        자동차 에어컨 냉매 가스 누설에 대한 고장사례 고찰

        이 논문의 목적은 자동차 에어컨 가스 누설에 관련된 고장사례를 분석하고 고찰한 것이다. 첫 번째 사례는 냉매가 누설된 상태에서 에어컨 컴프레서가 계속 작동되었다. 이로 인해 에어컨 컴프레서 내부의 피스톤이 윤활부족으로 인해 피스톤이 부분적으로 에어컨 컴프레서 내부의 실린더에 소착되는 현상이 발생하였다. 이것이 엔진작동 중 부하를 증대시켜 엔진의 회전수 변동과 함께 엔진의 작동이 정지되는 현상이 발생된 것으로 확인되었다. 두 번째 사례는 에어컨 라인과 관련 시스템을 확인한 결과 에어컨 컴프레서에서 뒤쪽으로 가는 컨덴서 고압파이프에서 미세한 균열에 의해 에어컨 냉매 가스가 누설되는 것을 확인하였다. 세 번째 사례는 에어컨 컨덴서 핀 부에서 육안으로 확인하기 어려운 미세한 크랙에 의해 컨덴서 내부 안쪽에서 에어컨 가스가 미세하게 누설되는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 에어컨 시스템은 에어컨 냉매가스에 의해 자동차의 실내의 온도를 낮춰 공기조화를 하는 시스템이므로 최적의 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 철저한 관리를 하도록 하여야 한다. This paper is to analyze and study the failure examples of refrigerant gas in automotive air conditioner. The first example, the air conditioner compressor continually operated that the refrigerant was leaked in air conditioner system. By lubrication shortage, the piston was partially sticked on cylinder of air conditioner compressor inner part. This was caused the phenomenon of engine operation trouble by load increasing with engine rpm variation during engine running. The second example, it sought the fact that the air conditioner refrigerant gas was leaked from air conditioner compressor to condenser high pressure pipe toward rear air conditioner checking with the lines of air conditioner. The third example, the refrigerant gas of air conditioner found that was leaked imperceptible from condenser inner by crack that was generated on the fins of air conditioner condenser. Therefore, the air conditioner system that maintain the air conditioner by decreasing the in-car temperature must meticulously manage to not leak the air conditioner refrigerant gas.

      • Air conditioner component optimum operation point search through a deep reinforcement learning algorithm

        A deep reinforcement machine learning algorithm is applied to an energy-efficient optimal operation point search of an inverter air conditioner. The combination of the two factors of compressor output (COM) and electronic expansion valve (EEV) opening, which have a major influence on the efficiency (EER) of an air conditioner, is analyzed with the algorithm over 5 days. It displays a repetitive stabilization pattern 12 hours after the commencement of the deep learning algorithm, and finds the optimal (COM, EEV) combination with the maximum EER. An arbitrary case (600, 400) that satisfies the target cooling capacity (9200 W) is started with an initial value to reach (420, 230) with the optimal EER at a given condition (given product specification, standard test condition (T1 condition)). In this study, since the optimal point of (COM, EEV) exists at the boundary of the action domain, it inevitably has a repeating learning pattern. The repetitive stabilization pattern is examined for two cases of the discount factor of 0.5 and 0.99. When the discount factor is 0.5, it shows a shortsighted behavior to the present reward value more clearly than when it is 0.99. This kind of experimental study can be extended to find the optimum operating point when several components of an air conditioner are operating simultaneously.

