        The analysis of the chemical composition of Triticum turanicum Jakubz identified amino acids, saturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, fructose etc. As the measurement of the wave efficiency showed it higher for the experimental group than for the control group, the ampoule which was applied to create a permanent wave exerted positive influence in creating a wave. And the measurement of the hair thickness showed that the control group to which the ampoule was applied showed the hair thinner than the specimen treated with an ordinary ampoule, suggesting that the ampoule of T. turanicum Jakubz. helps the stabilization of hair cuticles and alleviate hair damage. The measurement of hair moisturization showed that for both group G and group K, the experimental group which applied the ampoule each time before softening, during softening, and before winding registered the greatest hair moisturization. Thus, to increase hair moisturization, it is effective to apply the ampoule each time before softening, during softening, and before winding, and the T. turanicum Jakubz. ampoule is more effective than the ordinary ampoule. The measurement of tensile strength showed that in group G treated with the ordinary ampoule, the strength showed in the order of GAA>GM>GA>GW, whereas for group K treated with the .T. turanicum Jakubz. ampoule, it showed in the order of KAA>KW>KM>KA. The observation of the hair cuticles and the peeling of the cuticles showed that the peeling of the cuticles in group G treated with an ordinary ampoule showed in the order of GAA<GM<GW<GA. All these results confirm that the ampoule of T. turanicum Jakubz. applied in creating a permanent wave is effective in relieving hair damage.

        Preparation and Evaluation of the Effect of Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 Ampoule for Scalp Treatment

        목적: 항노화 기능성 화장품의 개발 관점에서 두피의 탄력 개선 효과가 예상되는AH-8을 이용한 항노화 두피관리용 화장품을 제 조하고, 이를 평가하였다. 방법: 이 연구에서는 액티브 원료로서AH-8 (3% 및 5%)을 사용하여 두피관리용 앰플을 제조하고, 제조 된 앰플의 안전성과 효능을 평가하였다. In vivo 측면에서 화장품 안전성 평가는 인체각질형성세포(HaCaT)를 사용하여 세포독성 을 평가하였다. In vitro 측면에서 화장품 안전성 평가는 20-50대의 피부질환 및 피부 과민 반응이 없는 성인을 대상으로 피부 적 용에 대한 누적자극시험(cumulative irritation test, CIT)을 실시하였다. 항노화 및 탄력 개선의 효능평가는 HaCaT세포를 이용하여 SOD2, FOXO1, ACTIN1, COL17A1, 및 ITGB4 mRNA 발현 변화를 quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR)로 측정하였다. 결과: 인 체적용에 대한 누적자극시험 결과, 3%와 5% AH-8 앰플 모두 피부 적용에 대한 안전성을 확인하였다. 세포독성 평가결과에서 3% AH-8 앰플 시료의 세포생존율이 가장 높게 나타나 시료 중 세포독성 측면에서의 안전성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 항노화와 탄력개 선에 관련된 SOD2, FOXO1, ACTIN1, COL17A1과 ITGB4 mRNA 발현 변화를 측정한 결과, 3%와 5% AH-8 앰플 모두 항노화 인 자인 SOD2, FOXO1 mRNA 발현이 증가하였다. 탄력 개선 관련 인자인A CTIN1 mRNA 발현은 AH-8 함량이 가장 높은 고농도(5% AH-8 앰플 1.75 μg/mL)에서 발현이 증폭되었고, COL17A1과 ITGB4 mRNA 발현 또한 증가하였다. 결론: HA-8을 두피관리용 화장품 앰플로 제조하여 화장품 안전성과 효능을 평가한 결과 화장품으로서 사용에 안전성이 확보되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 효능 측면에서 항노화와 탄력개선 효능을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합하였을 때 HA-8은 항노화 및 두피탄력 개선 능효의 액티브 원 료로서 활용을 기대할 수 있다. Purpose: The topical application of scalp-care cosmetics, infused with functional ingredients, can offer an optimal cosmetic approach to prevent problems associated with aging. In terms of the development of anti-aging cosmetics, we studied the use of acetyl hexapeptide-8 (AH-8) for improving elasticity of the scalp. Methods: Ampoules containing 3% and 5% concentrations of AH-8 as an active ingredient were prepared and their safety and efficacy were evaluated. HaCaT cells were used to evaluate the safety of AH-8 ampoules by measurement of in vitro cytotoxicity. In in vivo experiments, we tested the AH-8 ampoules by cumulative irritation test (CIT) on healthy adults, 20–50 years of age. Relative expressions of superoxide dismutase 2 (SOD2 ), forkhead box O1 (FOXO1 ), actinin alpha 1 (ACTN1 ), collagen type XVII alpha 1 chain (COL17A1 ), and integrin subunit beta 4 (ITGB4 ) were assessed using quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR). Results: AH-8 ampoules showed significant cytotoxicity to HaCaT cells in a dose-dependent manner. CIT assessment in 30 adults revealed no skin reactions to both 3% and 5% AH-8 ampoules. After treatment of HaCaT cells with the AH-8 ampoules, mRNA levels of SOD2 and FOXO1 , which are directly implicated as antioxidant factors, were increased. Of the factors that improve elasticity, ACTN1 mRNA levels had the greatest increase when treated with the 5% AH-8 ampoules (1.75 μg/mL). Also, the AH-8 ampoules increased mRNA levels of COL17A1 , and ITGB4 in HaCaT cells. Conclusions: In this study, we proved that 3% and 5% AH-8 ampoules are safe for use as a scalp-care cosmetic. AH-8 ampoule had efficacy in anti-aging and improving elasticity of the scalp. This comprehensive test showed that AH-8 can be developed as a cosmetic for anti-aging and improvement of scalp elasticity.

