Human insulin gene is consisted of the polymorphic region with the repeating unit, the regulatory sequence, the structural gene including the intervening sequence(IVS), and 3-flanking region. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which amplifies the target DNA between two specific pricers, has been performed for the amplification of human insulin gene and simple one-step cloning of it into Escherichia coli. Out of 1727 nucleotides compared, only 4 sites were variable : 5 - regulatory region (G2101→AGG); IVS I (T2401→A); ExonⅡ (C2411→deletion); IVS Ⅱ (A2740→deletion). The variations at the G2101 and T2401 were the same as those found in one American allele. While the other two variations were observed only in the specific Korean allele. And, enzyme digestion patterns among normal insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(IDDM), and non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) were the same. On the other hand, PCR method showed the possibility of the quick access for the polymorphec region in terms of the restriction fragment length of polymorphism(RFLP).

의료의 QI 활동은 행정부, 병원경영자, 관리자, 의료제공자들에 의해 여러 가지 방법으로 진행되어 일반 서비스분야에서는 어느 정도 소득이 있었지만 진료행위에 대한 QI 활동은 아직 미미한 상태이다. 가장 큰 문제점 중의 하나는 의료진의 소극적인 참여인데, 실제 QI 활동의 성공 여부는 의료제공자 중 특히 의사의 역할이 어느 것 보다 중요한 변수가 될 수 있다. 카톨릭대학교 성가병원도 이러한 사회적 요구에 따라 부서별로 제한된 범위 내에서 의료의 QI 활동을 벌여 오다다 1996년에 병원의 의료서비스 평가가 시작되면서 QI 전담실이 설치된 후 처음부터 QI 활동에 의료진이 적극적으로 참여함으로서 조직적이고 체계적인 활동을 할 수 있게 되었다. 그 동안에는 의료서비스분야의 사업에 치중되어 있었지만, 현재는 점차로 진료행위의 QI 사업으로 전환되고 있다. 그러므로 그 동안 QI위원장으로서 활동한 경험을 토대로 의료진의 참여 유도에 관한 내용을 중심으로 문제점과 참여 유도방법을 소개하고자 한다.

It has been simulated 2 dimension dipole vortex impinging against wall using the code developed by Orlandi. Recently the turbulent structure and variation of the structure have been researching since 1980's. and they found the vorticity is the most important factor varying the turbulent structure. The main objectives of the research are to defined the variation of the flow structure of the dipole after impinging the wall due to the variation of Reynolds number. Although It was neglected the expansion of the vorticity because of the 2-dimensional assumption. It is possible to show that the variation of the flow and the structure due to the convection and diffusion. The code is based on finite difference method and the grid was formed non-uniformly only in flow direction to make it possible to apply fast fourier transform in uniform grid.

『혼불』에 재현된 한국 전통 민속·문화 요소를 활용한 문화콘텐츠 개발 방안의 제안 - 평생의례를 중심으로 -

The epic novel Honbul, written by Myung-Hee Choi, is characterized by her ability to observe, elaborative and creative words, delicate and multi-layered description of Korean traditional folklore and custom in the ethnographic aspect. In Honbul the author restored and reproduced forgotten and forgetting Korean traditional tangible and intangible folkloric and cultural elements based on thorough historical research. It was through this that she awakened readers to the spirit and tradition of our people. In this sense we estimate that with Honbul the author Myung-Hee Choi opened the new horizon for ethnographic novel. Ultimately we aim to extract Korean traditional folkloric and cultural elements represented in the epic novel Honbul and to change extracted elements into cultural contents by designing new creative cultural contents and to develop designed cultural contents into items of cultural industry which are suitable for the age of The Fourth Industrial Revolution. For this purpose a series of prerequisites are required. As one of prerequisites this study is planned. This paper focuses on the extraction of Korean traditional tangible and intangible folkloric and cultural elements concerning the Life Cycle Ceremony represented in Honbul. 최명희의 대하소설 『혼불』은 작가의 관찰력과 문체의 수려함, 민속지적 차원에서 민속과 풍속에 대한 섬세하고도 다층적인 기술 등으로 특징지어진다. 작가는 『혼불』에서 잊혀진 그리고 잊혀지고 있는 한국 전통 유·무형의 민속·문화 요소들을 철저한 고증을 통해 섬세한 언어로 복원하여 재현했다. 이를 통해 작가는 독자들에게 우리 민족의 혼과 전통을 일깨웠다. 이런 의미에서 우리는 작가 최명희가 『혼불』로 박물지적 소설이란 새로운 지평을 열었다고 평가한다. 본 연구자들의 궁극적인 목표는 『혼불』에서 재현된 한국 전통 유·무형의 민속·문화 요소를 추출하고, 추출된 민속·문화 요소를 창의적으로 새롭게 기획하여 문화콘텐츠로 개발하고, 개발된 문화콘텐츠를 제4차 산업혁명의 시대에 걸맞게 문화산업의 아이템으로 발전시킬 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해서는 일련의 사전 작업들이 요구된다. 그런 사전 작업들 중 하나로서 본 연구는 기획되었다. 본 논문은 민속지적 소설 해체 읽기를 통해 평생의례와 관련하여『혼불』에서 재현된 유·무형의 한국 전통 민속·문화 요소들을 추출하는 것에 집중한다.

도시관광 사업의 일환으로 추진한 양림 근대역사문화마을 관광자원화 사업은 2010년 20만㎡의 부지에 총 사업비 307억원을 투입하여 시작했다. 사업대상지는 개화기 서양 선교사들의 주된 활동지로서 근대문화 유산의 집적과 서양 선교문화와 전통문화가 공존하여 역사적 · 문화적 가치에 대한 조명이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다양한 사업 추진결과 2017년 문화체육관광부와 한국관광공사가 발표한 ‘한국을 대표하는 관광지 100선’에 선정되어 전국적인 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 1940년대 도시구조로 주거환경개선사업이 진행되는 등 열악한 환경으로 방문이 불편하다는 지적을 받아왔다. 선행연구에서 공통적으로 지적한 양림 근대역사문화마을의 문제점은 주차공간 부족이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대중교통, 자가용, 도보의 세 가지 수단에 대한 접근성을 평가했다. 접근성 평가는 결절점 간 통로의 수에 따라 수준을 평가하는 지수를 활용했다. 분석결과 대중교통 · 자가용차량 접근 0.33, 도보통행 접근 0.277로 모든 수단에서 매우 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 그 동안 문제점으로 지적해온 도시관광지 접근성 수준을 계량화 했다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 연구결과는 접근성 제고를 위한 개선계획 수립방향을 설정하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 그러나, 본 연구는 관광지 선택에 영향을 미치는 매력성, 접근시간, 접근비용, 서비스 수준, 주변 관광여건 등을 종합적으로 반영하지 못하였다는 한계가 있다.