        Refrigerant charge prediction based on start-up characteristics of an air conditioner using a gray box model

        The refrigerant charge is one of the important parameters that determines the performance and power consumption of an air conditioner. Refrigerant charge fault occurs because of refrigerant leakage as well as initial charge fault. Since refrigerant charge loss resulting from a leakage is a gradual process, it is difficult to detect it in an early stage of leakage. In this study, the refrigerant charge of an air conditioner was estimated using predictions of its start-up characteristics obtained from a gray box model. The dynamic characteristics of heat exchangers were assumed to vary with the refrigerant charge as well as operating conditions. Furthermore, the moving boundary method was used to determine the transient behavior of the refrigerant in the condenser and evaporator. Additionally, correction factors were employed in the heat exchanger model. The correction factors were correlated under training conditions of the air conditioner, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing its predictions with experimental results under test conditions. The condensation temperature was selected for estimating the refrigerant charge amount. The refrigerant charge could be estimated within a prediction error of 5 % by minimizing the differences between simulation and experimental data. The proposed method can be used for predicting the refrigerant charge and detecting faults in air conditioners during refrigerant leakage on the basis of the start-up characteristics of the air-conditioners.

        First report of two unrecorded fungal species isolated from air conditioner filters in Korea

        Air conditioner filters purify the air of indoor environments by removing air pollutants and supporting the efficiency of the unit’s cooling function. However, an air conditioner filter can become a microenvironment in which some fungi can grow as dust continues to accumulate and favorable humidity conditions are formed. Fungal growth in air conditioner filters could lead to fungal allergies or fungal diseases, in addition to emitting a foul odor. In an effort to understand what species causes this malodorous problem, we investigated the diversity of fungi found in air conditioners. Fungi were sampled from the collected air conditioner filters and grown on DG18 agar media. After purification for pure isolates, species identification was undertaken. Colony morphology was observed on PDA, MEA, CYA, and OA media. Microstructures of fruiting body, mycelia, and spores were examined using a light microscope. Molecular identification was performed by PCR and sequencing of PCR amplicons, and molecular phylogenetic analysis of sequenced DNA markers, including the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS), the 28S large subunit of the nuclear ribosomal RNA (LSU rDNA), the β-tubulin (BenA) gene, the Calmodulin (CaM) gene, and the DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit 2 (RPB2) gene. Through this identification process, we found two fungal species, Aspergillus miraensis and Dichotomopilus ramosissimus, which are unrecorded species in Korea. We will now report their morphological and molecular features.

        에어컨내 세균의 분리, 동정 및 위생

        본 연구에서는 에어컨 내에서 서식하는 세균을 분리하여 동정하였고 이들 에어컨에 대한 위생 관리에 대하여 조사하였다. 20개의 에어컨 냉각기에서 8종의 세균이 분리, 동정되었는데 그것들은 가장 많이 분리 동정된 Pantoea sp.를 비롯하여 Bacillus circulans, Bacillus pumilus, Corynebacterium, Flavimonas oryzihabitans, Ochrobacterum anthropi, Micrococcus sp., non fermented bacilli (NFB)이었다. 한편 에어컨 사용자 1,322명을 대상으로 에어컨의 위생관리 상태에 대하여 조사하였는데 설문자의 1,138명(86%)이 에어컨 사용시 환기를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 에어컨 청소에 있어서 1,128명(85%)이 청소를 하는 것으로 나타났지만 에어컨의 오염원들이 되는 에어컨의 필터 청소는 864명(66%)이 하지 않는 것으로 나타났고 에어컨의 열교환기는 1089명(82%)이 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과로 상기에서 언급된 세균들과 같은 에어컨 오염원이 증가하면 호흡기 질환과 같은 인간의 질병을 초래할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었고 따라서 에어컨 사용시 에어컨의 오염원제거와 위생관리는 에어컨내 세균으로부터 발생되는 인간의 질병을 예방할 수 있을 것이다. This study was performed to identify the microorganisms from air conditioners and to investigate hygiene management on air conditioners. Eight species of bacteria were isolated and identified from twenty samples of coolers in air conditioners; Pantoea sp., Bacillus circulans, Bacillus pumilus, Corynebacterium, Flavimonas oryzihabitans, Ochrobacterum anthropi, Micrococcus sp., and non fermented bacilli (NFB). One thousand and three hundreds twenty-two persons who used air conditioners in their houses were investigated about the state of hygiene management in their air conditioners. One thousand and one hundred thirty eight persons (86%) of the total investigated persons ventilated their air conditioners and 1,128 persons (85%) of them cleaned their air conditioners. However, 864 persons (66%) of them did not clean filters and 1,089 persons (82%) did not clean the heat exchangers, both of which air conditioners could be easily contaminated by microorganisms. From these results, we could conclude that the contaminants, bacteria as mentioned the above, in air conditioners could cause human disease such as respiratory infections if the number of bacteria increase in air conditioners. Thus, the removal of contaminants and the improved hygiene of the air conditioners can prevent human diseases caused by the released bacteria during the use of air conditioners.

