Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

From the perspectives of the industrial policies, it is necessary to prepare taxation policies to activate E-Commerce in our country since it is high value-added industry in the future. This study reviews the international discussion, and taxation system that lead to economic and social changes and suggests future directions to prepare rational taxation after reviewing taxation problems based on value-added tax which has influence on international tax revenue allocation.

광학센서를 이용한 알약계수기의 계수알고리즘 향상에 관한 연구

It is fundamental to count and pack the pills in the medicine manufacture field but those tasks are time and labor consuming. Thus, the need for automation of those tasks is necessarily getting increased in order to get effective mass production. It is significant to perceive pills quickly and precisely. There were many trials for this processing but the performance of the existing counting machines varies about size, shape and dispersion tendency of pills. In this paper, the authors try to improve the counting performance of a pill counting machine that has optical sensors with the neural network. The passing signal of pill is acquired with optical sensor and the passage signal of the pill is extracted as input patterns. The gradient and integration of signal during passing time and the time keeping the pill interrupt the light from the LED are used as characteristic feature. The back propagation and perception algorithm are used for training. Experimental results with several pills show that the designed algorithm is a little bit effective to reduce the noise effect which is generated from interference among the machine components and unreliable environment.

원적산 봉수대 주변정비 기본계획

문화재란 문화가치가 있는 사물로서 국가 가 종교적·세속적 근거에 따라 특별히 지정 한 재산이다. 문화재는 그것이 구현하는 정신적 가치와 시각적 음향적으로 표현하는 수단으로서 그 나라의 독특하고, 다양한 주체성을 보존하는 중요한 매체이기도 하다. 그러므로 문화재는 한나라의 민족역사와 문화로서 과거의 모습을 통해 현재 그리고 나아가 미래를 연결시키는 하나의 매개체인 것이다. 또한 문화재는 그 지역민에게 향토사적 인 자긍심 및 연대의식을 고취시키는 동시에 나아가 한 나라, 세계적인 관심사로 여겨 야 할 것이다. 원적산 봉수대는 양산군청 소재지에서 북쪽으로 약 9.2㎞, 통도사입구 마을인 신평에서 남쪽으로 8㎞지점에 있다. 이 봉수대는 경상남도 기념물 제 118호로써 원적산봉수대 보존회에 의해 복원된 문화재이다. 즉 다른 지역의 문화재와 달리 잊혀 져가는 문화재의 재생을 통해 다시 태어난 문화재인 것이다. 원적산 봉수대 주변정비 기본계획의 목적 은 지역민의 자긍심으로 복원된 봉수대와 주 변과 접근로를 체계적으로 정비를 함으로써 접근성, 전통성, 보존성을 높이고자 한다. 특히, 문화재보호를 위한 제반 법규 및 현지여건에 부합하는 정비방향을 설정하고, 전문 인력과 관련문헌을 바탕으로 문화재 주변을 역사성과 주민친화성, 기능성, 관광성을 함께 갖춘 문화공간으로서의 미래지향적 문화재정비 계획을 추구하고자 한다.

취업대비 기사자격증 취득을 위한 효과적 학습지도 방안에 관한 연구

지난 2년간 STC를 수행하면서 경험한 바에 의하면, 기사시럼을 준비하기 위하여 시중에서 구입한 연습 문제집에 실린 일부 문제들이 내포한 모호성 때문에 많은 학생들이 어려움을 겪고 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이는 학생들이 전공지식을 학습하는데 있어서 비효율을 초래하는 주요 요인들 가운데 하나일 것이다. 본 논문은 학생들이 스스로 자신들의 지식을 확장하고 조직화할 수 있도록 「기출문제 수정출제법(PRST)」이라는 새로운 개념을 도입함으로써 그와 같은 부정적인 효과를 최소화하려는 구체적인 노력을 보여주고 있다. PRST는 5단계로 구성되어 있는데, 이를 통하여 학생들과 지도교수는 모호성을 제거하고 문제를 개선하는 작업을 함께 하게 된다. 이를 위하여 시스템적 접근의 관점에서 Dick의 모형을 채택하는데, 이 모형은 교수설계를 위한 기본틀을 제공해 주며, 본 연구에서 다룰 하나의 기능은 그러한 교수설계 모형 가운데 일부가 된다. 교수설계 모형에 있어서 8개의 기능 가운데, 일련의 개선된 연습 문제들을 제작하는 것이 학생들에게 우선적으로 도움이 될 것이라는 관점에서 수업교재의 개발이라는 기능이 가장 긴급하다고 판단되었다. 본 연구의 목적에 부합하는 적절한 연구의 방향과 범위를 결정하기 위하여 기존 문제들에 대한 사전 조사연구가 수행되었다. 그리고 두 과목에 대한 연습 문제집의 제작과 학생들의 학습 동기부여를 위하여 여름방학 STC기간에 PRST가 시험적으로 적용되었다. 제작된 연습 문제집 가운데 하나가 문제집의 양호도라는 측면에서 6개의 7점 Likert척도로 학생들에 의하여 인지적으로 평가되었다. 그 결과, 새로 구성된 연습 문제집이 기존의 연습 문제집보다 여러 각도에서 더 양호하다고 판정된다. 이것은 통계적 적용상의 한계에도 불구하고, 본 연구에서 제안된 PRST 뿐만 아니라 제작된 연습문제집의 질적 부분의 타당성은 최소한 뒷받침된다는 것을 의미한다고 하겠다. By what we have experienced in STC for the last two years, we can see that a number of students have been suffering from the ambiguities of some problems contained in exercise books which are available at the market for preparing the National Certificate of Engineering. This seems one of the primary factors that bring on inefficiencies in learning expertise. This paper reports our concrete efforts to minimize such a negative force by introducing a new concept of「process for Revise of Sample Test(PRST)」, so that students can be able to organize and expand their knowledge in a good manner. PRST consists of five stages that enable students and the instructor work together on improving problems by getting rid of ambiguities. From the viewpoint of systems approach, Dick's model is adopted to provide a framework for an instructional design which designates a function we deal with in this study. Among the eight functions in the model, the development of class material is considered to be most urgent in that it would be of highly benefit to students to make series of improved exercise problems. Preliminary investigation of existing problems is conducted to figure out right direction and scope for the purpose of our research. PRST is, then, tentatively applied during the summer STC not only to produce exercise books for two different subjects, but to motivate students. One of the produced exercise books is examined perceptively by students in terms of goodness using six seven-point Likert scales. The result shows that the newly constructed exercise book is, on the perception basis, likely to be better than existing books. This implies that the quality of the produced book, as well as the proposed PRST, is validated at least positively in spite of statistical limitation.

