        평생학습도시 조성사업에 대한 주민 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인 분석

        평생학습도시의 지속적 발전과 지역 특성화를 위해서는 평생학습도시사업에 대한 주민 인식과 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 분석하여 이를 토대로 정책을 추진해야 한다. 본 연구 는 평생학습도시 사업에 대한 주민 만족도를 종합만족도로 산출하며, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 2001년부터 2006년까지 선정된 57개 평생학습도시를 대상으로 산출한 주민 만족도를 종속변수로 두고 그에 영향을 미치는 요인을 위계적 선형모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, 개인변수에서 성별은 만족도에 부적 영향을 미치며, 연령은 정적 영향, 학교교육 받은 기간은 부적 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 평생교육 유형별 참여경험에서는 학력취득 프로그램은 모든 모형에서 만족도에 정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 능력개발 프로그램은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않거나 학습과정 만족도에는 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 참여기관에서는 평생 학습센터의 프로그램 참여자의 만족도가 다른 학습자에 비해 높은 반면, 주민자치센터 프로그램 참여자의 만족도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 주민수준 변수를 보면, 소득과 노동활동과 관련된 직업, 가구소득 등과 같은 변수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 반면 개인 특성과 평생학습 참여경험은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도시수준 변수를 보면, 평생교육기관 수는 모든 차원의 주민만족도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 인구 및 재정적 특성, 지리적 위치 등 관련변수는 종속변수에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study is intended for the lifelong learning cities to keep growing. The cities need to conduct a survey regarding residents" satisfaction with the lifelong learning project so that they can reflect residents" opinion in the lifelong learning project. For this study we surveyed the satisfaction measurement of residents who took part in the lifelong learning project. Based on the survey result, we came up with the basic source materials for monitoring the project process and suggestions for more effective policies in order to improve responsibility and reliability over the future policies. The residents in the 57 lifelong learning cities selected from 2001 to 2006 were questioned in the residents" satisfaction measurement survey. The survey criteria and questions that correspond to the objective of the survey were made in the academic experts and staff council. The comprehensive satisfaction measurement was measured by the correlation coefficient. Furthermore we analyzed different satisfaction levels in each. We analyzed the result of the research in using hierarchical linear models. This is the summary of the result of the factors influencing lifelong learning city residents. Of resident level variables, age had positive effect but gender and education background had negative effect on satisfaction measurement. In the survey result of participation experiences, scholarship programs had positive effect on every satisfaction measurement, whereas development program didn"t show significant effect or had negative effect on satisfaction with the program courses. In the survey result of institutes, the participants in lifelong learning programs had higher satisfaction than those who participated in residents" self governing community programs. Of residents" level variables, labor activity regarding jobs and income didn"t have significant effect while individual characteristics and lifelong learning participation experience had positive effect. Of city level variables, the policy running period had positive effect on all the residents satisfaction measurements except on the satisfaction measurement II, learning satisfaction. In addition the number of lifelong learning institutes had positive effect on residents" satisfaction with all the parts of the lifelong learning project. Meanwhile variables like population, financial characteristic and location had no significant effect. For substantiality of the lifelong learning city project, and its continuing development, residents" satisfaction with the lifelong learning project should be checked regularly and reflected in whenever forming policies.