        갯지렁이 자가분해물을 이용한 헤어 컨디셔너 개발 -퍼머모 중심으로-

        This study developed a conditioner containing lugwom autolysate to perm hair is the one for the application. experimental perm hair group, before and after treatment conditioner containing lugwom autolysate, better than control perm hair group, before and after don`t treatment conditioner contain lugwom autolysate, it was significantly thick and heavy. and 10 times, 20 times according to the number of shampoos also higher than in the control porm hair group. Higher amino acid content than regular hair also increased. In SEM, shampoo after 20 times an arrangement of scale was maintained. In the tensile strength significantly higher than the control group, Curl lasting effect also appeared greater in the control of purm hair conditioner. so it was deemed sufficient. These results perm neutralizers of the product contained in the conditioners s-s bond, lugworm autolysate and the hair between the cysteine, because we were seen to respond well.

        조류 바이오매스를 이용한 토양개량제의 퇴비화 과정에 따른 영양성분 특성

        본 연구에서는 폐기되는 조류 바이오매스를 재활용하여 퇴비화 과정을 통해 새로운 형태의 조류토양개량제(algae soil conditioner, ASC)로 제조하고 영양성분에 대한 특성을 평가하였다. ASCs는 응집부상공법을 통해 수집된 조류 바이오매스를 주원료로 하였으며 추가적으로 다양한 보조 원료(톱밥, 펄라이트, 깻묵 등)를 첨가하여 제조하였다. ASCs는 투입된 조류 바이오매스 질량 비율에 따라 각각 blank 0%, ASC1 11.7%, ASC2 21.6%, ASC3 37.6%, ASC4 59.5%로 구분하여 총 127일간 부숙하였다. ASCs는 호기성 미생물 반응에 의해 온도 증감이 뚜렷하게 나타났으며 6∼7회의 크고 작은 온도 피크가 관찰되었다. 이화학 분석결과 유기물이 무기화(mineralization) 되면서 macronutrients (TN, P2O5, K2O) 뿐만아니라 secondary macronutrients (CaO, MgO)에서도 두드러진 증가를 보였다. 미생물 군집변화는 ASCs의 부숙과정에 따라 1단계(세균, 사상균)→2단계(방선균, 세균)→3단계(고초균)로 나타났으며 온도변화와 영양성분의 거동과 밀접한 관련이 있다고 판단되었다. 부숙 완성도에 따라 토양개량제의 품질이 결정될 수 있으며 본 연구결과에서는 조류 바이오매스를 59.5% 이내로 조절한다면 효과적인 미생물 활성을 유도할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 결론적으로 조류 바이오매스를 재활용한 토양개량제의 제조 및 활용 가능성을 확인하였으며 추가적인 기술적 발전이 이루어진다면 향후 효과적인 토양개량제로 활용할 수 있을것으로 판단된다. In this study, we produce a new type of the algae soil conditioner(ASC) using discarded algae biomass through a composting process and evaluate its nutritional characteristics. As the main ingredient, the ASCs used algae biomass collected through the coagulation-floating method and made by adding a variety of additional supporting materials (sawdust, pearlite, oilcake etc.). ASCs were divided into 0% in blank, 11.7% in ASC1, 21.6% in ASC2, 37.6% in ASC3, 59.5% in ASC4, and composted during 127 days. ASCs showed a sharp increase in temperature by aerobic microbial reaction, and 6~7 high and low temperature peaks were observed. As a result of physicochemical analysis, mineralization proceeded according to decomposing the organic matter and there was a marked increase not only in macronutrients (TN, P2O5, K2O), but also in secondary macronutrients (CaO, MgO). The microbial community change was found in stage 1 (bacteria, filamentous fungi) → stage 2 (actinomycetes, bacteria) → stage 3 (Bacillus sp.), depending on the maturation process. It was estimated that microbial transition was closely related to temperature change and nutritional behavior. The quality of soil conditioner can be determined according to the maturity of compost process, and it was determined that effective microbial activity could be induced by controlling algae biomass below 59.5% in this study. In conclusion, we found out the possibility of manufacturing and utilizing soil conditioner recycled algae biomass and if further technological development is made on the basis it can be used as an effective soil conditioner.

