        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        The aim of this study is to report 2 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia who died from intracranial hemorrhage following leukapheresis and to provide proper preventive measures against hemorrhage following leukapheresis. From 1994 to 1997, a total of twenty-six patients with leukemia underwent leukapheresis to control hyperleukocytosis at Ajou University Hospital. Two patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia received all-trans retinoic acid but developed drug-induced hyperleukocytosis. Shortly after leukapheresis, they died from intracranial hemorrhage. The risk factors for fatal hemorrhage are thought to be coexisting disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC), thrombocytopenia aggravated by leukapheresis, exacerbated coagulopathy related to mechanical trauma through leukapheresis and the excess use of citrate during leukapheresis. To reduce the risk of the bleeding associated with leukapheresis, it is necessary to replace platelet sufficiently before and after leukapheresis and to give calcium to correct coagulopathy induced by excess citrate which is used as anticoagulant as well as the correction of disseminated intravascular coagulation.

        노자상이주(老子想爾注) 양생윤리 -양생의 시대적 변용이라는 관점에서-

        Nurturing life is one of the most important thoughts in ancient china. Xiang Er Zhu is the bible of Wou Dou Mi Tu(五斗米徒). I investigated Xiang Er Zhu from the perspective of Nurturing Life in this treatise. Nurturing Life first shown in Zhuang Zi(莊子) and Guan Zi(管子) had developed through Qin Hin(秦漢) period and changed itself in accordance with the demand of age. This change can be told to be the development of Nurturing Life Theory. In post han period, Nurturing Life Theory had to fit itself into the age request, socialization. Nurturing Life Ethic in Xiang Er Zhu is the response to the request. China had some thoughts of the original form of Nurturing Life Ethic. Tai Ping Jing(太平經) is one of them. But the oldest model we can find would be in Guan Zi. In Guan Zi, we can find the thought that feeling stability cause health of mind and body. Nurturing Life in Xiang Er Zhu formed on the foundation of that thought. But it did not follow the same logic. It borrowed such concepts as Tai Yin(太陰), Tian Cao(天曹) from folk religion. Folk religion was familiar with the chinese and had the power to enforce moral behavior. People should keep Dao Jie(道誡) not to lessen his life by punishment of Tian Cao. But Zao Shen(조神) or San Shi(三尸) that report guilty of person to Tian Cao in Daoism Ethic is not in Xiang Er Zhu. Instead, Xiang Er Zhu proposed the technique of Shi Jie(尸解), revival from death. Nurturing Life Ethic in Xiang Er Zhu is folk religion ethic founded on the traditional ethic orienting feeling stability and the cohesion of life and ethic behind traditional ethic.

      • 토양환경지도 자료를 이용한 콩밭 토양의 화학성 비교

        It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

        워터스, 파노라마 방사선사진과 Scanora 방사선사진의 상악동 점막비후 진단 결과의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the diagnostic performance of Waters' and panoramic view ; maxillary sinus posteroanterior and lateral scanography of ?? for mucosal thickening of maxillary sinus as well as to identify the utility of ?? for the detection of maxillary sinus disease. The assessment was done at 66 maxillary sinuses in 45 patients and the results were as follows ; 1. Estimation of presence or absence of mucosal thickening. The sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive value of maxillary sinus posteroanterior and lateral scanography were 0.865, 0.860, 0.921, and 0.805 respectively and slightly higher than those of Waters' and panoramic views, which were 0.832, 0.835, 0.903, and 0.728 respectively. However, paired t-test showed no significant differences in the diagnostic performance of the two pairs of imaging modalities. 2. Estimation of the types of mucosal thickening. The diagnostic accuracy for type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ was 75.3% on Waters' and panoramic view ; 77.9% on maxillary sinus posteroanterior and lateral scanography. It was higher on the latter, but showed no significant differences from that on the former. 3. Reliability of interpretation. In intraobserver and interobserver agreement, both overall rates of agreement and kappa-value were slightly higher on maxillary sinus posteroanterior and lateral scanography than on Waters' and panoramic views. There was no significant differences between the two pairs of imaging modalities. These results suggested that scanogram is a useful diagnostic radiography as well as Waters' and panoramic views for detection of maxillary sinusitis.

