        공동주택에 건강개념인 통기시스템에 관한 연구 : 공기순환과 필로티를 중심으로 focused on the air ventilation and pilotis

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the air ventilation system in apartment houses on the air circulation and pilotis. The air ventilation system is used with the data which were obtained by the environmental health, urban climate, air pollution, ventilation path. The architectural element was pilotis concept connected with piloti ratio, position and piloti type. The summaries of this study were as follows; 1) the well-being apartment concept, 2) the heat island phenomenon, 3) the oxygen density of air, 4) the definition of ventilation path, 5) the pilotis connected with residential environment improvement. In addition, the detailed case study to the air ventilation system in apartment houses be needed.

        도시 열환경 개선을 위한 바람길 관리 전략 - 김해시를 사례로 -

        This study aims to propose management strategies of ventilation paths for improving urban thermal environments. For this purpose, Gimhae-si in Gyeongsangnamdo was selected as a study area. We analyzed hot spots and cool spots in Gimhae by using Landsat 8 satellite image data and spatial statistical analysis, and finally derived the vulnerable areas to thermal environment. In addition, the characteristics of ventilation paths including wind direction and wind speed were analyzed by using data of the wind resource map provided by Korea Meteorological Administration. As a result, it was found that a lot of hot spots were similar to those with weak wind such as Jinyoung-eup, Jillye-myeon, Juchon-myeon and the downtown area. Based on the analysis, management strategies of ventilation paths in Gimhye were presented as follows. Jinyoung-eup and Jillye-myeon with hot spot areas and week wind areas have a strong possibility that hot spot areas will be extended and strengthened, because industrial areas are being built. Hence, climate-friendly urban and architectural plans considering ventilation paths is required in these areas. In Juchon-myeon, where industrial complexes and agricultural complexes are located, climate-friendly plans are also required because high-rise apartment complexes and an urban development zone are planned, which may induce worse thermal environment in the future. It is expected that a planning of securing and enlarging ventilation paths will be established for climate-friendly urban management. and further the results will be utilized in urban renewal and environmental planning as well as urban basic plans. In addition, we expect that the results can be applied as basic data for climate change adaptation plan and the evaluation system for climate-friendly urban development of Gimhye. 본 연구는 경상남도 김해시를 사례지역으로 선정하여, 열환경을 지속적으로 개선하기 위한 바람길 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, Landsat 8 위성영상자료 및 공간통계 분석을 통해김해시 열섬의 Hot spot과 Cool spot 지역을 도출하고, 김해시의 열환경 취약지역을 파악하였다. 또한, 기상청에서 제공하는 풍력자원지도를 활용하여 김해시 바람길의 풍향 및 풍속을 분석을 하였다. 그 결과, Hot spot 지역인 진영읍, 진례면, 주촌면, 도심지 일대가 바람이 약한 지역과 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 도시의 기온과 바람 형성이 지형 및 토지이용의 변화에 따라 영향을많이 받기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 분석을 바탕으로 김해시의 바람길 관리 전략을 제시하면 다음과 같다. Hot spot 지역과 바람이 약한 지역에는 공통적으로 농업 및 공업단지가 분포하고 있었는데, 산업단지가 조성되어 있거나 조성중인 진영읍과 진례면에서 Hot spot 지역이 확대·강화될 우려가 있으므로, 바람길을 고려한 도시 및 건축계획이 요구된다. 산업단지 및 농공단지가 위치해 있는 주촌면은 고층 아파트 및 주촌선천지구 도시개발지구가 들어설 예정이므로, 현재에도 취약한열환경이 향후 더 악화될 수 있으므로 이를 고려한 계획이 요구된다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 기후친화적 도시개발을 위한 바람길 계획을 수립하여 도시기본계획뿐만 아니라 도시재생 및 환경계획 분야에서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한, 김해시의 기후변화 적응계획 수립을 위한 기초자료 및 기후친화적인 도시개발을 위한 평가시스템을 구축하는데 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        CFD해석을 이용한 아파트 바람길 분석

        Multiple elements of the air environment is a very important element of the problem. These rapid industrialization and the car"s air is increased, the quality of our air is becoming polluted due to the reduction. Our internal factors, such as increased industrialization and automobile issues, as well as the influence of the country"s sandstorms in China worse air quality, and air pollution caused by various diseases occur. These environmental pollution for the residential population of the city"s plan, rather than the consideration of a high-density residential development is caused by the expansionist 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, the construction of the new town planning and economic development as a business resume. The ratio of residential apartments, due to this development by 50 percent over 2005 years standing. These apartments in the development and the logic of economic development due to the efficient use of land and housing stability of the nation"s biggest challenges on the ground, due to Iran"s internal air ventilation only interested in a relatively wrote down about it is true. These apartments are planning air pollution due to the wind, so I just inside the drill path to the outside air, polluted air, just inside the call a little more comfortable draw.

