To improve administration of ketolorac tromethamine, we prepared matrix tablets with Eudragit (RS 100 or 30D), diluents (avicel:lactose=l:l or Ca phosphate) and Mg stearate using wet-granulation method. Sustained release matrix tablets using Eudragit® RS 100 7 and 10% decreased dissolution rate at pH 1.2 and 68 Ca. phosphate as diluents showed more decreased dissolution rate than that of avicel:lactose (1:l). Sustained release matrix tablets using Eudragit® RS 30D also showed very effective sustained release of KT.

The game server system for a massively multiplayer online role-playing game(MMORPG) must be of high performance so that it can handle a large number of request messages from game players(clint PCs). In addition, it must be of high scalability so that it can easily adapt to an increasing or decreasing number of game players just by adding or removing physical game server components. This paper describes a distributed architecture and functional components of a game server system with high performance and scalability. The game server system mainly consists of a login server group, a user management server group, a zone server group, and a DB server and agent group. The login server group deals with the game players' login requests, the user management server group deals with the game players' locations, states, and movements. The zone server group manages the virtual environment of game. The DB server and agent group deals with many DB access requests from other game server groups. In short, these game server groups interact one another to accept request messages from game players and respond to them as quickly as possible. Lastly, these server groups have the capability of fault tolerance so that they can provide services even in the presence of a certain level of component failures.
Flowable composite resin을 이용한 접착식 유지장치의 결합강도와 파절양상에 열순환이 미치는 영향

이 연구는 flowable composite resin을 이용한 접착식 유지장치를 열순환시킨 후 결합강도와 파절양상을 조사하여 flowable composite resin이 접착식 유지장치의 레진 접착제로서 유용한지를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 교정치료를 목적으로 발거한 160개의 치아로 80개의 시편을 제작하고 40개씩 두 군으로 나누어 접착식 유지장치를 제작하였다(Group G: 일반 복합레진인 CharmFil, Group F: flowable composite resin인 CharmFil Flow, wire: Tri-flex). 각 군을 20 개씩 2 개의 subgroup으로 나누었다(Subgroup 24: 생리식염수에 24시간 동안 보관, Subgroup T : 37℃ 생리식염수에 24 시간 동안 보관한 후 5 ± 2℃ ~55± 2℃ 수조에 500회 열순환). 유지장치의 wire 중점에 수직전단력을 주면서 파절되는 순간의 하중을 측정하여 비교하였으며, 광학입체 현미경으로 파절면을 관찰하여 파절양상을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 두 군의 전단결합강도 및 파절양상에는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 따라서, 전달결합강도와 파절양상의 측면에서만 본다면 flowable composite resin을 유지장치의 레진 접착제로 충분히 적용시킬 수 있을 것으로 본다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of thermocycling on shear bond strength and mode of failure of orthodontic bonded retainer using flowable composite resin and to ascertain whether the flowable composite resin is useful for use as adhesive for orthodontic bonded retainers. One hundred and sixty freshly extracted human premolars were collected and eighty bonded retainer specimens were fabricated. They were randomly separated into 2 groups (Group G: general composite resin-CharmFil, Group F: flowable composite resin-CharmFil Flow, wire: Tri-flex). Each group was divided into 2 subgroups (Subgroup 24: stored in water at 37℃ for 24 hours for baseline data, Subgroup T: stored in water at 37℃ for 24 hours and thermocycled between 5 ± 2℃ and 55± 2℃ for 500 cycles before testing the in vitro shear bond strength). Shear bond strength was measured and mode of failure was evaluated with a stereomicroscope. There was no statistical difference in shear bond strength and mode of failure between the bonded retainer using general composite resin and flowable composite resin. Therefore, in considering shear bond strength and mode of failure, it is sufficient to use flowable composite resin as resin adhesives for bonded retainers.

During the aircraft conceptual design phase, rapid aerodynamic analyses over various configurations are required. Hence, empirical and analytic techniques play important roles in estimating the aerodynamic characteristics. In this study, the aerodynamic characteristic estimation technique for transonic region based on empirical and analytical is developed. By comparing with the results of the wind tunnel experiment and existing prediction method, it is verified that the present method is accurate and useful.

HILS(Hardware In Loop Simulation) is an effective means of testing unmanned underwater vehicle under extreme operational conditions and a variety of operational environments. In order to verify the vehicle performance under time-varying pressure conditions, a reliable pressure simulator is vital to an integrated system for the HILS. This paper presents the results of design research for the pressure simulator using pneumatic pressure (nitrogen), a high speed solenoid valve and a PWM control method. The test and evaluation results of the pressure simulator show that the simulator can generate an appropriate level of desired pressure with an average error below 1m depth for time-varying pressure change conditions corresponding to vehicle dynamics. In addition, the levels of overshoot and vibration have been shown to be under the requirements of design specifications.

The purpose of this study is to propose the pertinent plan for crack through analyzing types, styles, periods, parts and features of crack for national concrete-related pursuers in domestic working site. And this is a basic study on control of crack which is presented to reinforced concrete structure. For these purposes, as we make check-list about each cause of crack and eliminate the cause of crack in first place in job site, we can make an effective method of control the crack as a whole.
頭鍼이 中風患者의 단기간 NIHSS와 MBI에 미치는 영향

Objective ; The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Scalp acupuncture on recovery of motor disorders in stroke patients. Methods ; Twenty two patients with poststroke-hemiplegia were randomized into two groups. Ten patients(test group) treated by 2 methods-Scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture. The other twelve patients(control group) treated only by body acupuncture. The activity of daily living was measured with a National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI). The therapy was performed one a day for 2 weeks. Results ; In terms of score of NIHSS, the test group showed statistically meaningful decrease after 2 week treatment, but the control group showed statistically meaningful decrease after 1 week(p<0.05). And in terms of score of MBI, the test group did not show statistically meaningful increase but the control group showed statistically meaningful increase after 1 week(p<O.05). There was no statistically meaningful difference after 1 and 2 week treatment between the groups. Conclusions ; These results support that test group has almost same effectness compared with control group in improvement of the activity of daily living of poststroke-hemiplegic patients.

Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.