        중국 도시 주민의 “삶의 만족도”와 호적의 조절(Moderation) 효과

        This study examines how China’s household registration system, the “Hukou” affects the “life satisfaction” of urban residents. Currently, China not only advocates “life satisfaction” of the Chinese people politically, but also actively promotes urbanization in terms of the strategy of “modernization.” Moreover, the “Hukou” has traditionally served as an institutional mechanism for controlling population mobility in Chinese society. Welfare and public services are linked to the “Hukou”. China’s “hukou” is likely to affect the “life satisfaction” of urban residents. This study is intended to confirm this by conducting an Ordered Logit Models with the 2016 crosssection data of the CFPS. Two conclusions are key. First, if all other conditions are constant, it can be said that the “rural hukou-urban resident” feels a higher “life satisfaction” than the “rural hukou-rural resident.” On the other hand, whether one has a rural or urban hukou, the “life satisfaction” of urban residents is similar. This stems from differences in comparison targets, as the “rural hukou-urban resident” chooses the rural areas of their hometown to compare with and not the cities. Second, whether rural or urban, the “life satisfaction” of urban residents correlates positively with income. However, the effects of income growth vary depending on the type of hukou. “Urban hukou-urban residents” react much more sensitively to income growth than “rural hukou-urban residents.” This is basically because hukou is linked to welfare and public services. In the case of “urban hukou-urban residents,” the increase in income alone can improve “life satisfaction” relatively quickly, as welfare and public services are sufficient. In the case of “rural hukou-urban residents,” income growth alone does not improve their “life satisfaction” quickly because welfare and public services are lacking.

        일부 대학병원 인턴, 레지던트의 직무환경 분석

        This study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction level of interns and residents on training and job environment of two university hospitals in Pusan. The concept of subject's satisfaction was evaluated in general characteristics, socioeconomic status, working condition, human relationship, and job status and scored from 1 to 5. The newly developed questionnaire for this study (32 items) was revised and modified by the preliminary survey. The internal consistency of questionnaire was 0.73(Cronbach's alpha). The self-administered questionnaire was provided to 218 subjects and collected the answering from March 2 to March 25th, 1997, and statistical significances were tested by x^2-test, t-test and ANOVA. The satisfaction level between the residents group was significantly different, but satisfaction level of working condition, human relationship and job status showed no difference. The service division part showed highest(2.73) and the surgical division part showed lowest(2.57). The job satisfaction level between the subjects showed higher satisfaction level in working condition, socioeconomic status, and total satisfaction dimension, and intern group showed higher satisfaction level than resident group. Satisfaction level in human relationship dimension, resident group showed higher satisfaction level than intern group, but showed no statistically difference. To improve the working condition for residents, public welfare facilities was firstly suggested and the next was salary increase, overloaded work, respectively. For intern groups, overloaded work and waste work were firstly suggested and the next was public welfare facilities and salary increase, sequentially. The career gets longer, the satisfaction level on general characteristics of working condition, socioeconomic status, and total satisfaction level were increased. The subjects who have religion and higher socioeconomic status showed higher satisfaction level than the other group. The general satisfaction level of subjects in all dimensions showed lower average (3.0) and the overall satisfaction level showed below than average. Thus, in order to improvement of subject's working condition, higher quality of life is necessary rather than economic state. In future, these results might be considered to improve the working condition for interns and residents.

        섬관광 인식요인이 지역주민 만족도에 미치는 연구 : 신안군 지역주민을 대상으로

        The culture of the island is existing with the historical values of mankind. Meanwhile, the island experience histories as a key place of marine transportation with diffusion of land culture and inflow of foreign culture. In the new marine era of 21st century, the importance of islands are raised in the field of underground resources and national security & maritime sovereignty. The value of cultural assets, relics, marine ecology, fisheries resource and marine tourism are increased due to increment of national income and diffusion of leisure culture. Recently, healing tourism in island has attracted attention as a new marine tourism industry for recreation and health of humans. In this study, the impact of island tourism perception factors on the satisfaction of local residents was studied. The perception factors of island tourism were analyzed through the attitudes of local residents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that revitalize island tourism with local residents. Therefore, the study will be conducted on the necessary factors to revitalize island tourism and the improvement of the life quality of local residents. In particular, the interrelationship between attitude of island tourism, the social satisfaction on the local residents’ attitude and the social satisfaction of island tourism perception on the local residents’ attitude are verified. In this study, the impact of island tourism perception factors on the satisfaction of local residents was studied. Also, this study was conducted on the impact of economical perception, social and cultural perception and environmental perception on the social profit of corresponding area and the promotion of island tourism development with the local residents of Shinan-Gun. The three hypotheses were derived and verified with a designed research model diagram to verify the demographic hypothesis. The research results are as follows. First, the analysis results on the impact of island tourism perception factors on the local residents’ attitudes shows that the economical impact perception, socioculutral impact perception and environmental impact perception have a positive effect on the local residents’ attitudes. Through this study, island tourism becomes the driving force for competitive regional development with local residents, and is intended to be used as basic research data for factors to revitalize island tourism in the future.

