채팅 진로상담 이용 청년의 상담내용 의미 구조 분석

이 연구는 익명성이 보장된 채팅 진로상담 환경에서 솔직하게 공유된 상담 내용 분석을 통해 내담자 (청년)가 겪는 진로 문제의 구조적인 속성을 파악할 수 있을 것이라는 가정에서 출발하여, 채팅을 통한 청년의 진로ㆍ취업 상담 내용 의미 구조를 규명하여 채팅상담과 청년 진로상담에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적은 채팅을 통한 진로상담 서비스 이용 청년들이 상담 과정에서 공유하는 주요어를 도출 하고, ② 상담 내용의 구조적 특성을 구명하고, ③ 주요어로 구성된 연결망 특성을 확인하는 것이었다. 분석 대상은 한국고용정보원 온라인청년센터 청년상담실에서 19년 4월 1일부터 19년 9월 30일까지(6 개월) 카카오톡을 통해 제공한 진로ㆍ취업상담 서비스 1,326건이고, 분석 데이터 세트를 구성하기 위한 전처리(유사어, 지정어, 제외어 설정) 후 Netminer 4.0 프로그램으로 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 상담 내용 주요어의 중심성을 분석한 결과, 연결중심성 값은 직업(직무)-전공-자격증(자격)-경험-기업 (회사)의 순으로 높게 나타났고, 위세중심성은 경력-경험-고민-공부-교육훈련 순으로 높게 나타났다. 학 력 집단별로 상담내용 의미 구조를 살펴본 결과, 4년제 대학생은 직업(직무)-경험-교육훈련, 전문대생은 전공-교육훈련, 고졸자는 전공-직업(직무)-교육훈련의 연결중심성 및 위세중심성이 높게 나타났다. 온라인에서 진로ㆍ취업 상담을 받는 청년들은 전공, 자격, 경험 등 객관적 요소를 중심으로 전반적 요소를 고려하고 있으며, 학력 등 개인의 조건에 따라 상담에서 우선적으로 언급하는 내용에 차이가 있 음을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과에 근거해서 볼 때, 채팅 진로상담 이용 청년의 상담 내용분석은 우리나 라 청년의 진로를 둘러싼 생각, 행동의 탐색을 위한 주요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. 주제어: 채팅상담, 온라인상담, 청년, 의미구조, 진로상담, 의미연결망 분석, 진로고민. The purpose of this study is to identify the semantic structure of counseling activity of young people who participated in online career counseling. The content of this study was to identify semantic characteristics shared by young people using online career counseling and to identify network characteristics of shared keywords in counseling. The subjects of the study were 1,326 counseling sessions’ record via Kakao Talk (Korean Whatsapp) between April and September 2019 (6 months) at Online Youth Center of Korea Employment Information Service (KEIS). The data sets were pre-processed for analysis (pre-setup of analogies, proper noun, and excluded words), and for the analysis Netminer 4.0 were used. The study result are as follows: The value of degree centrality was high in the order of occupation (job), major, enterprise (company), experience, corporation (company), while the prestige centrality was high in the order of working career, work experience, career concern, study, education & training. After examining the semantic structure of counseling record by academic group, university students were found to have high centrality in occupation (job), experience, education & training, college students’ were major, education & training, and high school graduates showed a high degree of concerns in major, occupation (job) and education & training. Young people who receive career and job counseling online are considering overall factors, focusing on objective factors such as major, qualification, and experience, and it has been shown that there is a difference in what is mentioned first in counseling according to individual conditions such as the academic background. Based on the results of the study, the content analysis of youth counseling using chatting career counseling will be used as a major basic resource for exploring ideas and behaviors surrounding the career path of young people in Korea.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 진로상담 관련 국내 연구 동향(2015~2022) 분석

