The layered video multicast has been considered to be an efficient approach for coping with network heterogeneity. For the transmission rate control of layered video multicast, the receiver-based approach and the network-supported approach have been reported. In this paper, we propose a dynamic rate control method for multicasting layered video data using active network. Active networks allow protocol processing code to be loaded into network nodes at run-time. The intermediate active nodes along the paths from a sender to receivers process the code for the rate control actively. We defined some active packets-Join capsule, Data capsule and Layer-Info capsule-which are able to process each code and the layer status table which has information of downstream links and exists in active nodes. The output queue length of a downstream link in the intermediate active node is monitored periodically, and the network condition is estimated with it. According to the estimated network condition, the active node handles the number of data layer and filters the data that are useless on a downstream node. The proposed method can achieve the efficient network-supported rate control of the layered video multicasting on active network.
기술창업기업의 가치사슬내부 및 외부 네트워크 활동이 동적역량을 매개로 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향

It has been verified in several studies that dynamic capabilities has a very important effect on the competitive advantage of technology startups. And the network has an important influence on this dynamic capability. This is even more important for start-ups that lack the resources and knowledge. Networks that directly and significantly affect dynamic capabilities have been studied mainly the value chain internal. However, network activities of start-ups are conducted not only with the value chain internal networks but also with the value chain external networks. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the value chain internal and external network activity of start-ups on the dynamic capabilities, but prior studies are lacked. In this study, We make a model that encompass the value chain internal and external network for technology startups, and a study was conducted to demonstrate the effect on dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage. As a result of the study, value chain internal network activity directly and significantly affected dynamic capabilities, and value chain external network activity did not directly significantly affect dynamic capacity. And dynamic capabilities had a significant effect on competitive advantage. As confirmed through additional research, value chain external network activity affects value chain internal network activity, and through this, dynamic capabilities are strengthened, and positively affect competitive advantage.. The intensity of value chain external network activity was not significant to dynamic capabilities and the diversity of value chain external network activity had a significant effect on the competitive advantage by double mediating the value chain internal network activity and dynamic capability. Through this study, it is confirmed that the value chain internal networks is important in order for startups to strengthen their dynamic capabilities and increase their competitive advantage, and that both strong and diversified the value chain internal networks positively affects competitive advantage by enhancing dynamic capabilities. 불확실한 환경에서 창업하는 기술창업기업의 경쟁우위에 동적역량이 매우 중요한 영향을 미친다는 점은 여러 연구에서 검증되어왔다. 그리고 이런 동적역량에는 외부기관 네트워크가 중요한 영향을 미친다. 이는 자원과 지식이 부족한 창업기업에게 더욱 중요하다. 동적역량에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 네트워크는 가치사슬내부 네트워크 위주로 연구되어 왔다. 하지만 창업기업의 네트워크 활동은 가치사슬내부 네트워크 뿐만 아니라 가치사슬외부 네트워크와도 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 창업기업의 네트워크 활동이 동적역량에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위해서는 두 가지 네트워크가 모두 포괄된 연구가 필요하지만, 선행연구가 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 기술창업기업을 대상으로 가치사슬외부 네트워크와 가치사슬내부 네트워크를 포괄하는 모델을 구성하고, 동적역량과 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 가치사슬내부와의 네트워크 활동은 선행연구와 마찬가지로 동적역량에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 주었고, 가치사슬외부와의 네트워크 활동은 동적역량에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 그리고 동적역량은 경쟁우위에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 추가연구를 통해 확인한 바, 가치사슬외부와의 네트워크 활동은 가치사슬내부와의 네트워크 활동에 영향을 주고 이를 통해 동적역량을 강화하며, 이를 통해 경쟁우위에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 매개효과가 유의하였다. 이를 통해 창업기업이 동적역량을 강화하여 경쟁우위를 높이기 위해서는 가치사슬내부 네트워크가 중요하다는 점과 가치사슬내부 네트워크는 강하게, 다양하게 맺는 것은 모두 동적역량을 높여 경쟁우위에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.
능동위상제어기를 이용한 배전선로 자율 재구성 시 순환전류 감소 기법

In recent years, the demand for the distribution of energy resource has been increasing. However, the output power is limited by the stability of the distribution network. This study proposes an active distribution network that can reconfigure the distribution line using an active phase controller. The conventional distribution network has a fixed structure, whereas the proposed active distribution network has a variable structure. Therefore, the active distribution network can increase the output power of the distribution energy resource and reduce the overload of distribution line facilities. The active phase controller has two operation modes to minimize the circulating current during dynamic reconfiguration. In this study, the voltage and current control algorithms are proposed for the active phase controller. The proposed method for the active phase controller is simulated via PSIM simulation.
트리거를 이용한 네트워크관리프로그램 자동생성 기능을 가진 능동적인 네트워크 관리 시스템

