        基于SWOT分析的韩国引进中国留学生发展战略研究 -以2000年至2020年期间赴韩留学中国留学生数据为基础

        According to the statistics of the Korea Educational Development Institute (KEDI) from2000 to2020, Chinese students have entered a period of rapid growth and stable development. Chinese students studying in Korea peaked in 2019, falling for the second consecutive year after 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple factors. In fact, the growth rate of Chinese students in South Korea has been on a marked decline since 2017. The strategy and present situation of attracting Chinese students are important to the Korean international education industry, including Strength, Opportunities, Weakness and Threats. The SWOT analysis shows that the attraction of Chinese students is affected by many factors such as Sino-Korean relations, the policy of studying in Korea, the strategy of Korean universities, and the satisfaction of students' educational background. This paper analyzes the current situation of education exchange between Korea and China from 2000 to 2020, but there are still shortcomings in Korean language education, student management and unstable employment path. As the number of students studying in China has changed, Korea's international education industry and the government have introduced or adjusted their policies to cope with the change and have also developed markets for students from other countries. The Korean international education industry needs to make efforts to attract outstanding Chinese students, provide customized courses, establish a systematic management system for international students, and provide employment opportunities. Through the above-mentioned solutions, we hope that the education of foreign students in both countries will develop in a healthy way.

        문화적응 스트레스 및 학습 동기와 한국어 숙달도 간의 관계 연구 ― 한국 고등학교에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생을 중심으로

        본고는 한국 내 고등학교에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생 33명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 바탕으로 심층 면접을 진행하여 그들의 문화적응 스트레스와 학습 동기 및 한국어 숙달도 간의 상관관계를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 본고의 연구 문제는 다음 세 가지이다. 첫째, 한국 내 고등학교에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스와 한국어 숙달도 간에 어떤 관계가 있는가? 둘째, 한국 내 고등학교에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생의 한국어 학습 동기와 한국어 숙달도 간에 어떤 관계가 있는가? 셋째, 한국 내 고등학교에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스와 학습 동기 간에 어떤 관계가 있는가? 제기한 연구 문제를 해결하기 위해 혼합연구방법인 설문조사와 심층 면접을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 문화적응 스트레스를 많이 받으면 숙달도가 낮으며 그 중에서도 의사소통의 어려움을 많이 느끼면 한국어 숙달도가 낮고, 학습 동기가 높으면 숙달도가 높으며 특히 내적 동기와 통합적 동기가 높으면 한국어 숙달도가 높았다. 또한 의사소통의 어려움, 지각된 차별감, 향수병 등 문화적응 스트레스가 높으면 학습 동기가 낮다는 것을 확인하였다. 이 연구에 의하면 한국 고등학교에 재학 중인 유학생들의 성공적인 유학 생활을 위해 적절한 학습 동기를 부여하고 문화적응 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램 마련이 필요하다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the acculturative stress, academic motivation, and language proficiency of 33 Chinese high school students studying in South Korea by conducting in-depth interviews based on the survey results. This study aimed to address three research questions: (1) What is the relationship between acculturative stress and the Korean language proficiency of Chinese high school students studying in South Korea? (2) What is the relationship between the academic motivation of studying Korean and the Korean language proficiency of Chinese high school students studying in South Korea? (3) What is the relationship between acculturative stress and the academic motivation of Chinese high school students study in South Korea to study Korean? A survey and in-depth interviews and a combined research method were conducted to address these questions. The results of this study showed that Korean language proficiency was low when the students received much acculturative stress. Particularly, when they had many difficulties in communication, their Korean language proficiency was low. Additionally, when the students had high academic motivation, their Korean language proficiency was high. When their internal motivation and integrative motivation were high, their Korean language proficiency was high. Moreover, it was confirmed that academic motivation to study Korean was low when the students had much difficulty in communication, perceived discrimination, and high acculturative, stress such as homesickness. The results of this study revealed that it was critical to provide appropriate academic motivation and alleviate acculturative stress for international high school students studying in South Korea to have a successful studying abroad experience. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop diverse acculturative programs and ways to mitigate acculturative stress. Above all, it will be needed to focus on improving the Korean language skills of international students studying in Korea by designing a curriculum suitable for their conditions.