        공동주택 단지의 외부공간 유형에 따른 거주자 만족도 분석

        Purpose: Recently, in apartment, the specialization to the external space of the apartment has emerged as an important design matter as much as unit households. This will have the effect of improving the resident's use of the external space or increasing the satisfaction and pride of the residence. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of detailed external spaces that affect the satisfaction of residents by type of external space in an apartment, so as to create a more efficient and reasonable external space in an apartment. Method: In this study, three apartments located in Seoul were selected as the target areas and a fact-finding analysis was conducted to derive the current status of the external space of the apartment. In addition, in order to analyze the satisfaction of each external space that affects the satisfaction of apartment dwelling residents, the overall satisfaction of the external space and the satisfaction of the detailed external space were analyzed to analyze the effect between the overall satisfaction and the satisfaction of the external space. Through this, the detailed external space that affects the satisfaction level of apartment residents' satisfaction with the external space of the apartment was derived. Result: In this study, in order to create a more efficient and reasonable external space of apartment complexes, the satisfaction of residents by type of exterior space of apartment complexes was analyzed, and requirements for improvement of exterior space of apartment complexes were derived accordingly.

        아파트 주거만족도 평가 모형의 개발과 적용: KARSI(Korea Apartment Resident Satisfaction Index) 모형을 중심으로

