모바일 트래픽이 급격히 증가함에 따라 모바일 기기가 끊김 없이 통신하기 위한 이동성 관리 기술로써 DMM(Distributed Mobility Management)이 제안되었다. DMM은 코어 네트워크에서 엣지 네트워크로 이동성 관리를 분산하여 낮은 지연으로 안정적인 바인딩 업데이트를 가능하게 한다. 그러나 DMM 시스템에는 여전히 네트워크상의 지연 문제와 세션에 대한 보안상의 문제가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 DMM 시스템에 존재하는 문제점을 지적하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 MN (Mobile Node)이 직접 인증에 참여하여 올바른 상호 인증이 이루어지는 새로운 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한, 성능 분석을 통해 보안상의 향상뿐만 아니라 성능상의 향상이 존재함을 확인하였다. As mobile traffic increases rapidly, DMM (Distributed Mobility Management) has been proposed as a mobility management technology for seamless communication of mobile devices as mobile traffic increases rapidly. the DMM distributes mobility management from the core network to the edge network, enabling stable binding updates with low latency. However, the DMM still have network delay and security problems for sessions. In this paper, we point out the problems existing in the DMM and propose a new protocol in which the MN (Mobile Node) directly participates in authentication and mutual authentication is correctly performed to solve this problem. We demonstrate not only security improvements but also performance improvements with performance analysis

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a multifactorial disease affecting both the cartilage and the subchondral bone. However, animal models of OA cannot represent both of the changes and show variations depending on induction methods and animal species/strains. This study first investigated subchondral bone changes and its correlation with cartilage degeneration in two different OA models in C57Bl/6 mice. Experimental OA was produced by type II collagenase-induced osteoarthritis (CIOA) and destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM). The subchondral plate and trabecular bone of the tibia were analyzed by micro-computed tomography and cartilage degeneration was analyzed histologically after safranin-O staining at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. In the DMM model, cartilage degeneration was induced reproducibly and progressively with time. Progressive increase in subchondral bone volume, but not in bone thickness, was also observed in both subchondral bone plate and subchondral trabecular bone in the medial tibial area. The changes in subchondral bone volume correlated well with the histological cartilage degeneration (R2=0.7870). In contrast, in the CIOA model, cartilage degeneration was relatively unstable, increasing only until 4 weeks and decreasing thereafter. No significant changes in subchondral bone were observed in all areas at all time points. These results suggest that the DMM OA mouse model is more reliable and useful than the CIOA model by virtue of its better representation of cartilage degeneration and subchondral bone change with high correlation coefficient.

Construction of geotechnical structures on marine soils improved by deep mixing method (DMM) is recent trend in Korea. Since there are many uncertainties involved in the design of structures on DMM foundation, introducing reliability methods to deal with uncertainties of DMM foundation has been discussed in the engineering society. This two-paper set addresses the reliability assessment applied to the design of the structures on DMM improved soil. In the first paper, the compressive strength data collected from the sites of DMM improved soil were analyzed and their Coefficient of Variation (COV) and probability distribution were decided. COV of compressive strength data obtained from the sites of DMM improved soil was 0.34, which was relatively smaller than the values obtained from other countries, because domestic use of the types of mixing equipment and material are not diversified. The probability distribution of the compressive strength data fit both to normal and lognormal distributions. Six limit state functions were formulated corresponding to both the external and internal stabilities of the structures on DMM improved soil. The companion paper addressed the implementation of the reliability analyses and proposed the target reliability index for the geotechnical structures on DMM improved soil.

The fuel used in this study, DMM is an oxygen additive containing 42.5% oxygen by weight and dissolved in diesel fuel, also known as methyl alcohol or Dimethoxymethane (CH3-O-CH2-O-CH3). DMM, which is a colorless liquid, shows chemical characteristics of gas-liquid and is also used as a diesel fuel component. In this study, five mixtures were added to the common diesel fuel at DMM addition rates of 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 and 12.5% by volume. A single cylinder, four strokes, DI diesel engine was used as the test engine. Experimental data were also collected at 24 engine speed-load conditions operating in steady state. The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of the addition ratio of oxidized fuel mixed in diesel fuel on engine power and exhaust performance. When compared with the common diesel fuel, the exhaust of Smoke was substantially reduced in all DMM mixing ratios. These results indicate that DMM can be an effective blend of diesel fuel and is an environmentally friendly alternative fuel. This study also shows that smoke and NOx emissions can be reduced at the same time through the application of oxygen fuel and EGR.

Research on Three-Component Geomagnetic Field Differential Measurement Method for Underwater Vehicle

The precise measurement of the geomagnetic element is the key to realize navigation and positioning with the development of geomagnetic navigation technology. In this paper, a kind of underwater vehicle three-component geomagnetic field differential measurement method is presented based on the ideas of the difference. The threecomponent geomagnetic field mathematical model of traditional measurement method is improved and new differential measurement model(DMM) is established. Difference expressions of measurement magnetic field in the DMM obviously reduce the impact of interference magnetic field in the process of geomagnetic field measurement and improve the measuring precision of the three-component geomagnetic field. Finally, the method’s effectiveness is validated by simulation. The precision of DMM method is 10 ± 5nT which is about two times that of traditional measurement model (TMM) method under the condition of ± 25nT stray outside interference magnetic field. The method effectively improves the geomagnetic field measurement precision and has stronger antiinterference ability. It is of significance for practical application of underwater geomagnetic navigation method.