        비대면 집단미술치료 프로그램이 COVID-19 상황에서 재한 중국인 유학생의 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과

        The main purpose of this research was to develop an online group art therapy program for enhancing the resilience of Chinese students studying in Korea and verify the effectiveness of the program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The online group art therapy program, comprising a total of eight 90-minute sessions, was developed based on a systematic program development model, along with surveys and experts consultations, to enhance the resilience of Chinese students in Korea. The effectiveness of the developed program was verified by testing the program with an experimental group(N=5) and a control group(N=5), which together included 10 Chinese students attending universities in Korea, from April 28th to June 16th, 2020. The states of each group, before and after the program, were compared and quantitatively analyzed. The Wilcoxon test, a nonparametric statistical method, was used to compare the states of the experimental and control groups before and after the program within each group. The results showed noticeable differences between the experimental and controlled groups in their resilience(p=.009), in which self-control abilities(p=.009), interpersonal skills(p=.008) and positivity(p=.008), were included. Notably these results verified the effectiveness of the online group art therapy program for enhancing the resilience of Chinese students in Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the findings, suggestions and implications for follow-up studies were discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(COVID-19) 상황에서 재한 중국인 유학생의 회복탄력성을 증진시키기 위해 비대면 집단미술치료 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 효과성을 검증하는 데 있다. 재한 중국인 유학생의 회복탄력성 증진을 위한 비대면 집단미술치료 프로그램은 체계적 프로그램 개발 모형에 따라 요구 조사와 전문가의 자문을 거쳐 총 8회기, 회기당 90분으로 구성되었다. 비대면 집단미술치료 프로그램의 효과성은 2020년 4월 28일부터 6월 16일까지 국내 대학교에 재학 중인 재한 중국인 유학생 10명을 대상으로 실험집단(N=5)과 통제집단(N=5)을 운영하여 검증하였다. 이후 프로그램 처치 사전-사후 시점에 따른 비교를 통해 양적 분석하였으며, 활동 보고서 및 개인별 면담자료를 통해 양적 분석 결과를 보완하였다. 비모수 통계 방법인 윌콕슨 부호순위 검정을 통해 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전-사후 변화량의 차이를 그룹 간에 비교한 결과, 회복탄력성 전체(p=.009), 하위 자기조절능력(p=.009), 대인관계능력(p=.008), 긍정성(p=.008) 모두 실험집단과 통제집단 간 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이는 비대면 집단미술치료가 COVID-19 상황에서 재한 중국인 유학생의 회복탄력성 증진에 효과가 있음을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 토대로 논의를 제시했으며, 향후 비대면 미술치료 프로그램의 발전방안에 대해 제언하였다.

        This paper takes Chinese students studying in South Korea as the objective and mainly focuses on certain factors that determine their motive and willingness to purchase South Korea duty-free products. Research data was obtained through questionnaires and was used for descriptive analysis and explorative analysis based on SPSS20.0, as well as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model (SEM) based on AMOS22.0. At last, we have reached a conclusion that sensitivity to prices, knowledge of local duty-free policies, and group influence has a significant influence over students' motive in purchasing, which in turn has a significant influence over their willingness to purchase products, while brand awareness has no significant influence over their motive.

