The purpose of this study is to suggest the ANP method as proper multi decision making process by which we can consider synthetical estimate not only evaluation factor but alternative remodeling system, when evaluate heating system remodeling of apartment housing. The result of evaluation of alternative heating systems by ANP method, after composite hierarchy process by consultation of experts experienced in design, maintenance and construction of heating system in apartment housing, "economic" presented best choice of qualitative evaluation factor with the score 0.371 as priority, individual heating system using city gas was selected the proper type with the score 0.550 as priority.

The negative weight often can be seen in Hopfield neural network, which is difficult to implement negative conductance in circuits. So we replaced the negative weight with the positive by using inverting neurons. And It has been shown that the input conductance affects the stability of the circuits greatly, and this paper offers the way to decide the appropriate value.

This paper shows that the capacitance of the input space of the neuron affects the point of convergence of the output of the neuron in Lapunove energy function for Hopfield neural network. And this paper also shows that the gain factor of sygmoid function affects the shape of energy map and the point of convergence of the output of the neuron.
한국인에서 다변성 D12S391 유전좌의 집단유전학적 연구

The hypervariable short tandem repeat(STR) locus D12S391 was investigated in a Korean population. A total of 14 alleles were detected by size under denaturing conditions in 517 unrelated individuals. To confirm all of the alleles detected in a Korean population, a total of 34 fragments were sequenced. Prior to allele designation, we constructed the allelic ladders containing 11 alleles sequenced in this study. Allele 18 is the most common with a frequency of 0.281 in Koreans, and one variant allele 19.3 which have been confirmed by sequencing, was detected. The observed heterozygosity, the power of discrimination (PD), and the mean exclusion chance (MEC) for the locus D12S392 is 0.781, 0.946 and 0.652 , respectively. No deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was observed in a Korean population (p=0.557). In the 424 meioses in 105 Korean families confirmed using other 17 STR loci, no mutation was detected in locus D12S391. The STR locus D12S391system is useful both for the analysis identification and parternity.

A/D converter has made to able to display the result of AID conversion enlarging down to the decimal point by improving the performance of A/D converter using a neural network. The network employs Hopfield뭩 model of a neuron with the connection elements specified on the basis of an analysis of the energy function. It is proposed to reduce the error of conversion between analog and digital by using 2^(-1), 2^(-2) ... when analog is converted to digital. Simulation has shown that most of the analog converges to the digital close to the original analog value.
김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

정보보호 수준을 측정하는 것은 매우 어려운 일로써 정보보호의 영역이 계속 확장됨에 따라 개념자체를 정의하기가 어렵고 아울러 다차원적인 요인을 포함하는 정보보호 지표 선정의 어려움, 시계열적인 통계 데이터 부족, 상이한 정보보호 지표를 하나의 지수로 통합하는 문제가 있기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정보보호수준을 계량적으로 측정하기 위한 방법론으로 가장 적합한 것은 지수화하는 것이다. 이는 정책입안자나 정보보호 이해관련자들이 종합적인 측면에서 정보보호수준 목표를 결정하고 실행결과를 평가하는데 용이하기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보호정책 수립 및 평가의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있는 지수를 산출하기 위한 종합적인 정보보호수준 평가지수 모델을 제시하고 지수를 산출하는데 있다. 지수산출결과, 정보보호수준은 2002년부터 2005년까지를 시계열적으로 보면 매년 평균 5.8%의 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 반면 역기능수준은 2003년 1.25 인터넷 대란으로 증가한 것을 제외하고 꾸준한 감소추세를 나타내고 있다. 특히 정보보호수준과 역기능수준이 발산하고 있어 정보보호정책이 유효하게 작용하고 있다고 판단되어진다.

We performed a variety of lymphocyte stimulation tests, delayed hypersensitivity skin tests, and enumeration of several lymphocyte subpopulations in 21 patients with gastric cancer who did not receive any form of anticancer therapy, and in 20 healthy controls. The gastric cancer patients had significantly decreased number and total score of positive reactions in delayed hypersensitivity skin tests compared with the healthy controls. The percent of CD_(4) positive lymphocytes in the gastric cancer patients was significantly decreased compared to the normal control subjects, but it had no correlation with the total score of delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions. The ratio of helper to suppressor cells was lower in the cancer group. The uptake of 3H-thymidine was markedly depressed in cancer patients when stimulated with various mitogens. There was little correlation between any of the stimulation tests and any of the lymphocyte subpopulation proportions to delayed hypersensitivity cutaneous reactions. Optimal proliferative response was found in lymphocytes stimulated with 10 micrograms of concanavalin-A and 10 microgram of phytohemagglutinin. Advanced stage patients had greatly depressed delayed hypersensitivity skin reactions and proliferative responses to mitogens compared with localized diseases. These results suggest that gastric cancer patients have depressed cellular immune functions, which mainly result from the decreased helper cells and defects in functional proliferative response to mitogens. Interleukin-2 and interferon-gamma restored the in vitro proliferative response of lymphocyte in patients with gastric cancer.
