        판례분석을 통해 살펴본 상담실무에서의 법적 쟁점

        본 연구의 목적은 판례분석을 통해 상담실무에서 발생하는 법적 분쟁의 쟁점은 무엇인지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2021년 4월까지의 대법원·각 급 법원·헌법재판소의 판례들을 대법원종합법률정보, 헌법재판소, 로앤비(lawnb) 사이트를 통해 수집하였으며, 최종 선정된 총 23건의판례들을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 수집된 판례를 양적 내용분석법에 따라 법적 분쟁유형, 연도별 판례, 소송 제기인별 현황, 책임소재별 현황, 재판 유형으로 구분하여 그 빈도를 살펴보았으며, 질적 내용분석법에 따라 ‘상담을 하면서 발생하는 문제’, ‘근로계약’, ‘상담센터 운영’, ‘출판/저작권’, ‘내담자의 법적 분쟁 문제’, ‘기타’로 구분된 6개의 법적 분쟁유형에 해당하는 판례들의 세부 내용들을 사건 개요, 판결요지, 법적 근거, 특이사항 별로 자세하게 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 판례분석을 통해 도출된 상담 현장의 법적 분쟁 내용들과 그 판결의 근거 내용들은 상담 전문가의자격 문제, 근무환경 문제, 행정 업무에서의 어려움, 상담윤리 문제, 상담 관련 법제도의 비체계성 문제 등과 관련된 이슈들을 담고 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 상담사들에 대한 법 교육 및 정부차원의 체계화된 법률 제정, 상담자 및 내담자의 권리인식 증진의 필요성 등을 시사하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 국내 상담 분야에서 최초로 시도된 본 판례분석연구의 결과가 상담사들을 위한 법 교육에, 더 나아가 상담 분야 법령 마련에 의미 있게 활용되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the issues of legal disputes that arise in counseling practice through case analysis. For this, the researchers collected the legal cases up to 2021 from the Supreme Court Comprehensive Legal Information, the Constitutional Court, and the Lawnb website, and made a final selection of 23 cases in total and analyzed them. For the quantitative content analysis, the researchers analyzed the frequency by type of legal dispute, case by year, status by litigator, status by responsible parties, and type of trial. For the qualitative content analysis, the researchers classified 23 legal cases into six types of legal disputes: ‘problems arising from counseling’, ‘employment contract’, ‘management of counseling organization’, ‘publishing/copyright’, ‘client’s legal dispute issues’, and ‘other’, and the researcher also looked into the details including the case summary, summary of judgment, legal basis, and their characteristics. The legal disputes in the counseling and the basis for the judgment derived from the case analysis of this study included the issues of qualifications of counselors, working environment, difficulties in administrative work, counseling ethics, and the non-systematic structure of the legal system related to counseling. These results showed the need of legal education for counselors, enactment of laws for professional counseling services, and the need to promote awareness of the rights of counselors and clients. Lastly, as it was the first attempt in the field of counseling in Korea, it is expected that the results of the case analysis will be used meaningfully in legal education for counselors and furthermore in the preparation of legislation for professional counselors and their services in Korea

        A Study on Korean Sentiment Analysis Rate Using Neural Network and Ensemble Combination

        In this paper, we propose a sentiment analysis model that improves performance on small-scale data. A sentiment analysis model for small-scale data is proposed and verified through experiments. To this end, we propose Bagging-Bi-GRU, which combines Bi-GRU, which learns GRU, which is a variant of LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) with excellent performance on sequential data, in both directions and the bagging technique, which is one of the ensembles learning methods. In order to verify the performance of the proposed model, it is applied to small-scale data and large-scale data. And by comparing and analyzing it with the existing machine learning algorithm, Bi-GRU, it shows that the performance of the proposed model is improved not only for small data but also for large data.

        <P>Rh-catalyzed direct C-H/C-H cross-coupling reaction of various (hetero)arenes with quinones is developed. This protocol is effective for a broad range of both quinone and arene substrates and a wide range of directing groups for this reaction, affording structurally diverse aryl-substituted quinones with high synthetic utility. Moreover, the present synthetic route allowed for the rapid construction of the carbazole quinone moiety that was identified as a new inhibitor scaffold for GSK beta.</P>

        Ongoing endeavors to detect mobilization of transposable elements

        Transposable elements (TEs) are DNA sequences capable ofmobilization from one location to another in the genome. Sincethe discovery of ‘Dissociation (Dc) locus’ by Barbara McClintockin maize (1), mounting evidence in the era of genomics indicatesthat a significant fraction of most eukaryotic genomes is composedof TE sequences, involving in various aspects of biologicalprocesses such as development, physiology, diseasesand evolution. Although technical advances in genomics havediscovered numerous functional impacts of TE across species,our understanding of TEs is still ongoing process due to challengesresulted from complexity and abundance of TEs in thegenome. In this mini-review, we briefly summarize biology ofTEs and their impacts on the host genome, emphasizing importanceof understanding TE landscape in the genome. Then,we introduce recent endeavors especially in vivo retrotranspositionassays and long read sequencing technology for identifyingde novo insertions/TE polymorphism, which will broaden ourknowledge of extraordinary relationship between genomic cohabitantsand their host.

