        기초군사훈련에 따른 사관생도의 체력향상과 체력검정제도 개선방안

        본 연구의 목적은 해군사관학교의 기초군사훈련에 따른 사관생도의 체력향상효과를 규명하고, 체력검정제도의 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 훈련 효과 규명을 위해 기존의 고강도 위주 군사훈련방식에서 탈피하여 신체적성 함양 중심의 프로그램을 점진적 강도 증가방식으로 시행, 그 결과를 분석하였고, 체력검정제도 개선방안도출을 위해 분류체계분석법과 구성원간 토의방법을 적용하였다. 남생도 129명, 여생도 13명을 대상으로 4주간의 훈련전후 측정한 2회의 체력검정 결과, 1,500미터 달리기(p<.001), 윗몸일으키기(남자 : p<.001, 여자 : p<.05), 팔굽혀펴기(p<.001) 전 종목에서 유의한 향상효과를 나타내었고, 체력검정제도 개선방안으로 첫째, 사관학교는 먼저 건강관련체력의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 바탕으로 적합한 종목을 선정해야 하며, 둘째, 준거지향기준방법을 적용하여 기준을 선택해야 하고, 셋째, 탈락자나 환자를 포함하여 전 생도의 체력증진에 기여할 수 있는 수준별, 체력요소별 체력관리프로그램을 개발, 적용할 필요성이 있다는 결과를 얻었다. 결론적으로 신체적성 함양에 중점을 두고 점진적 강도증가방법을 적용한 본 기초군사훈련이 사관생도의 체력향상에 있어 매우 효과적이었으며, 이를 지속적으로 발전시키기 위해서는 체력검정제도를 일회성 행사로 생각하는 기존의 인식에서 탈피하여, 체계적 훈련 프로그램 구성과 시행, 효과를 검증하는 체력검정의 적절한 종목과 기준선정, 그리고 지속적 관리프로그램 까지를 포함하는 개념으로 인식하고 개선해나가는 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical effects of the basic military training and present the improvement plan of the physical fitness test of the Korean Naval Academy. To investigate the effects of the basic military training, we carried out physical aptitude nurturing program by gradual intensity, instead of an existing high intensity training program. For deriving improvement plan of the physical fitness test, we carried out taxonomic analysis and member check. The results are as follows: During 4 weeks training in 129 male and 13 female midshipmen, 1.5km Run time was decreased significantly(p<.001) in all midshipmen. Sit-up Repetition was increased significantly(male: p<.001, female: p<.05) in all midshipmen. Push-up Repetition was increased significantly(p<.001) in all midshipmen. The improvement plan of physical fitness test is as follows: First, Naval academy must recognize health related fitness`s importance and select appropriate test event. Second, Criterion-referenced standard must be selected. Third. Physical fitness management program must be developed and carried out, it could be applicable for all midshipmen including dropouts and patient in every standard and requirements. In conclusion, this basic military training program, nurturing physical aptitude gradually, was very effective in physical fitness improvement. For developing this effect continuously, we need to have the overall recognition in importance of the physical fitness test, including arranging systematic training program, selecting optimal physical fitness test, and maintaining fitness management program.

