In this paper, some idea about the use of Metal and ceramic filled epoxy adhesive, Anaerobic adhesive and RTV silicone in the assembly, maintain and repair of machinery and equipment is given. Analysis of efficiency of Service Industry in Shandong Province based on the DEA model

Purpose - Service Industry in Shandong is developing slowly. This paper is aiming to analyse the efficiency of the Service Industry in Shandong using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The analysis results will be the support for decision making by the upper management. Research design, data and methodology - The paper analyzed the date data of the efficiency of the Services Industry in Shandong through the DEA methods. This is distinguished from the Production Function Method that domestic scholars use, and can test the results based on Production Function Method. In order to ensure the authenticity and reliability of calculation results based on DEA model, the data in the paper comes from “China Annual Statistics Yearbook” and “Shandong Annual Statistics Yearbook”. The DEA method is a nonparametric statistical method, it evaluates from the perspective which is beneficial to Decision-making Units and avoiding confirming the weight of every index in the sense of priority. Results - This paper is aiming to search for the internal dynamic mechanism to improve the efficiency of the Service Industry and expand its research area in Shandong Province, the through the analysis of the efficiency of Service Industry in Shandong using DEA method. The results presented in this paper is that the decision made by the upper management. Conclusions - The results revealed that the low-efficiency traditional Services occupy an important share of Shandong Service Industry, and the high-efficiency of the emerging Services account for a low proportion. The results are more associated with the level of areal economy, and especially restricted by GDP, income level and and technological development. However, the overall efficiency of the Service Industry in Shandong shows an increasing trend year by year, which means there’s a huge development potential in this industry.
Study on Heat Resistance Anaerobic Adhesive Which Expands When Post Cured

In this paper, N,N-m-phenyenedimaleimide (m-PDM), Polyamide Resin (PI) and Metallic dimethacrylate etc. influencing the heat resistance of anaerobic adhesive has been studied, an anaerobic adhesive composition capable of post-cure expansion and $230^{\circ}C$ temperature resistance comprising a multifunctional methacrylate and m-PDM capable of effectuating expansion upon post-cure has been developed. A homogeneous mixture of a monomer and m-PDM are subjected to a first cure heat stage (Room Temperature) wherein a rigid partially-cured plastic is formed and a post-cure heat stage ($150^{\circ}C$) to effectuate permanent expansion of cured adhesive composition.

VP2 is the minor structural protein of noroviruses (NoV)and may function in NoV particle stability. To determinethe function of VP2 in the stability of the NoV particle, weconstructed and purified two kinds of virus-like particles(VLPs), namely, VLPs (VP1) and VLPs (VP1+VP2), fromSf9 cells infected with recombinant baculoviruses by usinga Bac-to-Bac® baculovirus expression system. The two kindsof VLPs were treated with different phosphate buffers (pH2 to pH 8); the secondary structure was then analyzed byfar UV circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. Results showedthat significant disruptions of the secondary structure ofproteins were not observed at pH 2 to pH 7. At pH 8, thepercentages of α-helix, β-sheet, and β-turn in VLPs (VP1)were decreased from 11% to 8%, from 37% to 32%, andfrom 20% to 16%, respectively. The percentage of coil wasincreased from 32% to 44%. By contrast, the percentages ofα-helix, β-sheet, and β-turn in VLPs (VP1+VP2) were decreasedfrom 11% to 10%, from 37% to 35%, and from 20%to 19%, respectively. The percentage of coil was increasedfrom 32% to 36%. VLPs (VP1+VP2) was likely more stablethan VLPs (VP1), as indicated by the percentage of the secondarystructures analyzed by CD. These results suggestedthat VP2 could stabilize the secondary structure of VLPsunder alkaline pH conditions. This study provided novelinsights into the molecular mechanism of the function ofVP2 in the stability of NoV particles.

Background/Aims: To evaluate temporal trends of atrial fibrillation (AF) prevalence in critically ill patients who received prolonged mechanical ventilation (MV) in the United States. Methods: We used the 2008 to 2014 National Inpatient Sample to compute the weighted prevalence of AF among hospitalized adult patients on prolonged MV. We used multivariable-adjusted models to evaluate the association of AF with clinical factors, in-hospital mortality, hospitalization cost, and length of stay (LOS). Results: We identified 2,578,165 patients who received prolonged MV (21.27% of AF patients). The prevalence of AF increased from 14.63% in 2008 to 24.43% in 2014 (p for trend < 0.0001). Amongst different phenotypes of critically ill patients, the prevalence of AF increased in patients with severe sepsis, asthma exacerbation, congestive heart failure exacerbation, acute stroke, and cardiac arrest. Older age, male sex, white race, medicare access, higher income, urban teaching hospital setting, and Western region were associated with a higher prevalence of AF. AF in critical illness was a risk factor for in-hospital death (odds ratio, 1.13; 95% confidence interval, 1.11 to 1.15), but in-hospital mortality in critically ill patients with AF decreased from 11.6% to 8.3%. AF was linked to prolonged LOS (2%, p < 0.0001) and high hospitalization cost (4%, p < 0.0001). LOS (-1%, p < 0.0001) and hospitalization cost (-4%, p < 0.0001) decreased yearly. Conclusions: The prevalence of comorbid AF is increasing, particularly in older patients. AF may lead to poorer prognosis, and high-quality intensive care is imperative for this population.

Chlamys farreri is an important economic mollusk and is able to accumulate cadmium (Cd) excessively. Two cDNA libraries from gill of C. farreri which were Cd treated or not were generated based on the Illumina sequencing platform in order to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with cadmium accumulation. The analysis of comparative transcriptomics identified 82,800 unigenes and 128 differentially expressed genes. Of these, 8 of the most significant DEGs were verified by real-time PCR, showing consistent trends in expression patterns between the two techniques. KEGG pathways analysis revealed that 37 associated processes were highly enriched. A set of key DEGs were identified that may play important roles in cadmium exposure. Our work presents an overview of gene expression change during cadmium exposure to C. farreri and identifies a series of candidate genes and pathways for further research on the molecular mechanisms of cadmium accumulation.
