Objectives: This study aimed to survey the characteristics of air quality and meteorological conditions in a greenway park. Methods: We measured meteorological and health related factors, including noise, particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) and selected gaseous air pollutants at three locations in a greenway park and on a general roadside as comparison. The measurements were repeated four times from April to October 2014. Results: The average air temperature in the greenway park was $20.7^{\circ}C$ which was $1-2^{\circ}C$ lower than on the general roadside. The average $PM_{10}$ concentration in the greenway park was $85.0{\mu}g/m^3$, a level 2-3 times lower than that at the roadside. The noise level at the greenway site was 4.4 dB(A)- 23.0 dB(A) lower than at the roadside. The average CO, $CO_2$, $SO_2$ and NOx concentrations in the greenway park were lower than at the roadside. The average phytoncide and anions concentrations in the greenway park were higher than at the roadside. Conclusions: The urban forest of the greenway park may have some impact on air quality and meteorological conditions.

We consider a μ-RBMP, which is one-dimensional reflected Brownian motion process with drift coefficient μ. The joint distribution of μ-RBMP is derived, and we find the distribution of the first-passage time using the joing distribution function. The property of the distribution is examined through some real examples.

In this paper, to provide the maximum information concerning Korean morphology, the managing method of making code of combination information and regulation was used and especially the total character and meaningful information focusing on the "Che-on", "Yong-on" was extended and provided with dictionary information. This does not depend on the certain linguistic grammar or handling algorism, but is considered to provide for the important data in translation multilanguage as the usable extended dictionary information.

We handle the stochastic processes of independent and identically distributed random variables. But random variables are usually dependent among themselves in actual life. So in this paper, we find out a new process not satisfying Markov property. We investigate the probability mass functions and study on the probability of the first-passage time. Also we find out the average frequency of continuous successes in from 0 to n time.
Effectiveness of Learning Performances According to Financial Motivation of University Students

Purpose - The aim of this study is to explore the effectiveness in educational differences between students of the government's financialfunded groups and the non-financial-funded groups at a university in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study was conducted using a survey tool of National Assessment for Student Engagement in Learning. In total, 334 participants were surveyed, of which 290 students were participants in economic support program and 44 were nonattendance program students. The general characteristics of all of the participants were investigated by frequency analysis. The analysis of participants’ collective characteristics used independent t and f-test, and one-way ANOVA with IBM SPSS Statistics package program 22.0. Results - The number of participating students is higher than that of non-participating students in relation to in-activities of university immersion, but the number of participating students is lower than that of non-participating students in relation to in-quality of student support. However, there was no statistical significance. The confidence coefficient of the university-immersion and student support questionnaire is 0.860 and 0.913, respectively. Conclusions - There is no significant difference in the activities of university immersion and student support between students who participate in the economic support program and those who do not.
Induction of Melanogenesis by Rapamycin in Human MNT-1 Melanoma Cells

Background: Melanogenesis is one of the characteristic parameters of differentiation in melanocytes and melanoma cells. Specific inhibitors of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), such as wortmannin and LY294002, stimulate melanin production in mouse and in human melanoma cells, suggesting that PI3K and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) might be involved in the regulation of melanogenesis. Objective: The involvement of the mTOR pathway in regulating melanogenesis was examined using human MNT-1 melanoma cells, and the effects of the potent inhibitor of mTOR, rapamycin, in the presence or absence of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) were evaluated. Methods: In cells treated with rapamycin, cell viability, melanin content, and tyrosinase (TYR) activity were measured and compared with untreated controls. Protein levels of TYR, tyrosinase-related protein (TYRP)-1, TYRP-2, and microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) were also analyzed by Western blot. Results: In rapamycin-treated cells, the melanin content increased concomitantly with an elevation in TYR activity, which plays a major role in melanogenesis. There was also an up-regulation of TYR, TYRP-1, and MITF proteins. Combined treatment with rapamycin or wortmannin and α-MSH increased melanogenesis more strongly than α-MSH alone. Conclusion: Rapamycin-induced melanin formation may be mediated through the up-regulation of TYR protein and activity. Furthermore, rapamycin and wortmannin, inhibitors of mTOR and PI3K, respectively, have co-stimulatory effects with α-MSH in enhancing melanogenesis in melanocyte cells. Comparative Study on Imputation Procedures in Exponential Regression Model with missing values

A data set having missing observations is often completed by using imputed values. In this paper, performances and accuracy of five imputation procedures are evaluated when missing values exist only on the response variable in the exponential regression model. Our simulation results show that adjusted exponential regression imputation procedure can be well used to compensate for missing data, in particular, compared to other imputation procedures. An illustrative example using real data is provided.

<P>Fused deposition modeling (FDM), one of the archetypal 3D printing processes, typically requires support structures matched to printed model parts that principally have undercut or overhung features. Thus, the support removal is an essential postprocessing step after the FDM process. Here, we present an efficient and rapid method to remove the support part of an FDM-manufactured product using the phenomenon of oxidative degradation of hydrogen peroxide. This mechanism was significantly effective on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which has been widely used as a support material in the FDM process. Compared to water, hydrogen peroxide provided a two times faster dissolution rate of the PVA material. This could be increased another two times by applying ultrasonication to the solvent. In addition to the rapidness, we confirmed that amount of the support residues removed was enhanced, which was essentially caused by the surface roughness of the FDM-fabricated part. Furthermore, we demonstrated that there was no deterioration with respect to the mechanical properties or shape geometries of the obtained 3D printed parts. Taken together, these results are expected to help enhance the productivity of FDM by reducing the postprocessing time and to allow the removal of complicated and fine support structures, thereby improving the design capability of the FDM technique.</P>
