        화물용 튜브운송시스템의 운영개념서 및 운영요구사항서 개발에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 전세계적으로 신교통시스템으로 연구되고 있는 튜브운송시스템에 대한 개념과 화물용 튜브운송시스템의 운영개념서 및 운영요구사항의 개발에 관한 것이다. 철도시스템의 개발 초기에 시스템의 정확한 운영개념을 확립하고 이를 기반으로 시스템에 대한 사용자의 명확한 사용자 요구사항 및 운영요구사항을 도출하는 과정은 매우 중요하며, 시스템의 개발 초기 단계 측 개념설계 단계에서 반드시 수행되어야 한다. 본 논문을 통해서 문헌적인 운영개념서의 형식에 대한 조사, 특징, 그리고 현실적인 운영상황을 고려한 화물용 튜브운송시스템의 운영개념서를 제안하였다. 운영개념서를 통해서 사용목적, 운영시나리오, 비상상황 등의 정보가 식별하였으며 이를 바탕으로 시스템의 운영요구사항서를 개발하였다. 개발된 운영개념서 및 운영요구사항서는 확인된 사용자 요구사항 및 시스템 요구사항으로 구체화 되며, 시스템 아키텍처의 참고문서로서 활용될 수 있다.

        경량전철사업 이해관계자를 위한 시스템엔지니어링(SE) 교육교재 개발 및 그 활용에 관한 연구

        체계적이고 효율적인 경량전철시스템 건설 및 운영을 위해 시스템엔지니어링(SE) 기술의 적용은 필수적인 활동이 되었다. 이에 따라 사업수행과정에서 다양한 요구사항과 위험요소를 적기에 식별하고 조치하는 시스템엔지니어링 인력의 전문성이 매우 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경량전철 시스템엔지니어링 사업과 관련된 이해관계자들(획득자 및 공급자, 그리고 협력업체 등)을 위한 SE 교육교재를 개발하여 사업수행 전 및 수행과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 교육교재는 일반(공통)과정, 수행자(실무자)과정, 심화수행자(관리자)과정)으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 이는 경량전철사업의 성공과 우수한 성과 창출을 위해 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

        시스템엔지니어링 전산지원환경 구축 절차에 관한 연구

        국내에 다양한 시스템 엔지니어링 전산지원도구(Computer Aided tools for Systems Engineering)가 도입되고 도구의 기능이 향상됨에 따라 시스템 엔지니어링 전산지원환경을 구축하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 전산지원환경을 구축하기 위해서는 기존의 국내외 시스템 엔지니어링 표준 및 지침에서 언급되지 않은 구체적인 업무에 대한 고려가 요구되기 때문에, 많은 노력과 시간이 소요된다. 시스템 엔지니어링 본 연구에서는 국내 연구소 및 기업의 시스템 엔지니어링 전산지원환경을 구축하는 과정에서 습득된 문제점과 경험적 교훈(lessons learned)을 정리하였다.

        복합시스템을 위한 시스템엔지니어링 적용방안에 대한 연구

        This paper describes the application method of systems engineering for systems of systems and addressed the evolution in approach as organizations have evolved from standalone platform providers to architect of SoS. There is an increasing need to perform Systems of Systems Engineering(SoSE) in a global environment This has stimulated the development of new, innovative SoSE approaches that surpass current military and industry state-of-the-art systems engineering processes. The simple scaling of the former process was ineffective in dealing with global distributed large-scale integration efforts of network-centric systems of systems. A new SoSE process has been developed which is a significant breakthrough in the development of large complex systems and net-centric systems of systems. The SoSE process provides a complete, detailed and systematic development approach for military and civil SoS. In this point of view, this paper analyzes functionally the architecture framework, process and integrated verification & validation of SoSE. From results of this analysis, perspectives on the application of SoSE suitable for Korea aquisition environment are presented.

        시스템엔지니어링을 적용한 철도안전프로젝트의 시스템엔지니어링 능력성숙도 평가

        In this paper, there is the case study which assesses the systems engineering capability maturity of the safety organization that performs the Railway Safety project using systems engineering method. To In ore effective and efficient a research and development to railway safety domain, a new research and development method can be progressively needed such as systems engineering. To assess quantitatively research of systems engineering efforts in the railway safety project, SECM(EIA/IS 731) Standard is utilized in the paper. It is by questionnaire that the capability maturity assessment is executed wit h the safety organization and staffs who performs the systems engineering activities; requirement analysis and management, interface control management. product verification and validation, and so on. As a result, the systems engineering capability level of the safety organization rises from 0 level at the initial project to 2 level after two years and all staffs give an affirmative answer about the importance and effectiveness of the systems engineering approach.

