        감각운동 훈련을 병행한 순환식 과제 지향 운동프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 보행 및 균형에 미치는 영향 : 예비연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify whether task-related circuit exercise program combined with sensorimotor training for 4 weeks could improve the balance and gait in stroke patients. Method: Fifteen stroke patients who had agreed with the study were randomly divided into 3 groups categorized as task-related circuit exercise program combined with sensorimotor training group (experimental group 1, n=5), task-related circuit exercise program group (experimental group 2, n=5), and control subjects performed conventional physical therapy (control group, n=5). The balance and gait were assessed by BT-4 force platform system, Berg Balance Scale, 10meter Walk Test and Smart Step at before training and after training. Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to analyze change before and after intervention in intra-group. Kruskal Wallis H test, Mann-Whitney U test and Bonfferoni correction were used to analyze changes of all variables in inter-groups. Result: The experimental group 1 showed significant improvements in postural sway area, BBS scores, walking velocity and plantar pressures of affected foot, whereas the experimental group 2 showed significant improvements in BBS scores, and the control group were no significantly different in all variables following training. The changes of postural sway area and BBS scores in the experimental group 1 were significantly greater than them of the control group. The changes of postural sway area in the experimental group 1 was significantly greater than that of the experimental group 2. Conclusion: The result of this study suggest the task-related circuit exercise program combined with sensorimotor training is an effective intervention to improve balance and gait in stoke patients.

        대학 합성생물학 실습수업용 프로그램 개발 - 유전자 회로 조립 실험과 빛 테두리 그림 그리기 실험을 바탕으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to develop a practical training program for synthetic biology that introduces biology major students to the field of synthetic biology and enables students to experience an exciting part of the synthetic biology research. This program consists of two hands-on modules. The first module constructs a gene circuit that produces red fluorescent proteins, allowing students to observe the result directly through their eyes. In the second module, students learn common molecular logic of gene circuits by practicing bacterial programming that enables bacteria to detect the light border. This practice program was applied to the biology major students, and their perception of the contents of the program was measured. Learning assessment quizzes revealed that ~87%(7/8) of the participants well understood the key concepts in this practice program. In addition, all participants, except one, responded that the experimental design to visually check whether a genetic circuit works increased their interest in the field of synthetic biology. The results show the possibility of this program as an introductory practice course for undergraduate synthetic biology education.

        재활운동 및 체육 프로그램 개발을 위한 뇌졸중 장애인의 뉴스포츠 프로그램과 순환운동 효과 비교: a randomized controlled trial

        재활운동 및 체육은 재활치료 종료 후 생활체육이 시작되기 전에 행해지는 체육활동이다. 뇌졸중 장애인을 위한 재활운동 및 체육은 기존의 운동프로그램에서 동기부여를 위한 흥미 및 경쟁요소 적용 등 다양한 형태로의 운용이 가능하다. 또한, 운동효과 극대화 및 생활체육과의 유연한 접목을 통하여 삶의 질 향상 효과를 기대할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 퇴원 후 생활체육으로 연결되어 신속한 사회복귀에 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구를 통하여 지역사회에 거주중인 뇌졸중 장애인들의 2차적 장예예방 및 운동 기능 향상, 삶의 질 증진을 목적으로 실시한 순환운동과 뉴스포츠 프로그램의 운영을 통해 추후 뇌졸중 장애인을 위한 재활운동 및 체육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초를 마련하고자 한다. 뇌졸중 장애인 34명을 대상으로 뉴스포츠 군, 순환운동 군, 대조군으로 나누었고, 프로그램은 1회 60분, 주 3회, 총 8주간 실시하였다. 그 결과, 운동기능, 균형, 운동성, 운동자신감이 유의하게 향상되었다. 재활운동 및 체육 프로그램 개발을 위해 새롭게 시도된 순환운동과 뉴스포츠 프로그램은 신체기능과 심리사회적 부분에서의 긍정적인 효과를 가져다주며, 추후 특화된 재활운동 및 체육 중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대한다. Rehabilitation sports is physical activities conducted after rehabilitation treatment is over and before sports for all begins. Rehabilitation sports for stroke can be operated in various forms, such as applying interest and competition factors for motivation in existing exercise programs. In addition, it is expected that the effect of improving the quality of life can be expected by maximizing the exercise effect and flexible grafting with sports for all, as well as leading to sports for all after discharge to help quickly return to society. Therefore, this study aims to lay the foundation for developing rehabilitation sports programs for stroke in the future through circuit training and newsports programs aimed at preventing secondary bowel movements, improving exercise functions and improving quality of life. 34 people with stroke were divided into 3 groups, and the program was conducted once for 60 minutes, three times a week, for a total of eight weeks. As a result, exercise function, balance, mobility, and exercise confidence were significantly improved. The newly attempted circuit training and newsports programs for the development of rehabilitation sports programs will have positive effects on physical function and psychosocial aspects and will have a positive impact on the development of specialized rehabilitation sports intervention programs in the future.

