과실이 크고 품질이 우수한 조생종 배 ‘금촌조생’ 육성

‘금촌조생’ 품종은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 나주배연구소에서 1971년 ‘금촌추’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 당도가 높고 육질이 유연한 ‘단배’를 교배하여 1982년 1차 선발되었고, 1997년부터 5년 간 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2001년 최종 선발 및 품종보호출원 되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 주요 재배품종과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’ 품종보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 3일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과형은 ‘금촌추’와 같은 도원추형이고, 과피색은 황갈색이다. 과중은 593g이고, 당도는 13.2Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 그러나 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 상온저장 기간은 20일 정도로 다른 조생종에 비해 저장력은 좋은 편이다. ‘Geumchonjosaeng’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia var. culta Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Imamuraaki’ and ‘Danbae’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Imamuraaki’ cultivar in 1971 at Naju Pear Research Institute of National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA). It was preliminarily selected in 1982 and named in 2001. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. It carries abundant pollen grains and shows cross compatibility with leading cultivars. Also it shows high resistance to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. Optimum harvest time is around Sep. 3, which is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’, and it could satisfy consumer’s demand for high quality pear fruit in “Chuseok”. The obovate fruit shape resembles maternal parent, ‘Imamuraaki’ and skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turned to yellowish brown at full ripennig state. Fruit weighs about 593 g, and the soluble solid content is 13.5 ˚Bx. The flesh is very soft and juicy and, rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 20 days under the ambient temperature, and it is a relatively long period as compare with other early season cultivars.

Deep interests have been paid on the application of non-thermal plasma technique th solve the environmental pollution problems. CO_2 is one of the severe pollutants which cause the acid rain and global warming. In this study, in order to improve the conversion efficiency of CO_2, the streamer corona discharge plasma and barrier discharge plasma reactors were made, and the conversion characteristics of CO_2 by the corona discharge plasma and some discharge characteristics of these discharge chambers are studied experimentally.

치질을 투과한 조사광에 의한 복합레진 중합시 치질의 두께, 광세기 및 조사 시간이 복합레진의 표면 경도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 치질을 투과한 광에너지량을 측정하고 치질을 투과한 광에너지에 의한 광중합 복합레진의 중합 정도를 표면 경도를 측정하여 분석하였다. 광조사기로는 할로겐 광원을 사용하는 Optilux 501 (Demetron, USA)을 사용하였으며, 중합용 light guide는 840 mW/cm²의 광세기를 갖는 직경 12 mm의 light guide와 1100 nW/cm²의 광세기를 갖는 직경 7 mm의 Turbo light guide를 사용하였다. 광원을 투과시킬 치질은 건전한 상악 중절치의 순면에서부터 법랑질과 상아질을 포함하도록 0.7x0.7cm 의 크기로 두께 1.0 mm와 2.0 mm의 치아 절편을 준비하였다. 직경 5 mm, 두께 2 mm의 주형에 Al 색상의 광중합 복합레진(Charisma, Kulzer, Germany)을 충전하고 각 군에 주어진 조건에 따라 광중합하였다. 시편은 크게 치질의 두께에 따라 (대조군, 1 mm, 2 mm) 3개의 군으로 나누었으며, 각 군은 다시 light guide의 종류와 광조사 시간에 따라 4개의 군으로 나누었다. 제작된 시편은 미세경도측정기를 이용해 광조사면의 비커스 경도를 측정한 결과, 2 mm 치질군과 대조군의 Turbo-light guide으로 40초 동안 중합한 시편이 가장 높은 표면 경도값을 보였으며, 2 mm 치질군에서 light guide의 종류에 상관없이 20초 동안 중합한 시편들이 가장 낮은 표면 경도값을 보였다 (p < 0.05). 이상의 결과는 1 mm 이하와 같은 얇은 치질을 투과하여 복합레진을 중합하는 경우 광세기와 광조사 시간을 증가시키면 중합 정도도 증가하나, 특정 두께 이상의 치질을 투과 시 광세기나 광조사 시간을 증가시키더라도 중합 정도의 증가는 기대하기 어렵다는 것을 시사한다. In this study we measured the amount of light energy that was projected through the tooth material and analyzed the degree of polymerization by measuring the surface hardness of composites. For polymerization, Optilux 501 (Demetron, USA) with two types of light guide was used: a 12 mm diameter light guide with 840 nW/cm² light intensity and a 7 mm diameter turbo light guide with 1100 nW/cm². Specimens were divided into three groups according to thickness of penetrating tooth (1 mm, 2 mm, 0 mm). Each group was further divided into four subgroups according to type of light guide and curing time (20 seconds, 40 seconds). Vickers' hardness was measured by using a microhardness tester. In 0 mm and 1 mm penetrating tooth group, which were polymerized by a turbo light guide for 40 seconds, showed the highest hardness values. The specimens from 2 mm penetrating tooth group, which were polymerized for 20 seconds, demonstrated the lowest hardness regardless of the types of light guides (p < 0.05). The results of this study suggest that, when projecting tooth material over a specified thickness, the increase of polymerization will be limited even if light intensity or curing time is increased.

