The present study aims to develop of evaluation method for college education. This study consiste of two parts: to identify the corelation between the freshmen's scores of pre-test for entrance examination and their scores of freshmen's year, and to make suggestions for the improvement of evaluation method in college on the basis of the former study results. Seen from the above mentioned aspects of this study, this study has meanings in its seek for a rational curriculum improvement and in its research of the pilot curriculum which presupposes the alleged system of limited graduation quota. This research which is conducted by above mentioned purpose andmeanings can be summerized as follows; 1) The freshmen's mean score of the-pre-test of college entrance examination is 192. 38. Among the departments of natural scienc attained the most higher score(204.22). and department of arts and gymnastics 162. 02 which is below average score. 2) In the achivements of the freshmn'e year the departments of natural sciences obtained the best results, followed by the departments of arts and gymnastics, education, and cultural aciences in oder. 3) There is no corelation between the pre-test scores of college entrance examination and the college achivement results. 4) The mean scores of the major and teaching subjects geneally increas as they go up into the advanced school years. 5) Each department has their own method of evaluation. 6) Teaching syllabus is asked to be presented whit the direction of clas, contents, purpose, and specific items of evaluation. 7) Achivements of college work must be evaluated by the normal distribution curve with the facts about specific factors of the study and students group taken into consideration.

2'-(9"-Anthracenecarbonyloxy)ethyl pyropheophorbide a, methyl 3a-(9'-anthracenecarbonyloxy)pyropheophorbide a, 2'-(4"-phenylbenzoyloxy)ethyl pyropheophorbide a, and methyl 3a-(4'-phenylbenzoyloxy)pyropheophorbide a were prepared from chlorophyll a and b. Nuclear magnetic resonance study showed that the sandwich conformation is more favorable in 2'-(9"-anthracenecarbonyloxy)ethyl pyropheophorbide a than it is in other compounds.
Ilmenite와 황산암모늄의 反應을 이용한 Ti 및 Fe성분의 추출

The sulfating of ilmenite with (NH_4)_2SO_4 was investigated in order to find the possibility of (NH_4)_2SO_4 being an alternative sulfating source and a new process for the extraction of Ti and Fe components from ilmenite to produce synthetic rutile. The proper conditions for the sulfating of ilmenite in the boat-batch system under the nitrogen gas atmospher were that reaction tempperaure 400℃, (NH_4)_2SO_4 weight ratio to ilmenite 11.0, reaction time 3h and paricle size of ilmenite -250mesh. Under above mentioned conditions, 99.8% Fe and 95.5% Ti in ilmenite were converted to water soluble metal sulface or ammonium metal sulfate.

5-$HT_{3}$ receptor;5-$HT_{3A}$ receptor channel activity;Novel 5-$HT_{3}$ receptor channel current blockers;Chlorophenyl substituted piperazinylethylaminomethylpyrazoles; The 5-$HT_{3A}$ receptors are one of ligand-gated ion channels and are known to be involved in visceral pain, anxiety, or anticancer agent-induced nausea and vomiting. In present study, we designed novel skeletons based on the developed 5-$HT_{3}$ receptor antagonists and evaluated their effects on 5-$HT_{3A}$ receptor channel currents ($I_{5-HT}$) of a series of pyrazole derivatives having N-chlorophenylpiperazine functionality (6-9). We found that most of N-p-chlorophenyl substituted piperazinyl-pyrazole derivatives (7b, 7c, 7e and 7h) exhibited the high potency for the inhibition of $I_{5-HT}$, whereas the compound without chloride (6) or with m-chlorophenyl group (a serious of 8 and 9) showed the low potency. These result indicate that p-chlorophenyl group is might play an important role for increasing the inhibitory potency on $I_{5-HT}$.
