발달지체유아 부모교육 측면에서 본 어머니의 유아특수 교육교사에 대한 협력방식의 변화과정 사례연구

발달지체유아 부모교육의 최대 성공조건 중 하나는 발달지체유아 부모의 유아특수교육교사에 대한 협력의 방식이며, 그 협력방식의 변화과정은 곧 발달지체유아 부모가 부모교육을 통해 유아특수교육교사와 상호 협력하고자 하는 동기를 부여받으면서 발전할 수 있다. 부모 자신의 전문성 역시 유아특수교육교사로부터 지지받으면서 발전해나갈 수 있다. 즉, 발달지체유아 부모의 전문성은 부모가 부모교육에서 유아특수교육교사와 상호 소통하면서 다양한 형태로 전개되는 협력방식의 시행착오를 통해 자기반성·요구의 결과로 성취된다. 이에 유아특수교육교사는 발달지체유아 부모가 나타내는 협력방식의 유형과 그 변화과정을 총체적으로 이해하는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 발달지체유아 어머니 한 명을 연구 대상자로 선정하여, 연구 대상자인 어머니가 발달지체유아 부모교육 측면에서 유아특수교육교사에게 가지는 협력방식의 변화과정을 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 비 구조화된 면담을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 총 12단계(어머니의 교사에 대한 무조건적 의존 등)로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 나타난 12단계가 후속적으로 양적 조사연구의 활발한 전개를 통해 몇몇 수정 및 보완 절차를 거쳐 그 보편화를 이루기를 기대해본다. The biggest success condition of a parental education for young children with developmental delays cooperation of parents with a special education teacher, and the development process of such cooperation ways decides possibility if parents can learn professionalism from a special education teacher and develop it while giving the motive of mutual cooperation to a special education teacher through a parental education. In other words, professionalism of parents with young children with developmental delays can be fulfilled with the results of self-reflection and demand through trials and errors coming from various cooperation ways that they have with a special education teacher, hence a special education teacher must try to generally understand the cooperation ways of parents of young children with developmental delays and its development process. Nonetheless, there are almost no studies about understanding, conflicts, and difficulties that parents of young children with developmental delays have with a special education teacher in the parental education and most of studies put importance of mutual cooperation between those two subjects on the premises as a theoretical principle. In such aspect, this study selected one mother of young child with developmental delays as the study target and tried to find the development process of cooperation ways that the mother has with a special education teacher in the aspect of a parental education. This study applied the unstructured conversation and the study results were analyzed into total 12 stages (mother`s unconditional dependence on a teacher and more). The 12 stages resulted in this study should be generalized after revision and complement processes through follow-up qualitative researches.
서울·경기지역 성인의 상용음식에 대한 한식 인식도 조사

This study was conducted to investigate which food items are perceived as HANSIK (Korean food) in Korea. 562 males and females aged 20-70 were surveyed on 512 most frequently consumed dish items from 4th Korean National Health and Nutrition Survey if they perceive it as HANSIK. Dish items in kimchi, namul·sukchae (cooked and seasoned vegetable) and jeotgal (salt-fermented food) category showed high response rate to be perceived as HANSIK. The response rate of twigim (frying foods) as HANSIK was low showing less than 70%. The response rate as HANSIK for foreign origin foods such as ramen and jjajangmyeon (black bean paste noodle) were lower than 25%. In jang · yangnyum (seasoning) category, doenjang (soybean paste) and gochujang (red pepper paste) showed high response rate as HANSIK more than 90%. Females showed a higher response rate as HANSIK than males for most food items except several items of myen ·mandu (noodle and dumpling). The younger age group had higher HANSIK perception on many items of recently consumed foods, especially budae-jjigae (spicy sausage stew) (p < 0.001) and jwipo-jorim (braised dried filefish) (p < 0.001), implying that they already accept the common foods as HANSIK regardless of the origin. These results provide an information on the foods perceived as HANSIK among currently consumed common foods in Korea and these results can be utilized for establishment of HANSIK concept reflecting transition of dietary life in Korea.

Purpose: Commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits have been considered less reliable for children than for adults. The aim of this study was to compare four ELISA kits and in-house immunoblotting based on the analysis of anti-H. pylori-IgG antibody reactivity. Methods: A total of 399 serum samples were collected at the GNU Hospital during 1998-1999. All sera were tested using ELISA and immunoblotting. Statistically significant differences were determined by the $x^2$ test. Results: The overall seropositivity rates using GAP IgG, Genedia IgG, HM-CAP, Pyloriset EIA-G, and immunoblotting were 13.0%, 25.1%, 18.3%, 15.8%, and 62.9%, respectively. Immunoblotting showed a higher seropositivity rate than did all four ELISA kits in all age groups. Genedia IgG had the highest seropositivity among the ELISA kits. The seropositivity rate for children aged 13 to 18 months was lowest, and that of children aged 15 years was highest (90.0%). The seropositivity rate for children aged 7 months to 5 years was significantly lower than that for children aged 6 to 15 years among the four ELISA kits (p<0.0001) and immunoblotting (p=0.02). Conclusion: Immunoblotting is the most sensitive test for detection of anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies among the serological tests in this study. These results emphasize the need for standardization when commercial ELISA tests are used in different nations or in young age groups. Immunoblotting could be a suitable noninvasive assay for serodiagnosis and seroepidemiologic study of H. pylori infection in Korean children.