        전 세계의 환경문제인 기후변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 새로운 국가 비전인 저탄소 녹색도시을 견인할 수 있는 지역·권역별 녹색도시화 특성화 방안을 제시함으로서 기후변화에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 부산 원도심인 서구 충무동·남부민동의 풍부한 자연자원과 다양한 역사·문화자원을 활용한 저탄소 녹색성장과 환경보호를 양립시켜 새로운 성장동력과 지역경제 활성화로 도시재생방안을 마련한다. 녹색기술을 활용한 경사지 주거재생, 도심형 항만재생, 원도심 상권재생의 3대 목표를 설정하고 6대 핵심 전략을 중심으로 지속가능한 녹색도시를 조성한다. 서구 저탄소 녹색도시 선도사업에서 노후화된 주거시설을 개선하기 위한 하우스 프로젝트을 통해 지역성에 맞는 주거모델을 제시하고 친환경 기술요소를 이용하여 자체에너지 생산, 그린 인프라를 이용하여 생태복원 및 바람길을 연결하여 미기후 조절을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 도심형 항만재생에서는 공동어시장에 발생하는 유기성폐기물을 바이오매스시스템 구축을 통하여 바이오에너지를 생산하며 해양친수공간 조성과 천마산을 연결하는 그린네트워크를 형성하여 부산의 대표적인 저탄소 녹색성장 명품도시로 조성한다. By suggesting the green city characterization measure for each region and zone that can lead the low carbon green city which is a new national vision in order to actively cope with the climate change, the global environment issue, we aim to seek for the measure to build up low carbon green city suitable for local characteristics. With low carbon green growth and environment protection by using abundant natural resources and various historical/cultural resources in Seo-gu Chungmu-dong and Nambumin-dong, the old downtown of Busan, the city reclamation measure can be prepared based on a new growth driving force and local economic vitalization. It is a general measure related to easing and adapting to climate change like water circulation, including setting up the three main goals like reclamation of residence on slopes, urban ports and business districts in old downtown based on green technology, and the six core strategies like establishing system of carbon reduction through using low carbon energy, improving the transportation structure through introducing green traffic system, having water/resource circulation system through low carbon circulation resource, having green construction system through applying green technology and environmentfriendly materials, building up ecotype greens based on the carbon absorption system through management of greens and urban forest and creating green community through private and public green partnership. It is possible to control microclimate by connecting wind ways, restoring ecology through using green infrastructure and producing its own energy based on environment-friendly technical elements as also suggesting residental models suitable for local characteristics based on the house project to improve obsolete residential facilities with low carbon green city leading project in Seo-gu. For the urban port reclamation, bio-energy is produced by building up biomass system through organic waste generated in the joint fish market. As also forming waterfront and green network connecting with Mt. Cheonma, it can be the representative low carbon green growth city in Busan.

      • Asphalt로 피복된 Portland Cement를 使用한 Concrete의 諸性質

        The construction works with concrete has the potential problems of water tightness. The conventional treatments for water-tight concrete are not satisfactory in terms of strength and water tightness. This study was to investigate the effects and application of the asphalt-coated portland cement on water-proof of the concrete and its influences on the physical properties of the concrete. The asphalt-coated portland cement, which is hereafter referred to as ACPC, was made by coating ordinary portland cement with asphalt in the rate of weight ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 percent. In this process, Calcium Chloride and Sodium Silicate were tried as the hardening time accelerator for producing ACPC, and carbon black, talc and other materials were tested for their effectiveness as pore filler. The specimens were prepared and tested with the various amounts of additives as a variable factor to find the optimum material. The analysis was mainly focused at water tightness, physical properties of the concrete and working conditions. The major findings of this experiment are as follows ; 1) Water-proof Test ① The specimens of ACPC and ordinary portland cement(OPC) were tested under the pressures of 3 and 9 kilograms per square centimeter per 24hours respectively and compared. The OPC specimens showed considerable amount of leakaged water while the ACPC specimens were rated lower permeabilities of 89%/28days, 40%/56days and21%/84days under the abovementioned pressure conditions. The most successful composition for water-proof was identified as ACPC added with Calcium Chloride and carbon black. ② The ACPC demonstrated its superiority in absorption test. The absorption amount of OPC for l hour was greater than that of ACPC for 24hours. 2) Compressive Strength Test Four kinds of specimens of ACPC aging 7, 28, 56 and 84days were tested and compared for their respective results of OPC. The ACPC added with carbon black was lower than OPC in compressive strength in the case of curing ages of 7 and 28days but ACPC was superior to the OPC in the specimens aging 56 and 84days. The ACPC added with others except carbon black exposed their lower compressive strength in all circumstances compared with the OPC specimens. 3) Slump Test The slump of ACPC with various additives such as carbon black, talc or clay was 21.6 centimeter which was higher than the OPC of 18.4centimeter slump. This result concluded that ACPC was much favorable in workability in comparison with that of the OPC. The conclusions are summarized as follows; 1) The optimum mixture for water tightness and compressive strength of concrete was found at 0.5% of SACPC, Calcium Chloride and carbon black respectively at the rate of the weight of cement.

      • Laplace 變煥을 利用한 Propped Cantilever Beam의 처짐解析에 關한 硏究

        As the methods of calculating deflection of structures, various ordinary differential equations, that is, the Unit load method, the Moment area method, and Castigliano's theorm have been used. But here the anothers applied Laplace tranform to in the deflection analyses of the propped cantilever beams. The result shows the deflections calculated by Laplace transform are the same values those from ordinary solutions, and are better than the others in efficiency.
