        체험교육을 위한 안전체험관 건립에 관한 고찰 - 학생안전체험관 전시체험물 적정성 검토를 중심으로 -

        It has been five years since the Sewol sank off Jindo Island, South Jeolla Province, on April 16, 2014. In the wake of the Sewol ferry disaster, the Education Ministry emphasized the need to strengthen safety education for students that year, and announced a plan to support the expansion of student safety experience facilities in recognition of the limitations of providing hands-on education to all students. This is to help the city and provincial education offices expand safety experience facilities in order to foster students' safety awareness and ability to cope with crises in case of emergency through training focused on experience, and to support the construction of mobile experience facilities for students' safety education, classroom-type experience facilities using idle classrooms, and a comprehensive experience center for students' safety education. The construction of the safety experience center consists of two main facilities: the construction of an external facility for the experience center and the construction of a hands-on facility for the site. In general, the department in charge of student safety within the education office will carry out the overall project as well as the design and construction of internal exhibition facilities, while the department in charge of facility management, such as facilities, will be responsible for the construction of external facilities. The problem is that the construction of such a large-scale comprehensive safety experience center will be entrusted to a small number of public administration officials who do not have expertise in architecture and construction to review the appropriateness of wartime experiences designed and constructed by external service providers, or, in effect, by monitoring them. This can be seen as meaning that internal management and review of technical guidance for construction control, quality control, and safety management of wartime experiences are in a situation where it is impossible. It is necessary to prevent accidents that occur during construction and to ensure quality, completeness and safety when problems such as structural changes or design changes occur through a plan that professionally supervises the process during the construction of the exhibition experience in the future. In this regard, it is persuasive in the sense that a special review of the proper design, construction, etc. of the exhibition experience can be made of the countermeasures for reviewing the appropriateness of the exhibition experience. In addition, for a more faithful and safety-guaranteed review of the adequacy of wartime experiences, it is necessary to place the supervision provision for exhibits under the Basic Act on Disaster and Safety Management or the Construction Technology Promotion Act. If these regulations are newly established, the practice of relying entirely on the company after hearing the description of the wartime experience service provider can be corrected, and, above all, the legal basis for the exhibition experience, the facility for training to ensure life, body and safety.

        종합안전체험관 체험공간 및 콘텐츠 발전방안에 대한 연구 - 가상현실, 증강현실을 중심으로 -

        “재난 및 안전관리 기본법”에 따르면 국가와 지방자치단체는 각종 재난으로부터 국토를 보존하고 국민의 생명·신체 및 재산을 보호하도록 의무화 하고 있다. 이처럼 국민을 보호하기 위해 ‘위험’과 안전’에 대해 교육 하고 체험 할 수 있는 시설이 종합안전체험관이라고 생각한다. 그런 의미에서 국내에 건축되어 있는 8개의 종합안전체험관 시설개요와 전시구성 및 운영방식에 대하여 조사하고 분석한다. 더불어 현대 전시시설의 중요한 요소인 가상현실(假想現實, Virtual Reality)과 증강현실(增强現實, Augmented Reality)을 이용한 체험적 전시 콘텐트의 특성과 이를 사용한 전시형태를 조사하여 기존 종합안전체험관의 가상현실, 증강현실 기술 사용현황을 알아본다. 이러한 연구는 향후 국민에게 필요한 종합안전체험관이 어떻게 설립되어야 하는지에 대한 방향을 제시하는 기초자료가 될 것이다. According to the Basic Law on Disaster and Safety Management, the state and local governments are obliged to preserve the country from various disasters and protect the lives, bodies and property of the people. In order to protect the people like this, I think that the facility that can educate and experience 'risk' and safety' is a Synthesis Safety & Experience Center. In that sense, the outline of the 8 Synthesis Safety & Experience Centers built in Korea, the composition and operation method of the exhibition are investigated and analyzed. In addition, the characteristics of experiential exhibition contents using virtual reality and augmented reality, which are important elements of modern exhibition facilities, and the types of exhibitions using them, are investigated to find out the status of virtual reality and augmented reality technology use in existing Synthesis Safety & Experience Centers. This study will be a basic data to suggest the direction of how the Synthesis Safety & Experience Center needed for the people should be established in the future.