Fluoroquinolone계 항생제의 경구투여에 따른 양식넙치 및 조피볼락의 체내 잔류량의 변화

The residue depletions of fluoroquinolones were investigated in the olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) and black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) after 840 hours treatment with medicated feed at a dose 20 mg/kg·bw/day The bloods of samples were taken at 5, 10, 24, 48, 72, 120, 168, 216, 312, 480, 720, 840 and 960 hour after treatment. Fluoroquinolones concentrations were detected by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with UV detector. The recovery rates of fluoroquinolones in fish samples ranged 91.95~99.69%, 93.43~97.54% and 92.99~97.87% for the concentration of 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 ㎍/g, respectively In the blood of olive flounder, the concentrations of ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin detected at 10, 10, 24 and 24 hour after treatment were 6.433 ㎍/g, 6.065 ㎍/g, 11.8334 ㎍/g and 10.3168 ㎍/g as maximum level, respectively In the black rockfish, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin at 24, 24, 24 and 10 hour after treatment were 8.2634㎍/g, 8.0276㎍/g, 7.2888㎍/g and 9.3787㎍/g as maximum level, respectively On the other hand, ciprofloxacin enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin were not detected at 840, 480, 720 and 720 hours after treatment in the olive flounder, and at 720, 480, 720 and 480 hours after treatment in the black rockfish, respectiveley.

『삼국유사』에 나타난 불교사상에 관한 연구

『삼국유사』는 우리 나라의 불교전래의 모습을 충실하게 기록하고 있다. 삼국유사에 나타나고 있는 불교사상은 호국불교, 민중불교, 화엄사상, 정토사상, 유식사상, 밀교사상, 미륵사상, 관음신앙 등이다. 종파로는 명랑의 신인종과 유가종이 언급되고 있으며, 의상의 화엄종 성립도 추론할 수 있다. 호국불교는 『인왕반야경』과 『금광명경』을 근거로 하며 백고좌회, 팔관제회, 호국사탑의 건립 등을 통해 실천되고 있다. 해동 화엄학의 개조는 의상이다. 그는 화엄사찰의 창건, 제자 양성 화엄교학의 연구뿐만 아니라 민중들에게는 관음신앙, 아미타신앙 등을 홍해서 불교신앙을 보급하려고 노력하고 있다. 정토신앙은 불교를 민중의 마음에 심었으며, 追善, 往生淨土, 현신성도, 인간평등사상이 나타나고 있고, 미륵사상은 민중들에게는 이상사회 도래의 희망, 군주에게는 전륜성왕 사상을 심어주었으며 追善, 현실에서의 재생, 미륵 감응 등의 신앙이 나타나고 있다. 진표는 미륵사상과 점찰참회법, 계율을 융합시킨 독창적인 불교를 보이고 있다. 신라의 밀교는 순밀 보다는 잡밀이 유통되었고, 鎭護國家사상과 除患愈病, 禳災與樂의 사상이 나타나고 있다. 관음신앙은 현실의 괴로움을 극복하고 개인의 소원을 들어주는 이상적 신앙인데, 민중구원사상, 평등사상, 진신주처사상, 서방왕생 사상 등을 통해서 관음의 자발적 응현구제를 나타내고 있다. Sam-Guk Yu-Sa reports profiles of transmission of our nation substantially. The Thought of Buddhism in Sam-Guk Yu-Sa contains Dedence-Buddhism, Popular Buddhism, Hua-en, Pure Land, Vijnpti-matrata, Esoteric Buddhism., Maitreya, Avalokite- ?vara etc.. The Thought of Buddhism that Sam-Guk Yu-Sa represent consistently is as following; The consistent inhabitance of Buddha and Bodhisattva and the thought of human-equality and salvation of the general people. Hua-en emphasizes the praxis rather than the sophisticated theory of the Avatamsaka philosophy and I-sang and non-I-sang play an active part In Hua-en. The thought of Pure Land is the faith that transplants Buddhism in popular spirit and pray for the dead. And The thought was developed to faith that pray for the rebirth in Pure Land and for becoming Buddha in this world. The thought of Maitreya represent doctrine that give a expectational massage the general people, naimly ideal Land will advent soon, and that pray for the dead and rebirth posthumously and respond to Maitreya in this life. The thought of Esoteric Buddhism contains faith that defend a nation from foreign enemy, treat disease, repel disaster, and invoke blessing. The faith of Avalokitesvara is ideal salvation that make one overcome agony in this life and fulfill indiviual wish. In here, The faith of people-salvation and human equalty and intentional salvation of people by Avalokitesvara are distinctive features.