Network management involves configuring and operating various network elements in a suitable manner. Generally, a network management system can perform basic functionalities such as configuration management, performance management, and fault management. Due to the open structure of the Internet, the volume of network traffic and the network equipment used have increased in size and complexity. Therefore, it is expensive and time consuming to develop a network management program for heterogeneous network equipment in an SNMP based network. In order to facilitate the management of network environments and the control of heterogeneous devices in an efficient manner, we propose an Active Network Management System (ANMS) comprising an automatic generator that uses triggers to generate a network management program. The concept of triggers can be represented through event-condition-action rules performed in response to a change in the status of a network environment. The proposed ANMS comprises basic components for real-time network management and also includes an automatic generator (AG). When the ANMS is monitoring network elements that are newly added or changed, a trigger rule is activated and these components are then able to collaborate and automatically generate a new network management program by using the information provided along with the SNMP libraries. Our method is useful for expanding the network structure and replacing network equipment. Through experiments, we have proved that our ANMS is useful when new network objects are added or changed in the network environment to expand the network structure. Further, we have verified that our ANMS system reduces the time and cost required to develop a network management program as compared to the manual method used in existing network management systems.

기존의 수동적인 네트워크는 단순히 데이터의 저장과 전송기능만을 가지고 있다. 이와 달리 액티브 네트워크는 네트워크 전송로상에서 전달중인 패킷에 대한 연산작업이 가능한 네트워크 패러다임이 1990년대 소개되었다. 하지만, 이와 같은 네트워크 패킷에 대한 능동적인 처리가 가능하다는 특징은 보안에 관한 측면에서는 보다 많은 보안상의 위협가능성을 고려해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 능동적인 처리가 가능한 액티브 네트워크 환경의 취약점을 보안하고자 패킷 분리 방식을 이용한 안전한 액티브 네트워크 구조를 제안한다. 제안하고자 하는 시스템은 액티브 노드의 관리와 서비스의 이용자에 대한 관리가 가능한 모델로 설계하며, 패킷의 암호화와 세션을 이용한 패킷 전송을 통해 보안성을 향상시키고자 한다. The existing passive networks have the only data-storing and transmission functions. On the other hand, the active network which can do operation jobs on the transmitting packets was introduced at 1990's. However, the advantages of activating processing are obviously more complex than traditional networks and raise considerable security issues. In this paper, we propose the safer structure in Active Networks that is based on the discrete approach which resolves the weak point of the Active Network. The proposed system provides the node management and user management in the Active Networks, and improves the security of Packet transmission with packet cryptography and the session.
액티브 네트워크 환경에서 실행코드의 보안과 대체를 위한 캐싱 기법

This active node on active network has the capability that stored and processed execution code aside from capability of forwarding packet on current network. So required execution code for executed packet arrived in active node, if execution code should not be in active node, have to take by request previous action node and code server to it. But if this execution code takes from previous active node and code server, bring to time delay by transport execution code and increased traffic of network and execution time. So, as used execution code stored in cache on active node, it need to increase execution time and decreased number of request. Also unexpected increasing of execution code should be cause of network attack such as DOS(Denial Of Service). Our paper suggest ANCS technique that able to decrease number of execution code request and time of execution code prevent from DOS attack by efficiently store execution code to active node. Therefore, ANCS technique that suggested by us is able to decrease cost of network management due to decrease network traffic. Also because execution time of program was decreased, we can more than fast execute program.
이더리움 네트워크에서 액티브 프루빙을 이용한 정확도 높은 토폴로지 탐색 방법

