        18세기 울산 범서면의 신분구조와 그 변화

        The most fundamental data used for these studies was a family register, for the information written on it can be used as a significant tool to identify social positions. The ultimate restriction of these previous studies on the family register was understanding social position of ‘occupational function and official work’ which was a base for defining social position, as something fixed, resulting in mere measurement and investigation of the ‘occupational function and official work’ in the family register from a fixed viewpoint of considering the social position and the ‘occupational function and official work’ identical. Thus, the conclusion drawn from it failed to accurately clarify aspects of changes on the social position. On the contrary, this study defined social positional meaning of the ‘occupational function and official work’ as a variable. The purpose of this study was to examine that the head of a family with identical ‘occupational function and official work’ can vary in social positions in accordance with wife’s status appellation and head of her family, and ‘occupational function and official work’ of wife’s four ‘jo’ (father, grandfather, great-grandfather and maternal grandfather). Furthermore, basic data for unit analysis per ‘myeon’ was presented to examine the entire family registers in Ulsanbu, social position structure of Beomseo-myeon in the 18th Century was examined by analyzing family registers in Beomseo-myeon, and aspects of social positional changes were clarified.

        DEVELOPMENT OF OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION AND POSITION DETECTION FOR INTELLIGENT SAFETY SYSTEM

        Occupant classification and position detection have been significant research areas in intelligent safety systems in the automotive field. The detection and classification of seat occupancy open up new ways to control the safety system. This paper deals with a novel algorithm development, hardware implementation and testing of a prototype intelligent safety system for occupant classification and position detection for in-vehicle environment. Borland C++ program is used to develop the novel algorithm interface between the sensor and data acquisition system. MEMS strain gauge hermatic pressure sensor containing micromachined integrated circuits is installed inside the passenger seat. The analog output of the sensor is connected with a connector to a PCI-9111 DG data acquisition card for occupancy detection, classification and position detection. The algorithm greatly improves the detection of whether an occupant is present or absent, and the classification of either adult, child or non-human object is determined from weights using the sensor. A simple computation algorithm provides the determination of the occupant’s appropriate position using centroidal calculation. A real time operation is achieved with the system. The experimental results demonstrate that the performance of the implemented prototype is robust for occupant classification and position detection. This research may be applied in intelligent airbag design for efficient deployment.

        독일 심리운동사 및 재활관련 전문가의 법적 지위 연구

        본 연구는 독일 심리운동사와 재활관련 전문가의 법적지위를 규명 시도한 것이다. 심리운동사의 법적지위가 국가 자격규정으로 입법화되지 않았으나 실제적으로 다양한 영역에서 활동을 하고 있다. 따라서 심리운동사와 연관이 있는 재활 전문가의 국가 자격규정을 살펴보고 이를 통하여 법적 지위를 유추하려한다. 심리운동사와 연관하여 의미가 있는 선별된 관련된 법규로서는 작업치료사법, 물리치료사법, 언어치료사법 등 다양한 직군 법이 있다. 물론 이들 법규는 본 연구에서 말하는 심리운동사에 대해 직접적으로 적용되는 것은 아니다. 그러나 심리운동사의 법적 지위에 대한 대안입법을 마련한다는 의미에서 본다면 이들 법규들은 각각의 종사자들의 자격, 교육, 임무활동 등을 규정하고 있는데, 이들 직군의 규정을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. The paper attempts to analyze the legal position of the psychomotor specialist and the rehabilitation specialists in Germany. The psychomotor specialists works active in different fields of social work and therapeutic fields. Specially they are deployed in handicapped aid and the youth welfare. But their career profile are not in a national regulation fixed. There are different training programs for the occupation. The most of them are trained in private institutions. The lawful and organizational basics for the intervention of the psychomotor specialist are missing. For this reason is necessary to compare the career profiles of the psychomotor specialist with the other relevant occupations, for example: Law over the occupation of the occupational therapist, Law over the occupations in the body therapy, Law over the occupation of the speech therapist, Law over technical assistants in the medicine, Law over the occupation of the pharmaceutical-technical assistant, Law over the occupation of technical assistant, Law over the occupation of the diet assistant, Law over the occupation of the rescue assistant, Law over the occupations in the nursing, Law over the occupation of the midwife and the relieving nurse, Law over the occupations of the psychological therapist. This assignment split into two different areas. The one area being the legal status of the psychomotor specialist with emphasis in the educational and social area, and the second field analysing the legal basic condition within the psychomotricity in the therapy. From the results above one can ask one self what Korea can learn from the experience in Germany. The goal should be to manage the lawful basic conditions so that the psychomotor specialists can work more efficient.