        공을 활용한 신체활동이 유아의 기초체력과 대근육 조작운동능력 향상에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 공을 활용한 신체활동이 유아의 기초체력과 대근육 조작운동능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 H어린이집의 만 5세, 2개 학급의 유아들로서 실험집단 19명과 비교집단 17명 총 36명이었고, 5주 동안 일주일에 3회씩 총 15회, 실험집단은 공을 활용한 신체활동에 참여하였고, 비교집단은 자유신체활동에 참여하였다. 유아의 기초체력을 측정하기 위해 유연성, 민첩성, 평형성, 순발력, 지구력으로 구성된 안을섭(2005)의 기초체력검사를 사용하였으며, 대근육 조작운동능력을 측정하기 위하여 박은영(2007)과 최지연(2012)의 기본운동능력 검사 중 대근육 조작운동능력을 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험 후 실험집단은 기초체력의 민첩성에서 향상되었으며, 비교집단에서는 기초체력에 유의한 변화가 없었다. 둘째, 실험 후 실험집단의 대근육 조작운동능력이 비교집단의 대근육 조작운동능력 보다 더 크게 향상되었다. 따라서 공을 활용한 신체활동은 유아들이 기초체력과 대근육 조작운동능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 의미 있는 활동이라고 할 수 있다. This study investigated the effects of physical activity with balls on young children's gross motor maneuverability and their basic physical fitness. The subjects were 34 five-old-years children (17 in the experimental group and 17 in the comparative group) from two classes out of H day-care center located in G city. The experimental group participated in physical activities using balls, while the comparative group participated in free physical activities, three times a week for five weeks. The tool measuring children's gross motor maneuverability was modified based on the tests utilized by Park (2007) and Choi (2012). The tool to measure children's basic physical fitness included five items(flexibility, agility, balance, power and muscular endurance), which were selected from items of tests first developed by Ann (2005) and the Ministry of Education (2007). The results of this study were as follows. First, gross motor maneuverability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the comparative group. Second, basic physical fitness in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the comparative group. Therefore, physical activities using are meaningful for developing young children's gross motor maneuverability and basic their physical fitness.

        창의적 체육놀이, 리듬과 멜로디를 이용한 음률놀이 활동이 유아의 기초체력과 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 창의적 체육놀이, 리듬과 멜로디를 이용한 음률놀이 활동이 유아의 기초체력과 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전라북도에 소재한 S유치원의 재원 중인 총 60명이다. 본 연구의 실험처치는 12주 기간 동안 실험집단 유아에게는 창의적 체육놀이, 리듬과 멜로디를 이용한 음률놀이를, 비교집단 유아에게는 실외자유놀이를 각각 실시하였다. 연구도구로 ‘기초체력’과 ‘신체적 자기효능감’ 척도를 사용하여 연구 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 ANCOBA 분석을 통해 실험처치의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 첫째, 창의적 체육놀이, 리듬과 멜로디를 이용한 음률놀이는 유아의 기초체력을 증진시키는데 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 창의적 체육놀이, 리듬과 멜로디를 이용한 음률놀이는 유아의 신체적 자기효능감을 증진시키는데 유의미한 효과가 있었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early childhood physical education through creative physical play, music and movement using rhythm and melody play activities on young children’s basic physical fitness and physical self-efficacy. The subjects of the two groups were randomly assigned to three types of play for the duration of 12 weeks. The two different types of play the experimental group was assigned to were creative physical play method and music and movement play method using rhythm and melody. The comparison group was assigned to outdoor free play using method. The basic physical fitness and physical self-efficacy were measured to collect data. Data were analyzed with a mean, standard deviation, and ANCOVA on the pre-score and post-score to find out significant differences in basic physical fitness and physical self-efficacy. The results of this study were as follows.: First, there were statistically significant differences among creative physical play, music and movement using rhythm and melody play activities in young children’s basic physical fitness. Second, there were statistically significant differences among creative physical play, music and movement using rhythm and melody play activities in young children’s and physical self-efficacy.

        틈새신체활동이 초등학생의 신체조성 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 16주간의 규칙적이고 지속적인 틈새신체활동이 초등학생의 신체조성, 혈압 및 기초체력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 함에 있다. 이를 위해 HRmax 60%이하의 저강도 운동으로 구성된 틈새신체활동 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험대상은 초 등학교 6학년 58명으로 틈새신체활동 그룹(n=29, 남:16, 여:13)과 비교그룹(n=29,남:16, 여:13)으로 구성하였으며, 신체조성, 혈압, 기초체력을 측정하였다. 16주간의 틈새신체활동이 시기와 집단 간에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 반복측정분산분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 틈새신체활동 실시결과 BMI(p<.001)와 체지방률(p<.01)에서 유의한 효과가 나타났으나, 혈압에서는 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 기초체력의 경우 근지구력(p<.001)과 유연성(p<.01)에서 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 틈새신체활동은 초등학생의 건강한 신체조성 및 기초체력 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있었기에, 성장기 아동의 건강에 도움을 주는 학교에서 실시할 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램임을 확인할 수 있었다. The Purpose of this stud was to examine the effect of 16 weeks of regular and continuous niche physical activity on elementary school children s body composition, blood pressure and basic physical fitness. For this purpose, niche physical activity programs consisting of less than 60% of HRmax, including stretching, walking, and light muscle exercises, were implemented using the before class, morning, mid-game, and lunch time. We compared the effects of body composition, blood pressure, and basic physical fitness by dividing 58 elementary school students into niche physical activity group(n=29, 16males and 13females) and comparison groups(n=29, 16males and 13females). The Repeated-ANOVA was performed to determine the effect of 16 weeks of niche physical activity between the time and the group. The result of this study are as follows; The BMI (p<001) and %body fat (p<.01) showed a significant effect, but blood pressure did not. In case of basic physical fitness, muscular endurance(p<.001) and flexibility(p<.001) showed significant effects. In conclusion, 16 weeks of niche physical activities had a positive effect on building healthy body composition and improving basic physical fitness of elementary school students. This program can be an effective program to help elementary school students build healthy bodies and improve their physical fitness.