목적 국내 학술지를 중심으로 진로상담에 관한 연구들의 주제어를 추출하여 분석하고 진로상담의 여러 가지 변인들을 도출하여 진로상담의 연구 동향을 파악함으로써 향후 연구에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 국내에서 출판된 학술지에 발표된 논문 중 ‘진로상담’을 주제어로 하는 논문 176편을 수집하고 810개의 주제어를 도출하였다. 이후 텍스톰 프로그램을 활용하여 단어 정제작업을 수행하였으며, Textom 프로그램의 TF, TF-IDF, N-gram을 통해 주요 키워드를 파악하고 이를 분석 및 시각화하였다. 또한 토픽 모델링 분석을 활용하여 토픽별 중요도와 영향을 미치는 정도를 확인 및 분석하고이를 시각화하였다. 결과 첫째, 2015년부터 2019년까지는 20편대를 유지하다가 2020년에 10편대로 줄어들었다. 둘째, 진로상담 관련 연구는 71개의학술지에 총 176편의 논문이 게재되었으며, 진로상담은 상담, 진로교육, 심리 등 다방면으로 연구되고 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 진로상담과 관련된 연구의 주요 키워드의 출현 빈도를 살펴본 결과, ‘진로’, ‘상담’, ‘집단’, ‘집단’, ‘교육’, ‘결정’, ‘진학’, ‘프로그램’, ‘분석’, ‘교사’ 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, TF-IDF 가중치 분석결과 출현 빈도의 순위와 거의 유사하게 도출된 것으로 확인되었다. 비교적 가중치가 높은 키워드는 ‘진로’, ‘진학’, ‘교육’, ‘집단’ 등으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, N-gram 분석에서는 주요 키워드 간의 연관성을 확인하였다. 진로상담 키워드와 연관성이 높은 키워드 순으로 나열하면 ‘상담‘, ‘결정’, ‘진학’, ‘집단’, ‘교육’, ‘정체’, ‘준비’, ‘탐색’이 각각 출현하는것으로 확인되었다. 여섯째, 네트워크로 표현한 연결 정도 중심성은 ‘진로’, ‘상담’, ‘집단’, ‘교육’ 순으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 토픽모델링분석에서는 10개의 주제로 분류하여 살펴보았고, 크게 ‘진로’, ‘상담’, ‘교육’, 등의 단어가 그룹을 구성하는 주요 단어였다. 결론 국내 진로상담을 변인으로 한 연구들의 키워드 네트워크 분석결과를 바탕으로 진로상담에 대한 다양한 변인을 도출하고 이를바탕으로 후속연구의 방향성을 제언하였다.

과학 영재와 일반 학생의 진로 상담 네트워크 특성

본 연구의 목적은 과학 영재와 일반 학생이 진로 상담을 위해 구성하는 네트워크에서 상담자들 사이의 사회적 영향력을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 과학 영재 151명과 일반 학생 212명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 사회연결망 분석법을 활용하여 분석하였고, 그 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두 집단의 진로 상담 네트워크에서 모두 어머니의 중심성 지표가 가장 높았고, 선생님이 가장 낮았다. 또한, 진로 상담 네트워크에서 어머니로부터 선생님에 이르는 최대 흐름 지표가 가장 낮았고, 과학 영재에 비해 일반 학생의 지표가 현저히 낮았다. 둘째, 진로 상담 네트워크에서 어머니의 역할을 가장 쉽게 대신할 수 있는 상담자는 아버지이고, 선생님은 그 역할을 대신하기에 가장 곤란하다. 그리고 그 정도는 일반 학생 집단 보다는 과학 영재 집단에서 작게 나타났다. 진로 상담 네트워크에서 정보 교환의 제약성은 두 집단에서 모두 선생님이 가장 높고, 어머니가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 과학 영재와 일반 학생들의 진로 상담 네트워크에서 어머니가 가장 중심적인 역할을 하는 반면, 선생님들은 학생들의 진로 상담 네트워크에서 가장 소외되고 있었다. 그러므로 학생들에게 효율적인 진로 지도를 위해서는 부모님과 선생님의 체계적인 연결이 절실히 필요하며, 이를 위한 진로 상담 시스템의 구축이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to examine social influence of the counselors on the network for a career counseling on gifted students of science and general students. This study collected data from 151 gifted students of science and 212 general students. The collected data was analyzed by the social network analysis. The results are as follows: First, we found that mother had the highest centrality indicators and teacher had the lowest centrality indicators on the career counseling network in both groups. And the max-flow indicators from mothers to teachers were the lowest on the career counseling network, on other hand; general students had lower centrality indicators than gifted students of science. Second, father was the most obvious counselor to cover for mother, on the hand, teacher was the worst counselor to cover for mother on the career counseling network. The gifted students group of science had less difficulty to cover for mother than the general students group. While teacher had the highest limits to information exchange on the career counseling network in both groups, mother had the lowest limits. As the result, we can conclude that mother played a key role on the career counseling network in gifted students of science and general students, while teachers was excluded from the career counseling network of students. Therefore, it is necessary to connect systematically parents with teachers for leading effectively students to their career; also government needs to build a career counseling system for this

