A New Sesame Variety, “Kangbaek” with Disease Resistance, Lodging Tolerence and High Yield

A new sesame variety Kangbaek was developed from Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute in 2004. Cros wasmade by lodging resistant SP9003-3 line to the F1with high yielding capacity, folowed by pedigree selection, yield test and RYT by the sesame breeding team at the National Insti-tute of Crop Science up to 2003. The variety showed higher disease resistance, especially phytophothra disease, and lodging resis-respectively. It's 1000 grains weight was about 2.54 g indicating 0.03 g heavier than that of Yangbaekkae, and it's oil content wasabout 52%. Kangbaek also contained total 7.65mg/g of such lignans as sesamin and sesamolin. The average yield of Kang-baek was 82 kg per 10a at the national-wide regional performance.

In this paper, we prove that the transformed sample Lorenz curve, normalized sample Lorenz curve, and the test statistics for testing of normality based on the normalized sample Lorenz curve and the modified Lorenz curve which were introduced by Kang and Cho (2001a, 2002) are location and scale invariant statistics.

In this paper, we will obtain the mean and the variance of the jackknife kernel type density estimator which was proposed by Kang(1989). We also prove that the jackknife kernel type density estimator is asymptotically unbiased and consistent estimator of the density function.

In this paper, we propose Sharot's family of jackknives which include the first and second order jackknives as a special cases and the generalized second order jackknife estimator as the density estimator. The numerical values of the mean integrated square errors of the proposed jackknife estimators are obtained for some special cases. The proposed generalized second order jackknife estimator is shown to be preferable in the small sample size.

In this paper, we obtain the maximum likelihood estimator, the uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimator and a strongly consistent asymptotically normal unbiased estimator for each of Lorenz curve and Gini index of a power function distribution. The mean square error of each estimator is derived in terms of several special functions. The unmerical values of the mean square errors are also obtained.

본 논문에서는 검파후 최대비합성법에 의한 지연검파와 주파수검파의 경우에 대한 합성후의 SNR 관계식들을 관찰하고 이것들을 실현하는 실용적인 구성예를 보였다. 또한 이러한 구성에서 합성후 SNR의 열화특성과 이득특성 보이므로써 최대 SNR를 얻기위해 필요로 하는 가중계수의 변화를 얻기 위해 필요한 최대비합성에서의 검파기입력 SNR의 측정을 필요로 하지 않는 실용적인 검파후 최대비합성 수신검파기의 구성법이 합리적이라는 것을 보였다. This Paper observed the related formulas of SNR branched postdetection maximal ratio combining method in case of the delay detection and frequency detection and showed the practical configuration for the postdetection maximal ratio combining receiver. The defined SNR degradation characteristics after branches combining from the formulated results showed the practical postdetection maximal ratio combining structure is reasonable without the necessity measuring the input SNR of each branches to obtain the maximum SNR

We propose the estimators of the parameters of the extreme value distribution when the scale parameter is known and unknown. We compare the proposed estimators of the parameters with the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) in the extreme value distribution in the sense of mean square errors (MSE) through Monte Carlo method.
Al₃Sc 나노 석출물이 ARB 가공한 Al-0.2 wt% Sc 합금의 고경각립계 형성에 미치는 영향

The cold rolled Al-0.2 wt% Sc alloy sheets were pre- heat treated: (1) as solution treated at 630℃ for 1 hour and (2) as artificial aged at 300℃ for 5 hours, and the following accumulative roll bonding was conducted up to the 8 cycles at ambient temperature. The interconnecting boundary spacing of the aged alloys was narrow and maintained constantly at each ARB cycle. While, the spacing of solution treated alloy was relatively broad and decreased rapidly with increasing ARB cycles. The fraction of high angle boundaries in both alloys increased gradually with increasing equivalent strain, however the age-ARB alloys showed relatively higher fraction of HAGBs than the solution treat-ARB alloys at the same strain levels. And the former shows faster development of lamellar structure than the later. These variations are attributed to the fact that the nano-scale, semi-coherent A13Sc hinders the migration of dislocation. However, those precipitates cannot apply pinning effect sufficiently during static recrystallization above 350℃ because the driving pressure for recrystallization overcomes the Zener pinning pressure. Kanban함수를 이용한 Kanban시스템의 운영에 대한 연구

Kanban 시스팀의 초기 Kanban 갯수 결정문제는 Kanban 시스팀의 최적 운영 문제 중 하나이다. 생산 공정 구조가 일반 형태를 갖는 Kanban 시스팀에서는 초기 최적 Kanban 갯수 결정 문제는 수학적으로는 정수계획법으로 모델화 되기 때문에 발견적 해법으로 가능해만 제시해 줄 수 있다. 실제 Kanban 시스팀을 사용하는 현장에서는 대부분 경험적으로 초기 Kanban 갯수를 결정한다. 본 논문에서는 현장 경험을 이용하여 각 생산 단계 사이에 생산량, 재고, 고갈이 Kanban 갯수에 따라 관계성을 찾을 수 있다면, 일반 생산 형태를 갖는 Kanban 시스팀에 Kanban 갯수 함수를 적용하여 초기 Kanban 갯수 결정하는 기법을 제시했다.
