        클래스 도출을 지원하는 세가지 완충 다이어그램

        객체지향 및 컴포넌트지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 클래스의 도출은 개발하려는 소프트웨어의 전체 품질을 결정하는데 중요한 요소이다. 각 방법론에서는 이 부분에 대해 클래스의 정의와 도출하는 방법을 설명하고 있지만 초보 분석자들이 활용하기는 어려운 점이 많다. 그 중, 개념적 갭(conceptual gap)으로 인한 문제는 클래스 도출에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 연구에서는 이런 부분을 보완하기 위한 장치로써 세가지 다이어그램을 제안한다. 요구분석과정의 결과를 도식적으로 정리하여 클래스 도출을 보완하기 위한 도구로 정보다이어그램(Information Diagram), 행위다이어그램(Behavior Diagram) 그리고 관리다이어그램(Management Diagram)이다. 세 다이어그램은 시스템의 관련자(stakeholder)가 시스템에 어떤 서비스를 요구하는가에 대한 관점으로 필요한 정보를 찾고, 그에 포함될 수 있는 세부 행위를 분석하고, 누가 이 서비스에 대한 책임이 있는가의 명세이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 다이어그램들은 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법에서 클래스를 도출하는 과정에 활용할 수 있다. Class extraction of object or component based software development methodology is the major factor for software quality. Each method has the class definition and extraction method however there are some troubles when the beginners try. Especially, the conceptual gap results to make the class extraction hard. This research suggests three diagrams to support it. They are Information diagram, Behavio diagram and Management diagram. They specify which services a stakeholder wants, which information to support the service, which actions to solve the service and who has the responsibility for those. Any analysis process which takes class extraction can utilize these diagrams.

        생태계 기반 어업관리 교육의 적합성 평가기법 연구

        Ecosystem-based fisheries management(EBFM) is a new paradigm to ensure food security for protecting marine ecosystems and for pursuing sustainable fisheries, which are targets for the Sustainable Development Goal(SDG) 14. Annual catch of Korean fisheries have shown continuously declining patterns since late 1990s. Most fish stocks are currently known to be over-exploited, and some stocks are depleted due to the increase in fishing intensity and over-capitalization of fishing fleets. In this situation, fisheries education needs to take into account ecosystem-based fisheries management(EBFM). Accordingly, an evaluation for the suitability of fisheries education is required to quantitatively determine whether the level and quality of the current education is suitable for achieving ecosystem-based fisheries assessment and management. A pragmatic evaluation approach was developed for the assessment of the suitability of fisheries education to the ecosystem-based fisheries assessment and management, whose four management objectives are sustainability, biodiversity, habitat quality and socio-economic benefits. Nested suitability indices, such as objectives suitability index(OSI), fishery suitability index(FSI), and ecosystem suitability index(ESI), were developed to assess the suitability status at the management unit level. A suitability diagram was developed and found to be useful in quickly displaying results. The method was demonstrated by applying it to the Korean diving apparatus fishery of the Korean sector of the East China Sea. It was found that this approach could be used to compare the suitability of education of fisheries spatially and temporally in various education fields such as curriculum or system of a certain education.

      • NHPP Model based Reliability Growth Management of a Hybrid DC-DC Converter

        <P> This paper examines reliability growth management of a hybrid DC-DC converter by using a Crow-AMSAA model. Reliability growth management consists of reliability growth planning and assessment. First, the main activity of planning involves constructing a planning curve that establishes interim reliability goals throughout the program. It is essential to determine the initial mean time between failures (MTBF) of a target system to implement the planned reliability growth curve. In this study, reliability block diagrams were employed to estimate initial MTBF from the reliability function. Second, the assessment of reliability involves periodically evaluating reliability during a test program and comparing the results to planned reliability goals and a growth curve. With respect to reliability growth management, required data was collected from 27 hybrid DC-DC converters that were installed in the field for almost two years. The results indicated that the reliability target of the systems was achieved via reliability growth management. </P>

        Project Performance Evaluation and Workload Monitoring Technique by Using Input/Output Bipolar Diagram

        Company A, an embedded system manufacturer, provides its products to Company P which is the parent company of Company A. Both companies learned that they needed to find over 4,000 bugs before market release in order to meet the acceptable quality level. Traditionally, they had utilized time-series line graphs as their common performance measurement tool. These graphs compared accumulated numbers of bugs fixed with accumulated numbers of bugs found. Engineers in Company A had been under pressure to improve the process capacity because the line for bugs fixed was always below than the line for bugs found. By using a newly designed Bipolar diagram, engineers in Company A analyzed the process performance. And they were in a position to be more flexible for internal or inter-companies meeting. Authors explain an empirical study of a graphical and practical performance measurement tools relating to mainly the Bipolar diagram. As a result, the Bipolar diagram provides workload monitoring and performance measurement functions in a given timeframe by using the concepts of Optimum Process Line (or band) and Fair Process Capacity Zone.