        엘리트 선수들의 기초체력과 전문체력이 스포츠수행전략에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of elite athletes' basic fitness and professional fitness on sports performance strategy. The subjects of the study were a total of 249 middle and high school and general athletes who received basic and professional physical fitness measurements at the Jeju Sports Science Center. Basic fitness was divided into five categories: strength, muscular endurance, power, agility, and flexibility. Professional fitness was anaerobic exercise ability, and fatigue index, average power, and maximum power were measured. Each level of physical fitness was evaluated on a 5-level Cajori scale, and a questionnaire was used for sports performance strategies. For data processing, IBM SPSS 26.0 statistical program was used to conduct description, frequency, reliability, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis according to the purpose of the study, and the results are as follows. First, it was except for agility found that there was a statistically significant difference in the sub-factors of sports performance strategy according to the level of basic fitness. Second, it was except for peak power found that there was a statistically significant difference in the sub-factors of sports performance strategy according to the level of professional fitness. Third, strength had a negative effect on self-talk, imagery-goal setting, and conditioning, and muscular endurance had a positive effect on self-talk. Power had a positive effect on imagery and goal setting, and had a negative effect on relaxation. Agility was found to have a positive effect on emotional regulation and conditioning. Also, flexibility was found to have a positive effect on all sub-factors of sports performance strategy. In professional fitness, the fatigue index had a negative effect on imagery-goal setting, and the peak power had a negative effect on tension-relaxation.

        비장애 농구선수와 지적장애 농구선수 간의 기초전문체력 및 등속성 근력에 관한 체력 비교 연구

        Purpose: The main aim of this study is to scientifically compare differences between non-disabled and intellectually disabled basketball players on body composition, basic & professional physical fitness and isokinetic muscular strength for analyzing their physical level and establishing the basal data. Method: non-disabled (n=8, NDBP) and intellectually disabled basketball players (n=8, IDBP) from G metropolitan area were partipated in this study. Their body composition, basic & professional physical fitness and isokinetic muscular strength were determined and then analyzed by using independent t-test. Results: First, the fat mass(p<.05) & % body fat(p<.01) in the IDBP were significantly higher than the NDBP. Second, the stand and reach(p<.05), back banding(p<.05), sit up(p<.05), aerobic capacity(p<.01), agility(p<.05), side steps(p<.05) in the NDBP were significantly greater than the IDBP. Third, the elbow extension of right at 60°/sec & 180°/sec in the NDBP was significantly higher than the IDBP. Fourth, the knee flexion of left and knee extension of right & left at 180°/sec in the IDBP were significantly greater than the IDBP. Conclusion: the results of this study indicate that body composition, basic & professional physical fitness and isokinetic muscular strength in the IDBP were lower than the NDBP. Thus, appropriate training program may be applied for disability players with considering their level of disability and physical fitness.