사범대학 학생들의 진로상담 네트워크 분석:

사회연결망은 대학생들의 진로 탐색 및 준비 과정에서 결정적인 사회적 자본으로 작용한다. 이 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 진로 상담 네트워크의 구조를 파악하는 것 으로 사범대학 생물교육 전공 학생들의 사례를 중심으로 하였다. 연구 참여자는 사 범대학 생물교육 전공 대학생 53명으로 1학년이 11명, 2학년이 14명, 3학년이 12명, 4학년이 16명이다. 사회네트워크 분석 방법을 통하여 참여 학생들의 진로 상담 네트 워크를 구조적으로 분석하였으며, 학생의 개인적인 특성을 고려하여 네트워크 구조 의 의미를 심층적으로 해석하였다. 연구결과 학생들의 네트워크는 학년과 진로방향 에 따라 나누어진 하위집단으로 구성되었으며 일부 학생들은 하위집단 간 정보 전 달에 중요한 역할을 함이 확인되었다. 또한 교직 외의 다른 진로를 결정한 소수의 학생들은 네트워크에서 고립된 하위집단을 구성하였다. 학생들의 진로 상담 네트워 크 파악은 기존의 수직적 진로지도를 넘어 학생들의 사회적 자본을 고려한 수평적 진로지도를 하는데 구체적 자료를 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The social network serves as a crucial social capital in the students career exploration and preparation. The purpose of this study is to explore the structure of the college students career counseling network through an example of Teachers College students majoring in Biology Education. Fifty three college students(11 first grade students, 14 second grade students, 12 third grade students, 16 fourth grade students) was participated in this study. Using social network analysis, we analyze students participation in structured career counseling network, consider the personal characteristics of the students through observation and in-depth interviews were interpreting the meaning of the network structure. According to the result, students’career counseling network was comprised of sub-groups divided according to grade some students career direction and it was confirmed that plays an important role in information transfer between sub-groups. In addition, a small number of students determined the teaching career other than isolated sub-groups were configured on the network. Career counseling network is that students understand the significance, in that it can offer concrete data to a horizontal career guidance, taking into account the students social capital beyond the traditional vertical career guidance.

This study attempted to explore the changing career barrier factors and the direction of career barrier research by analyzing research trends related to career barriers in domestic journals using a keyword network. In a total of 339 papers in the study, the centrality of major nodes was presented to visualize them through keyword network analysis and to identify structural characteristics. Through career barrier keyword network analysis, the centrality of the top keyword and the formation of four clusters were analyzed. As a result of the study, the main keywords were career barriers, universities, influences, career preparation behavior, and self-efficacy, and were classified into a total of four clusters, focusing on comprehensive keywords. By comparing and analyzing cluster changes in line with the changing society, it suggests another changed career barrier factor and the need for career barrier education and program development to overcome it.