        재한 중국인 유학생들의 자기이해를 위한 집단미술치료 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

        본 연구는 중국인 미술치료사가 진행한 집단미술치료에서 재한 중국인 유학생들이 어떠한 경험을 하며, 그 경험의 본질이 무엇인지를 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 집단미술치료 경험이 있는 재한 중국인 유학생 8인을 대상으로 2018년 11월부터 2019년 5월까지 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. Max van Manen의 해석학적 현상학적 연구 방법 절차에 근거하여 6개의 본질적 주제와 15개의 하위 주제가 도출되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재한 중국인 유학생들은 타국에서 같은 언어를 사용하는 집단원들과 함께 하는 미술활동과 나눔을 통해 위로를 받고 그 안에서 소속감을 갖게 됨으로써 유학생활의 적응을 높이는 정서적 지지체계를 확장하게 되었다. 둘째, 재한 중국인 유학생들은 자신을 지지해주는 안전한 공간에서 미술을 매개로 솔직한 감정을 탐색하고 자신도 미처 알지 못했던 새로운 알아차림은 유학생활의 적응을 높일 뿐만 아니라 미래를 계획하는 자원이 되었다. 셋째, 재한 중국인 유학생들은 집단미술치료에서 자기 생각을 정리하는 시간을 통해 생각을 변화하여 더 나은 삶을 위해 노력을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 재한 중국인 유학생들이 집단미술치료 안에서 상징적인 이미지 탐색을 통해 자기이해를 높임으로써 대학생 시기에 성취해야 하는 진로와 미래에 대한 계획을 세우고 희망을 갖는 경험을 보여주었다는 데 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of Chinese students in Korea during the group art therapy carried out by a Chinese art therapist and to explore the essence of such an experience. For the research, this study collected data by conducting in-depth interviews from November 2018 to May 2019 on eight Chinese students in Korea with experience of group art therapy. After in-depth interviews, 6 essential themes and 15 sub-themes were derived based on the hermeneutic phenomenological research method suggested by Max van Manen. Results indicated that Chinese students in Korea received comfort and grew sense of belonging during art activities and sharing with group members using same language in a foreign country. As a result, art therapy expanded emotional support systems helping students adapt to studying abroad. In addition, Chinese students in Korea explored their honest feelings through art with a safe space supporting them. Such new awareness promoted adaptation methods for studying abroad and it became a resource for planning future. Also, Chinese students in Korea had a time to organize their thoughts in group art therapy. This brought changes in thoughts and caused students to seek a better life. This study holds significance as it demonstrates how Chinese students in Korea explore symbolic images, promote self-understanding, think about career choices during college life, plan for the future, and grow hopes while experiencing group art therapy.

        在韩中国留学生的家庭支持与创业认同及创业意向的关系研究

        Entrepreneurial intention is a crucial step towards entrepreneurial action. There are many factors that affect entrepreneurial intention, such as external environment and personal characteristics and other factors have been concerned and verified by researchers. Family support provides emotional support and resource support for individuals, and stimulates entrepreneurial intention by influencing individual psychological capital. On the basis of previous studies, this study explores the relationship between family support and entrepreneurial intention, and puts forward for the first time that the motivation to study abroad moderates the relationship between family support and entrepreneurial intention, and that entrepreneurial identity plays an mediating role in the relationship between family support and entrepreneurial intention. The empirical results of 337 samples of Chinese students in South Korea show as follows. Firstly, family support has a positive correlation with entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial identity. Secondly, motivation to study abroad positively moderates the relationship between family support and entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, There is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial identity plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between family support and entrepreneurial intention. Based above, implicatios of the results and further research are suggested. 创业意向是迈向创业行动的关键一步。家庭支持为个体提供情感支撑和资源支持,可通过影响个体心理资本从而激发其创业意向。先前研究在家族创业、农民工创业和在校大学生创业等多种情境的实证研究中,较广泛地验证了家庭支持对创业意向的影响作用。在此基础上,本研究进一步深入探讨家庭支持与创业意向的关系,首次提出留学动机调节家庭支持与创业意向的关系,以及创业认同在家庭支持和创业意向关系中起到中介作用。通过在韩中国留学生的337份样本的实证,研究结果表明,家庭支持对创业意向和创业认同均具有正向影响关系;留学动机在家庭支持与创业意向之间的关系中起到正向调节作用;创业认同对创业意向具有正向影响关系;创业认同在家庭支持和创业意向的关系中起到中介作用。