        주(住)생활은 인간의 생존에 있어 필수적인 요소인 의식주 중 하나로, 주생활이 이루어지는 공간인 주거에 대한 만족이 우리 삶에 미치는 영향은 매우 크다 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 가장 보편적 주거 형태인 아파트에 대한 소비자들의 주거만족도를 평가하는 모형을 개발하고, 이를 전국적 규모의 데이터를 통해 실증해 봄으로써, 아파트 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 주거만족도가 기업이나 거주민들의 삶에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 본 연구에서 도출된 세부 만족요인인 상품만족, 관계만족, 환경만족, 사회만족요인이 모두 주거만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이러한 세부 만족요인 중 상품만족요인이 나머지 세 요인보다 주거만족에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 주거만족도는 해당 기업에 대한 추천이나 재구매 의도, 브랜드 이미지 개선과 같은 기업성과 증진에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 거주민의 삶의 질 향상과 행복감 증진을 통해 거주민 관련 성과에도 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편, 주거만족도가 기업성과와 주민성과에 미치는 영향을 비교한 결과 기업성과에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 주거만족이 해당 기업의 성과나 거주민의 삶에 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있었고, 관련 기업에게 주거만족 관리와 관련된 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Housing is essential for life, and housing satisfaction has a major impact on both individuals and society. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the determinants and outcomes of residents`` satisfaction with apartments, the most popular type of residence in Korea. To do so, we propose the KARSI (Korea Apartment Resident Satisfaction Index) model and validate it using a large-scale nationwide sample. The present paper consists of two studies. In study 1, we develop the KARSI measurement model and propose four satisfaction factors-product, relationship, environmental and social factors-as determinants of resident satisfaction. In study 2, we extend the model by adding outcome variables related to residential satisfaction to examine how residential satisfaction influences companies and residents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to test the proposed model. The results show that all four satisfaction factors have significant positive influences on residential satisfaction. In particular, the product factor is the most influential determinant of residential satisfaction. Furthermore, residential satisfaction has a significant positive impact on both companies and residents. Specifically, it has a positive impact on companies by increasing word-of-mouth recommendations, repurchase intentions and brand image. Residential satisfaction also has a positive impact on residents`` lives by improving their quality of life and happiness. Residential satisfaction has a greater impact on companies than on residents. This research has several theoretical implications. First, our study extends the housing satisfaction literature by investigating the topic from a service marketing perspective. Previous studies on housing satisfaction have been conducted mainly in the fields of public administration, construction engineering and urban engineering. Hence, there remains an overall lack of research on housing satisfaction from a managerial perspective. Our research contributes to the existing literature on housing satisfaction by taking the perspective of companies and consumers. Second, we show that there are four factors influencing residential satisfaction, and that these factors have different relative impacts. The four satisfaction factors (i.e., product, relationship, environmental and social factors) may correspond to outcome quality, interaction quality, physical environment quality and social responsibility quality in the service quality literature. We found that each quality dimension has a significant effect on residential satisfaction, and that among them, outcome quality has the greatest influence. Our research also has useful practical implications. First, our KARSI measurement model was adopted by related organizations for residential satisfaction evaluation, and it gave construction companies the advantage of being able to increase apartment prices. This in turn aided in decreasing the side effects of the price ceiling system for apartments. Second, companies can use our research to understand which factors are important for increasing residential satisfaction and to tailor their business strategies accordingly. Third, companies can compare their own results using the KARSI model with those of competitors and can utilize the findings in making decisions about resource allocation or future strategic directions. Fourth, this research highlights the importance of residential satisfaction and gives individuals, governments, and consumer organizations a new way of thinking about the topic. The present study has several limitations, which provide opportunities for future research. First, there may exist factors influencing residential satisfaction which are not included in the present model. Because our study deals with housing satisfaction from the perspective of service management, we focus on factors that companies can manage and control. Further investigations of various kinds of factors that influence housing satisfaction may extend the present research. Second, the χ2 value of the model is somewhat large, probably due to the large sample size or complexity of the model. Since other goodness-of-fit indices suggest that the model is adequate, future studies can reexamine the model from a different perspective. Third, we evaluate the way residential satisfaction influences the three outcome variables of word-of-mouth recommendations, repurchase intentions and brand image. However, as these variables are indirect measurements of a company``s performance, future research could add variables to measure a company``s performance more directly. Overall, the present study shows the importance of housing satisfaction for companies and individuals, and it provides useful implications for researchers and practitioners.

      • The Effects of Expectation Factors of Regional Development for the Local Marina Port on Residents` Satisfaction and Cooperative Intention

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationships of expectation factors of regional development, residents`` satisfaction, and cooperative intention. Methods : For the purpose of this study, the subjects were selected from local residents who lived in Busan Metropolitan city where Suyeong Bay Yachting center was located. 310 questionnaires were collected and 273 questionnaires were used for the final analysis except for 37 insincere responses. For the data processing, the study carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equational modelling. The statistical methods were applied by employing the SPSS Ver. 21.0 and AMOS Ver. 18.0 version for the statistical analysis. Results : The results were summarized as follows. First, economic industry, socio-culture and physical environment of expectation factors of the regional development had no significant effect on the residents`` satisfaction. Second, the socio-culture had a significant effect on the cooperative intention except that economic industry and physical environment of the regional development expectation factors had no significant influence on the cooperative intention. Third, the residents`` satisfaction had a significant effect on the cooperative intention. Conclusions : This study provided empirical evidences which were important for activation of the local marina port. Previous researches showed that residents`` satisfaction and cooperation were one of the significant factors to activate local areas and facilities. However, most of developed or developing local marina ports were invested by local government and private investors who mostly focused on visitors and tourists so they rarely consider local residents. Even though they had pre-investigations for the activation of a local marina port before development, residents`` satisfaction and cooperative intention to a local marina port were easily ignored. Consequently, the findings of this study suggested that to activate the local marina port making strong bond with local residents was one of the most important factors for consistently developing the local marina port. Furthermore, local government and private investors should consider local residents so it can lead residents`` cooperative intention for activation of the local marina port. This effort by local government and private investors will help activation and balanced development of backward areas where visitors will visit this area as tourist attractions.