소아청소년기에 치수치료를 받은 제1대구치의 술전 상태 조사

제1대구치는 막중한 역할을 함에도 불구하고, 청소년 이전에 건강을 상실하는 경우가 드물지 않다. 본 연구는 청소년기 이 전에 치수치료를 받게 된 제1대구치의 우식 및 수복 상태와 분포를 파악할 목적으로 시도되었다. 최근 5년간 부산대학교 치 과병원에서 치수치료를 받은 18세 이하 106명 환자의 135개 제1대구치를 대상으로 의무기록에 대한 조사를 시행하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 평균 연령은 11.9세(남 11.5세, 여 12.5세)였고 유의한 성차를 보였으며(p<0.05), 악별로는 상악 47개, 하악 88개로 하악 치아가 더 많았다. 2. 치수 치료 전 치료 기왕력이 없는 치아는 74개, 치수 또는 수복 치료를 받은 치아는 61개였다. 그 중 재치수치료를 받게 된 경우는 22개로 치수절제술-치수절단술의 순이었으며, 단순 수복치료를 받았던 치아는 39개로 복합레진-아말감-GI- 인레이-수복물 탈락 후 미치료-열구전색 및 주조 전장관의 순이었다. 3. 병소 위치가 분류 가능한 73개의 병소 중에서는 근심면 병소가 22개, 교합면 혹은 협설면 병소 39개, 원심면 병소가 12 개를 차지하였다. In clinical dentistry, it is not difficult to meet the permanent first molars with severe coronal caries lesions in children or adolescents. The circumstances surrounding the first molars of children and adolescents are so immature and imperfect compared with those of adults. So we thought it significant to understand the status of these teeth at the moment of endodontic treatment and immediate cause of it. 106 patients with 135 permanent molars necessitating endodontic treatment in childhood and adolescence were included in this study, and the dental records and radiographs were examined. 1. The mean age was 11.9 year (male 11.5, female 12.5) and the result shows significant difference between gender(p<0.05). The mandibular teeth took more than half percentage than maxillary teeth. 2. Of 135 teeth, 45.2 percent of teeth had history of dental treatment previously and 16.3 percent of teeth showed necessity of re-endodontic treatment. 3. Of 73 teeth, 22 teeth had mesial-wall cavity causing endodontic treatment, 39 had occlusal cavity, and 12 had distal cavity.

당뇨병 환자의 혈청 Lipoprotein에 관한 연구

Lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride levels have been determined innormal and diabetes. The abnormalities of lipoprotein were investigated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the serum and the 3 major lipoprotein classes for diabetes. HDL cholesterol levels were lower in the diabetes compared to the normals. VLDL triglyceride levels also elevated in the diabetes. There were significant shifts in the distribution of lipoprotein cholesterol, with an increase in LDL cholesterol and decrease in HDL cholesterol. The results of this study suggest that diabetes may be associated with changes in both lipoprotein triglyceride and cholesterol levels. The electrohoretic patterns of VLDL and HDL in diabetes showed the abnorm-al pattern in comparison to normal.

펜아실 벤젠슬포네이트와 벤질아민의 친핵성 치환반응에 관한 연구

The nucleophilic substitution reaction of phenacyl benzenesulfonates(PBS) with benzylamine(BA) in methanol have been studied by conductometric method. The transition state structure for the reaction is investigated using various selectivity parameters, especially with cross interaction constants, ρ_ij β_ij The magnitudes of ρ_ij indicated that in the transition state bond breaking had progressed very little, but bond formation was substantial. The trends in reactivity were similar to aniline series, but the TS was found to be somewhat looser than that for aniline series. It was found that reactivity-selectivity principle(RSP) and Bell-Evans-Polanyi principle (BEP) hold within the BA series and hence constituted a good example of a thermodynamically controlled reaction series but are violated between two different reaction series with BA and aniline.
