        자원 제약을 고려한 제안 프로젝트 포트폴리오 문제의 휴리스틱 기법

        With regards to the various project to establish information system in the Korean software market, a company intending to win such project considers comprehensively the business detail, expected profits, and probability to win within available resources and comes to determine if to make an offer. Such judgement is one of the most important decision making affecting the overall business management like sales and revenue. Therefore, when the proposed project portfolio is defined as the composition of the project decided to be offered among the ordered projects, Cho, Yoon-Jae(2020) suggests a mathematical model of the problem of maximizing the sum of expected values in constituting the proposed project portfolio and an optimal solution accordingly. This paper assumes the concept of a project mode to be following: 1) the resources are limited, 2) a linear progression of the probability of the orders to be awarded as the duration of each activity increases, 3) the nature of the proposed project is reflected. Unlike previous studies, this research proposes a heuristic technique as a solution to the composition of the proposed project portfolio. The simulation in this study verifies the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm as well.

        Correlation Between Primary Si and Silicide Refinement Induced by Ultrasonic Treatment of Multicomponent Al–Si Alloy Containing Ti, Zr, V, and P

        The correlation between primary Si and silicide refinement induced by ultrasonic treatment (UST) of multicomponent Al–Sialloy containing Ti, Zr, V, and P was investigated. UST significantly refined the primary Si phase owing to cavitation-inducedwetting and deagglomeration of MgAl2O4particles. Lowering the UST finish temperature caused deterioration of the degreeof primary Si refinement, instead leading to silicide refinement. Cavitation-induced silicide nucleation on wetted MgAl2O4consumed the MgAl2O4particles, particularly in the case of primary Si nucleation. Similarly, the formation of an AlP phaseon the silicide phase reduced the nucleation efficiency of the AlP phase. Poisoning of the MgAl2O4and AlP phases by thesilicide phase was responsible for the deterioration in primary Si refinement. Room-temperature tensile strength and hightemperatureelongation were increased by UST and were dependent on the size of primary Si.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

      • β-Carotene과 알코올을 섭취한 쥐의 혈액 성분변화의 상관관계

        The study was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary carotenids and β-carotene on the hematological changes caused by alcohol administration into the rats. The results were analyzed using several statistical methods; SPSS computer program for measuring the mean values and standard deviations, one way ANOVA for the test of significance, Duncan method for post HOC multiple comparison, and Pearson method for measuring the correlation coefficient. The following are the conclusion from those statistical analysis. 1. ALB and TB were shown to have the most significant correlation among the blood compositions f개m the basic dietary groups. 2. BUN and CHO were shown to have the most positive correlation among those from the carrot-fed groups. 3. CA and AG were shown positively correlated, and CHO and IP negatively correlated, respectively among those from the cheese-fed groups. 4. AP was shown positively correlated among those from the alcohol-administrated groups. 5. CHO, CA and BUN were shown positively correlated, and CA was negatively correlated among those from the β-Carotene -fed groups. 6. TB and TP were not affected by the correlations between the blood composition from all the experimental groups.

        기업의 사회적 책임활동 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 연구

        최근 많은 학자들이 CSR에 관련된 논문들을 발표했고 국내에서도 기업들의 CSR활동이 지속적으로 증가하고 있지만 CSR이 효과적으로 수행되고 있는가에 관해서는 실무적으로 의문을 가지는 사람들이 상당하다. 이는 다수의 학술연구 결과들이 CSR이 마케팅 성과에 우호적인 영향을 미친다고 발표한 바 있지만 실제 현실사회에서는 확실한 입증자료가 부재하기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 이런 우려를 고려할 때 구체적으로 어떻게 하면 CSR활동의 효과를 높일 수 있을까 하는 것은 매우 중요한 연구주제인 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 선행연구에서 CSR활동의 효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌던 적합도, 순수성, 지속성 등 세 개의 선행변인들과 CSR활동의 결과변인들인 기업명성, 브랜드태도, 입소문의도와의 구조모형을 제안하고 이들 간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과, 소비자들이 인식하는 적합도와 지속성이 CSR활동에 대한 소비자들의 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 기존의 연구결과와 달리 순수성은 CSR활동에 대한 평가에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 CSR활동은 기업명성을 구축하는 중요한 도구임이 밝혀졌으며, 기업명성은 브랜드태도와 입소문전파 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 CSR의 효과에 관한 이론적 설명과 더불어 CSR활동의 성과를 제고시킬 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. Recently, many academic articles on corporate social responsibility have been published perhaps reflecting the fact that CSR activities have been constantly increasing in Korea. While most academic studies have shown that CSR activities exert strong positive effects on marketing performance, some practitioners are questioning the effect of CSR in the real world. Recent studies published in the United States show that CSR activities are more effective in certain conditions. This study explores the relationships among several antecedent variables (fit, motivation, consistency) that have been found to affect consumers’perceptions of the CSR activities and the outcome variables (corporate reputation, brand attitude, word-of-mouth intention) of the CSR activities using a structural equation modeling technique. Our results indicate that fit and consistency affect consumer perceptions of the CSR activities. Contrary to previous research results, motivation was found not to have a significant effect on perceptions of the CSR activities. Our study shows that CSR can enhance corporate reputation, and in turn corporate reputation positively affects brand attitudes and consumers’word-ofmouth intention. Finally, some practical implications about how to manage and enhance the effectiveness of the CSR activities are offered.