      • 능동소음제어 성능향상을 위한 탑승자 위치 기반 2차 경로 모델링 컨셉 연구

        In this paper we present secondary path modeling based on occupants position for active noise control system. In most ANC systems, the secondary path filters are constructed by designing the system without considering the position of the occupants in the modeling of the secondary path. The disadvantage of such a system is that the convergence of noise control is impaired when the occupant"s position changes from the optimal position designed for secondary path modeling. To avoid this issue, this thesis allows optimal feedback to be provided to occupants by considering the location of the occupants in the secondary route modeling and configuring the active noise control system by referring to the various secondary routes designed for this purpose. Experimentation with modeling and simulation using the proposed method has shown that the convergence performance of active noise control systems is improved.

      • Injury analysis of a 12-passenger van rollover accident: a case series study

        Object: The fatality of rollover accidents in motor vehicle crashes is high despite their low incidence. Through the investigation of a 12-passenger van rollover accident in which 10 passengers were involved, we intend to analyze the correlation between the severity of injury and the position of the occupants. Methods: We collected accident information from medical records, interviews, photo-images of the damaged van, field surveys, and the results of the Korean New Car Assessment Program. Based on the occupants` position, we classified injury sites and estimated injury severity. Passenger injury severity was evaluated by trauma score calculation. Results: The initiation type of the rollover accident was ‘fall-over’ and the Collision Deformation Classification (CDC) code for the damaged van was 00TP O3. The crash of the van involved 10 passengers, with an average age of 16.3±4.2 years. Few of the occupants had fastened seat belts at the time of the incident, and there was no airbag installed. One patient sustained severe liver injury and another was diagnosed with a fracture of the right humerus. The most common injuries were at the upper extremities and the neck. The average of Injury Severity Score (ISS) was 4.8±5.9, and the average ISS of right-seated, mid-seated and leftseated occupants was 7.5±9.3, 1.5±0.7, and 3.3±2.1 respectively (p>0.05). Conclusion: In the rollover (to-passenger side) accident, the average ISS of right-seated occupants (near side) was higher, but there was no statistically significant difference.

        변경의 접촉지대 삼도(三島), 그리고 거문도(巨文島)의 탄생

        The objective of this thesis is to consider that ‘Samdo’, ‘contact zone’ between Joseon and Japan, was transformed into new ‘contact zone’ where Joseon, Britain, and Japan meet through the British occupation of Geomundo(Port Hamilton). Samdo, which The old name of Geomundo was, was the area where the Japanese invasion route and the Japanese ship developed fishing activities from the early Joseon Dynasty. However, when the crisis surrounding Joseon was heightened in July 1875 and December 1884, Britain explored Geomundo for the purpose of occupation. Through the exploration, Britain decided that Geomundo residents would take a cooperative stance on their occupation. In fact, when Britain occupied Geomundo in 1885, local residents provided labor and leased land to build a naval base. The British Navy also established friendly relations with the people of Geomundo. On the other hand, Geomundo residents who were alienated from the central government sought to use the British Navy for the sake of survival rights. The British Navy, which was trying to base the whole of Geomundo, planned to remove local residents from Geomundo. In addition, the British Navy did not recognize the temporary residence of the Japanese or expelled the Japanese who appeared in Geomundo. After Britain withdrew from Geomundo in 1887, Joseon government established the Geomun-jin(naval position). Through the revision of the fishery agreement with Joseon, Japan intended to acquire Geomundo as a place where its fishermen can disintegrate. However, Britain refrained from entering the Japanese fishing industry by suggesting that it prohibited the entry of other countries that were introduced during the withdrawal of Geomundo. Britain wanted to maintain their intangible dominance by not acknowledging the traditional ‘contact zone’ ‘contact zone’ between Joseon and Japan. 이 글은 조선과 일본의 접촉지대이었던 ‘삼도’가 영국의 점령을 통해서 조선, 영국, 일본이 만나는 접촉지대로 변모하는 과정 속에서 ‘거문도’가 탄생했음을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 거문도의 예전 명칭은 삼도로서, 삼도는 조선 초기부터 일본의 침략루트 및 일본어선이 조업 활동을 전개한 지역이었다. 그런데 1875년 7월과 1884년 12월에 조선을 둘러싼 위기가 고조되자 영국은 점령을 목적으로 거문도 탐사를 실시하였다. 그 탐사를 통해서 영국은 거문도 주민들이 자신들의 점령에 협조적인 입장을 취할 것으로 판단하였다. 실제 영국이 거문도를 점령하자 현지 주민들은 영국의 기지 건설을 위해서 노동력을 제공하고 토지를 임대해 주었다. 영국 해군 역시 거문도 주민들과 우호적인 관계를 맺었다. 한편으로는 중앙 정부에서 소외되었던 거문도 주민들은 생존권의 차원에서 영국 해군을 이용하고자 했다. 거문도 전체를 기지화하려는 영국 해군은 현지 주민들을 거문도에서 쫓아내려는 계획을 세웠다. 이와 더불어 영국 해군은 일본인의 임시 거주지를 인정하지 않거나 거문도에 출현한 일본인들을 추방시키기도 하였다. 이를 통해 영국은 지배력이 관철되는 공간으로 거문도를 재편하고자 했다. 1887년 영국이 거문도에서 철수한 후 조선 정부는 거문진을 설치하였다. 일본은 조선과의 어업 협정의 개정을 통해서 거문도를 자국 어민이 쇄어할 수 있는 장소로 공인받고자 했다. 그런데 영국은 거문도 철수 당시 내세웠던 타 국가의 거문도 진출을 금지한다는 논리를 제시하면서 일본의 어업 진출을 저지하였다. 영국은 전통적인 조선과 일본의 어업 공간으로서의 접촉지대를 인정하지 않음으로써 자신들의 무형의 지배력을 유지하고자 했던 것이다.