        시스템 엔지니어링 표준 기반 제철 플랜트 엔지니어링 업무표준 개발 사례

        Plant engineering industry is considered as a key industry which will drive the future of Korea. However, Korean plant engineering companies have recently made huge losses in overseas businesses and the lack of engineering capability is pointed out as a main cause of this situation. Unlike Korean plant engineering companies, world leading engineering companies such as Flour and Bechtel have their own systems Engineering Standards/Guides ensuring successful fulfillments of the concept and basic design processes. An engineering standard for an organization is an essential means to shorten the time for engineering design, to maintain the engineering quality and to secure the engineering efficiency in the development of the complex system. Korean plant engineering companies'lack of engineering capability comes from the absence of the engineering standard. In the paper, we have developed a steel-making plant engineering standard based on a systems engineering standard. We chose both ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and NASA SE Handbook as main reference standards. First, we have introduced a life-cycle definition and a physical hierarchy of a general steel-making plant. Then we have introduced detailed engineering processes of each life-cycle stage. The full scope of the study was from the feasibility study to the basic design but in the paper, we have only introduced detailed engineering processes and exit criteria for the feasibility study and the concept design.

        항모쏘티생성시스템(CVSGS) 경계분석에 관한 연구

        This paper describes boundary analysis for modeling Aircraft Carrier Sortie Generation System(CVSGS). An aircraft carrier, as a super system, is a warship going into battle by operating a number of aircraft on deck and it should be lay down a definition about aviation operations interacting between aircraft carrier and carrier air wing in small deck area. For this reason this paper models common aviation support system for generating sortie basic unit of carrier aviation operations unlike to general warship and defines boundaries between this system and aircraft carrier and carrier air wing. This paper analysis activities of aircraft carrier and embarked carrier air wing in carrier aviation operations, and analysis and defines boundaries Aircraft Carrier Sortie Generation System(CVSGS) to perform core functions in interacting between aircraft carrier and embarked carrier air wing.

        가압중수로 증기발생기의 경년열화 관리를 위한 안전성 평가 시스템 개발

        Since steam generator (SG) tubes are located in the boundary between the primary and secondary systems of nuclear power plant (NPP), the SG is one of the most important components in the aspects of the safety of NPP. The magnetite ($Fe_30_4$) deposition, so-called fouling, is generally known as a major aging mechanism of CANDU SGs, and this aging mechanism makes the heat transfer efficiency between the primary and secondary systems of NPP reduced. Therefore, the development of SG safety assessment system which can evaluate the effect of the SG aging degradation mechanism should be needed for safety of NPP. In this study, through the suggestion of the guideline for SG safety assessment, it is possible to strengthen the basic of establishing the effective SG aging management technique. The SG safety assessment is carried out by CATHENA(Canadian Algorithm for THErmalhydraulic Network Analysis). It is possible to determine the integrity of SGs by identifying the main safety parameters which can be changed by the aging degradation of CANDU SGs.

        Industrial safety is one of the crucial agenda for Government as well as Manufacturing Industry. To cope with the needs, a great deal of policies and technical implementation have been proposed and implemented. With a great increasing attention on the Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory, industrial safety has received as a crucial agenda by the manufacturing industry in particular. Up until now, almost all of them have been made from the environmental aspects, rather than operator or workers. In this paper, we present our research results how to increase the workers' safety via smart factory technology, such as IoT and CPS. Our approach has been to see the problem from SE perspectives, to draw the real issues from the various stakeholders, and define how to solve the problem based on the emerging technologies. The developed systems can give conceptual framework for the 'smart' industrial safety system by providing solution architecture for how to monitor the location of workers, and moving equipments, and generate solutions how to avoid safety problems between them if detected.

        성능변수를 고려한 화물용 튜브운송시스템 개념 아키텍처 설계에 관한 연구

        In general, an Architecture of a system is embodied as applied results of a requirement analysis of a system in early development phase. These efforts play a important role in analyzing and understanding a system considering operational, functional, and physical view and deriving a correct solution before developing the system. In this paper, the architecture of the Tube Transportation System(TTS) known as the new transportation system in Railway Domain is depicted by performance parameter has already developed. The existing performance parameters are shown by a variety of types with many meanings rather than types of general requirements refined. As these early performance parameters have analyzed and complemented to a level of requirement by requirement managers and other domain specialists, the architecture of the Tube Transportation System was developed systematically and then system requirements will be drawn up definitely. The presented architecture will provide a framework of developing a TTS and also offer an information in performance analysis of TTS.
