fine art education has excessively focused on freedom, creativeness and originality, which resulted in insufficiency of systematic education. It is hoped that this thesis can be useful, as foundational data for fine art education, in securing interrelationship and continuity between curriculums of difference age group and level of education and also in supporting learners' development of expression in actual classroom situation.