Security issues such as DDoS problems, 51% attacks, and Civil attacks in blockchain networks, duplicate messages, and research to increase network performance through influential peer selection should be based on analysis of dynamically changing nodes in the network. Bitcoin networks analyze topologies using Double Spending transactions, AddressProbe, and NodeProve, but no research has been conducted on dynamically changing topologies in the Ethereum network. In this paper, an active probing method for searching for nodes participating in a network at a specific time using the passive probing method is presented. We identified 131,776 nodes found through passive probing and 13,261 nodes participating in the Ethereum network for a specific time using the connectivity of 8,643,225. For dynamic topology analysis, the average degree, average path length, diameter, average clustering coefficient, and Betweenness centrality were analyzed and the topology was visualized. The results of this paper can be applied to studies that track the propagation path of transactions and blocks in the Ethereum network. In addition, it can be used as basic data for research on improving network performance and removing duplicate messages through influential peer selection. 블록체인 네트워크에서 DDoS 문제, 51% 공격, 시빌 공격과 같은 보안 문제와 중복 메시지, 영향력 있는 피어선정을 통해 네트워크의 성능을 높이기 위한 연구는 네트워크에서 동적으로 변화하는 노드에 대한 분석이 기초가되어야한다. 비트코인 네트워크에서는 이중 지불 트랜잭션, 어드레스프로브(AddressProbe), 노드프로브(NodeProve) 를 이용하여 토폴로지를 분석하고 있지만 이더리움 네트워크에서 동적으로 변화하는 토폴로지에 대한 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 패시브 프루빙 방법을 활용하여 특정시간 네트워크 참여 중인 노드를 탐색하는 액티브 프루빙 방법을 제시한다. 패시브 프루빙을 통해 발견된 131,776개의 노드와 8,643,225의 연결성을 이용하여 특정시간 동안 이더리움 네트워크에 참여한 13,261개의 노드를 확인했다. 동적 토폴로지 분석을 위해 평균 연결 차수, 평균 연결 경로 수, 직경, 결집 계수, 매개 중심 등을 분석하고 토폴로지를 시각화 했다. 본 논문의 결과는 이더리움 네트워크에서 트랜잭션, 블록의 전파 경로를 추적하는 연구에 적용할 수 있다. 또한 영향력 있는 피어 선정을 통해 네트워크 성능향상, 중복 메시지 제거에 대한 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.
공공기관 사무직 근로자의 사회적 네트워크 자본과 경력적응력의 관계 : 지속적 학습활동의 매개효과

This study was carried out for verifying the mediation effect of continuous learning activity in the relationship between social network capital and career adaptability of office workers in public institutions. In order to accomplish the purpose of these studies, a total of 362 questionnaires were used for final analysis via stratified sampling. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model analysis(SEM), and the final model was selected by comparing the research and the alternative model. The result of this study was as follows: First, the social network capital of office workers in public institutions had a positive effect on their career adaptability. Second, the social network capital of office workers in public institutions had a positive effect on their continuous learning activity. Third, it was found that continuous learning activity fully mediate the relationship between social network capital and career adaptability. These results suggest that social network capital was closely related to direct induction of continuous learning activities and has a positive effect on career adaptation by promoting continuous learning activities. Therefore, when exploiting an intervention strategy to develop career adaptability, HRD practitioner in public institutions may directly strengthen various learning activities such as formal learning and informal learning in the organization. However, This study is meaningful in that it was proved that it was an effective way to develop career adaptability existing in the social relations between the inside and the outside of the organization by encouraging them to establish a professional and social network and thereby gaining network benefits such as access to information and resources and career sponsor. 이 연구의 목적은 공공기관 사무직 근로자의 사회적 네트워크 자본과 경력적응력의 관계에서 지속적 학습활동의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 공공기관 유형별 인원 분포를 고려한 층화표집을 통해 362개의 설문자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하여 분석하였으며, 연구모형(부분매개모형)과 대안모형(완전매개모형)을 비교하고 최종모형을 선정하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공기관 사무직 근로자의 사회적 네트워크 자본은 경력적응력에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공공기관 사무직 근로자의 사회적 네트워크 자본은 지속적 학습활동에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공공기관 사무직 근로자의 사회적 네트워크 자본과 경력적응력 간 관계를 지속적 학습활동이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 사회적 네트워크 자본이 지속적 학습활동의 직접적 유발과 밀접한 관련이 있고, 지속적 학습활동을 촉진함으로써 경력적응력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 따라서 공공기관 HRD 담당자가 경력적응력을 배양하는 개입 전략을 개발할 때, 조직 내 형식학습과 무형식 학습 등 다양한 학습활동을 직접적으로 강화하는 방법도 있겠지만, 이와는 별도로 간접적으로 조직 내부와 외부의 사회적 관계 속에 존재하는 직업적·사회적 네트워크를 구축하도록 지원하고 이를 통해 정보와 자원에 대한 접근, 경력후원 등의 네트워크 이득(혜택)을 갖도록 유인하는 것이 경력적응력을 배양하는 효과적인 방법임을 실증적으로 검증했다는 데 의의가 있다.
사회적 기업가정신, 조직문화 및 네트워크 활동이 사회적 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of social entrepreneurship, organizational culture and network activity in the social enterprise. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to social enterprise, social entrepreneurship, organizational culture and network activity. Questionnaires have been collected during one month 2010 and a total of one hundred one has been considered valid. Smart PLS(Partial Least Square) 2.0 and SPSS 15.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, social entrepreneurship positively influence managerial performance, social performance and network activity(social network, market network, financial network). Second, organizational culture positively influence managerial performance, social performance and network activity(social network, market network). Third, social networkpositively influence managerial performance and social performance and financial network positively influence managerial performances. Finally, financial network activity has a moderating effect on the relationship between social entrepreneurship and managerial performance.