      • EGDA 기능성 모노마로 희석된 Epoxy Acrylate의 전자빔 경화 및 코팅

        Electron beam curing of acrylated epoxy resin diluted with mono-functional monomer EGDA has been investigated under circumstances contacted with air and without air. The formulated resin in contact with N2 or covered with film could be cured up to 95% even with low dose of 5kGy and the surface of cured resin became very hard, but cured resin in existence of oxygen and without any additive had a low degree of curing and the surface became sticky due to insufficient curing. Additives such as curing agent P-115 or initiator BPO could increase the degree of curing to more or less one, but these additives could not remove completely surface stickiness. While, at high dose(more than 100kGy), addition of BPO were possible to make the irradiated surface of the resin be non-sticky even in existence of air. Degree of curing of the resin which contained pigment was very high at dose of around 20kGy. Elongation and stress at break on the cured resin with ferric oxide pigment were be higher than with non-ferric oxide pigment. Adhesion and anti-firing of the resin coated on cement block could be excellent.

      • 천해역에서 장파의 변형에 대한 실험적 연구

        The propagations of surface wave in the region with depth discontinuity caused by dredging for navigation channel, and reclamation etc. induce the soil troubles such as moorage's siltation and beach erosion. In this paper, at first experiments were conducted to investigate the wave deformation over rectangular pit. The effects of many parameters such as the depth ratio, shape ratio of pit, wave steepness and period on the wave deformation near the pit are investigated. Secondly, numerical analysis is performed. Wave field is divided into two regions which are the interior and the exterior region of the pit, respectively. The governing equations for the long waves over the pit are integrated. Application of Green's second identity using the appropriate Green functions in each region leads to a pair of integral equation for the potential and it's normal derivative as unknown variables in each region. The numerical experiments are conducted by solving above integral equations using the boundary element method. Finally, The measured values are compared with the computed ones. The results show that the computed values are underestimated a little, however, two values are relatively good agreements.

        파노라마방사선사진에서 석회화가 발견되는 경동맥의 협착 정도

        Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the luminal stenosis of the internal carotid artery with calcification detected on panoramic radiographs. Materials and Methods : This study used fifty carotid arteries of 36 dental patients whose panoramic radiograph and computed tomography angiography (CTA) revealed the presence of carotid artery calcification. A neuroradiologist interpreted CTA to determine the degree of stenosis of the internal carotid arteries. The degree of stenosis was stratified in four stages; normal (no stenosis), mild stenosis (1-49%), moderate stenosis (50-69%) and severe stenosis (70-99%). Results : Among the fifty carotid arteries with calcification detected on both panoramic radiography and CTA, 20 carotid arteries (40%) were normal, 29 carotid arteries (18%) had mild stenosis, 1 carotid artery (2%) had moderate stenosis, and there was none with severe stenosis. Conclusion : Sixty percent of the carotid arteries with calcification detected on both panoramic radiography and CTA had internal luminal stenosis, and two percent had moderate stenosis. When carotid atheroma is detected on panoramic radiograph, it is possible that the dental patient has luminal stenosis of the internal carotid artery.       • 분리 유채단백의 전기영동 패턴에 미치는 Phytate의 영향

        영양 저해인자로 알려진 phytate를 제거한 분리 유채단백(low-phytate rapeseed protein isolate)을 제조하여 유채단백질과 phytate와의 결합양상에 미치는 pH 및 phytate 첨가량의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 SDS-polyacrylamide gel 전기영동법을 수행 하였다. 가용화된 분리 유채단백은 pH2.0과 pH5.0에서 phytate 첨가량이 증가할수록 가용성 단백질 band의 수가 감소하였으며 pH11.5에서는 band의 변화가 없었다. pH2.0에서 대조군의 18개 band중 7개의 band(105.8,52.3,27.3, 34.8, 36.3, 21.3, 18.4 KDa)가 100mg phytate 첨가시 침전되었으며 150mg 첨가시에는 6개의 band (78.8, 46.5, 19.4, 16.8, 11.7, 8.5KDa)가 더 사라졌다. ph5.0에서는 대조군과 비교하여 15개의 band중 4개의 band( 34.8, 21.3, 18.4, 16.8KDa)만이 phytate 첨가시 침전되었다. 따라서 유채단백을 식품소재로 이용하기 위해서는 phytate 함량을 낮춤으로써 그의 기능성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of pH and phytate level on the solubility of the protein due to binding between phytate and low-phytate rapeseed protein isolate by means of SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results showed that the number of protein bands decreased by the increasing amount of phytate added to the soluble extreact at pH 2.0 and 5.0 whereas there was no change at pH 11.5. Among 18 bands of rapeseed proteins at pH 2.0 seven bands (105.8, 52.3, 37.3,26.3,21.3,18.4 KDa) were removed by precipitation with 100mg phytate addition and six bands(78.8, 46.5, 19.4, 16.8, 11.7, 8.5KDa) further disappeared by 150mg phytate addition. Among 15 bands at pH 5.0, only four bands disappeared by phytate addition. It is suggested that thefunctionality of rapeseed protein isolate can be improved by lowering the phytate content.

      • 쇄파대내의 해양구조물 설계인자의 영향분석 연구

        The characteristics of breaking wave force are studied and the corresponding estimation procedure for them are proposed. Among drag force and inertia force and impact force, the impact force is mainly studied with the change of relevant parameters and the example calculation of the force is presented with the application scheme for the design of offshore circular structure member. The impact force is determined based on the main design parameters changes and the relevant wave theories applied. The drag force and inertia force are represented as conventionally for the profile. In the numerical example, for typical sea condition and the member size, the proposed procedures for the breaking wave forces calculation with different wave theories are demonstrated. It is found that the impact force is the most dominant one comparing with inertia and drag forces in the surf zone, and the force is strongly dependent of the applied wave theories. Numerical results show that the impact force value based on the nonlinear wave theory is more conservative in the design of offshore structures.