        규칙적인 수영운동이 남자 대학생의 신체구성과 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of swimming exercise on body composition and basic physical fitness in male college students. In order to achieve the said goal, the study selected 12 male college students and let them do swimming for 90 minutes 5 times a week for 8 weeks with exercise intensity of 60-80%HRmax. T-test was conducted by using an SPSS statistics program and the results obtained were as below. First, it has been noted that percent body fat and fat mass of body composition were reduced significantly, but fat free mass was increased significantly. Second, it has been shown that muscle strength, agility and flexibility of basic physical fitness were improved significantly, but there was no significant improvement in strength and power. From the results above, it has been observed that regular swimming exercise had a positive effect on reduction of body fat, increase in fat free mass and improvement in physical fitness. Therefore, it has been believed that it would be necessary for male college students to do swimming exercise for more than 8 weeks to prevent their obesity and improve their physical fitness. Furthermore, it is expected that there should be continuous further researches on various exercise programs based on a dietary treatment.

        합기도 수련이 비만아동의 신체조성, 기초체력 및 자기효능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study saw to investigate the effect of Hapkido exercise program on obese children Body Composition, Basic Physical Fitness and Self-efficacy of aged 13-15 years old 16 obese(percentage of body fat, > 30 %), Hapkido exercise group 8, control group 8. Whose exercise intensity of basic step is RPE 13-14 and advanced step is 15-16. For the analysis, 12 weeks, 5times a week, and 60 minutes at a time were applied. SPSS Ver. 18.0 was used to get mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) and the comparison for change within groups was analyzed using a paired t-test and Independence t-test was applied to verify interaction between group and time. Data were analyzed repeatedly with ANOVA for comparison and program with alpha level of p<.05 for all tests of significance. The results were as follows; In this study Body composition variables exercise group (fat-free mass), control group(%fat, BMI) significantly increased. Basic fitness factors appeared (muscular strength, muscle endurance, agility, Balance) exercise group are superior to the control group. There was a significant increase in the exercise group than control group for change of Self-efficacy, 12 week Hapkido program is appeared to be effective in improvement of Body composition, Basic fitness. Self-efficacy. It needs to recommend the Hapkido program easily make of a way of life to obese children.

        공군사관생도의 8주간 순환운동에 따른 신체조성, 기초체력 변화연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes in the body composition and basic physical fitness of 8 weeks of circulatory exercise in 9 cadets who are at the 20% boundary of the body fat percentage among new cadets in the Air Force Academy, and to provide appropriate body fat percentage to cadets. Circulation exercise was conducted 60 minutes 3 times a week, and the anaerobic exercise was performed at 1RM (70% at 1-4 weeks, 80% at 5-8 weeks) using weight bearing, and the anaerobic power exercise was performed using the shuttle run RPE ( The exercise program was conducted on the 1st to 4th week of 14 ~ 15, and the 5th to 8th week of 16 ~ 17). Body composition (weight, skeletal muscle mass, BMI, body fat percentage) and basic fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, quickness, agility, flexibility, and equilibrium) were measured before and after the program to verify the effectiveness of circulatory exercise. As a result of study, after 8 weeks of circulatory exercise, body composition significantly decreased body weight, BMI, and body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle mass was not significantly different. In addition, in basic fitness, muscle strength and endurance increased significantly, but there was no significant difference in power, agility and balance. In conclusion, the 8-week cycling exercise conducted by new Air Force cadets at the body fat percentage of 20% showed positive changes in all factors except skeletal muscle mass in body composition, and positive in muscle strength and endurance in basic fitness. It showed a change.

        남자 대학생의 신체구성과 혈압, 혈중콜레스테롤, 기초체력의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of body composition on blood pressure, serum cholesterol, and basic physical fitness. The study measured the body composition, the blood pressure, a blood test, and the basic physical fitness of 60 male college students. Statistical procedure included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results were as follows; First, fat mass has a positive effect on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, and abdominal fat also has a positive effect on TC, TG, and LDL-C while it has a negative effect on HDL-C. Second, fat-free mass and fat mass has a positive effect on flexibility, and muscle strength. The percent body fat and abdominal fat has a negative effect on power, balance, muscular endurance and agility. Based on the above results, the body composition, blood pressure, serum cholesterol, and basic physical fitness of male college students were found to be mutually related. However, the relationship was not consistent, and abdominal fat may work as a risk factor for adult diseases rather than percent body fat. Therefore, in order to prevent adult diseases, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate level of body fat through diet control and a regular exercise program.
