The purpose of this study is to develop an air-passing soundproofing panel with more improved structure to reduce the CO2 emission and installation cost. To reduce the emission of CO2 ; it is suggested to choose low CO2 emission material relative to the aluminum and to reduce the materials by developing a specially designed air-passing soundproofing panel structure. First of all, we performed the flow analysis to predict the wind pressure according to the open angle of the air-passing soundproofing panel and the noise level analysis at the receiver point. To verify the simulation, a prototype of the soundproofing panel was made. The flow test in the wind tunnel and load test were performed. The economic evaluation for the installation of the air-passing soundproofing panel was performed and specifications of the installation was prepared. As the results of this research, it was verified that the wind load was reduced about 40% to that of the conventional one at 25m/s wind speed in the wind tunnel test. By applying the 4m span soundproofing wall with air-passing soundproofing panel and under the cost of 250 thousand won/m2 instead of the conventional 2m span panel, the installation cost will always be lowered than the conventional one in the combination of (60:40~50:50) conventional to air-passing soundproofing panel from the economic evaluation. The 20% reduction of CO2 was found by changing the 50% of aluminum soundproof panel to air-passing soundproofing panel.

The purpose of the present study is to review theresearch literature on children's stress and thier copying styles. This literature review is organized from an ecological point of view, in that child's own characteristics as well as children's microsystem such as family school, and community factors are included. Also children's stress is viewed as a continuing process over the time span in which in individual child goes through the pocess of experiencing stressful events, of using copying strategies and, of exhibiting stressful symptoms.

Koran Arachnological Study members investigated the Spiders in the whole area Gyeonggi-do Hanam-si, and reported 22 Families, 43 Genus 56 Species of spiders. The collected spiders are placed (stored) in the Joo-Pil Spider museum.

In order to use as a starter after drying, optimum growth conditions of Str. thermophilus and L. bulgaricus were investigated. The results were as follows. The growth of Str. thermophilus was reached at stationary phase after 12 hours incubation and L. bulgaricus was after 6 hours. Str. thermophilus was grown well, in the medium containing 10% of skim milk, 2%5 of sucrose, 0.1% of KCl and 0.015%(v./v.) of soy-sauce. In the case of L. bulgaricus, 10% of skim milk, 2% of glucose, 0.5% of bacto-peptone, 0.1% of K₂HPO₄ and 0.02% of pyridoxine was suitable for the maximum growth.
공공기관 인력총원의 적정성 분석 : 근로복지공단 사례를 중심으로 The Case of Korea Labor Welfare Corporation

우리나라에서 공공기관의 인력충원방식은 해당기관이 추가업무수요에 따른 일정수의 인력충원을 요구하면 정부에서 이를 일정부분 삭감하면서 승인하는 방식을 취하여 왔기 때문에 인력충원의 적정성 여부에 대하여 논란이 일어나는 경우가 빈번하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의식을 갖고 최근에 산재보험대상 확대 조치에 따라 인력증원결정이 이루어진 근로복지공단 사례를 분석함으로써 공공기관 인력충원 적정성 판단기준의 예를 살펴보고, 이를 기초로 추가인력 예측의 방법론과 효율적인 인력활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 근로복지공단의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고 이를 기초로 인력충원의 적정성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 면적 대비 직원 수가 각종 업무성과에 뚜렷한 정(+)의 효과를 나타내고 있다. 둘째, 외근의 정도(외근시간비율과 여비비율)는 일관되게 업무성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 기존의 업무여건에 변화가 없다고 가정할 때, 업무확대에 따른 추가증원수치는 다소 부족한 것으로 평가된다. 이러한 결과들을 기초로 할 때 근로복지공단의 효율적인 인력관리방안으로 다음과 같은 사항들이 제시될 수 있다. 첫째, 지사 및 지역본부 인력의 최소한의 범위의 보강은 불가피한 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 특히 전체 근무 시간 중 외근의 비율이 높은 지사의 경우 외근시간을 효율적으로 관리한다는 차원에서 센타(출장소) 등을 설치하여 직원들을 현장에 전진배치시키는 것을 고려할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 이러한 인력보강과 센타(출장소) 등의 설치는 업무처리간소화, 정보통신기술 및 전산화 등을 통한 사무혁신 등의 수단과 동시에 진행되어야 할 것이다. This study investigates the organizational outcomes associated with the Korea Labor Welfare Corporations new legislation requiring Korean public corporations to use manpower supplements. The methods of pre-estimating additional manpower and efficient alternatives in utilizing manpower are described. The results are as follows. First, the number of the personnel in contrast with an area covered had the positive effects on the various outcome variables strikingly. Second, the extent of the outdoor service had the negative effects on the outcome variables consistently. Third, the manpower supplement was estimated to be insufficient, assuming that there was no change in business conditions. Based upon these results, preferred alternatives to those provided by the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation may be presented as follows. First, the minimum supplement of the personnel at the branch offices seems to be inevitable. Second, the establishment of a local office to manage the time of outdoor service efficiently needs to be considered, especially in the case of the branch office with high extent of the outdoor service. Third, the above two alternatives have to be implemented in combination with the means of business reforms. Such reforms include simplifying business processes and introducing both effective information technologies and computerization.
미세 골절 진달을 위한 초음파 C-scan의 활용 가능성

The study examines the medical potential of an ultrasonic C-scanning technique and for diagnosis of the fatigue induced micro-fractures of the bone. In general, it is not easy to detect the microfracture by a simple radiological technique. In the study, the microfractures were made on the tibia taken from pigs using a three point bending. Comparison was made between the ultrasonic C-scan images (25 MHz) and X-ray images of the bones with the micro-fractures, It was found that the micro-fractures invisible on the X-ray images were observed on the ultrasonic images. It is proposed further in-vitro and in-vivo studies making the ultrasonic C-scan technique clinically useful for the diagnosis of the fatigued induced micro-fractures of the bone which are not possible to detect by the conventional radiological method.