        순환운동에 기초한 유아 신체활동 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        The purpose of this study is to develop a physical activity program based on circuit training for young children and verify its effect. In doing so, this paper reviews the literature review and then offers an analysis of a preliminary study on physical activity and circuit training and lays out the program developed. The program consists of 24 classes that were given to 5-year-old children for eight weeks. We verified the effects of a physical activity program based on circuit training for young children on children’s basic physical strength, fundamental movement ability, and body composition. In conclusion, the purpose, goal, teaching-learning method, and evaluation of the young children’s physical activity program with circuit training developed in this study were found to be cohesively organized and to be effective in promoting healthy and balanced physical development, enhancing motor skills, and encouraging interest in physical activities. Also, physical activity program based on circuit training developed in this research proved to be effective in improving children’s basic physical strength, fundamental movement ability, and body composition. Thus, it was proved that the young children’s physical activity program based on circuit training can be employed in the field as a new teaching-learning method to promote young children’s basic physical strength, fundamental movement ability, and healthy physical development. 본 연구는 순환운동에 기초한 유아 신체활동 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 신체활동과 순환운동에 대한 문헌 및 선행연구 분석을 토대로 순환운동에 기초한 유아 신체활동 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발한 프로그램을 만 5세 유아에게 8주간 총 24차시를 적용하였으며, 이 프로그램이 유아의 기초체력, 기본운동능력, 신체조성에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 순환운동에 기초한 유아 신체활동 프로그램은 유아의 기초체력, 기본운동능력, 신체조성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 순환운동에 기초한 신체활동 프로그램이 유아의 기초체력과 기본운동능력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 유아를 위한 새로운 신체활동방법으로 유아교육현장에 적용가능성이 있음을 시사하고 있다.

        순환운동 프로그램이 비만 지적장애학생의 신체조성 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 순환운동 프로그램이 비만 지적장애학생의 신체조성(체중, 체질량지수, 복부지방률)과 기초체력(스피드, 상완근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 심폐지구력)에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구에는 A지역 특수학교에 재학 중인 지적장애학생들 가운데 신체질량지수(BMI)가 25이상으로 비만에 해당하는 학생 10명이 참여하였다. 본 연구에서는 12주 동안 4가지 단계들로 이루어진 순환운동 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해서는 대상수가 적은 경우에 사용될 수 있는 분석 방법인 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검정을 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 순환운동 프로그램을 통한 신체조성에 있어 체중과 신체질량지수에 있어서는 유의미한 감소가 있었다. 하지만 체질량지수에 있어서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지는 않았다. 둘째, 순환운동 프로그램이 기초체력에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 스피드, 상완근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 심폐지구력 모두에서 유의한 증가가 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of circuit training program on body composition(the fat ratio, the body-mass index, the waist to hip ratio) and basic physical strength(reflex, arm strength, muscle endurance, let strength, flexibility, endurance) of obese students with intellectual disabilities. This research selected 10 students with the body-mass index(BMI) more than 25 among the students with intellectual disabilities attending a special school located at A area. This study was proceeded by circuit training program composed of 4 steps during 12 weeks, and data analysis was conducted by an analysis method, Wilcoxon code ranking verification, that can be used in the case of the small sample of study. The result of the study was as following. First, the circuit training program had significant influence in reducing weight, BMI of obese student with intellectual disabilities. However, it did not have significant effect on the waist to hip ratio(WHR). Second, the circuit program had a significant influence on the basic physical strength of obese student with intellectual disabilities.