목 적 : 기저귀를 사용하는 어린 유소아들의 소변검체를 얻기 위해 멸균 비닐백을 이용하고 있으나 현실적인 불편함 때문에 보다 간단한 채뇨방법을 모색하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 일차적인 선별검사를 위해 일회용 기저귀를 이용한 소변채취 방법이 기존의 멸균 비닐백을 이용한 방법을 대체할 수 있는지 알아보았다. 방 법 : 99명의 환자들을 대상으로 중간뇨(이하 신선뇨) 60 mL을 채취하여 절반은 고분자 흡수체가 포함되지 않은 일회용 기저귀에 흡수시킨 다음 압착하여 소변검체(이하 재수거뇨)를 얻고 나머지 신선뇨와 함께 일반 소변검사, 현미경적 요 세포검사 및 요 화학검사 등을 시험하였다. 결 과 : 신선뇨 99개와 재수거뇨 99개를 검사하였으며 요 비중, 요 산도, 요 당, 요 단백, 요 잠혈 등은 상관분석 결과 높은 상관관계(R>0.930, P<0.001)를 보였으며 요 백혈구(R=0.738, P<0.001)는 상대적으로 상관관계가 낮았지만 요 나트륨, 요 칼륨, 요 염소 및 요 크레아티닌 등은 두 방법간의 차이가 거의 없었다(R>0.995, P<0.001). 현미경적 요 세포검사에서는 적혈구(R=0.740, P<0.001)와 백혈구(R=0.602, P<0.001) 모두 상대적으로 상관관계가 낮았지만 통계적으로 유의한 수준이었다. 결 론 : 일회용 기저귀를 이용해 채취한 재수거뇨는 신선뇨보다 세포성분의 손실은 있지만 신선뇨의 일반 소변검사 및 요 화학검사 결과를 잘 반영하고 있어 일차적인 선별검사 목적의 채뇨방법으로 유용할 것이다. Purpose : Urine collection using a sterile adhesive bag for urinalysis has been used commonly in infants and young children. However, this method has had some drawbacks. So, this study was performed to evaluate the usage of disposable diapers as a substitute for the routine urine collection method. Methods : 60 mL of self voided fresh urine was collected from 99 patients. Half of the urine was poured on the disposable diapers which did not contain absorbent gel beads. After 1 hr, we obtained the urine samples(extracted urine) by compressing the wet diapers using a 50 ml syringe. Routine, microscopic and biochemical analyses were performed on the other half of fresh urine and extracted urine. Then we compared each result by correlative analysis. Results : 198 samples from 99 patients were evaluated. The results of routine urinalysis except WBC and biochemical urinalysis showed a significant correlation between the two groups(P<0.05). The relative coefficients of urine SG, pH, glucose, protein, blood and leukocytes between the two groups were 0.964, 0.938, 0.977, 0.956, 0.931 and 0.738, respectively. Those of urinary sodium, potassium, chloride and creatinine were 0.997, 0.998, 0.995 and 0.998, respectively Microscopic examinations showed lower relative coefficients than the other results, 0.740 for RBC and 0.602 for WBC, but these were still significant(P<0.05). Conclusion : The results of the urine analysis with extracted urine from diapers correlates well with that of fresh urine. This new method is very helpful and can be used as an alternative of urine collection, especially for infants and young children. (J Korean Soc Pediatr Nephrol 2005;9:128-136)

<P>In the present study, we firstly found that cordycepin elevated the gene expression of the human GD3 synthase (<I>hST8Sia I</I>) in human neuroblastoma SK-N-BE(2)-C cells. To elucidate the mechanism underlying the upregulation of <I>hST8Sia I</I> gene expression in cordycepin-treated SK-N-BE(2)-C cells, functional characterization of the promoter region of the <I>hST8Sia I</I> gene was performed. Analysis of promoter activity using varying lengths of 5′-flanking region showed a dramatic increase by cordycepin in the −1146 to −646 region, which contains putative binding sites for transcription factors c-Ets-1, CREB, AP-1, and NF-κB. Site-directed mutagenesis for these binding sites and chromatin immunoprecipitation assay revealed that the NF-κB binding site at −731 to −722 is essential for the cordycepin-induced expression of the <I>hST8Sia I</I> in SK-N-BE(2)-C cells. Moreover, the <I>hST8Sia I</I> expression induced by cordycepin was significantly repressed by pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate, an inhibitor of NF-κB. These results suggested that cordycepin induces upregulation of <I>hST8Sia I</I> gene expression through NF-κB activation in SK-N-BE(2)-C cells.</P>