심혈관 위험요인과 청력역치의 상관성

To investigate the effects of cardiovascular risk factors on hearing loss, hearing threshold and cardiovascular risk factors such as blood pressure, hematologic values, and serum lipid levels of 3,827 persons who visited the Health Center of a University Hospital in Kumi for health examination from January 1, 1995 to July 31, 1997 were analysed. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Hearing threshold was shifted highly in both sex groups with age increased. Smoking did not influence increase of hearing loss, but drinking alcohol amount increased the hearing threshold when sex was adjusted. The most highly increased hearing threshold showed among farmers group, but next was blue collars group. Hearing threshold increasing basis with BMI increased. 2. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure and hematocrit value increased the hearing threshold in both sex groups, but hemoglobin value did not related to the hearing threshold. 3. Total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, and atherosclerosis index were significantly increased with the grade of hearing loss increased, when age was adjusted. 4. In the logistic regression analysis, the atherosclerosis index, age, and hematocrit value revealed risk factors which contributed in that orders, though the values were small they showed statistical significaces, but the risks were lowered when hemoglobin values increased, in both sex groups. Consequently, hyperlipidemia was significantly related to the hearing loss when age was adjusted.

크릴분말이 콜레스테롤 및 카드뮴 식이 흰쥐의 간 및 심장 지질에 미치는 영향

In order to investigate effects of krill on lipid components of liver and heart in cholesterol and cadmium-fed rats, male Sprague-Dawley rats were raised for 4 weeks with 8 experimental diets. Krill used in this experiment contained 65.4%(w/w) of protein and 16.7% of lipid. Krill contained 35% of polyunsaturated fatty acids and more unsaturated fatty acids than saturated fatty acids by 2 times. Amino acid content of krill was high in order of Glu, Asp, Tyr and Lys. Rats fed krill diet showed more food intake and weight gain compared with control group. However, food efficiency ratio and weight of liver and heart were not significantly different. The ingestion of cadmium resulted in a severe restriction in growth rate with normal or mild reduction of liver and heart weight. Cadmium also caused a significant decrease in food efficiency ratio. The contents of total and free cholesterol of liver and heart in rats fed krill diets were similar or slightly higher than those fed control diet. Dietary krill also showed no significant difference in liver and heart cholesterol levels in rats with cadmium ingestion. The contents of phospholipid and triglyceride in liver and heart of krill group were slightly higher than those of control group. Supplement of krill reduced triglyceride content of liver in rats ingested with cadmium without any effect on the level of phospholipid and heart lipids. The concentration of cadmium in plasma significantly increased with dietary krill. However, the krill supplement did not influence the concentration of cadmium in liver or heart. A significant accumulation of lipid in liver tissue was observed in all dietary groups but standard group. However, no difference in degree of lipid accumulation was found among the dietary groups. Necrosis and hemolysis of liver in all dietary groups were not shown.

Tetracyclic Isoquinoline유도체의 합성

To develop new pharmacological charactization of isoquinoline derivatives, we have synthesized 3-benzyl-9,10-dimethoxy-6,7,11b,12-tetrahydropyridazino [4',5': 5,6] [1,4] -oxazino [3,4-а]isoqinolin-4(3H) -one. We have developed a convenient cyclization of novel isoquinoline derivatives starting from 3,4-dimethoxy phenethylamine using boron trifluoride diethyl etherate.