        순환운동프로그램에 참여하는 노인들의 기초체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The main purpose of this study is comparing and analysing the impact of affecting Basic strength and blood composition of 18 elderly women after participating in the circuit program by dividing 18 elderly women into exercise group(9) and control group(9). Through Data processing Win ver. SPSS 22.0 program matching sample t-test was used to investigate difference in two groups(exercise group, control group)and independent sample t-test was used to see the difference between groups(exercise group, control group) Level of significance was established with .05. Then, we come to the following conclusion. First, change of muscular strength, muscle endurance, agility, flexibility in exercise group, showed more significant difference(p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). In control group, there was decrease in muscular strength (left) but showed more significant difference flexibility before experiment in groups showed only significant difference(p<.05). Second, differences verification of blood component in exercise group showed significant differences in TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG (p<.01, p<.001) in control group, there wasn"t significant difference. total cholesterol before experiment in groups increased but showed significant difference(p<.05). Triglycerides after experiment increased but showed significant difference(p<.05). Above, factors of Basic strength of old ladies participating in circuit program decreased and improved blood component, in an aging society, factors of basic strength and blood component of the elderly are gradually decreasing. So, one of regular exercises, c ircuit program i s considered exercise program that can lead a healthy life to old age. the Follow-up study by the elected candidates who have disease in old age will be carried out by providing easy exercise ways and preventing other illnesses.

        여자대학생의 서키트 트레이닝 및 유산소 댄스프로그램 참여가 비만도, 체력 및 대사증후군 위험요인에 미치는 영향

        최근 우리 사회는 외모를 꾸미는 것에 대한 관심과 대중매체의 영향으로 많은 여성들이 정상 체중 이하의 마른 체형을 선호하고 건강하지 못한 방법으로 체중감소를 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여자대학생의 서키트 트레이닝과 유산소 댄스프로그램 참여가 비만도, 체력 및 대사증후군 위험요인에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 여자대학생 22명(운동군 11명, 대조군 11명)을 대상으로 총 8주간 주 3회, 운동과 교육프로그램으로 구성된 중재프로그램을 실시하여 비만도, 체력 및 대사증후군 위험요인의 변화를 분석하였다. 프로그램 참여 후, 체질량지수, 허리둘레, 허리-엉덩이 둘레 비율, 체지방량 및 체지방률의 비만도가 유의하게 감소하였고, 근력, 근지구력 및 유연성 등 체력수준이 유의하게 향상되었다. 또한 Alanine aminotransferase 수준과 비만 및 대사증후군 유병률이 감소하였다. 본 연구는 서키트 트레이닝과 유산소 댄스프로그램 참여가 여자대학생의 비만도, 체력 및 대사증후군 위험요인의 개선에 효과가 있음을 입증하였고, 체력증진 및 비만도 개선을 위해 규칙적인 운동프로그램에 참여할 것을 권장한다. The purpose of current study was to investigate the effect of the circuit training and aerobic dance program participation on the obesity, physical fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors among female college students. A total twenty two participants were divided into exercise (n=11) and control (n=11) groups. The exercise program consisted of exercise and education session, 3 times/week in 8 weeks. The obesity, physical fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors were assessed. after the 8-week program participation. These results indicate that the obesity level such as body mass index, waist circumference, waist/hip, body fat mass and %body fat statistically decreased, and the physical fitness such as muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility statistically increased. In addition, Alanine aminotransferase, the prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome risk factors was positively developed. The finding of the current study concluded that there were significant improvements in the obesity level, physical fitness, and metabolic syndrome risk factors among female college students by exercise program participation.