        Neuroprotective effects of 2,4-dinitrophenol in an acute model of Parkinson’s disease

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Neurons depend on mitochondria for homeostasis and survival, and thus, mitochondrial dysfunction has been implicated in neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson’s disease (PD). Increasing evidence indicates the mitochondrial uncoupler, 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), protects neurons against neurodegeneration and enhances neural plasticity. Here, the authors evaluated the protective effects of intraperitoneally (i.p.) administered low dose DNP in an acute mouse model of PD. Mice were administered DNP (1 or 5mg/kg) for 12 consecutive days, and then on day 13, MPTP (20mg/kg, i.p.) was administered four times (with 2h intervals between injections) to induce PD. It was found that MPTP-induced motor dysfunction was ameliorated in the DNP-treated mice versus vehicle-treated controls. Additionally, DNP effectively attenuated dopaminergic neuronal loss observed in MPTP treated mice. Moreover, in primary cultured neurons, DNP at 10μM, but not at 100μM, prevented MPP<SUP>+</SUP>-induced cell death and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) reduction. In addition, DNP was observed to cause the nuclear translocation of Nrf2 in primary neurons. Taken together, these findings of the present study suggest that DNP protects dopaminergic neurons against neurodegeneration and maintains MMP integrity in PD by activating adaptive stress responses.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> DNP attenuates MPTP-induced motor dysfunction and dopaminergic neuronal death. </LI> <LI> DNP pretreatment protects primary neurons against MPP<SUP>+</SUP>-induced cell death. </LI> <LI> Neuroprotective effects of DNP involve stabilization of MMP and adaptive stress response via Nrf2 activation. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • Rhodanine dye-based small molecule acceptors for organic photovoltaic cells

        <P>The solution-processable small molecules based on carbazole or fluorene containing rhodanine dyes at both ends were synthesized and introduced as acceptors in organic photovoltaic cells.         Korean Sentiment Analysis Using Natural Network: Based on IKEA Review Data

        In this paper, we find a suitable methodology for Korean Sentiment Analysis through a comparative experiment in which methods of embedding and natural network models are learned at the highest accuracy and fastest speed. The embedding method compares word embeddeding and Word2Vec. The model compares and experiments representative neural network models CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, Bi-LSTM and Bi-GRU with IKEA review data. Experiments show that Word2Vec and BiGRU had the highest accuracy and second fastest speed with 94.23% accuracy and 42.30 seconds speed. Word2Vec and GRU were found to have the third highest accuracy and fastest speed with 92.53% accuracy and 26.75 seconds speed.

        디지털 미디어가 생활의 일상을 소통시키고 있는 21세기 대한민국에서 새로운 디지털 세대인 어린이를 대상으로 한 교육용 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 서비스와 관심이 빠르게 중가하고 있다. 그중에서도 컴퓨터를 이용한 온라인게임 컨텐츠는 단시간안에 어린이를 몰입시키는 동시에 흥미를 불러일으키는 동 많은 장점을 가진다 오락이라는 엔터테인먼트의 기능에 교육의 목적을 더한 에듀테인먼트 컨텐츠 개발로 우리는큰 교육적 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 성장하고 있는 어린이에게 긍정적인 개념을 형성하고 이동의 삶을 풍부하게 만들어 준다는 정서 발달은 아동을 위한 교육의 하나로 매우 중요하다 정서 발달을 위한 방법 중 좋은 예로 꼽히고 있는 애완동물 기르기라는 주제를 게임에 접목시키고 아직까지는 초등학교 교과과정에서 열악하게 다뤄지고 있는 동식물 단원에 관한 이야기를 에듀테인먼트 방식으로 표현해보고자 한다 나를 대변할 수 있는 캐릭터와 나의 개인공간을 가지고서 친구들과 친목도모를 하면서 나의 애완동물을 가지고 게임은 시작된다. 애완동물과 여행을 떠나면서 자연에 대한 학습과 미션등을 통해서 이루어지는 친목도모, 선행(도덕성)학습, 도전의식의 학습 또한 기대해 본다. It is easily acceptable that a digital media is penetrating our life at 21century in Korea and it's deep impact to children education also increase people's interest along with service, specifically the contents of the educational digital media. Among a content of the educational digital media, the contents of on-line game have such a huge merit because it inspires a child's interest in short periods in terms of exciting their focusing point. Introducing "Edu-tainment,"a coined word of function of Education and entertainment for amusement, we are expecting that and developing a content of Edu-tainment will produce an educational effect. For a child's growth, it is important to develop a culture of aesthetic sentiments in terms of giving them a positive concept to enrich their life. This study applies a term as keeping a dog which is one of good strategy to increase aesthetic sentiments for a child. This study also represents a story of Edu-tainment at course of animals and plants which is week a curriculum at elementary education. The game starts on the background of having my pet first along with my personal space, 3D character in lieu of myself and friendship with other similar conditions. Travelling with my pet, we will pile up an experience in terms of given mission or natural education and it is expected that this valuable experience will produce a friendship, morality and challenges.