        고령탑승자의 좌석별 상해정도에 관한 연구

        A rapid increase in traffic accidents involving senior vehicle occupants has been an issue in Korea because of the aging of the population occurring at one of the fastest rates in the world; unfortunately, few studies beyond several looking at the effect of senior occupants on the level of accident injury severity can be found in the literature. A Multinomial logit model was estimated with Newton-Raphson algorithm to perform bias-reducing penalized likelihood optimization. Model covariates integral to developing the model were included, but the main focus was on the interaction of seating position and injury to senior vehicle occupants. It was found that the likelihood of an accident resulting in a fatality increased: 2.2 times for the driver seat, 2.7 times for the front passenger seat, and even 6.7 times for the rear seat. A mandatory seatbelt law to be extended to the rear seat needs to pass the assembly as soon as possible, and government, industry, and safety groups should be encouraged to join forces to strongly carry out targeted campaigns for the wearing of seatbelts in all vehicle seats to enhance the safety of senior occupants as well as other occupants who are vulnerable to road traffic accidents.

        교육행정직 공무원의 긍정심리자본, 상사-구성원 교환관계, 조직몰입 및 직업몰입 간 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of Leader-Member Exchange on the relationship of positive psychological capital, organizational commitment and occupational commitment of educational administrative public officials. To this end, data from 344 educational administrative officials working at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education were collected and analyzed using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the positive psychological capital possessed by educational administrative public officials has a positive effect on their Leader-Member Exchange relationship. In addition, it was found that the Leader-Member Exchange had a positive effect on the organizational commitment and occupational commitment. In addition, the positive psychological capital of educational administrative public officials had a direct effect on their organizational commitment and occupational commitment. In summarizing the above influence relationship, it can be said that the positive psychological capital inherent in educational administrative public officials affects their organizational commitment and occupational commitment respectively through the Leader-Member Exchange. In order to increase the effectiveness of the organization of the Office of Education, it is necessary to induce members to immerse themselves in their organizations and occupational they belong to with psychological attachment. The results of this study suggest that in order to have such an organizational culture, it is necessary to induce educational administrative public officials to have a positive mindset, and for their superiors to be considerate and supportive from the perspective of members. 본 연구의 목적은 교육행정직 공무원의 긍정심리자본과 조직몰입 및 직업몰입의 관계에서 상사-구성원 교환관계가 미치는 매개 효과를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울특별시교육청에 근무하는 교육행정직 공무원 344명의 자료를 수집하여 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교육행정직 공무원이 가지는 긍정심리자본은 그들의 상사-구성원 교환관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사-구성원 교환관계는 구성원의 조직몰입과 직업몰입에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 아울러 교육행정직 공무원이 가지는 긍정심리자본은 그들의 조직몰입과 직업몰입에 대해 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 영향 관계를 종합할 때, 교육행정직 공무원이 내재한 긍점심리자본은 상사-구성원 교환관계를 매개로 그들의 조직몰입 및 직업몰입에 각각 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 교육청 조직의 효과성을 높이려면 구성원이 자신이 속한 조직과 직업에 대해 심리적 애착을 가지고 몰입하도록 유도해야 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 이러한 조직 문화를 갖기 위해 교육행정직 공무원이 평소 긍정적인 마인드를 갖도록 유도하고, 상사가 구성원의 입장에서 배려하고 지원하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 제언한다.