      • LCP(Least Cost Path analysis) 분석법에 기반한 도시 바람길 도출 및 활용 방안 - 서울 강남구 중심으로

        Urbanization and industrialization make cities overcrowded and reduce the air circulation in cities. The diffusion and blockage of pollutants, heat island effect and other climate problems are deteriorating the living environment of citizens. Urban ventilation channel can alleviate the urban environmental problems and reduce energy consumption. Using ArcGIS and LCP (least cost path) analysis method, taking Gang-nam area as the object, this paper analyzes the characteristics of ventilation channel in summer and generate specific differentiated planning guidelines in order to mitigate the urban meteorological problems in Gang-nam area.

        High-rise buildings are the integration of state of the art technologies and due to its efficient use of space, the number of high-rise buildings are increasing. One problem in the high-rise buildings is the air stack effect which generates unwanted vertical air flow. In this work, the vertical air path in high-rise building is studied. The ratio of vertical air path is estimated by standard codes and investigation of actual buildings. The results can be used to minimize problems by air stack effect or utilize the vertical air path for generating useful energy, such as generation of electricity by wind turbine.

        국내외 바람길 연구의 동향 분석

        본 연구는 1997년부터 2022년까지 국내 논문 138편과 해외 논문 120편을 분석하여 바람의 경로에 관한 국내외 연구 동향을 살펴보았다. 데이터 분석은 빈도분석과 메타분석을 이용하여 수행하였다. 찬공기는 도심 외곽의 숲에서 밤에 생성된 차고 신선한 공기를 도심으로 유입시켜 공기순환을 촉진시키고 대기오염 및 열환경 개선에 도움을 주는 역할을 한다. 첫째, 국내 연구에서는 정응호가 2003년부터 2021년까지 13편의 논문을 발표해 가장 많은 연구를 하였다. 석사 논문은 처음으로 2006년에, 박사 논문은 2010년에 발표되었다. 한국지리정보학회가 16편(18.18%)으로 가장 많은 연구를 기록했다. 국제적 연구로는 중국의 Cheng Chen이 1997년부터 2022년까지 8건(6.67%)을 연구했다. 최근 발표된 논문의 수가 크게 늘어나 2020년, 2021년, 2022년에 각각 18건, 26건, 26건의 연구가 발표되었다. 출처는 Building and Environment에서 8편(가장 많은)이 발표되었으며, 120개 연구 중 70개(58.33%)가 중국에서 수행되었다. 한국과 일본은 각각 10건(8.33%)의 연구를 수행하였다. 결론적으로 찬공기가 유입되는 바람의 경로는 도시 내 심각한 도시열섬효과 문제를 해결하는 방법으로 생각된다. This study investigates the tendency of domestic and international research on wind paths by analyzing 138 domestic and 120 international papers from 1997 to 2022. Data analysis was performed using frequency and Meta analysis. The cold air plays a role of helping to improve air pollution and thermal environment by promoting air circulation by flowing cold and fresh air generated at night in the forests outside the city to the center of the city. First, regarding domestic studies, Eung-ho Jung conducted the most research, with 13 papers published between 2003 and 2021. Master’s dissertations were first published in 2006, and doctoral dissertations, in 2010. The Korean Association of Geographic Information Studies featured the highest number of studies, with 16 papers (18.18%). Regarding international research, Cheng Chen from China studied eight cases (6.67%) between 1997 and 2022. Recently, the number of published studies significantly increased, with 18, 26, and 26 studies published in 2020, 2021, and 2022, respectively. As for the source, eight papers (the largest number) were published by Building and Environment and China conducted 70 (58.33%) of the 120 studies. South Korea and Japan each conducted 10 (8.33%) studies. In conclusion, it was found that the wind path of cold air inflow is thought to be a way to solve the significant issue of urban heat island effect within cities

        친환경건축물의 실내공기질 (TVOC, HCHO) 평가방식 개선을 위한 예측방정식 개발에 관한 연구

        The majority of certification systems evaluate indoor air quality by the considering the factors affecting the indoor air quality (e.g. interior architecture finishing, the possibility of bake out, ventilation rate, etc.) as individual items. These individual evaluation methods considering individual factors, offer a simple method for a rapid evaluation of indoor air quality during the planning stage of the method. However, these evaluation methods make it difficult to grasp the degree of overall improvement in the indoor air quality, and they cannot accurately reflect how much each of these items contribute to the indoor air quality improvement in terms of their weighted values. Although a number of programs have been developed for the evaluation of indoor air quality, they cannot perform rapid calculations because of being too complicated and requiring various input values. Hence, in this study, we aim to develop a certification system with a simple equation that can be used for an overall evaluation of the indoor air quality. To set up a variable to be input in the equation, the factors examined for the analysis included: wall/ceiling paper, adhesive for wall/ceiling paper, floor material, adhesive for floor material, and ventilation rate. The experimental design which helped us identify the main factors, among the main factors, with a minimum number of experiments was used as a measure to decrease the number of experiments. The indoor air quality scenarios were simulated using a validation equation, and the results of the simulations were used as data for multiple regression analysis for the development of load prediction equations.