        브라켓 간접부착술식시 레진 베이스의 표면처리가 전달결합강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 브라켓 간접부착술식시 레진 베이스의 표면처리에 따른 전단결합강도와 파절양상을 비교함으로써 레진 베이스 표면처리의 효과를 평가해 보기 위하여 시행되었다. 소의 하악 중절치를 포매하여 만든 90개 시편의 석고 모형에 광중합형 레진 접착제를 이용하여 금속 브라켓을 위치시킨 후 대조군은 표면처리하지 않은 반면 실험군은 레진 베이스를 Plastic와 sandblasting으로 각각 표면처리하여 시편에 옮겨 부착한 다음 만능물성 시험기를 이용하여 전단결합강도를 측정하고, 파절양상을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 레진 베이스를 표면처리하지 않은 경우에 비하여 Plastic Conditioner와 sandbiasting으로 각각 처리한 경우 평균 전단결합강도가 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 2. Plastic Conditioner로 처리한 군과 sandbiasting으로 처리한 군 간의 전단결합강도는 통계적으로 유의차를 보이지 않았다. 3. 각 군의 파절양상을 접착제 잔류지수를 통하여 비교 관찰한 결과 세 군 간에 통계적 유의차를 보이지 않았다. 4. 전단결합강도와 접착제 잔류지수 간의 상관검정 결과 전단결합강도가 높은 경우 레진 베이스와 브라케 경계부에서의 파절이 빈번한 경향을 보였으나 그 통계적 유의성은 보이지 않았다. 이상의 실험결과는 브라켓 간접부착술식에서 결합강도 증가를 위하여 레진 베이스의 표면처리가 필요함을 시사하였다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the surface treatments of resin bases in indirect bracket bonding technique by study of shear bond strengths and failure patterns. Ninety metal brackets were bonded to the stone models of specimens involving bovine lower incisor with light-cured adhesive(Light-Bond). After removal of brackets with the resin base from the stone models, the surfaces of resin bases in thirty brackets were treated with Plastic Conditioner and the surfaces of resin bases in another thirty brackets were treated with sandblaster and the remaining thirty brackets were served as controls. All brackets were transferred to the specimens and bonded using sealant. The shear bond strength was tested on universal testing machine, and failure pattern was assessed with the adhesive remnant index(ARI). The results were as follows: 1. Surface treatments of resin bases with Plastic Conditioner or sandblasting showed statistically higher shear bond strengths than no treatment group. 2. No significant difference in shear bond strength was found between Plastic Conditioner treatment and sandblasting treatment groups. 3. No significant difference in ARI scores was found among the three groups. 4. As the result of correlation analysis between shear bond strengths and ARI scores, failure at adhesive/bracket base interface tends to increase when the shear bond strength was high, but it was not significant statistically. The above results suggest that improvement of bond strength can be obtained by surface treatment of resin base in the indirect bonding technique.

