The materials of the mold in the injection molding was affected a various elements. In general, the materials of the mold depended on the number of the shots and the manufucturing mold. The munufucturing of mold needed some techniqus, one of them, the hot runner system is very utility techniqu in the injection molding using the enpla resin. The most important feature of the molding is the conservation techniqu in the manufuctures.
A Simple Control Technique for SRM Drive

SRM은 구조가 간단하여 제작생산성이 좋고 속도-토오크특성이 우수한 전동기구로써 각광을 받고 있으나, 회전자위치센서가 반드시 필요하므로 저가격, 저출력의 적용에는 상대적으로 불리하다. 본 논문에서 slotted disc를 가진 opto-interrupter를 사용하여 토오크제어와 속도제어가 간단한 저가의 구동시스템을 제안하였다. 토오크에 따라 회전속도가 변화함에 따라 dwell angel이 자동적으로 조정됨으로써 전동기의 토오크 및 속도를 쉽게 제어할 수 있으며, 이를 실험으로 입증하였다.
Automation and Robotics in the Construction Industry

This paper addresses three areas of concern when trying to implement automation technology into the construction industry. In the first section, the characteristics of the construction industry are described, and then are compared with the manufacturing industry. This is necessary in order to understand the difficulties in the direct transfer of automation technologies from the manufacturing industry to the construction industry. In the second section, a brief history of the construction automation research effort is described by analyzing the papers published in the last ten proceedings of the International Symposium on Automation and Robotics in Construction. In the third and final section, research effort on the following topics is described, the driving forces for construction automation, the identification of tasks having the most need for automation, and the economic evaluation methodology.

This study presents a fuzzy set-theoretic approach for evaluation scheduling policies considering multiple objectives. Though there have been a number of studies for scheduling problems, most of them dealt with the development of algorithms which solve the scheduling problems with the only single objective function. But, since it is essential to consider several influencing factors in industries, existing studies have been not well applied. Firstly, the fuzzy set theory is introduced in brief. Next, an evaluation procedure for scheduling policies is developed by using the fuzzy theory. Finally, the approach is carried out through an example problem.

The purpose of this study is to develop a series of theoretical modeling process for lake water quality. Also, this study offers rational developing process of lake water quality and reduces trial-errors in modeling process. The most important parameters in modeling process are determined as temporal and spatial-scale resolution in model. At first, We must be set up an objective of model that be developed. Therefore, Second, The number and kind of state variable must be determined. Another parameters influencing temporal and spatial-scale, I think, are about the morphological and hydrological properties, and substance's properties. Especially, Because domestic reservoirs have different properties from natural lakes in foreign countries, We must consider morphological and hydrological properties of domestic reservoirs more carefully. Usually, two- dimensional scales in spatial scale resolution are required among domestic artificial lakes. Finally, temporal and spatial-scale are linked to each other and they can be understood using Froude nunbers. Temporal scales are classified as steady state and dynamic state.

The good features of a switched reluctance motor (SRM) are appreciated by the appliance manufactures. And it is spread into a commercial and industries market. The few disadvantage of the motor is higher torque ripple and noise. This paper proposes an instantaneous torque control scheme to control a speed precisely. It adapts phase-locked loop (PLL) control technique to regulate speed precisely. In this control scheme, the phase detector signal of PLL controls the switching dwell angle flexibly and the loop filter's signal controls adaptively the instantaneous switching voltage. Experimental results show that drive performance is drive performance is good with low torque ripple.

In this paper, we proposed a teaching method of pronunciation using analysis and articulation rule. The power spectra of vocal trace transfer function are achieved by the FFT. Formants for acoustic analysis are given from the peaks which are found in those spectra. The haming window with the frame of 256 samples is used in preprocessing. We found that formants distribution in each vowels are stable and some vowel is able to seperate by teaching of pronounce. These results encouraged us very much and show that this method can be applied to the teaching method of pronounciation in primary school.

This paper aims to analyze the social ·cultural ·physical aspects of the large indoor spaces such as a atrium and galleria, and to propose the guidelines of a indoor public space in view of urban design. The contents of this paper can be summarized as following ; 1. Analize the forces and factors that shape the large indoor spaces of the mixed-use developments in downtown area. 2. Review the possibilities of the application as a indoor public space. 3. Evaluate the successful examples of indoor public space in view of urban contexts. 4. Propose the design guidelines of atrium as a indoor public space.

An SRM is single excited machine with high saturation. It's torque is developed by the tendency for the magnetic circuit to align to the direction of minimum reluctance. Therefore, calculating the inductances are important in the study of SRM. This paper suggests the self and mutual inductance estimation method in full-pitched winding SRM as permeance method considering the saturation in magnetic circuit. The validity of the suggested method is verified through the test result.