        해양안전문화 확산을 위한 정책 제언 : 해양안전문화지수 분석을 중심으로

        안전문화는 안전을 실천하는 의식, 안전을 유도하는 제도, 안전을 가능하게 하는 인프라가 결합해 만들어 내는 사회적, 문화적 산물이다. 안전문화를 확산하기 위해서 는 안전의식을 개선하고 안전을 위한 행동의 변화를 끌어내는 안전문화 활동이 필요 하다. 이러한 안전문화 활동에 활용하고자 안전문화지수가 개발·활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양안전문화 활동 추진 방안을 모색하고자 해양안전문화지수를 분석하 고 해양안전에 대한 제안 내용을 텍스트 마이닝으로 분석하였다. 일반 국민은 해양 에 대한 관심과 이해가 전반적으로 낮고 우리나라 해양안전문화 실태에 대해서는 보 통 이하로 낮게 평가하였다. 일반 국민 비교 집단별로 살펴보면 남성은 여성보다 해 양 관련 경험과 이해가 높지만, 안전수칙과 해양안전의식은 낮았고, 연령대별로는 세 대 차가 많이 날수록 해양에 대한 관심과 안전의식 정도에 차이가 있으며 나이가 많 을수록 점수가 높았다. 권역별로는 해양에 대한 경험을 제외하고 차이가 없었다. 해 양안전에 대한 제안 내용을 살펴보면 해양안전 교육과 체험, 홍보를 강화하여 안전 의식을 개선해야 하며, 전문 인력을 확충하고 제도를 강화해야 한다는 의견이 많았 다. 해양수산부에서 해양안전문화 확산을 위한 전략을 수립하고, 학교에서의 안전교 육이 의무화되었음에도 국민의 해양안전 교육 경험이 낮은 이유는 해양안전교육 관 련 근거법이 부재하기 때문이다. 따라서 국민이 생애주기별로 맞춤형 해양안전 교육 을 받을 수 있도록 해양안전 교육을 제도화하고, 해양에서의 비상 대응 능력제고 및 홍보 강화를 위해 지역별 해양안전 체험시설을 확충할 것을 제안한다. Safety culture is a social and cultural product created by combining safety awareness, safety-inducing systems, and safety-enabled infrastructure. In order to spread a safety culture, safety culture activities that improve safety awareness and bring about changes in behavior for safety are necessary. The safety culture index was developed and utilized in order to be used in such safety culture activities. In this study, the marine safety culture index was analyzed and the content of proposals on maritime safety was analyzed by text mining to seek ways to promote the maritime safety and culture activities. The general public had low interest and understanding of the ocean in general, and the status of maritime safety culture was rated as low as below average. By looking at the comparison group of the general public, men had higher experience and understanding of maritime than women, but had lower safety rules and maritime safety consciousness. By age group, as the generation gap increases, there is a difference in interest in the ocean and safety consciousness, and the higher the score is. By region, there was no difference except for ocean experience. Looking at the content of proposals for maritime safety, there were many opinions that safety awareness should be improved by strengthening maritime safety education, experience, and publicity, and that professional personnel should be expanded and the system should be strengthened. Despite the fact that the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has established a strategy for spreading the maritime safety culture and safety training in schools is mandatory, the reason why the public's experience in maritime safety education is low is that there is no basis law related to maritime safety education. Therefore, it is suggested that marine safety education be institutionalized so that people can receive customized marine safety education on a life cycle basis, and that marine safety experience facilities should be expanded by region to enhance emergency response capabilities and strengthen publicity in the ocean.

      • 안전문화 정착을 위한 온라인 안전체험관 현황과 발전방향에 대한 연구

        Recently, the forms of disaster are becoming large-scaled and complicated due to various factors, such as climate change, urbanization and population concentration. For coping with real disaster situations effectively, safety experience education is becoming important. Consequently, the demand for safety experience education is rising and relevant facilities are being built. This study is to establish a safety culture through safety experience education, and to investigate the online safety experience center, which is being operated, to understand the current situation and to find a development direction. For this purpose, as a result of understanding the current status of the online safety experience service, it was confirmed that most safety experience centers simply provide data through the website as an online safety experience.

        안전한 주거환경에 대한 심리적 반응과 안전사고 간의 관계

        This study investigates the effect of perception on the safe residential environment of apartment complexes. Accordingly, the relationship between the perception of safe residential environments and safety anxiety, safety culture perception, and safety accident experience based on environmental psychology was clarified. The analyzed data were collected from 449 residents of apartments based on questionnaires on the perception of apartment complexes, housing safety facilities, safety anxiety, safety culture perception, and safety accident experience. First, it was found that a safe residential environment reduces safety anxiety, increases safety culture awareness, and reduces safety accidents. Second, safety anxiety and safety culture perception were found to reduce safety accidents. From these results, we propose a plan to create a residential environment for the reduction of safety accidents and a plan to enhance the safety consciousness of residents. 본 연구는 공동주택의 안전한 주거환경에 대한 지각의 효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 환경심리학을 기반으로 하여 안전한 주거환경에 대한 지각과 안전사고 불안감과 안전문화 인식, 안전사고 경험 간의 관계를 규명하였다. 분석을 위한 자료 수집은 아파트 단지와 주택의 안전시설에 대한 지각과 안전사고 불안감, 안전문화 인식, 안전사고 경험에 관한 설문지를 바탕으로 아파트 거주자 449명의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 안전한 주거환경은 안전사고 불안감을 감소시키고 안전문화 인식을 높이며, 안전사고를 감소시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 안전사고 불안감과 안전문화 인식은 안전사고 발생을 감소시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 생활안전사고 감소를 위한 주거환경 조성방안과 거주민의 안전의식 고취를 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

        지하생활공간에서의 지체장애인 이용현황과 피난이동 실험에 관한 연구

        Due to the lack of spaces, underground living spaces such as underground shopping and subway have been developed and many people spend their time underground. Since the Daegu subway fire, awareness about fire response and evacuation in the underground living space is increasing. That is why there has been lots of political alternatives and technical studies of fire evacuation. The underground living spaces are used by many and unspecified people so that it can have lots of risks. For the evacuation safety, people are to secure the root to evacuate to refuge. The current regulation of the egress doesn't include how to deal with the facilities and evacuation system for the disabled. In this paper, the current status of facilities for the disabled is researched and an evacuation experiment is conducted. Some participants performed as assistants to help the disabled to evacuate in the experiment. Many physically disabled people go to underground living spaces, and electronic wheelchairs are used to assist them. The elevators are facilities that help physically disabled people, seniors and pregnant women move easily to another spaces in underground living spaces. According to the studies on evacuation test accompanied with assistance, it is the fastest way to assist disabled people with only one assistant. In addition, there was no difference on horizontal movement, but for vertical movement, it shows big difference on speed. When evacuating, assistants must help physically disabled people by respecting their opinions. In case of evacuation by two or three assistants, they need to reach mutual agreement on how they lift up wheelchairs and evacuate safely.