        산화영구 염색시 Ampoule 사용에 따른 염색 유지력 증강에 관한 연구

        모발의 화학적 시술이 모발 내 간충물질 소실로 이어져 염색시 색상 유지력을 저하시키는 원인이 되므로 염색과정에서 모발의 손상을 최소화하고 간충물질을 보완하는 방법으로서 탈색된 모발에 산화염모제를 처리하면서 Conditioner와 Ampoule을 전처리제로 사용하여 모발의 손상과 염착력 관찰을 위해 모발의 굵기와 색도, 모표피의 형태학적 변화를 샴푸 횟수 60회를 실시하여 관찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과 모발의 굵기 변화관찰은 정상모를 제외한 모든 모발에서 감소가 나타났으나 앰플을 처리한 모발(Bh-AC)이 3.92%로 가장 적게 감소하여 가장 굵은 것으로 나타났다. 색도의 관찰에서도 rad계열 착색도 측정값인 a*값이 Bh-AC가 유의하게 가장 높게 나타났으며, 전자현미경을 이용한 모발의 형태학적 관찰에서도 앰플을 처리한 모발(Bh-AC)에서 우수한 효과가 나타나 Ampoule의 사용이 모발의 손상된 부분에 보호효과가 있음이 확인되어 산화 영구 염모제 처리 시 모발손상을 최소화하여 염착력을 오래 유지할 수 있는 방안으로 기대된다.

        Undoped ZnO 박막에 Ampoule-tube 방법을 이용한 P와 As의 확산과 p형 ZnO 박막의 전기적 특성

        To investigate the electrical properties of the ZnO films which are interested in the next generation of short wavelength LEDs and Lasers, our ZnO thin films were deposited by RF sputtering system. At sputtering process of ZnO thin films, substrate temperature, work pressure respectively is $300^{\circ}C$ and 5.2 mTorr, and the purity of target is ZnO 5N. The thickness of ZnO thin films was about $2.1\;{\mu}m$ at SEM analysis after sputtering process. Phosphorus (P) and arsenic (As) were diffused into the undoped ZnO thin films sputtered by RF magnetron sputtering system in ampoule tube which was below $5\times10^{-7}$ Torr. The dopant sources of phosphorus and arsenic were $Zn_3P_2$ and $ZnAs_2$. Those diffusion was perform at 500, 600, and $700^{\circ}C$ during 3 hr. We found the diffusion condition of the conductive ZnO films which had n- and p-type properties. Our ZnO thin film has not only very high carrier concentration of above $10^{17}/cm^3$ but also low resistivity of below $2.0\times10^{-2}\;{\Omega}cm$.

        ZnO has intensively attracted interest for the next generation of short wavelength LEDs and semiconductor lasers. However, for the development and application of the devices based on this material, the fabrication of p-type ZnO thin films is pivotal. Generally, the process of preparation of ZnO is unavoidably accompanied by the natural donor ions such as interstitial Zn ions and oxygen vacancy ions that show n-type electrical property and make fabrication of p-type ZnO to be a hard problem. On this study, to realize stable high-quality p-type ZnO thin films, the undoped ZnO thin films were diffused with P in vapor state. The ZnO:P thin films showed high-quality p-type properties electrically and optically.