      • Spatiotemporal chronographical modeling of procurement and material flow for building projects

        Planning and management building projects should tackle the coordination of works and the management of limited spaces, traffic and supplies. Activities cannot be performed without the resources available and resources cannot be used beyond the capacity of workplaces. Otherwise, workspace congestion will negatively affect the flow of works. Better on-site management allows for substantial productivity improvements and cost savings. The procurement system should be able to manage a wider variety of materials and products of the required quality in order to have less stock, in less time, using less space, with less investment and avoiding multiple storage stations. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the advantages of using the Chronographic modeling, by combining spatiotemporal technical scheduling with the 4D simulations, the Last Planner System and the Takt-time when modeling the construction of building projects. This paper work toward the aforementioned goal by examining the impact that material flow has on site occupancy. The proposed spatiotemporal model promotes efficient site use, defines optimal site-occupancy and workforce-rotation rates, minimizes intermediate stocks, and ensures a suitable procurement process. This paper study the material flow on the site and consider horizontal and vertical paths, traffic flows and appropriate means of transportation to ensure fluidity and safety. This paper contributes to the existing body of knowledge by linking execution and supply to the spatial and temporal aspects. The methodology compare the performance and procurement processes for the proposed Chronographic model with the Gantt-Precedence diagram. Two examples are presented to demonstrate the benefits of the proposed model and to validate the related concepts. This validation is designed to test the model's graphical ability to simulate construction and procurement.

        종합적 질 관리 (TQM)를 위한 프로세스 분석 방법 -의약품 실체를 중심으로-

        Total quality management has been a focus of concern in recent years since some dissatisfaction with the results from implementation of quality assurance programs in the U.S. Many managerial methodologies and innovation guidelines from academic disciplines have been applied to promote TQM programs in the health field. This paper consists of two folds of aspects: firstly to examine TQM's managerial philosophy by comparing with the newly introduced managerial concepts in Business Reengineering; and then to introduce a method for an integrative way of process analysis, Entity Life-Cycle Diagram (ELCD) modeling. The analysis method was compared with Process Map, which is a well-known method for BR applications. To show effectiveness of ELCD modeling, a case of application was introduced using 'drug' as a target entity. With having TQM issues in mind, the result was reflected in designing Entity Relation Diagrams. The results of ELCD modeling turn out to be helpful in designing database related to quality monitoring, in that many monitoring check points can be identified in a systematic way and that queries cross-sectional over organizational boundaries can be generated with a consistent view focusing on the drug use as a single process. Full evaluation of the analysis method remains to be studied until the completion of the information system under construction. But as long as TQM is based on a process-oriented view and needs supports from information system, ELCD can be one of the appropriate choice as a tool for the process analysis.

        프로젝트 리스크 관리를 위한 신뢰도 함수 기반 수리모형 개발

        In this paper, a mathematical model is developed for finding a degree of influence of risk factors affecting the project activity. After risks of project activities are identified, influence of risk factors are evaluated based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). All identified risk factors are structured in forms of block diagrams. Reliability functions are derived based on block diagrams of risk factors and represents the probability of the project activity success. Based on the derived reliability functions, structural impact is calculated as a criterion for expressing a degree of influence of each risk affecting the fail of the project activities. Structural risk includes the structural impact and the probability of risk. It could be applied to determine the priorities of risks which should be controlled, and the use of such priorities could guarantee successful project activities. Finally, numerical examples of the proposed mathematical models are also given.

      • Causal Loop Diagram을 활용한 무인항공체계 기반 시설물 관리 영향 인자 분석

        Traditionally, the facility inspection was visually conducted by the managers, and consequently the result can be subjective because of different perspective and experience of them. To solve this problem, the studies on this topic has tried to integrate the UAS. However, it is still concerned to use in practice due to the lack of analysis of the performance factors affecting the UAS-based facility condition inspection. Hence, the purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors as well as their correlations by modeling causal loop diagram (CLD). A total of 20 variables were derived in four categorized groups, and the relationships were analyzed. Further study will develop a system dynamics (SD) model to simulate various scenarios based on stock-flow diagram through the defined relationships in this study.

      • The Causal Relationship on Quality-centered Organizational Culture and Its Impact on Service Failure and Service Recovery

        The purpose of TQM (Total Quality Management)-centered organizational culture is to enhance the efficiency of business through the proper allocation and concentration of restricted resources. In order to maximize the corporate profitability through customer satisfaction, what kind of, when and how many resources should be allocated and managed to the preventive TQM activities and corrective TQM activities have become a very important decision making factors at the point of high management. This study aims to identify the causal relationships of quality-centered organizational culture on service quality and customer satisfaction relating to service failure in food service industry. And this study is intended to discover the factors of quality-centered organizational culture which impacts on service recovery justice after service failure happens, and it can be helpful for the top managers to make a decision to how to form corporate structural culture.

        인과순환지도(CLD) 작성을 통한 철도관제업무에 관한 연구

        This research is intended to understand and make practical suggestions on various aspects of the railroad traffic controllers focusing on railroad control of the railroad safety management system's technical standards. The method of analysis is using the causal loop diagram, which is the soft method of System Dynamics. Content of analysis is about the system. 11.7 of the work of the railroad control system. In addition, we compared and analyzed railroad controllers by four railroad operators, suggesting the importance of railroad control and future practical improvement plans. 본 연구는 철도안전관리체계 기술기준의 11.7 철도관제를 중심으로 철도교통관제사의 다양한 측면에서 업무를 이해하고 실무적 제언을 하고자 한 논문이다. 분석방법으로는 시스템다이내믹스의 소프트적 방법인 인과순환지도를 작성하여 11.7철도관제의 업무를 분석하였다. 그리고 4개 철도운영기관 별 11.7 철도관제를 비교분석 하여 운영기관 별 관제업무의 특징들을 비교하여 철도관제업무의 중요성과 향후 실무적 개선안을 제시하고자 하였다.