        기초지차단체의 자산 및 부채와 주민만족도의관계에 관한 탐색적 연구

        The financial information of local governments, including assets and liabilities, has been made public since the codification of double-entry bookkeeping in accounting. Research in this area has been scant despite the significance of local assets and liabilities on the lives of residents. The literature review derives two explanatory mechanisms of how local assets and liabilities influence residents’ administrative services and satisfaction with local government. Specifically, the first mechanism is where local assets and liabilities are perceived as the quality or performance of administrative services from the citizens' perspective, suggesting that residents’ evaluations of administrative performance, including asset management, determine their satisfaction. The second mechanism posits that local assets and liabilities enhance satisfaction by meeting residents’ needs related to their living environment. This research empirically analyzes the impact of different types of local government assets, total assets, and total liabilities on fourteen types of resident satisfaction. The findings reveal that amenities for residents increase satisfaction across all types, investment assets enhance economic satisfaction, current assets have a negative impact on some types of satisfaction, and social infrastructure lowers environmental satisfaction while increasing satisfaction with elderly welfare services. The discussion of the results confirms that both perspectives can explain actual resident satisfaction, but the mechanisms may vary according to the asset category.

        아파트단지 옥외휴게공간의 이용행태와 만족도

        This study aims to analyze the actual state, the satisfaction index, and the satisfaction factor of the residents in the apartment adopting thematic outdoor rest space design. This study also proposes the basic data for the standard of resident-centered rest space design, not designer-centered or fashion-followed design. The results are as follows : First, most residents use near by rest space, and more use occur during the evenings; 17 hr. ∼ 21 hr. Most of residents use the rest space with their children, partner, or family. Residents usually take walks and take a rests in the rest space. Most residents use the rest space quietly. Of the rest facilities in the outdoor rest space, benches are most used, walks and pergolas are more frequently used. But waterscape facilities are not particularly used. The satisfaction index of the outdoor rest space is generally low. However, the satisfaction index of the rest space and facilities type shows that the evaluation of rest facilities(e.g. benches) is high. The satisfaction index of the decoration shows that the evaluation for the color and design of facilities is high. In the satisfaction index of the physical environment, the item about the size of rest space is highly appreciated. In the mental satisfaction index of the rest space, the item about whole atmosphere is highly appreciated. Of the factors affecting the general satisfaction index with outdoor rest space, the factor of physical environment is the most important independent-variable. Physical environment and facilities are more important influential factors than the atmosphere of outdoor rest space. In the future, the practical study searching for the preferences of the residents and the activation of use should be preceded.

        아파트 거주자의 커뮤니티와 주거만족도 간의 인과관계

        This study aims to determine the correlation between the apartment resident community and housing satisfaction and suggest which factors can contribute to improving the local community’s housing environment and satisfaction by means of the local inhabitants and apartment residents participating in co-managing the community. The study results are as follows. Firstly, the apartment resident community had a positive effect on housing satisfaction but the effects were insignificant. This revealed that residents’interest in communicating with the resident community was low due to various organizations such as the women’s association, election committee,and autonomous society being used as means to pursue personal gain rather than the development of the entire apartment. Secondly, the vitalization of the apartment resident community had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the higher the level of unity and volunteering activities of residents, the more improved the resident vitalization programs are being managed, and the higher the level of resident participation, the higher the housing satisfaction. Lastly, this study suggests the supplementation and upgrading of apartment community facilities into complex community facilities as a means to unify the residents and vitalize the resident community. To vitalize the resident community and strengthen the community spirit, the residents will need to voluntarily create a community hub by forming community-tailored associations and programs through connections with local governments and businesses.