        UVB에 의해 손상된 마우스 피부에서 Acety Hexapetide-8 앰플의 탄력개선 효과

        Acetyl hexapeptide-8 (AH-8) is a well-known component of anti-aging products. AH-8 appears in a variety of cosmetic products, its skin penetration is sparsely studied and controversially discussed. This study investigated ampoule containing AH-8 as an active ingredient. The elasticity improving effect of 3% AH-8 ampoule was tested in vivo. To test the stability of the formulated ampoules, we performed the centrifugation, cycling and measured viscosity, and pH changes. 6 weeks-old female C3H mice were purchased from Orient Bio, Korea Inc. (Seongnam, Korea). After one week of acclimatization, the mice were randomly assigned to experimental groups (n=4 for each group); Control, UVB irradiation, Vehicle ampoule, and 3% AH-8 ampoule group. Irradiated with UVB to mouse skin, then 3% AH-8 ampoule were applied into irradiated sites for 6 weeks. Changes in the amount of TGF-β1 and collagen were measured using western blot. As a result, it was confirmed that the 3% AH-8 ampoule increased the expression of TGF-β1 and collagen. In summary, we showed that AH-8 ampoule had extremely high capability of improving elasticity when compared to vehicle ampoule containing ginkgo leaf and green tea extracts. This study revealed the efficacy of AH-8 for increasing skin elasticity and anti-aging in terms of a cosmetic active ingredient.

        방사성동위원소 생산을 위한 표적용기 제작 및 생산효율 측정

        A new type of quartz ampoule was manufactured to reduce the contamination aroundthe production system and to increase production efficiency during radioisotope production. Themanufactured quartz ampoule has a small funnel attached to the inside to prevent overflow duringthe chemical process. This has the advantage of reducing losses of the irradiated target materialand minimizing the contamination of production system. 177Lu radioisotope was produced usinga new type quartz ampoule, and it was confirmed that there was no problem with the productionprocess. When comparing the production efficiency of 177Lu with the new type quartz ampouleand the previous model, it was found that the production efficiency was usually increased by 13 to26%. Based on these results, it is planned to apply a new quartz ampoule to neutron irradiationand radioisotope production of various nuclides.

        수직 브릿지만에서 도가니 회전에 따른 Terfenol-D의 편석 거동 변화

        In this study, we investigated the segregation behavior of Terfenol-D in vertical Bridgman growth with steady ampoule rotation. In Bridgman growth of Terfenol-D, the axial macrosegregation occurs due to the compositional inhomogeneity of initial melt and microsegregation due to the Tb-Dy-Fe ternary phase diagram. Because the melt segregation which causes axial macrosegregation was hard to diminish by buoyant or solutal convection, we introduced the steady ampoule rotation technique to change the flow pattern and investigated the influence of the intensity of melt stirring on segregation behavior. The results showed that as the rotation speed was increased, axial segregation and microsegregation were both diminished. Besides, both segregation were also affected by the growth rate so that its effect was discussed.

        Evaluation of Physical Properties of Nanoemulsion Ampoule as Customized Cosmetic Bases and Evaluation of Satisfaction According to Skin Type

        Customized cosmetics are continuously mentioned as cosmetics in response to changes in the social environment and trends that emphasize individuality. Therefore, in this study, four types of nanoemulsion ampoules corresponding to skin types were prepared by different ratios of nanoemulsion formulation and ampoule formulation, and the applicability as a customized cosmetic base was checked. Particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, and viscosity according to time for 90 d were measured for four nanoemulsion ampoules with different volatile residues, and turbiscan was measured as a method for evaluating the stability of a colloidal dispersion system. Finally, human usability satisfaction was evaluated. As a result, it was confirmed that four kinds of nanoemulsion ampoules had a higher amount of volatile residue in the dry skin test product than in the oily skin test product. The pH was in the range of 6.41 to 6.88, and the particle size was in the range of 170 to 174 nm, and the change after 90 d was within 1.2% of the maximum, and there was no specificity in particle size stability. It was confirmed that the polydispersity index was almost constant, and showed a particle size distribution close to monodispersity by showing a change within a value smaller than 0.21 in all test products. The zeta potential was initially -63 mV or more for all four types of test products, and although it showed a slight decrease with time, there was little change to the extent of a maximum decrease of 2.5%. Viscosity was initially in the range of 4,100 to 5,100 cps and showed a decreasing trend with time, showing a maximum decrease of 37.7%. In the turbiscan measurement, the turbiscan stability index, a measure of stability, was all below 1.0, indicating dispersion stability. In the usability satisfaction evaluation (6 points) of 4 nanoemulsion ampoules corresponding to skin type, oily skin product (5.42 ± 0.67 points) > neutral oily skin product (5.36 ± 0.67 points) > neutral dry skin product (5.15 ± 0.69 point) > dry skin product (4.75 ± 0.75 points) in the order of evaluation. Four types of nanoemulsion ampoules are physically stable and have confirmed their applicability as a customized cosmetic base according to skin type, and are expected to expand in various ways.