        무치악 환자에서 조직양화제(tissue conditioner)가 시간과 두께에 따라 체적안정성의 변화에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 임상적으로 많이 쓰이는 3종의 조직양화제(Coe-comfort, GC Soft-Liner, Visco-Gel)의 시간에 따른 체적 안정성을 비교하였다. 시편은 10mm의 반경으로 두께를 1.5mm, 3.0mm로 각각 제작하여 두께에 따른 차이를 비교하였다. 체적의 변화는 시편 제작 후 1시간 (baseline), 12시간, 24시간, 36시간, 3일, 7일에 측정하였다. SAS 6.04 통계 package program을 이용하여 ANOVA분석하였다. 실험한 조직양화제에서는 점탄성을 상실하여 조직양화제를 교 체하거나 기공 과정을 하기에 적합한 시간은 변형이 적은 혼합 후 36시간~3일이었다. Tissue conditioner의 종류에 따라 시간의 경과에 따른 탄성 변화량에는 유의할 만한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 조직양화제 1.5mm, 3.0mm 두께에 의해 체적안정성에 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 자체의 이상적인 탄성 변형과 복원력만을 비교 하였을 때를 보면, Visco-Gel 3.0mm군에서 가장 안정적인 체적안정성을 보였다. 또한, 조직 양화제는 재료 간의 체적 안정성에 다양한 범위가 있어 기능인상에 적합한 것을 선택을 하는 것이 중요하다. This study evaluated the linear dimensional changes with the factor of time and thickness using of three commercially available tissue conditioners (Coe-Comport, Visco-Gel, Soft-Liner). The thickness of materials were changed (1.5mm, 3.0mm) and the percentage changes in dimension were measured at 1h(baseline), 12h, 24h, 3 days and 7days after specimen preparation. The obtained data were analyzed by ANOVA with the SAS/PC statistical package. From the results, large differences appear between the various tissue conditioners. The results suggested that the period recommended for forming functional impression would be 36h to 3days after insertion in the mouth. Depending on the type of tissue conditioner over time, as there were significant differences in the elastic change(p<0.05). Tissue conditioner of the 1.5mm, 3.0mm thickness were significantly different by the dimensional stability(p<0.05). Elastic deformation of the ideal itself, and resilient when compared only the look, Visco-Gel 3.0mm group, stability was the most stable volume. In addition, it is important to select tissue conditioners suitable for functional impression because of the wide range of dimensional stability among the materials.

        기술논문(技術論文) : 옥상정원 활성화에 유용한 토질영양제에 대한 연구

        Recently the roof gardening has become very popular and even on the apartment-veranda and on the roofs in high buildings many kinds of vegetables and berries are cultivated. And the demand of the nutritional supplement for the effective plant growth is also increasing. The general urban conditions are to be adapted for plant growth. A different hygroscopic and temperature-conditions after regions, sunshine and wind have strong influences on the plant growth and usually it is not optimal enough. It is because why a nutritional condition in soil for plant growth so important and essential. The usual compound-soil or -fertilizer cannot offer enough quantities of nutrients for plant growth and additional soil conditioner becomes more necessary. There are many kinds of soil conditioners like hydrogel in the market and we studied on Geohumus, Montigel and Geko, which are widely used in Europe and other countries. Water absorption and microbial immobilization with effective microorganisms were tested and compared. The EM solution was identified as bacteria, fungi and azotobacter etc. and they were immobilized at the soil conditioners at first. And the cultivated and immobilized at the soil conditioners EM-solution was added to the plant soil. 1 g of the soil conditioners absorbed ca. 20 g of water. The plant grew 10 cm more, got 3 times more branches and 2 times more fruits in the soil with soil conditioners immobilized with microorganisms. With water addition the plant with both conditions in the soil could stay fresh in comparison to without soil conditioners.
